Right here we go again!!

Now I have asked TOTTENHAM MAGISTRATES COURT quite directly why they seem to think that as a Judge they are allowed to completely IGNORE the law?

I have had an answer yet again telling me to approach Enfield Council over the orders to which I not not bloody give a shit about!

The question about why they broke the law was entirely ignored neither confirmed nor denied!!

Added to this you can see that this idiot states that 'they do not keep copies of reasons'?!

Then how the fuck can they ever be held accountable?!?!?!

Dear Sirs

So let me get this straight?

A court of law does not keep copies of what they granted despite the fact mistakes may have been made, which they have in this instance, and therefore have no comebacks whatsoever?

Can I take it you also do not have a copy of the emails I sent you either? Because I can assure you and the corrupt Judge that threw these orders around like they were confetti that not only do I still have the emails I sent you but that I can prove that you sent them?

I always think it fair that everyone I battle with knows fully the situation and knows it via several emails.

I repeat once again that your Judge issued orders against someone that by law they cannot, which PART of that are you having difficulties with?! I find it absolutely staggering that I have now had tyo mention this TWICE to a court of law.  That this SUPPOSED COURT OF LAW has now ignored the laws I presented to them and the evidence TWICE!!!

Please bear in mind that if you check the blog address I hgave you that you are so arrogant and over-confident that feel your untouchable that Northampton County Court has ALREADY refused orders based on both the evidence I provided as well as the BLOG.

Had they ignoed me as you have done they would not have actually been anywhere near as bad as you.

PLUS THEY ARE A COUNTY COURT!

I dop hope that you stop avoding the issue, I do not CARE about the Order granted, despite the fact I was sure you stated a Litigation Order in your last email and now have to check, I simply want an explanation as to why this particular Judge in Tottenham Magistrates Court seems to think he or she can simply ignore the law?!

Your avoiding this VERY serious issue and the only thing you are doing is making this abundantly clear to not just me but over 100,000 visitors and climibing by several thousand per week.

PLEASE answer my question for the umpteenth time.

THE DECLARATION OF INTENT Part 3

I discovered I finally do have a reply to the court and they have indeed issued a Litigation Order and have broken the law which I already informed them about by doing so!

OOPS!

Well I have based everything I plan to do on them having one anyway otherwise I would be stating that 'They will not come herte becuase they do not have one!', which I have not!

LOL!

IT IS ILLGEAL TO SEND BAILIFFS TO PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES! If not it should be illegal to send baliffs to disabled people too!!

I find it funny that they use what some heroic Paralympians do to state that disabled people can work just like aby other fit person!! Which to be honest if I was a Paralympian or any disabled person that had strived to achive the impossible I would be insulted that the British government were rendring this as feck all with their new attitude to disabled people!

I mean its like 'well look they can all do it! But really we will use those that achive the impossible to state that!'

Oddly enough the person that stated that the Police and Doctors they have worked with are corrupt I completely forgot, they said it about Courts and Judges too and stated they all try and avoid paying the tax when they deal with them! 

I never thought they would be quite that bold about it in all honesty!

Dear Liz Meenan

I do not understand.

The question I now need to ask you is not one that the Council can answer!

How did you grant a Litigation Order?!

I already told you that I have a disability and that this disability concerns two factors and each a disability on their own!

So please by return exaplin to me in full how you completely ignored my email and ignored the facs I put to you and also while your at it, please exaplin how that despite showing that you have breached the law you are informing me to contact the council?!

I will NOT bow down to a bunch of criminals flouting the law that they are supposed to enforce and expecially now that by directing me to the council you have shown a string bias that the council can do whatever they want despite what the law states, the evidence provided and the fact the the Council took FOUR WEEKS to tell me your email address with 48 hours to go and you STILL IGNORED ME!!

Has British Law changed? Are organisations declarewd as public services now above the law and beyond reproach?

I find all this, despite fully expeting things to pan out exactly as they have, to be highly disturbing and highly troubling which is why I will eventually take the actions I now inveitably will and [ublish all that I do so that the British Public can see all public services, or so called, for what they are! Crooked corrupt and greedy for money that they both do not deserve or actually provide the public with no services for!

YOu are literally allowing a bunch of violent thugs to go around and attack people and take money and possessions to do nothing more than to pay the salaries, many over-inflated to a a public organisation we already pay the wages of who ceased to be public servants a very long time ago!

I am not just providing the entire British Public with this but also the world

But then if any of the idiots in this trio or dark forces had any intelligence they would have seen me as a very great threat to the way they have things ties up a very long time ago.

You all will before too long now of that I can assure you!

THE BIG CAT ROARS LIKE THUNDER

Now remember a liability order had been granted against me, or they claim, when I have one condition, FIBROMYALGIA, which includes 120 odd symptoms involving

Bad pains in both feet, ankles, knees, hips, two thirds of back, shoulders and outside of right hand. I also have a pain in my groin which could be Fibromyalgia or down to the Inguinal Hernia repair?

It also causes my Anxiety Disorder and Depression and many of these go back before my feet stated hurting 13 years ago. Documentation to these facts are on this blog.

Bailiffs cannot attend properties of people with mental health problems or disabled sufferers. But then bailiffs are not supposed to cause actual bodily harm either not commit fraud that makes the reason they attended your priory look like a spat in a kindergarten playground!

Email to the Magistrates court after I received a letter from Enfield Council starting a liability order had been granted against me?!

Iwill scan and post tomorrow, Sunday. 

No copy of a liability order was included, oddly, and I posted the previous emails to both Enfield Council as well as the Tottenham Magistrates Court.

The following email was sent several times over skiing with other emails to both Council and Court...

Dear Sirs

FIBROMYALGIA [MY ADDRESS]

This information is widely known to Local Council, NHS England, GMC, PHSO, one GP Surgery along with 100,000 people which includes literary agents, several authors, disabled groups, Fibromyalgia groups,  Northampton County Court and many others besides!

If the current magistrates court are not aware of these facts I will have to ask myself; Why is this?!

Please be advised..!

1) I have FIBROMYALGIA

3) The NHS now KNOW this and I believe they have known for some time!

4) To send bailiff to my home will breach a whole list of laws
5) I have been through this before and I know what will happen

6) Fibromyalgia is recognised even by the Department of Work and Pensions as a, and I quote, 'a significantly debilitating condition'!

7) My conditions number 120 approximately with several painful areas in feet, right calf, knees, hips, back and shoulders all of which are under the Fibromyalgia umbrella and I have NHS documentation going back years and up to twenty in some cases.

8) Of these conditions are two that cause an Anxiety Disorder and Depression so therefore congress under mental health.

9) By LAW you cannot attend the property of someone with mental health conditions and Waltham First Council already sent round thugs who attacked me and defrauded me!

10) ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL, you simply CANNOT afterwards state that it was OK for you, COURT/COUNCIL, to do this because there is NOT the paperwork because the facts are still the facts despite thinking you have Cortot health professionals in your pocket!!

11) I have FIBROMYALGIA and nothing and no one is going to change this simple fact! The Council has previously had letter pertaining to several symptoms.

12) Another point I want to FULLY EXPOSE is that when it suite so called public servants is they have so called experts on hand to help them scree the public and yet hold their hands up and say they did not know they are not experts when they are caught breaking the law!

13) It is my very intention to shore that laws have been manipulated to help the greedy and powerful many of which are themselves guilty of far greater crimes than those they break the law to screw over! Each and every salary paid for by the British public is fully liable to be labeled as FRAUD!!

14) It is also my sole intention to show to the public that I have provided enough proof over and over again so that no member of the British Public is in any doubt as to the crimes committed that the public is actually funding.

15) It is also and always had been my sole intention to discover every single aspect of publicly funded organisations which are themselves corrupt. Many of these had to be left until the very last minute but which I knew that eventually would happen just as sure as I was that there was indeed corruption to be uncovered, that would the the JUSTICE SYSTEM!!

16) In this instance with Enfield Council they actually outer me more money than I owe them!

17) This and my BLOG will only be at an end when I have performed my duties I do free of charge which had included spending the last eighteen months teaching other members of the public of which there are currently 100,000 and rising by a couple of thousand every week on how to achieve more data by teaching them the tricks that I have put into practice.

18) To also show how amoral each industry is because each one does not disclose all necessary information they possesses thereby dropping those they conspire with into the mire asking with themselves. The Rats on a sinking ship effect.

Now I simply need to make sure that my correspondences have been delivered and that none involved have any excuse available to them as an excuse for what will transpire when the bailiffs arrive, if they can find any brave enough!

Of course I know that the hiring of any bailiffs will also result in not all data possessed being handed over.

Right now one last post tonight I simply have to do.

After Good knows how many weeks of waiting Enfield Council finally send me the email address of the magistrates court where there are too take me to city for non payment of council tax.

I was... indisposed as I typed it out and you will note that I mention I was getting ill?! In fact I mentioned it on my last post.

To cut a long story very short now I was throwing up the Cod and Chips that I now regret buying on the way home!! This happened just two maybe the days ago with a Chili Con Carne?!?!

Things are difficult at the best of times and this really is horrible and knocks the wind right out of my sails!! Indeed it is times like this when I wonder what the point of going on living really is?!?! This happens a great deal and is just another bloody battle I have about the pros and cons of living a life that a whole long list of institutions have made a living nightmare that the devil would not be capable of enduring!

Yuck!

So below is the email as I sent of shortly ago and there is a break in the storm of vomiting and wanted to post this off. I could now fall sleep at any moment like I do sometimes bizarrely during the day only more sudden. My Fibrofog could cause me to forget and I do prefer to have things posted as close to the event as I can get just for your records, lol!

EMAIL TO TOTTENHAM MAGISTRATES COURT..,

Dear Sirs

I am contacting you over the fact that Enfield Council have taken me to court over £200 non payment of Council Tax.

Now I will contact you again with more  specific details to what I am now going to inform you of but...

1) I do not owe Enfield Council £200 Z and the fact is they actually owe me over £14,000 and this does not include damages. For one they have NEVER paid my rent in full in nearly 7 years.

2) They have refused A FREEDOM PASS for the last 6 years at a cost of £2,000 per year.

3) I am disabled with one of the worst conditions anyone can suffer with.

Enfield Council have been informed of all this and ate about to receive an application and informed of the following

1) I was long since interested in corruption in public office and found it to be rife hidden away from the public eye by words staff members did not actual understand

2) That everyone is at this and I decided to find out how, who and gather evidence and make it public and that this involved...

3) The NHS who I originally thought were just incompetent and refusing to diagnose my many conditions, 10 of which class me as disabled on their own, I not only prove but secretly recorded a long list of them in conversions and arguments lying about my condition, diagnosis, test results and medical records!!

4) The above has been available to an ever growing public audience that just hit 100,000 people and now growing by several thousand outer week and rising.

5) Those corrupted public offices and services include also the Police, HMRC, DWP, Many Local Governments and all Ombudsman among with s long list of others.

6) Some private companies are also involved and several others recently attempted to take me to court whereby I told them off all this and stated that the only institution I knew nothing about when it came to corruption but had heard plenty of damning details about where in fact the different courts!!

7) Thus far your b the this third attempt to take me to court the first, Eon Energy, pulled out when they refused I would do them far more damage than they could ever receive from. The serving was Shop Direct via Northampton County Court to which the Judges accrued the evidence I provided which I will below the it back at solicitor and debt collectors and I emails and letters of apologies from
