Hmm, I see this report on the phone hacking trial concerning The News of the World and the headline made me think.

I have mentioned several times, especially of late, that front line staff along with help line staff react with astonishment. They think your mad when you claim to be a victim of corruption and seem to think that if anything like that was occurring that they would be aware of it.

I state that they are being completely dumb and naive to think this as it would hardly be kept under wraps for very long. I have not been able to show this in a post whereby I could them decide that I had given a goods example...until now!

Enter The News Of The World and their phone hacking. Annoyed I had not realised earlier this was a good example one read of the title of this report and i realised I had overlooked this.

Here the secret meetings where only between a select few, though the knowledge of hacking was more widespread.

In a public office and even private firms, where refurbished shite is sold as new and not news media, most skullduggery would be far easier to keep under wraps. Yet they were hacking phones for bloody years and got away with it?! But eventually become more widely known until it was too widely known and leaked out. Because there were many reporters becoming aware and done even stating to use the method.

But a company receiving a shipment that originated overseas and was from America instead of...say Japan would be bloody easy to keep secret. It could work that only the owner of the company need know. The driver who picks up the container and delivery to a warehouse located wherever need not know.

Only STICKERS or SEALS would, and DID, give the game away. Lol.

FANTASTIC NIKON BUT...TROUBLE IN PARADISE

Right OK now I have been out and tested the new Nikon and guess what?

PROBLEMS!

This is really annoying as it is not MUCH of a problem but I have had enough of problems and you have to ask yourself if it will get worse?!

Sometimes I half press the SHUTTER RELEASE to focus before FRAMING and nothing happens!! I release and then try again and NOTHING HAPPENS. I get fed up and press it the whole way and NOTHING HAPPENS. Well the last one is not quite accurate as about 5 seconds or so later it then takes a photograph?!

Now here is the one where I attempted to zoom in...half pressed twice...got fed up pressed to take a picture, waited for seveal seconds and dropped my arm to give up and it took a photo of the path I was walking on?!

Otherwise it makes the Olympus look like it has NOT WORKED from the first day I had it!!...

 

Now these are the first few shots and in very bad light with a camera system I am not familiar with and yet they are STUNNING. On days with light like this and when I owned the Olympus SP-820UZ I would probably not leave the house with it some days and certainly would not cycle for 20 miles getting photos...

...that will NOT be the case here.

It also took time when first set up to focus, about twice as long as the Olympus, which initially pissed me off as it meant it would have to go back....AGAIN!!!

I had the Nikon D3100 in my hands and I did tell them at the store that if I then went and bought TWO LENSES, if I even HAD THE CASH, and the camera went wrong I would be livid.

The smaller Lowepro case that fitted the Olympus like a glove, the one I now call the PUKEY camera case it I puked all over it, is too small for this camera.

I also now have no less than EIGHT Rechargeable AA Batteries and a Energizer charger I have little use for as like my other Nikons this uses its own proprietary battery! Meaning I will now have to purchase another battery which will then be a waste of cash if I change the camera again?!

Thus far there has been nothing n the way of allowances of all this extra expenditure nor the time and the photo opportunities I have lost.

I am afraid to say that this highlights exactly what is wrong with the United Kingdom as many want to cast judgement, point fingers, keep their jobs and salaries and yet there is nothing in the way of understanding nor is the any offer of something for the trouble and money spent.

In February this year of 2013 I bought a Nikon L810 Coolpix for £120. This was faulty immediately and I then changed it but had to pay an extra £110 to get something else. This turned out to be the Olympus SP-820UX I was intially over the moon with but failed to realise that THIS was faulty form day one. Early on there was a loud noise when focusing and zooming but thought it just lesser quality than the two Nikons I had previously?! Now I have paid out another £70 and have this wonderful Nikon P520 Coolpix with some fantastic features I wanted all along that will help me IMPROVE my content on all my blogs and my YouTube account no end.

As I told them in store that getting a third one would be disastrous as this would be akin to three strikes in baseball?! Don't ask it was the first thing I could think of!

I was already apprehensive about the camera because when I un-boxed it, oh yeah I forgot I did a video of that, I noticed marks on the lens looking like skin marks. As I used a micro-fibre cloth to clean the marks away I then realised that bloody VOID sticker was on the box?!

Now for those paying attention both Argos and Nikon claim that the VOID sticker is NOTHING to do with them?! I posted the email from Nikon claiming that not a single box in their entire building regardless of where in the range we are talking about, i.e. COST, not ONE box has ANY stickers over the edging on the TOP of the boxes. So not them then!

But Argos claim that this sticker has nothing to do with them either but DID lay laim to the one that covered the VOID sticker that stated Argos Quality Control on it! Well they did not have much of a choice now did they as it did say 'ARGOS' in big red letters and like I said to the chap that spent an hour on the phone stating all their goods are brand new and NOT returns or refurbished stock, yeah heard the BEFORE from Shop Direct and it was BOLLOCKS then and it is BOLLOCKS NOW!

So what is one supposed to do?

Argos are clearly selling really shoddy electrical goods, and I had a crowd of people listening in on my claims to the staff in store, as are Shop Direct and no doubt others too?!

The absolute arrogance you get when you basically tell them too and they think that as they have wasted the most productive months of someone trying to work and make a career for himself that a series of apologies is all that is needed and then go and sell me more of their CRAP!

I never thought in a million years that they would be STUPID enough to do this to the same person three times in a row?!

I feel sorry for the staff that work in store as they are totally unaware to what they are party to, not anymore I can tell you.

I can also tell you this and that is the term AUTHORISED DEALER is not worth a wet.... day out with your dog! LMAO! AS now I w8ill email NIKON UK yet again with what has just happened and I bet I get no reply whatsoever?!

BEES & QUEUES

Well I did a liitle spot about my camera taking time to record photos and video to memory and talked about how it had overheated yesterday and shut down?!

Bare in mind that it might have been hot but this is the UK?!

AS well as filming this I was preparing to return my Bionaire fan which had also packed up working! I have also just realised I was meant to film it in its box prior to me leaving the house while doing a litlte explanation?! DAMNI IT!! LOL.

Now B&Q head office phoned me about this and I was sitting in a bird hide at the time in Lea Valley Park with another gentlemen I was chatting to about bird watching. They told me I had better be quick bringing it back as I had bought it on the 13th August and I suddenly wondered what the rush was for. It was guaranteed for two, maybe three years so did not matter. I then wondered that had I gone over the date of one year would they now BOTH refuse to honour the warranty because it packed up PRIOR to the year deadline but I did not take it into the store until AFTER the year deadline?!

BIZARRE!

SO the girl said 'why have you bought that in?' and I said 'well because it does not work anymore' and I did think at that point this is not going to go well.

I told her that her head office had phoned me and had rang ahead and informed them I was coming in so they were ready to refund me. She failed to bat an eyelid over this and said 'Well WHO did they talk to because I am not aware of you coming in?' I said 'Now how would I know that? No wait she did say the MANAGER! to which she replied 'BUT WHICH ONE' and I looked at her with a look like Peter Griffin from Family Guy when the Evil Monkey and Chris just come back from Monkeykid?!

I said look I am only telling you what they said to me! They rang ME, I did not ring them!

SHe says that she can do the refund and asks for my VISA and I say 'bit I want the cash as I want to go to Maplins and get another fan, as after FOUR WEEKS you still do not have any, right?!' to says no and starts speaking about company policy to which I interject as I just do not want to her spiel and they get so offended when I stop them from doing a ten minute speech about BULLSHIT they believe. I said 'Look, it is money. Money is money! Or are you saying their are TWO types of money and that Digital VISA money is not worth as much as REAL money?! Or maybe it is DIFFERENT money?!'

She goes to repeat the spiel and I say 'DON'T!!! I do not want to hear it, just refund the card! I have bought an item OFF you and I had had to DRAG it back here because it is CRAP and sub-standard like everything else in this country, I wanted to go and pick one up at Maplin in the town but now cannot do that as I have to wait for the money to clear?! Baring in mind I am standing here with a walking stick and you have not once glanced at it at all' in other words saying you do not give a shit.

Then the machine refuses her the refund and she has to call someone to authorise it and I suddenly see someone standing behind and move to one side so that he can be served and I apologise for not seeing him. I then realise I may as well put my uadio recording app on and do exactly that.

When I look at the man what has he bought in to return? Well none other than a ELECTRIC FAN?! We get talking and it turns out this tall Tower Fan saying Force One on it and likely costing over £100 does NOTHING. It lights up and makes a noise but that is about it. Now if I was this man I would be even more annoyed but he just takes it in his stride and keeps thanking the girl every time she pulsates a muscle. I then hearing talking to someone else and I catch him saying....'Well I would not mind but this is the SECOND FAN and the other one did not work'?!?!

I turn and say 'what? This is your second fan out of here that is faulty?!' and yes inside one month it turns out.

I then realise why they have not replaced the electric fans they have sold out of, because with REFURBISHED stock there will only ever be limited quantities unlike brand new stock direct from the manufacturers?! I did indeed as the head office how is it that after THREE WEEKS of no fans at all and you cannot tell me when you will get any in stock?! Not even a ball park figure on the date?!

Another man brings in a tin of Dulux paint or something and says he found it £10 cheaper and I thought how ridiculous that was! He sees this guys Tower Fan and blurts out 'Oh they are CRAP! I was given TWO of them for free and they did bugger all and ended up in the garage!'?!

I tell them about Argos and my two cameras from Argos.

OLYMPUS TRIPPED

I am now attempting to glue the handle back onto my four month old Olympus camera, which reminds me I have been treated pretty badly by Olympus UK so now I am going to publish more about this and contact Argos yet again about the second camera I have had off then in the space of four months or so that has been refurbished or faulty.

I stated before that there is an electrical goods scan going on and that it is rife and easy to spot that sure to their attitude when you tell them.

I have had super quick responses ash all to my mobile phone and all lasting an hour or more as soon as I use the word refurbished. Yet on every occasion a sure as they sounded there were questions that they did big know the answer to so obviously there to dissuade anyone of any suspicions.

If they cannot do this then the attitude is ‘well your not getting your money back or another one and we can be cocky about that because none of the bodies out there do anything, legal aid is a joke and everyone is at it anyway?!’

Safety in numbers seems to be the order of the day for these names. It is scary and sends a shiver down my spine. First Shop Direct were the first I caught doing this and I know they own the catalogues of Very, Littlewoods and Isme. How many others they own up to this conning of the British public I do not know?!

Then it was Argos with that Nikon camera and I provided incontrovertible proof to that on my blogs but Nikon were but as concerned as they should be. That therefore means that they were supplying them with the dodgy gear or allowing them to source their own and sell them.

The CEX Stores were offering new model iPhones on the day of release and after I asked his they managed that not being a official Apple dealer, who I do not like anyway, I received an email informing he I was banned from their stores. Well that gage new the answer to that one then, something illegal and tax avoidence too.

This Olympus I ended up with sure to the Nikon asks it is annoying as they are not fit four the job when they were working but they were all I could acquire.

I know the camera I need four what I am doing and want to do and it is a Nikon D800E. But when I stated I knew it would be 6 months before I could get something like that…then I one it was a year before I could get something like that…more I’m thinking 18 months but I thought this 6 months ago?! Lol.

The amount of time and work I have lost in the last year alone due to this illegal and immoral goings on I could not even begin to have a stab at estimating.

What I find really funny is that I would like an answer to this question from Google and Adsense…

Why is it I am not earning my first £60 per month yet even though I have already put in several years of work four each of a dozen blogs?

Only you cannot contact Google Adsense until….your earning £60 per month?!

I have never heard of anything more bloody stupid than this?! They are earning out of authors who are not allowed to contact them until Google are earning loads?! How God damn evil and selfish is that?

They should NOT be allowed to offer ANY SERVICES until a blogger had acquired the sufficient number of visitors whether this be overall, mine is 40,000, or each week, where mine is around 2,000, because otherwise the service along with Google is a blatant piss take to authors, done and dusted!

If ever I reach that point they are going to get such a hard time of me they will wish they never went around buying the desertions if other people and then passing it off as their own.

Google you created a white screen with a search field and a stupid name. Even Android is just based on another OS and I know of people doing this on their own at home!

The only thing they seem to have done that I can think of is this upcoming Google Glass that does seem a brilliant idea. Well that is until such a time that loads of odd facts come out about it. Like ooh they bought that if some kid who was creating out in his bedroom in a village just outside … oops no wait that was the Mashable website, hehe.

My point is that you are paying money to big firms who are then costing you even MORE money. Even the spying thing does and I am surprised that no one has asked the obvious question…

How many people have been charged extra because they have give over there data transfer limit time and time again because they have been illegally and immorally stealing you’re data?

Lol!

So the battle goes on and it gets a bit closer with each day that passes to finding a winner.

ANOTHER ONE NIBBLES SLIGHTLY ON THE DUST

Well I should really show you yet another item that I purchased and is coming apart at the seams, lol.

Though this one is more worrying sure me because like many other bloggers and writers I seem to be being ripped off by organisations with no artistic our creative input whatsoever?!

That item happens to be the Olympus Stylus SP-820UZ Camera I use for well these 14 blogs which I have thus far failed to receive a single penny for?! That is two cameras in a row from Argos and BOTH very, VERY SUSPECT! The one I swapped this one for was a returned and refurbished one and but refurbished very well. This one they have used papier mache for the handle grip, lol.

Even though done if my adverts are to companies which actually sell these items?! Lol.

Now I have previously mentioned that the quality of the pictures seems to be dropping, or maybe bad to begun with but I had not noticed?! Well it seems to be when I am on the maximum zoom, or close to it which is what I bought it for!

Now this in itself may not found like much but if I explain that a full zoom, 40x Magnification, movie which can only be shot in 720p is far, FAR sharper and detailed than a 40x still photograph at a supposed 14 Megapixels, or resolution at something like 4000x2000 ...ish, lol.

The photos at 100% on my laptop screen look more like photos that have been doubled there size or a 40x digital zoom, which it is not according to the cameras monitor. As you zoom there us a white bar that runs from left to right. When you reach maximum it stops. If you press zoom again it continues but this becomes digital zoom and the bar turns orange to let you know.

I NEVER USE DIGITAL ZOOM!

Digital zooming should NEVER have been created and is a cheat. It simply destroys the quality if a photograph the more you zoom using digital.

Is it not funny that the attitude today is that when its you're money its treated as if it is nothing but when they think you have THEIR MONEY...or even when they think they have an EXCUSE to say you have THEIR MONEY then they behave like you just sucked all the blood dry out of one of their children?! Lol.

I have two organisations like that one is a local council and bailiff that think they can attack you physically and break into you're home over £550 that you don't owe but then go and make £4,000 out of you and lie about it! There is the only example you EVER need.

The other is Very Catalogue who I thought had wisely given up trying to screw me for £400? This for a second hand refurbished phone that would have been worth £180 if it were for the fact that it is extremely frustrating and laborious to type on. Has a Martian Dictionary, has a series of other faults one if which you cannot use the screen while it is charging at all. How I have not taken a gamer to it at some point in the last year I do but know. Refuses and I MEAN REFUSES to type out some simple common English words like 'last' and 'some', lol.

Will they just sent me a letter about the money I owe and that I have refused to pay for the phone. Well yes I did, I kept giving then the option to send an alternative phone and they kept ignoring it. I needed the phone because if the things I had going in contained within this blog. Have no landline. Needed rio be reached by Police (who lied and fucked up), MI5 (who only ever rang once), Social Workers for Grandchildren (who turned out to be lying, cheating and covering to far worse than I could have imagined), Doctors, Hospitals and various other reasons besides. But they did not send another phone despite being asked fifty times I still have proof too?! They are good at ignoring when they think they can easily get away with it but then they never net anyone like me before, lol.

Well I did say earlier on that stuff, and my stuff, seems to be coming apart at the seems these days....
