DRAGGED THROUGH HELL

Jesus H. Christ this Alfie Evans business just gets worse and worse.

I was told that the helicopter that was sent by Italy, one of their hospitals which has links to the Vatican, therefore the Pope who asked them to do this have been marched off the premises?!

It is like they are even sticking two fingers up to not only the Italian government but the Vatican and the Pope too?! Hey? I am in no way religious but not even I would treat them with this level of contempt!

Stunning. If this is true .. truly stunning but it gets better ..

If you recall and if you do not know .. I have had run ins with the NHS for years and I know for a fact they lie and have linked recordings I have made that prove this. I am in the process of re-linking them in here but thanks to the public services they have managed to make me homeless. Plus lost around £10,000 in savings. That will come out later ..

I got my first of several recordings of them lying and upon discovering that I had done this .. kicked me off the GP practice, also refusing to listen to the tape (Abernethy House Surgery in Enfield), accusing me of violence. Odd because I was unaware this had happened and while the letter was in the post I sat in the wankers (Johnathan Gubbay) surgery and he did not ask anyone to be present so did not fear for his safety and acted calm. Funny as I am physically fit to look at and I know Wing Chun Kung Fu so if I was partial to violence .. yeah you would need protecting. A lot of it.

This was because I told the GMC when I complained to them that if I was to be lied to again, patronised the way I was and refused to listen to evidence I would knock his teeth out so being responsible I would not enter the surgery again ..

.. except I was deliberately fucked about .. told that if I wanted my prescription drugs I would have to go back to the surgery one more time and hence why I was sitting their in his surgery while a letter was on its way to me in the post, kicking me off and accusing me of violence.

If you have been here long enough to know all that and the letter is on here, trust me on that one, then the following might start to kick some memory cells into action?

A fucking Judge got persnickety with the representative of Alfie Evans parents and claimed that there is hostility by ALfie's parents towards the NHS..

Because he accused three Doctors or murder, or attempted murder, and three summons were issued?!

Jesus these Judges really do think they are God and above the law making decision because of summons issued before any case as even had its first hearing?! You cannot do that and you do not, or should fucking not, have the power to do that!

Paul Diamond, representing Alfie's father Tom Evans, said there were "tensions", but that there was no "hostility'" against the NHS. 

But Lord Justice McFarlane told counsel: "Your client purported to take out a private prosecution to have three named doctors charged with the criminal offence of conspiracy to murder.

"Those summonses were served on the doctors and I hear you say that there is no hostility to the NHS."

Mr Diamond replied: "There is no hostility but within that process there are tensions." 

Lord Justice Coulson said: "There are rather more than tensions." The accusation related to "the most serious possible offence".

The judge went on: "That simply doesn't square with there being no hostility to the NHS. As my children would say 'end of'."

Did a judge actually just use the phrase 'end of' i a court of law?!

Mr Diamond also said an air ambulance was on standby at the "request of the Pope" and that a member of from the Italian embassy was in court. 

You see the problem here?

A judge is making his mind up about a perfectly legal set of proceedings taking place .. umm because they are actually fucking legal proceedings and he is making a decision based on a set of proceedings that have not been seen through yet?! Is he fucking retarded or just obviously biased like all the courts have been accused of for years?!

Except that is what he is doing .. assuming the Doctors have done no wrong and I have seen this before over and over and over again.

There is even a website about it and all the dodgy cases by .. public services .. hmm let me see if I can find it .. I even chatted to the site owner about several things over a few days or weeks ..

Huh .. I cannot seem to find it. It only had four letters in its address, like 'pfgt' or something like that? I wonder if they got succesfuly taken down by the government or public services. Seems your not allowed to tell the truth in the UK anymore?! It is becoming like China or Russia!

My daughter is really angry with the .. well 'EVIL TRINITY' which is the Local Council, NHS and DWP and wants to 'knock someone out'.

I said that this is part of their grand plan .. this is what they want .. they drive you to that, once your violent you have lost. They label you and get away with it. They did not, however, with me.

There is no human rights anymore and no avenue left for legal proceedings, they treat you worse than dogs for years on end and as soon as you do something that is perfectly natural, human and totally understandable they treat you like you are a different species form them. No .. they could ever be forced into expressing anger .. you need to actually be human for that?!

THE OBVIOUS CONCLUSION

A bit of a surprise now as here I am on a Monday morning and I have received the decision letter from the Courts already!

Just a reminder the date and time of the court hearing was midday last Friday, 30th September and it is now Monday 3rd October.

I said previously that it was obvious and the alarm bells were going off minutes into the hearing. In fact if I am honest and think about it, it was literally the first couple of sentences spoken by her and I thought 'uh-oh, this ... in not going to go well'.

So I find it somewhat funny that after having an extremely bad 48 hours that on the letter there was only one single solitary reason the appeal was refused. One!

The fact that on September 10th when I had an appointment at Royal Free Hospital that someone was supposed to take me to and let me down that I decided to ... risk it. The first bus, the 271, on the A10 is always empty even on a week day, well after the rush hour anyway. As I said to the judge the next bus was a bus I used to catch regularly many years ago to see a friend of mine. I knew that the second part would be very short. Then a third was not for long, though this route, C11, I was not familiar with. It could have proved the be the weakest link and a potential disaster but as I was catching it at the start of its journey I would get a seat.

So my fear was getting back ... except only for the C11 and 41 with the latter being a short ride.

The 271 coming back was at the beginning of the route so a seat was also assured as it was on the outbound journey.

But the assessment was a couple of months back when the weather was still hot and on a weekday but the Judge seemed to know that the buses would all be empty on a week day as I am sure she uses buses all the time and all her life.

Just had a friend call me who was shocked to hear I had the letter already. When I told him that one single reason he roared with laughter and said "that's bloody ridiculous!" and he was a social worker for 15 years and has diabetes.

But I guess when your in a court room with no social workers, mental health professionals or even a general practitioner the Judges logic, or version of it, is the only thing that counts? Lol.

I am not sure but I do think there was one person that might have thought I had gotten my prediction wrong?

As it turns out there is a chance of appeal. However I swore I would never go through that again once I had walked out. Even with the Diazepam that was ... harrowing. God only knows how I would have been without any Propranalol and Diazepam?!

I think I am going to have to speak to some other parties about the appeal ... if someone tells me that there is a way of doing it without me having to attend then I will consider it.

Oh and I just realised there is absolutely no mention of the fact that I lied/exaggerated about the fact I am having blackouts?! That ... IS weird. She made such a big point out of it I was sure that she would have stated it on the report.

Remember ... this is not for Personal Independent Payments, which is what replaces Disability Living Allowance. It was for Incapacity Benefit too and not Employment Support Allowance.

MY SECOND NIGHT

Well I resisted phoning a crisis team. I did think that I would end up doing that but I resisted.

Upon waking this morning something else popped into my head about that dreaded court appeal hearing. This is what it is like for me almost all the time. I am not on the ball and things often come to me later ... especially when you have taken pills and added a diazepam on top of it all. Plus of course losing interest in explaining anything due to the attitude of the person you think you are there to have a conversation with.

The assessment claims?

When I sent my paperwork to the appeal court one of the things I did was send them five letters, which are on here an have been for years, of three home visits arranged by them, the DWP or their hied goons, that they did not turn up to. Each time they lied.

I also pointed out that in a recent letter they stated I had not turned up for five assessments and was worded so that they insinuated that this was recently.

So once again by the judge's own attitude and logic this is perfectly reasonable behaviour.

Except that she basically twisted my definition of what a blackout is, when I am not a fecking Doctor, and made it sound like this was lying and that I was some terrible person because of it. Remember neither the Neurologist nor the Neurophysiologist corrected me when I described my blackouts and what occurred with them.

If there was ever a better example of 'Us & Them' I would certainly like to know about it.

I could have easily lied.

I could have very easily put on a fake and very bad limp and leaned heavily on my walking stick for an hour.

I could have said that I was dropped at their door by a friend in his car and that I went to Royal Free Hospital by car with a friend, as was originally planned. The same friend that was a social worker for fifteen years and went absolutely mad as I explained several things that happened, just as everyone else did.

Except I forgot to remind them about the lies about failing to turn up here three times and stating that I had failed to turn up to five assessments and that this was not mentioned at all by the judge, despite me sending them the Home Visit letters.

Ahh was just something I remembered this morning.

Now I go back to dreading the anxiety getting stronger again as it seems to be coming and going in waves.

The 'establishment' obviously do not see the Internet as a problem or threat.

I reckon that prior to coming after me they must have corrupted the court at some point and had people work out just how much of a threat I am on-line or the Internet is? Maybe they just looked at my numbers and decided I was not even close to being a threat to them for the time being.

After all what would happen to them once it was?

Now we all know how that goes, do we not?

A year down the line, or more, they all say sorry and change things and no one gets put in jail because of it or even loses their jobs or ludicrous pension, even.

Another instance of amateurish and totally incompetent correspondence just as I got with three letters titled or referenced, cannot be bothered to look, 'ESA Appeal' and two of them 'PIP Appeal'.

Oddly something has just occurred to me ... these letters stating 'PIP Appeal' set alarm bells going off for me and I passed them off as nothing after wondering quite how they could have gotten them mixed up. I had wondered along with stating to friends that I feared that they may be working with the DWP and the mistakes were a giveaway and that an attempt was about to take place on removing my PIP. I was laughed at more or less and then four days after receiving that first letter titled 'PIP Appeal' I received a request from the PIP department for an assessment, after being told by the DWP that they would not go after that.

So I suspected some forthcoming foul play after that .... faux pas and lo and behold I then get notified of what I had suspected anyway?!

My God ... a ruling against them by the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman?! I simply do not believe it!

The headline reads 'Losing faith in the courts service' and I cannot say I am that surprised.

When I started all this and a feew times recently I acquired and provided evidence from my experiences in most public services and even a number of private retail chains.

However the one thing I said I had not done this with and even when I had previous run-ins with them not really seen much evidence of, just some suspicions, was the judicial system, ie. courts and judges.

I did have four attempts ... hmm or was it three? Anyway ... I won each of them either in or before court and never appeared in any of them.

this latest one was very different in more ways than one. First one I have lost in 7 years and oddly the only ever court case I lost as with ... have you guessed who it is yet? Yup, you got it Her Majesty's Court & Tribunal Service.

Trying to find who you complain to about the HMCTS without it being the ... well HMCTS?!

Have you noticed that in modern times, just as I have done, how you are expected to put in your complaints and claims of foul-play into the letterboxes of those you are accusing of ... umm foul-play?!

Do you not think this is not only funny but a complete and deliberate waste of your time?

I asked CAB for an external complaints body and what did they say when they answered? "We are dealing with your complaint"?! LMAO!

It makes me sick how these tosser judges label people as vexatious litigants, when all they are doing is trying to obtain justice from a very corrupt system. You know I said a long, long time ago on here that the one industry I did not know to be corrupt was the judicial system. I hoped that it was not and honestly thought it was not. I was wrong.

DAZED AND CONFUSED BY THE DEVIL'S SPAWN

So then?

I am feeling quite … odd.

It is like one of my limbos … except this one actually feels more like a limbo than any of the others and I feel somewhat … lost.

I have had everyone bar one that normally does contact me over this and a mate is messaging me right now and I told him I have no clue what is going to happen now.

I just feel dazed.

I am also confused.

I simply do not know what to do now. I have some options open to me … but not much in the way of options and I think I will have to speak to a couple of people I have recently been speaking to, to ask them.

One of them will probably prevent me ever going to court again but in all honesty and as I said to a friend .. there is never a chance that I would use HM Court & Tribunal Service ever again, not after that. I have been told by a few to appeal and I told them that, that was the appeal one friend said it cannot be it is too soon. I assured her that it was and I said “Y'know I thought the date was very quick and thought it would likely be somewhere between November and January”

After all the Citizen's Advice stated it was far too soon for them to send a representative with me, after initially telling me that they would send one. This is why I complained to Citizen's Advice about their handling of this.

The failure of sending someone as they said that they would was bad enough but they left my dangling on something that set off my anxiety attacks once again which led to my legs not working for an hour, told me they would likely give in or I would win the tribunal which were both wrong.

Also the more I think about the tribunal the more I realise she failed to ask about or mention in passing, proving she simply was not interested.

I absolutely guarantee she is if the brigade that believes the government is right to screw over disabled people to save money. I have absolutely no doubts that if asked privately she would agree with what the Tories, George Osborne and Iain Duncan-Smith was doing. No doubts. You know when sometimes you meet someone and you just get these bloody big signals from them?

This was all about the money too … not the health conditions and I am pretty sure I did not even utter the word 'Fibromyalgia' and I am pretty sure she didn't either.

Not only was I trying to explain my various symptoms to someone that simply did not understand them or the condition she clearly was not interested.

I simply took the whole hearing as an attempt to call me out as a liar on everything.

So according to her, that … judges logic, I insisted on experiencing a group of symptoms for 13 years, though other symptoms were connected and went back far longer, … yes waited 13 whole years before I then decided to turn around and say it was Fibromyalgia.

I waited 13 years before declaring what it was.

Oh and do not forget I managed to fool and manipulate an entire GP Surgery, get sent to Guy's Hospital and then fool a Fibromyalgia specialist called Dr Kirkham who was based in their Rheumatology Department.

Yeeeah … if I could do all that I would have been a millionaire well over a decade ago … the fucking morons!

I mean … really?! That is the best you can come up with … really?! Jesus H Christ this country really haas and is still going to the pits.

I have just had my landlords, plural, here and they were both astounded as I told them what happened at the court. The … lady of the two told me that I should appeal and that this was terrible treatment. They said I should try and fight it. But what with?

I feel very much burnt out right now.

My tank is empty.

Though I did achieve something I had wanted to for a very long time.

Just that I lost my first case and the situation is … well diabolical to put it mildly.

My word … it is going to take me days to figure out what I have to do or will end up doing and that is if I can think of anything at all.

Not waking up tomorrow would be kind of … nice and .. final.

Except I would have to make some arrangements as I have a … very big collection of stuff I would need to … well think of it as passing on the baton. Not really into athletics but I do not what a baton is. Probably spelled it wrong though? Lol.

I swear to God if I was a religious man I would have sworn to God that I had just had a meeting with the spawn of the devil himself.

The funny thing is that many of the support group for Fibromyalgia I was at looked a damn site fitter than me and none carried a walking stick around with them, though this might have changed over the last year. They are under the impression that Fibromyalgia is a bona fide disability and I hope to God if they ever get their money stopped and attend a court hearing that they do not get the … person that I got.

I could have raised my left sleeve and showed her the many scars and slashes on my upper left arm but I literally looked at her and though “you simply would not give a flying fuck!” and so I did not.

Any time I did try and explain something there was this turn of the head that showed disinterest and whether she had decided I was a liar, for whatever reason or agenda, before I entered the room or not she was certainly giving me every signal that she thought I was.

It was plainly obvious to both see and hear that she was not going to listen nor accept everything and spoke to me in a way that has not been done since I was in nursery school or primary school.

If I was to say it was both patronising and condescending it would be a gross understatement. How she could be a judge of anything at all is beyond me. Maybe she spent all her life handling purely financial cases or something? Or just spawned in hell like I stated earlier?

If I am ever forced, and I would have to be forced, to ever attend a HM Court & Tribunal Service … umm tribunal again I am taking crucifies and holy water.

I feel so burnt out and spent right now. I could really become an alcoholic, really I could. At least it would numb the pain better than any of the wrong crap the NHS gives me!

THE EYES THAT SPIED THOSE WRIGGLING WORMS, YOUR HONOUR

The 'Eyes' have made a well overdue return!

HOWEVER … I have to break a couple of rules because I need them to be back.

My own golden rule was that they were to be used while being philosophical and not on rants or just average bleating about some news report or other.

But I need them to be back for a couple of reasons.

Plus I will try to be philosophical.

Plus … well there is that title. A little more long winded than I normally like or allow but … necessary.

First up it brings something back to the fore with the greater monthly visitors I now have compared to that I had when I was using the 'Eyes' previously. They are also to convey a message to several sources. The second part is my estimation to that of public services and all that work within them. Oh and lastly because many will have noticed those last three words. I borrowed them. From something. Something simply called 'The Trial'. Rather apt for the subject at hand. Along with …

THE WARNING.

The goals can be achieved many ways. There are, as ever, traps. I am afraid I will now have to divulge that in the event that you miss a trap … well there is another waiting and it is exponentially deeper than the last.

In the event that you are able to avoid traps then there is and always has been 'the last resort'. Well … LOL, you must know me by now … I have several 'last resorts'.

Now you must be very clear and with no possible misunderstandings here … you have no control over these last resorts. There is no … err wriggling out of them nor corruption of the legal system that will save you from them. They are unknown, of my design and no way of avoiding them. Do you remember that word I like to use so much on my posts? 'INEVITABLE'? Did you look it up? Do you know what it means? It means that any given thing is completely unavoidable. Not difficult, not hard … UNAVOIDABLE!

Yesterday there were some … hmm let us say … musings from a legal team that included a few questions that made no sense and raised one of my eyebrows. One that does tend to have a mind of its own I might add.

Now I will not go into the details to these questions except to say I was already told that this particular period of time and the events were known about by the courts. It was solely why I thought I could completely stay out of it for the remainder of the legal case. Except they do not. So now I act … a little earlier and somewhat hasher than I expected.

My prey are worms and those worms are a wriggling.

Now before I expand on that …

I find humans … err or people … strange. I have stated this before on many occasions. However I am going to expand my light spectrum on this one a little bit …. wider. And then some.

I do not care who you are and I really have no care about your profession nor your level of intelligence. There are many that think themselves a cut above the rest because of this. As a result it is highly common for these same deluded individuals to think themselves infallible and impervious to anything or any one.

You are most definitely wrong on so many levels.

When I started this course of action I knew I could not trust anyone. When I started this blog almost three years ago I did state and repeatedly stated this as the case.

I do not give a flying … care in the world that the Supreme Court is involved in the case I am close to, no one before them has proved trustworthy, a force of good, honest or even respectable. They think that they are because of career or money. Feck off! Take your misguided self delusions and go fly a bloody great big kite!

Or in other words my plans exist to deal with all eventualities and it might now be clear that one of these may be arising?

You, the Supreme Court, are not exempt from the punishments should you prove yourselves to be as corrupt as the last lot of people, or person. I would have to be a complete IDIOT not to plan for such an event.

I will state right here and right now that should you so much as even try to protect or help those accused in any way I can tell you now that the repercussions will be far, far greater than any excuses you may give to the media.

I can state this because you suffer from the same weaknesses that all those that preceded you did and you neither possess the knowledge, the power and funniest of all the time to alter my course and that stands even if you knew what my plans of 'Last Resorts' were. Which you do not.

They have not proved to be corrupt yet.

But you can guess that I have had my alarm bells going off? Well then you would be right and the interesting details lie in those odd questions that were asked only today.

These questions were redundant and yet two things can be extrapolated from them to be facts and each of them will tell a very big story of what transpires behind the scenes. One is that a local council has been informed of the totality of the punishments and damages to be awarded. This is extrapolated from the fact that they are trying to shift the time-line a little to place themselves outside of a period of responsibility.

Remember I was expected to be asked for some paperwork but never was? Voila!

Ohh...this is were it is going to hurt.

This shift in the time-line, if successful, can halve the amount of damages which are relatively large. So large that for several years I kept the true figure hidden and that includes friends and family as they would just state I was mad. They did with the figure I gave them which was only one sixth of the figure I expected. The solicitor expects the same figure as me and yet we have never spoken.

Oooh and then there is that paperwork. Sorry Mr Corrupt Council but it was NEVER going to fly! Ever! The paperwork exists to prove that your current bleatings are bull!

Now a number of other public services have been dragged into this mess and as the result of the lying and corruption of said local council they too have looked very bad. Trying feverishly, I have little doubt, of digging themselves out of a hole before the bar on the case is lifted. Oh dear. One Police Force, the Criminal Prosecution Service and Cafcass.

Your problems, you dont effing listen while suffering with delusions of grandeur!

Dodge the ball and I will drop an orbiting satellite upon your heads!

Imagine that? How damaging would said falling satellite be? More importantly ask yourselves this … 'Who to?'!

If the solicitors miss this, the Supreme Court ignore this it will be obvious they deliberately flouted the laws they themselves set to help out a big/powerful/wealthy organisation, delete where necessary.

Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear oh dear.

Then there are those last resorts.

Make no mistake there are people walking free that should not be doing so. In fact it is so bad and they have gotten so used to it that I have known several different cases where civil servants have either refused to make an appearance under court order and even stood up, ignored the order of the judge and walked out of the courtroom stating that they had 'a job', they proved to be corrupt in, to go back to?!

These cases span no less than 300 miles across England. Aww, did I forget to point this out previously?! Diddums!

THE MEN WITH NO EARS

I found this in my door this morning. Now I assumed, obvious from some of the editing, that this came this morning and I do not remember seeing it when I got back here and was only out for an hour! I cycled and become a little unstuck by running out of steam and breath then yawned a dozen times in thirty minutes.

I normally look at my floor when I enter and my letter box but maybe I was too knackered I do not know. I thought it was the 1st April today but its the second and there on the Equita Document it states the 1st.

Now even if I suddenly came into parge amounts of money I would happily pay for a solicitor to fight this as it is criminal and immoral and there are no two ways about it.

For instance first they have removed disability to a great deal of people. Then they take away Council Tax Benefits on top of that?! If you can show me one SINGLE faction of society that has taken as big a hot financially using only percentages I will eat my hate! Then what you have is a abuse of the law to their own end whilke you are not allowed any legal representation whatsoever!

At the end of the day all this comes down to the NHS and their lying but what the Local Councils, Government and Bailiffs are doing is still illegal. This is because harrassment, threats, abuse of the law, trespass, trespass to goods, assault, physical assault along with any other things in their arsenal are all illegal. To ANYONE! But they are happily doing this to disabled people and I am no idiot and obviously not the only one.

So stand my ground I will now that I have provided far more than enough evidence and protect my interests I also will at all costs!

I discovered I finally do have a reply to the court and they have indeed issued a Litigation Order and have broken the law which I already informed them about by doing so!

OOPS!

Well I have based everything I plan to do on them having one anyway otherwise I would be stating that 'They will not come herte becuase they do not have one!', which I have not!

LOL!

IT IS ILLGEAL TO SEND BAILIFFS TO PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES! If not it should be illegal to send baliffs to disabled people too!!

I find it funny that they use what some heroic Paralympians do to state that disabled people can work just like aby other fit person!! Which to be honest if I was a Paralympian or any disabled person that had strived to achive the impossible I would be insulted that the British government were rendring this as feck all with their new attitude to disabled people!

I mean its like 'well look they can all do it! But really we will use those that achive the impossible to state that!'

Oddly enough the person that stated that the Police and Doctors they have worked with are corrupt I completely forgot, they said it about Courts and Judges too and stated they all try and avoid paying the tax when they deal with them! 

I never thought they would be quite that bold about it in all honesty!

I do not understand.

The question I now need to ask you is not one that the Council can answer!

How did you grant a Litigation Order?!

I already told you that I have a disability and that this disability concerns two factors and each a disability on their own!

So please by return exaplin to me in full how you completely ignored my email and ignored the facs I put to you and also while your at it, please exaplin how that despite showing that you have breached the law you are informing me to contact the council?!

I will NOT bow down to a bunch of criminals flouting the law that they are supposed to enforce and expecially now that by directing me to the council you have shown a string bias that the council can do whatever they want despite what the law states, the evidence provided and the fact the the Council took FOUR WEEKS to tell me your email address with 48 hours to go and you STILL IGNORED ME!!

Has British Law changed? Are organisations declarewd as public services now above the law and beyond reproach?

I find all this, despite fully expeting things to pan out exactly as they have, to be highly disturbing and highly troubling which is why I will eventually take the actions I now inveitably will and [ublish all that I do so that the British Public can see all public services, or so called, for what they are! Crooked corrupt and greedy for money that they both do not deserve or actually provide the public with no services for!

YOu are literally allowing a bunch of violent thugs to go around and attack people and take money and possessions to do nothing more than to pay the salaries, many over-inflated to a a public organisation we already pay the wages of who ceased to be public servants a very long time ago!

THE CONONDRUM FOR EQUITA & Co

This is a real beauty.

After thinking I was told something else I heard something new about Paul Jones, Bailiff, in that he was on TV as one of those Bailiffs that evicted those families. The traveller types in the mobile homes or caravans on that land and the ones that the Council evicted.

I cannot remember which Council it was or how long ago even. Might be 6 months and it might be a year and I lose track of time a great deal.

However I think it is hgh time I filled eveyone in on what has gone before and that which will come to pass as you see the conumdrum in the title is not mine but Equitas, that bailiff, Totttenham Magistrates Court and Enfield Council's.

Now I have had a letter from Equita and out of three each I sent only lately and not including the two each they had prior to the court this is the only reply that I have had! Yes I kid you not.

Now I will post that letter and please note how they state that they cannot show me the litigiation order?! I must be bloody mad to think that the people that come charging into your home like a law unto themselves do not even have to show you anything?!

Yes well tomorrow I am going to call myself a Bailiff and go around doors asking for unpaid Council Tax, eventually I will find someone that has not paid and they may pay me?! If I get 1 in 30 I am laffing!! TWATS!

ID? Oh I am sure I could arrange some?! LOL!

Anyway pleas also note that in the letter it states that I have to speak to Paul Jones, I guarantee he will NOT like that if and when it ever happens! Also note that there follows a screen-shot of my sent emails and in the suject line of Equitas email it clearly states 'FAO Paul Jones' and they cannot state that they did not receieve that because its the damned email they replied in letter to which is the FIRST IMAGE!!

Now for many of you who have been around here and read enough you do understand that I am someone with a disability that was deliberately kept from me for years that I have been through all the channels for and been asked how much money I want by the PHSO?

You may also appreciate that as a disabled man that has been shit upon by all these for many years that I am now attempting to create me own work and my own income and you are reading the proof oif it right here and right now!

Now bearing in mind I was attacked and defrauded previously for over £4,000 for a parkling ticket what might you think I would do when the next Bailiff knocks at my door and it really will not heolp who he is accimpanied by?!

To give you a clue and if you have not read about it I had a Bailiff called Joson Reeves by his throat and was fully intending to hospitalise him! I chose not too and I have regretted that every single day ever since because I simply had no idea how far the corruption and lies spread at the time. Spread right throughout the entire system to my horror and each time I stype that I still cannot believe what I found!

NOT WATCHING THE DOG

I had a friend tell me something surprising today.

I was chatting to him about the surprising Court Order I had. Surprising because I did not think that Shop Direct would have the audacity to use the British Justice system to enforce illegal activities in the firm if a rip off.  I was telling him about the fact I have given them enough data and yet they have emailed me half a dozen times top tell me I've not done things correctly. I also told him that I do not need to sign anything so why van they not just out tier data I have them on the CORRECT form?!

I said that it seemed as if the Court was stalling for time so that I would miss the deadline despite the fact I had provided them with the details.

Now here if the point where it becomes interesting. I reminded my friend if the attack on me and defrauding that went on via bailiffs. I also reminded him that I had told him before that I had discovered sometime ago that these evil companies were adhering the dates on letters to acquire court orders they had no right to. Illegal in other words and that this stalling seemed alot like that. I had also long since said that there remained the question as the whether or not Court Judges were in on still this our just turned a blind eye to it all.

I have mentioned this many a time on here and when I discovered the manipulation of the dates I had explained this to our mutual friend Ken, who passed away two years ago next month! So I had discovered this a long time ago. All the people I stated I contacted in the media got told of this with examples. This included BBC WATCHDOG.

As I explained about the fact that the Court appeared to be stalling and a lurker like the date manipulation he then said that the latter was known. "Ooh yeah, they know about that...it was on BBC Watchdog. I remember Anne Robinson talking about it."

I myself do not watch the programme and was not aware that Anne Robinson was actually on it? Still whether he made a mistake with the program he heard out on our the presenter was not the point. The important point was that this date manipulation had hit the media somehow and I had not noticed nor heard about it.

In fact when I asked him when this was he said it was about a year out so ago. I said "Well that is weird as I told them [BBC WATCHDOG] about it roughly two years ago and I remembered telling our mutual friend Ken about it!"

This would make that one of the first subjects appearing on TV. I wonder if this was I've of the things that both Ken and another friend was on about when they stated that they kept seeing and hearing about my ENEMIES appearing on TV?!

I cannot ask them as one moved far away about 18 months ago and my old mate Ken passed away nearly two years ago. But then it matters not except the fact that another of my discoveries got noticed and mentioned.

Though in reality it is somewhat disturbing that there were no further reports on this as far as the courts and judges involvement in all this is concerned. I mean if the judges were not involved in some way then how come I did not read about many companies and organizations being sent to prison for misleading and manipulating a court of law?!

If a just did I would VERY MUCH like to know about it!

COURTING CONFUSION

Right then!

Northampton County Court and I have sent off the paperwork only to be told I have done it wrong?!

SO now first off I sent an email asking how in the hell I managed to do that and then realised that it was NOT ME but THEM!

Now of course this makes me suspicious of the courts immediately!!

I apologize but I am not used to doing this. I originally did it one way and then thought I had ssumed wrongly and did it another. I also thought I had put Shop Direct and Very Catalogue details on form? Does not the reference number tell you the details? I am confused as I am about being sent three forms as you have now done yet again.

I get periods where I get confused and forgetful and my disabilities have been missed by the NHS for over 13 years and it now turns out I suffer from Fibromyalgia which I only discovered myself very recently. It also turns out so did the NHS as I put in an official complaint and have been secretly recording meetings and appointments to prove what I claim and that I was being lied to. Oddly once the cat was out of the bag that I had been secretly recording everyone I become embroiled in a battle with for the last few years I was then prescribed Amitriptyline which I did not want but it started to have an amazing effect and then I later found out that is is only one of two drugs that works on Fibromyalgia. This not only confirmed my suspicions but also told me that the NHS had known all along and discovering I had collected evidence and recordings and have a website where I post it and make it available to the public that they then decided to give me the drug for what they already were aware I suffered from.

It now turns out that my weird forgetful nature is one the the many symptoms of Fibromyalgia and is know as 'Fibro Fog'  and you should also be aware that a huge number of people that I know and that visit my webpage are up in arms because I have deliberately been screwed over the years by public offices and courts too.

I have evidence here and on my webpage that dates on letters had been altered so that certain court orders could be issued without my knowledge and as a result I was attacked in my home over a £550 fine I thought quashed, by a Local Council. They also took 5 items total value of over £5,000 and they knew it, later told me they only received £735 which I knew was a lie and then found out that they auctioned just one item for £2,800 and told me they received £400 for it?!

This was Bailiff Jason Reeves and JBW Group and I have spent years trying in vain to get justice despite having the evidence.

This is also true of a great many companies and public offices so if I think an authority is being evasive than I start to become suspicious.

Also, and I did state this previously, I am in disagreement about the fee you charge for the counterclaim so wondering if I filled in the wrong form?

This is actually not really correct in charging people to defend themselves as it suggests your guilty unless you PAY and whoever has the most money wins regardless of the truth.

I thought it was understood that I was simply disagreeing with them.

If defending myself is FREE then can you explain to me which form out of the three forms I need to fill in and how, please.
