THE YEAR OF THE ACHILLES HEEL

I have declared my intentions to a few people I know. I have explained for the last time what will now occur in the first few months of 2014. I have seen a couple of eyebrows raised over this.

This is likely due to the fact that it now appears to some that it all seems to be coming together at the same time. This is what I had good to take place and did make an effort to plan for this but you, or at least I, never really know if this will pay off.

This is partly shown in here but I have not explained it all nor my intentions. I can, however, over the course of the next ten days start to put the final pieces if the jigsaw together just to show this. Remember I have a number of things I am being taken to court for and a number of others that will materialise in the coming months.

Capquest have sent me a letter apologising for the fact that I an upset over the fact that they are liars, corrupt and part of an industry that includes public offices that intentionally break several very serous laws each one carrying the punishment if time in prison to obtain money from those without any, mostly innocent too! No ifs and buts this is what is going on and had been for a very long time. Long before I was victim to it all.

Two things need to be remembered from the above paragraph and that is that this is just the start of something big to do with bailiffs and debt collectors and their knowing involvement in corruption and law breaking that resembled that which why on in the reign of King John in the 16th or 17th century. Only stealthily done. That is point number one. Point number two is the fact that until the courts become involved, which they seem to very readily and easily do as well as grant whatever orders are requested if them, I have never, repeat and emphasise NEVER, had any correspondence with Capquest.

Now hopefully what will arise from this, and I will email them on the 1st January 2014 along with performing one other important task with a few surprised, I will be informed of the governing body of debt collectors and bailiffs and suddenly scare the living daylights out of them too?  Hmm in fact I may do that today just so I know I have done it.

This is because a very important point links ago that I have done together. That is my health issues as I knew all along that I required help because this is my condition and no one else's. I knew there was not just one but several things I required hero from and this wool blow up shortly into such an event that it cannot and will not be ignored. Because many people will be lined up to take the blame who can easily afford their own top solicitors and we'll go running to the presses to save their own ARSES!

The trick has always been that one I had enough evidence and ruffled enough feathers it will get to the time that the Fox is to be set loose into the hen house! That time is now almost upon us and 2014 will reveal once and for all to everyone what really goes on as and keeping, or likely FORCING, the news media into action and keeping them busy for a long time to come.

The one thing that everyone was relying on was my despondence. This 'despondence' was over the fact that I bitched and moaned about not making my sideline money from my blogs. Yes it was annoying and I let this show but this was designed to confuse the issue intentionally and unfortunately I could not do this without venting my ire to all. It was ire and I do think blog are treated extremely badly and seriously conned by. After all a certain company became very big very quickly and if history has taught us nothing else in recent times I'd that there is a much darker and seedier side to sudden success. It defied belief for me that is for sure. Of course this of you that have followed my endeavours will know that my financial failures have been down in part to failed by Google between their blog, browser and an extension that is supposed to block pop ups only but which altered my layout screen, which had NOTHING to do with pop ups!

I got feed up and left this alone and only visiting the layout now and then and thought Google had removed the ads so added more. I do not know how long this went on for but this blog had more than ten adverts on it. The limit set by Google is three and the financial side froze and refused to move. Whether this is automated by way of an algorithm I do not know. But they refuse to let you contract then unless they are making enough money to be forced to pay you. You can bet that whatever a big writer makes it is a small portion compared to what they will make. So if they will only speak to you when your making £60, $100, per month then I would wager that are making between three and ten times that.

Typical of being similar toot tossers like those on Dragon's Den that seen to be challenged intellectually for the most part making money, and expect to be making money, on the back of the ingenuity and intelligence of others. This is because banks would not give them money, because they are also brain dead, which was obviously an issue long before the recession even started. Blowing part their current excuses that they want to give it money but people do not ask. BULLSHIT!

After all take one look at me...

C) I could also wire books very easily on Numbers 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and even number 6
D) During the years I was refused help I got up to a fifth chapter of a science fiction book!

At the present time I am going to try to start manufacturing electronic cages to house tropical plants and animals. Those that look around will see I have gathered together a number of tools. I need a supply of materials and then I can make a start.,,

That would be a fair amount of glass, possibly perspex too and various types of wood.

Remembering what I said at the start of this post about sticking it to the man and men and ask things coming together.., ARE WE THERE YET? LOL!!!
The energy companies are not excluded here and everything everywhere with all that I have written, especially if I have repeated it, is a deliberate TRAP for them to fall into.

For each and every obvious and steadily hidden two this also counts as double for each JUDGE AND COURT that zI would be taken to court by.

This I have been working on a very long time and the idea is simple and came to me when I was shafted by a DWP TRIBUNAL that made the mistake of making it so clear to me were not interested in me, including THAT GP, and only interested in helping the DWP so committing fraud, rather like ICE are doing. The fact that I had realised this with twenty minutes of leaving the tribunal and before even reaching my house the mistakes and arrogance they showed were to become their Achilles heel.

This new year that approaches is to become the year of the Achilles heel whereby them running around trying to guess my next few moves will suddenly come to light... All too late to help them.

After all it mattered not whether I told them if this blogs existence or not there was always the possibility that any one of them would find it before I starred to their it in their faces. Throwing it in their faces has adjust started but only the first few the rest in the coming months. As you will see in the next few weeks... think of it as tying up the lose ends, so to speak.

There were two things in mind when I started this blog. First I had to keep it low profile and out of their mindsets to avid being taken down until I had far too many people...

... secondly and this is the best bit.. the trouble with big evil corporations is exactly that... they are evil and amoral. They will not inform others, public offices or private companies, of what they may find on here and will therefore not team up to help each other out. They will not give a shit about other corporations nor those within their own. They carry on regardless, could not resist that line, with the over confidence that someone below then will take the blame our fall upon their sword for them, for a price of course.

However I was not after fall guys and I had seen enough of them in the new either get the blame from the news media whether this turns out to be intentionally, for fees or favours, or just plain missed due to incompetence.

Now consider that this all cones together in a short space of time? Considering the size of the whole thing with each singular job being humongous in itself, 6 months to a year would be short.

Then consider the fact it was just one person who did all this, running rings around them as he went sending them all running in rings in the opposite our wrong directions? Be pretty amazing some might think, eh?

Now factor in that this was a disabled guy with bugger all money with 120 symptoms more than half a dozen causing him pain and it might look more impressive still? So it sure could look that with those last two short paragraphs?

But the one thing you can be sure I would do is provide hidden clues, true or not? Hidden clues I can call upon at any moment? Littered thrift the life of this blog and so Ovid when you point them out that one pointed out asking with proved out everyone into one last position whereby no matter which way they turned they would be facing a brick wall?! Could there be anything solitary thing like that within the time stamped posts of this blog? Could there be more than a single solitary thing throughout the pages of this blog? Yes.

But could there be one single solitary thing that I c could say now at just the right time to make everyone release be they friend, foe or just naive and even the i immoral one? Yes. Could it be linked to everyone in such a way as to make them look utterly ridiculous and obviously incompetent or corrupt and therefore obvious all along that everyone who has ever done anything to me would immediately be seen as being WRONG?

YES.

Well that would be the very reason and single solitary reason for the creation of this blog in its first instance along with how and why I started my books in the first place which the very first chapter of which explains in its ENTIRETY!!

The thing about Fibromyalgia is despite the amount of pain and the number of areas of pain and how severe the pain, which I will get to and prove in the next few weeks, and desire the fact it causes sleep problems and is responsible for the depression and anxiety there is one other thing... one single solitary thing that shows that all have abused their positions and poorer where I am concerned. One single solitary thing I hoped all along I could prove but never dreamed it would be laid out for me and appear like the most accurate sniper's rifle you could ever lay your hands on...

...hmm I have now lost my train of thought and totally forgot what it was I was going to say?! Darn it that is the bloody thing with these memory problems it makes it so hard to fight the establishment and get around it. It costs and had cist me so much time and effort among with losing battle over they years!!! So much so that I am sure they have been aware of it?! It had unusually been not noted by anyone or any do called professional I have had the misfortune I have come into contact with?!

I have thought long and hard about how I could work around my Achilles Heel?

Oh..oh..OH!! I KNOW!! ...

I COULD WRITE A BLOG FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND USE IT AS EVIDENCE?!

BATTLE OF THE BLIND

Oh got the love of God  not again?!

Right now let me put this as simply as I can. Neither of these companies are anything like going downhill. Otherwise they would not fork out for teams of lawyers after teams of lawyers again and again.

Someone should work out the combined costs from both sides of the legal bills they have run up! Then publish this and then do a run down of the good that could have been done with this amount of cash! One simply wants to put the other one out if the game but it is but going to happen. Instead greedy people without empathy or compassion our indeed a redirect for the law just get paid huge amounts of money to sit listening to this crap. Lawyers and the like, lol.

One is more to blame than the other on this and I can guarantee that I know ego started these battles and that would be, or highly likely in my eyes, Apple. In fact it is this crush all others and all newcomers that the U.S.A has that should sure many that this is the sole, or primary, reason for the National Security Agency spying and collecting data. An unfair insight into companies from other nations so that there own rich and powerful can possibly do a hostile take over, crush, or buy out. Or of course get their competitors tired up in court on a constant basis.

Funny though is the fact that all the memory in Apple's devices were manufactured by Samsung, or st least they WERE. But you never saw Samsung complaining that the phones should have their name on them? Lol.

Oddly enough I also find it both strange and humourous that Samsung keep bringing out ever better phones, in features at any rate, while Apple....DO NOT! Their offerings have been pretty lame really and even though the iPhone 5S is nice it still had took small a screen and I still do not like iOS I am afraid, sorry.

That does not mean to day that there us something else I think perfect, no way. This Android phone is a real pain in the arse. It had been from day one and many are down to being knowingly sold a device that was refurbished (umm no?) Sourced from America and sold to be as new. But some of these frustrations are down to Google and it's Android OS.

One is bland and boring while both have become anarchic with the apps and no proper regulation of what if on offer. Unless out infringes upon themselves that is then they react like Gazelles on speed! Faster than their own iGazelles that go running to the stores to buy certain phones the moment they are launched, lol.

THE BECKONING OF A RECKONING

Just a few days ago now, and while I decided to stay offline before realising I did not have a choice in the matter anyway, I was contacted with a message to say that my big day was coming in the following week.

I told a few friends about this message and was asked what was meant by it and I said that I do not have the foggiest idea. The phone does something annoying and my friends tell me that their daughter's phone does the same thing and that is every now and the the phone annoyingly connects to the Internet briefly. SO emails and other messages creep through and often these are ones that you want or need to respond to but when you go to do it suddenly you are inundated with screens reminding you that you have no connection and lease pay more money. It is like a wind up quite literally and I cannot help that think that teenagers, like my friends daughter, must go nuts at times wanting to respond and rive their parents 'around the twist' for money to get the connection back to respond or call someone. Nice!

Oddly this was about to happen with me over several days that was to lead to confusion and a discovery or two that was going to somewhat surprise me with the timing and a feeling of coincidence that was just far too great and realise that it was nothing of the kind.

You see this message about my big day or week come through over the weekend and at the time this meant absolutely nothing whatsoever other than making several people scratch their heads. Well that is until this morning when another series of messages seeped through one of these convenient holes!

For a long time I have been concentrating on a number of things while others have been on the back burner and I had stayed...QUIET on them. This is often the best way at times and I can keep various people and groups in the dark and in so doing sometimes other things end up emerging from the darkness and allowing themselves to be seen.

This particular subject is that of my daughter on this occasion and lo and behold messages from her came through the hole in the proverbial net and reached my phone. A couple of hours later I received a phone-call from someone that had nothing whatsoever to do with my daughter but did my NHS and health subject.

As it turns out I discovered just this morning between 9am and midday on Tuesday 30^th April 2013, just so everyone is clear here, that not only DO I have a bid day this week but I have two big things that add up to 4 big days?! I was therefore informed by an extremely well informed person that I did indeed have a big week coming up. Well that was extremely clever!

Right first up is the fact that my daughter's message, the first in many, MANY months I might add, requested several times for me to ring her followed by one stating that SHE WAS IN COURT?!

No realise I have been told nothing about this and sometimes I do prefer to stay in the dark on things as it can be...beneficial and like I told my daughter today I am a strong believer in a very old saying and that is that 'NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS'!

Now there could well be a whole range of reasons why I have been kept in the dark but in all honesty it was not important as to what these reasons are be they good or bad because this could only be good or bad for me and not my daughter and if she was not on the phone crying or wanting to do something silly to herself or someone else then everything must be proceeding as I had intended. Due to some quirk I ended up reacquiring my Internet connection 24 hours earlier than I had thought and I ended up calling her. We then spoke a second time and as it turns out this is not the final court hearing except for one small detail, it was not ending today. As a matter of fact neither was it ending tomorrow or the day after that and I was shocked to hear that this was a FOUR DAY HEARING?! I did tell my daughter that this was most unexpected and that normally only when it is a very serious case does it get booked for several days and she said she had thought the same thing like in the case of a murder. My own court case over custody of my daughter in Liverpool High Court barely lasted a day despite all the documentation, accusations and evidence. So this was somewhat of a surprise and fingers crossed it is a very good sign.

Now there were some things I was told that was a cause for concern but like I stated to my daughter, who stated she did not get to say anything at all, this is the first day and it will swing around all over the place and she is not likely to have her say until day three or even four. She did seem calm and composed so it did look to her, at least, that it was going in her favour but what concerned me was the fact that it had been remarked that her children had now lived where they currently do for so long now, with basically crazy and evil people, that it would be too much of a wrench to remove them and place them back with their mother. This was a really stupid thing to state, whoever it was that stated it, as it was not the children's fault nor my daughter's that the children are where they currently are as it was suggested by the council to do this and everyone decided to leave it as it is, which made me suspicious at the time. Also and quite obviously it was not the fault of my daughter or my two grandchildren that this case had taken as long as it did. It sounded to me like everyone that was in the wrong, broken the law, hidden from view some heinous acts were all going to be handed an excuse or get out of jail free card because the justice system takes too long?!

Quite where the common sense in that statement is God only knows, lol. I did say to my daughter about this and I said that that this should never even have escaped anyone's lips and then said 'do you see now why I cannot place my trust in anyone?!' to which she agreed. I felt a little guilty that I have told my daughter that once she had been to a solicitor and got the ball rolling she was home free and when she did the solicitor basically told her as much too and has done every step of the way. But when the stopped for a recess because some evidence had come to light regarding the father of the younger boy who had beaten his pregnant English girlfriend to a pulp, diagnosed has being unstable and violent and to cap it all had told everyone for years his mother was dead but had in reality been lying and returning to Iraq to visit her for years that the judge stated that the Wirral Social Services, who should be the ones on TRIAL HERE, needed to look at this evidence?!

But then when I had given it some thought maybe this was because it reflected extremely badly on the council, which it does as he actually has the boy living with him currently, and they had to be allowed time to come up with excuses...sorry I meant a plausible explanation, lol. I mean if I was to discover that the judge was requesting ADVICE from Wirral Social Services who had gone out of their way, and I mean ACTIVELY, to prevent me from finding out my daughter's whereabouts when she was in care so I could bring her back to London BEFORE she went on to have two children by the age of 16, used and abused by her mother who then stole the children from her so she could sit on her arse and claim money for them....well you could not only see how bad this would look to any decent human being but also it would prove without a shadow of a doubt exactly WHY I do not trust anyone in government! THE END.

So you see to actually go and SEE my daughter, well when I was FIT ENOUGH, I first need to know where she was residing and they did not even respond to letters from my solicitors who themselves were utter shit. I would not have just seen her either I would have brought her back to London with me and in so doing I would have stopped a great deal of the horrors that she had been knowingly put through by the Social Services and Wirral Council from ever taking place! These are facts and the foster carer that had my daughter is not only on my Facebook list but would tell you himself how Wirral Council conspired against his family and knowingly came up with false allegations they came up with after conspiring with my evil and mad ex girlfriend!

You really could not make this shit up.

Indeed for the longest time now I have fully expected … contact from someone pretending to be somebody they are not to...muddy the waters where my daughter was concerned and therefore another good reason that being in the dark, incommunicado, was of great benefit. Indeed even a little outburst just prior to the weekend now looks like someone...whose time was running out which I would not have realised at the time because I was unaware that the court date was right on top of me, lol.

SO there you have it and for those smart ones who have been paying full attention may be wondering why I have not stated a certain..something during all this typing?! Well you do not think I FORGOT, DO YOU?!

OK well yes and once again this damn feeling I had about the four week period between mid-April and mid-May has cropped up yet again?! LMAO!

Oh but wait?! I have … FORGOTTEN SOMETHING! It was not only the text messages from my daughter was it that I referred to at the start?! There was indeed the small matter of a phone-call too?!

Yes a couple hours after my daughter text me I was standing in a friends store when the phone rang with a with-held number. Chase Farm Hospital's Pain Management people called me and stated they wanted to see me this THURSDAY?! What is more I do not have to travel to the Hospital either and they want to meet me at the very first surgery I was registered with when I first moved to Enfield?! One I left because I was being messed around and the one where my GP stated to me that the government have wasted all the money they have taken by giving it to all the wrong people?! That statement was said to me about a year or two BEFORE the recession started!

Now I have no idea if the lies and tricks used by Merseyside Police will come out or not or the 7,200 page file and my attempts to try and contact and why they have a pile of my Christmas and Birthday Cards to my daughter going back for many years. My daughter seems to think so and there has been mention of it all.

First day of the four days (well four days PLANNED) down so we shall now see what transpires over the next few days and hopefully it will be satisfactory for my daughter and me and finally be truly over. FINGERS CROSSED!!

Suddenly becoming more and more curious.

Also beginning to appear to be on that tipping point on a fair number of matters too along with this very blog, LMAO!!

This could turn out to be one hell of a week?!

Local Councils used then knowing fans will what they do, they in turn use dodgy dates on letters to con (I ASSUME CON) court judges to give out liability orders earlier than they should and without you knowing and then use a dodgy fraudulent auction house to issue fraudulent invoices for ten times less money than they sold you're stuff for!

Each one backs up the other in the group and get away with it...will that is until they choose me to do it to, lmao.

Queue my tricks and BAM! Lack of reacting the correct way or doing any proper checks gives the have away so I only have to set them up for falls.

Mountain of paperwork later I bury the while thing while I move onto others. Papers and news emailed, as I suspect they are all corrupt too, and nothing as expected. Physically assaulted too that aggravated my health conditions that no one else wants to diagnose, deal with, treat our help me financially with.

Well they win this time around but I will return to destroy shot of careers and our many people in jail and cause a bloody chaotic bloody mess in the process.

That was Waltham Forest Council, JBW Group and Plaistow Auctioneers and Valuers. There are others too but they were the biggest offenders and all the series you saw on TV were set up. Spoke to them too they did nothing like everyone else.

Era of the back hander hands and cronies...

Fast forward for years and hiiiii I'mmmmm BAAAAACK!

Now about those careers and prison sentences I referred to?! No? Oh!

Oh and issuing fake invoices for a tenth of what you actually received is BIG TIME TAX FRAUD... but the HMRC ego will fine you £100 for each firm you hand in even a day late....

... have receipts to data I sent them by post as well as emails and I did not even get an answer.

So when your poor, our not stinking rich, they will jail you and mine you over one hundred quid.

If your a government office and avoiding thousands upping thousands...ooh wait American owned business and get out of paying millions....no billions in taxes...

...well you do bit even have to come over for the difficult questions!

Kick all foreign owners out and retake their properties and possessions if they act like that..that's how you get much if the cash back. Why did they not do that and nationalise the company and name?!

Imagine what they would have sold the entire holdings and name to Google, Amazon, Starbucks and anyone else then kick their arses and say...your bit in America NOW BITCH!!
