Right well here is a post whereby I am going to say something ... nice ... yes I said it, the word 'nice'! Not only an I going to say something nice it is about the most unlikely company in the world, a, energy company!!

In this instance it is nice, but I will say here that I was worried about two things, one that they arrived seconds after putting down the letter, they failed a test when they said they read all emails and were aware if this blog and said Eon are the only energy company that did these home visits?!

Oh yeah and they read the meter again?! Maybe not sinister? But just in case it is, well I just called it!!

Now for those looking for chinks in the armour, are we there yet?!

Anyway as followers and casual look ins well maybe mostly aware that I have had several things going on simultaneously and a gut with a whole series of pain along with memory problems and trying to get something going for myself that I should have had support with long before now, I am not doing too badly ...

While all this Guys Hospital appointment where MY self diagnosis is confirmed but they lie in letter so GP can make me look like liar, at appointment he asks me to switch off all recording equipment! I switch off two!

Thinking himself in cheese he then gets cocky. States I am liar and refused the drugs they said I can have. I tell him '2 thirds of letter are my records which neither you bit they have!' Grind and days no drugs unless they say so. I also CD on desk and say well there is the recording of them saying they are happy to give it!!' To his utter shock and reacts like I just offered a sample of EBOLA!

No remark about the fact I just proved they tried to falsely accuse me if lying, after failed attempt at labeling me add mad and then violent. Traps I set for them.

Told your staff I have given out my blog and people really should read it.

All the recordings, yes unfortunately for GP who has become second in row to kick me off I did still record him refusing and looking extremely stupid and egotistical.

I was always prepared for everything.

THE END OF AN EON

Right I have now aid Eon!

I am now in CREDIT!

I now have a Calor Gas fire with an oversized and huge bottle, which we were told lasts two winters but I will believe it when I am through the second one! Nevertheless I only need it to go through one winter!!

Now I can also tell you that my electricity bills for this winter will actually be LOWER than my SUMMER BILL!! Because of my cycling I shower most days in the summer. Now I will not as it is bloody cold here in the winter for one things and do not get all yucky so quickly for another, lol.

SPLENDID!!

Now I just want to show you, before I get any more crap from Eon, the pictures of their webpages and my bill, taken AFTER I paid them. Note how their own web site asks me for £38 odd and I paid them £40 today!

I also explained my recent discoveries about helath and what I have been up to, and a few hints about other things besides lol...

Oh damn it, lol. It has gone from the 'clipboard' in Windows. Well I told them that the NHS are fecked basically and so are everyone else, lol.

I also acknowledged recent of them ackowledging my complaint about them and I stated 'do not worry I know the Ombudsman will not do anything, I have known all along as in fact that is what I was banking on all along'

POP UP BLOCKER THE CULPRIT

As some may see the ads are cut right down to nest to nothing.

I am pleased to see that it DID turn out that the Pop Up Blocker was hiding the ad blocks in the layout screen! As this is a design screen for the blogs I am completely surprised that the Pop Up affected this and I owe someone of Google's Adsense Forum a big thank you.

Dayam! Never thought I would have said that 6 months ago, lol.

And damn I am in a lot of pain this morning!! Jesus, woke up in dire agony with my back. Sitting down doing this stuff, removing offending ads of all my blogs....emailing court with facts and have to pay Eon again...DAMN just remembered they want me to read the meter to but IO only received the bill about 8 weeks ago and they say it was due the 5th November?! Grr...

If we have text you twice they may be 2 different messages. If they are the same message then please just ignore the duplicate.
 
As I have mentioned before, as you are an online customer we email you everytime we need readings to bill you. The last time we billed you was the 9th August and your next bill is already due (as of the 5th November) so please send in some up to date readings. We have received the payment that you have made but your billing cycle is based on the dates of your bills not the most recent payment that you have made.
 
I am not sure what you think we are up to or what tricks you think we may be playing but I can confirm that only thing we are doing is sending you bills for the fuel you have used. Your conclusion that your bill is due in another 4-6 weeks is incorrect, you can clearly see that the period between 9th August to the 5th November is a quarter.
 
In the last email to you we provided you with our Pre-Disconnection Visit Teams number to arrange payments. Please contact them if you want to do this.

So why did I only get my last bill from you 6 weeks ago?

Without even looking I can tell you that you have made a mistake by simply thinking about the maths involved...

1) As already confirmed in a previous correspondence by yourselves I owed less that £100 when my last bill came in.

2) Then I got a bill stating that I owed around £300

3) Since SAID bill...I get my money every FORTNIGHT and then paid £110, £20, £80 and £60.

4) From day of FIRST PAYMENT to day of LAST PAYMENT equates to SIX WEEKS. NOT THIRTEEN BUT SIX. Therefore it is YOU that are incorrect or at fault somehow and that I am afraid is the END OF IT! I got the bill then at some point PAID THE figures and I thought I had already explained this?! Even if it turned out that the bill arrived just after I last got paid this would be 8 weeks. Unless you want to claim conveniently that there must have been a postage problem?!

5) I suggested that this was to trick a court, or liaise with a court, which I have seen before to get entry to my property and you have not actually made any remark to the court order?

6) If your company WAS up to anything I am sorry but they are harly going to tell you now are they?! I am sorry but frontline help people are not privy to this information and keep their heads down to keep their jobs. Until it is too late and the people above you keep blaming the people below you until the buck stops with you and you end up paying for other people and their amoral ways.

7) This is supported at how quickly you were to inform me that you were applying to a court to force entry to my home, another thing you have failed to comment about.

If you have been watching the news lately then yes you have all been accused of forcing pre-payment meters onto your so-called customers, as well as rigging them to pay you more and been caught lying when you state that you do not cut anyone off when this happens many times a day because THAT is what PRE-PAYMENT METERS do! Have you asked yourself why that committee hearing with Member of Parliament took place? After all I did warn you before hand many emails ago.

So please do not give the the drivel about how you could not possibly get up to anything as a company! It will only enrage me to be treated like a half wit and I will just continue to quote facts about it.

SO if you would be so kind as to tell me what you have been up to...AGAIN?! Do you or HAVE YOU applied for a court order or NOT?!

AGES WITH EON

Hmm I have bene pondering something the past few days about Eon Energy!

I got qa letter informing me my meter was due to be read but this is not right. As followers that hate energy companies would likely know I paid four payments from the moment I received my last bill! These were £110, £80, £20 and today £60.

Not it is NOT ROCKET SCIENCE to realize that this is a period of 6 weeks. A quarter of a year is 13 weeks as two of these make 26 and two of those make 52 which is a year. Even if I had paid the first £110 two weeks AFTER I got the bill that would still only be 8 weeks meaning the next reading would be due in 5 weeks times!

But NO I did not pay that £110 two weeks after and was a week at the most.

So either one of two things have happened and one is incompetence on their part and that for some bizarre reason the last bill came a month late. Or a lot more sinister is that they have applied for a court order qand are massaging things to make it look to a court like I have been later at paying than I actually was?!?!?!

I have seen this before and I know that Debt Companies do it and have always urged people to check the dates on their demands, legal letters and paperwork. It is not something people would focus on so an easy ploy for greedy companies to manipulate to make you look bad.

Now whether or not the courts and Judges have been misled or they are taking backhanders to look the other way I do not know. It is certainly easily deniable for any corrupt Judges that may be out there.

Added to this Eon Energy have also text my phone twice in 24 hours asking that I ring them with my account number. What their phones suddenly do not work?! Lol. Both times I was out, so did not have my damned account number on me. As I have mentioned many times on here I get hom tired, flustered and in pain and cannot even get online most nights on my laptop. So things like that will never get done.

I also tell all companies and public offices that I only contact via email but for some reason they will not allow you this free and immediate service and do not publish their email addresses but quick to tell a court that you failed to get in contact!!

But letters cost time and money as well as not being eco-friendly due to trees and also get lost easily. Phone-calls are expensive too unless you have a monthly tariff. This bit is a REAL UP MY NOSE PET HATE for me. Because its awkward, not regulated, rude, aloof and obnoxious plus it helps them to make YOU look bad.

REMEMBER TO CHECK ALL YOUR PAPERWORK, does not matter WHO IT IS as the dates are used to force penalties onto you. As I stated many times, bad language and anger they are not capable of and treat them as more severe than LYING and FRAUD not forgetting GREED and POWER, LOL.

So ask yourself what the FECK are the SERIOUS FRAUD OFFICE doing sitting in their offices with their thumbs up their backsides?! LMAO!

First off why have you text me twice? If there is something to be said simply put it in an email.

Secondly why am I seeing notices and getting a letter that my meter readings are due to be taken again?

I seem to recall getting a bill just after I had paid an amount U cannot recall, then I paid £110, £20, £80 and I have just paid £60.

These are in 2 week intervals so going from the payment of £110 this comes to 6 weeks. This is only HALF the quarterly period!!

I cannot help but think your up to something sinister and if so then I already know what this is! It would also explain how you have tried to get me to call you twice!

If it is the same trick I have seen so many other times previously by so many other public and private organisations by misleading or having a Court Judge .in your pocket' it will not work.

My blog does a lot more than deal with the organisations I believe to be both unfair and corrupt. It informs the wider public of how they get away with it.

Unless you sent me a bill several weeks late there is no way I am due a bill, not for another four weeks minimum but would wager it is six.

But if you have acquired a court order to gain entry to force the pre-payment meter then by all means go ahead and arrive at the house as you will just hand me an early victory I thought I would actually acquire elsewhere in 6 months time?!

ENERGIES OF THE OMBUDSMAN

AN email to the Ombudsman about Eon Energy who now claim they are applying to a court to FORCE a pre-payment meter, which are all rigged and you pay a standing charge for them!!

Eon also have not dealt with the fact that I seem to have THREE totals that I owe, two online and one in a letter?!

They also have not commented on the £55 call out fee I have refused to pay them, remember banks were banned form charging a £50 fee for being overdrawn and I see this being no different! Especially with the recession being on they should not be employing call out tactics and £55 fees over £100 to £200 being owed!! Not any fee at all in my opinion and is just more trickery and greed.

So yet ANOTHER Ombudsman and so far despite all the evidence I have provided to each and every one we have had ZERO PERCENT action and I cannot get them to act then NO ONE CAN. Ooh OK well not many will be able to, lol. SO let us now see how this one fairs? Lol.

As far as I am concerned this is defrauding the taxpayer to be paid large salaries for sitting on your arse all day every day!

Anyway I have emailed EON again and here is an email to the Energy Ombudmsan...

Dear Sirs

I have not had the time to read your letter as yet.

I am disabled and very busy and am now feeling quite ill.

I should let you know that Eon Energy had a guy phoned me and I was tricked into agreeing to something I would not otherwise have agreed to as all the details were not divulged to me. Even though I explained to Eon in an email, the same time I paid them £110 out of a £300 bill I only just received, they left a debt guy called Andy to deal with me. This even though I said I would have the bill paid in thirty days?!

I was then told that by Andy that I cannot pay by VISA online any longer and that I had to pay either by Direct Debit or Payment Card if I am refusing a pre-pay meter. I found this odd as this would mean that I would have to leave my house and go to a Post Office to make payment instead of doing it from the comfort of my living room? For someone who is disabled too?! SO I did not pay and waited for the payment card. Only when it arrived I apparently agreed to pay £44 a fortnight, or £90 a month, for a whole twelve months?!

SO Eon Energy do not do quarterly bills anymore and only read meters ONCE in twelve months?!

Added to this when I showed my friends my electric bill they said I was being robbed and there was no way I had used that much electricity, the amount on my last bill I refer to. I am a single man who lives alone, hardly puts on the heating in winter, spaced out showers and had all summer instead of baths. I also rarely use my cooker too. My lights have been switched to LED bulbs too and I have a set over some Orchids which costs £20 per year to run.

My friends, also with EON, have three adults and two children living in their house. They have pets and among them reptiles which need heat and light and yet there bills are half what mine are. They also all have smartphones each and TVs in each of the rooms, whereas I do not watch TV.

Indeed the only thing that is ever on that uses any mount of electricity at all is my laptop and my washing machine.

I have emailed Eon and told them to stick their payment agreement and said they had better remove the £55 fee for call out too was I refuse to pay this. In case you do not agree well all I can say is that banks were stopped from charging a £50 fee for being overdrawn! I do not see how this is any different.

They now tell me they are going to apply to the court to put a pay meter into my property. I will NOT ALLOW THEM to do this and I have told them so.

I relish the chance to appear in court and told them so. However I have warned them that if an order is placed by a court without me being present I will see this as amoral and a breach of my human rights and that anyone that walks onto my property to FORCE anything will be met with the equal amout of force to stop them.

I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM ENTRY and I do not care WHO COMES ALONG to aid them.

I should warn you that I have a blog that covers corruption and it has hundreds of secretly recorded audio from meetings, appointments and even phone conversations. This includes all public offices even the Police, NHS, HMRC and just about every other one you can think of and I am heading for 100,000 visitors now.

I have had MPs email me and ask if they can use my data in the House of Commons too and I still have the emails.

I also attack many Ombudsman too as for each area of corruption I have followed the correct procedures only to have Ombudsman LIE to me about evidence I have provided them, all freely available on the Internet, and do nothing.

Basically the public's perception is well if I can go to the lengths that I have and acquire all this evidence and Ombudsman everywhere still do nothing then they obviously all do nothing or have no intention od doing so and therefore just eye candy for the British Public.

SEEMS EONS WITH EON

Just sent an email to Eon Energy and I was not happy and yet I refrained from the use of foul language...for now, lol.

But while I was on their PAYING THEM some money and sending them the email I noticed that I seem to have TWO AMOUNTS for what I owe for my bill?!

One is £198, though I had previously paid £20 si is actually £188. The other states £320 as I recall give or take £10?!

Right now first off you can take your payment agreement and stick it where the sun don't shine!!

I found both laughable and offensive at the same time that a company that both lies and tricks so profusely can go about bullying and using courts and judges to back them up in their behaviour!!

So you can FORGET that payment plan that I DID NOT AGREE TO!!

Also do not kept that DICK phone me again as moments after I came off the phone to him I realised that not only did he LIE but he lied to me last time he was on the phone too!!

Next up I waited to see what you would put in your letters and the payment plan that was suggested to me on the phone. This was because it started to sound a bit odd to me, I was immediately told by a FAMILY that are a customer of yours that your all talking bollocks and not only are you LYING about my energy consumption but showed me their bills for a year.

A houeshold that is a customer of yours that has THREE ADULTS and TWO CHILDREN uses...

LESS THAN HALF THE ENRGY THAT I DO OVER A YEAR!!!

I use cooker twice a week, taken showers all summer and my large electric fan failed early summer so been without that-OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD

This family ALSO does not use LED lights as I do. They have many cages that contain Reptiles and Amphibians which they use both lighting and heating for!! Cook everyday and take baths instead of showers!!

Also I never agreed to paying that £44 OVER THE COURSE OF A WHOLE YEAR!!...

...DO YOU NO LONGER READ METERS THEN? HAVE YOU DONE AWAY WITH THE QUARTERLY BILL?!

Also there is one last thing before I TELL YOU how it now going to be...

I paid you £110 and I TOLD YOU what I was going to do next and that was pay you the same amount again and again over four weeks. You ignored this and left my account with that lying idiot WHO TOLD ME NOT TO PAY YOU THE MONEY and said that I HAD TO DO IT ON THE PAYMENT CARD?!

So instead of sitting on my sofa paying you I have to venture out to a post office and queue up and pay?! For a disabled guy?! When I explained that I had emailed you stating I would pay it off in four weeks he said, just as he did last time, that he had no access to anything as he was “out in the field” and yet he was anle to IMMEDIATELY set up the payment arrangements?!

Funny that!

Also I see I have now had that £55 call out fee added to my bill?!

NO!

Now you get £30 a fortnight until such a time that you apologise and REMOVE that £55 charge!

Your choice and if your not happy with it well we can sort it out in court!

A word of warning though, just in case you think you have the courts all tied up working for the money instead of morals...

I have been trying so very hard on my blog to get someone, somewhere to take me to court! This is because I need to find out if the courts and judges are corrupt?!

However it seems that despite the number of factions and public offices along with British Governments I attack on my blog everyone is too scared to actually take me to court to shut me up?!?!

But now you have done this and it matters not which court it is...as long as I can turn up with all my paperwork and evidence and if they then favour your side then I have yet another huge scandal and collection of evidence for my blog!

THE EON IDIOTS

Well I just looked at my account and its around £50 less than it states on the letter?!

Also I should have pointed out that the two previous bills were ESTIMATED!!

SO when I owed around £60 or less they had been estmated by them and therefore UNDERESTIMATED which they will now use to penalyze me. Well for the want of sounding like a stuck record...

LET ME KNOW HOW THAT WORKS OUT FOR YOU!

It is funny is it not...

Due to giving the energy company Eon SOME money instead of not giving them anything which is what I should have done I wound up without an Internet connection from midnight Saturday previous until Wednesday afternoon.

In that time I had an email from Eon stat8ing they wanted £100 down-payment from me upfront and then two days later and remember I now cannot reply to them because I gave them MONEY and went WITHOUT an Internet connection, I had a letter through the door about the money I owe and that they have just charged me £55 for this letter?!

TUT-TUT, I have warned them about this behabviour before so now I will no longer pay any money to them and hold back. AT the weekend, and NOT BEFOREHAND AS THESE WANKERS JUST DO NOT GET IOT LIKE ALL THE OTHERS, I will then TELL THEM SO and say knock yourselves out and take me to court.

They also say they are coming around with the Police and I will tell them to make sure they gie me the exact date and time as I am fed up with this bullshit and a visit from the plod will allow me to a stop to everything on this blog once and for fucking all?!

Problem? Yes you bet your life there is a problem...

Benefit claimants now only get around £60 to £80 per week which comes in fortnightly payments of double the figures I provided. I am unusual because I get Incapacity Benefit but was cheated out of my Disability Benefit 4 years ago and am still waiting for ICE the DWP complaints people to sort out bith that and the fact I applied for DLA again over 18 months ago and heard NOTHING AT ALL FROM THE DWP?! LMAO!!

So brainiacs that think life on benefits is easy and that this is what people want, sorry only idiots and morons believe that is true which is easily proved it is not through science, lol. Yes so what is the percentage of the fortnightly money the energy companies are UNFAIRLY REQUESTING?!

Amazes me how these companies act tough when it comes to their customers who cannot fight back but when their suppliers up their wholesale prices they go running for the area behind the bike sheds like scared schoolgirls!

Now REMEMBER...I could not contact them for FOUR DAYS and I only read the email last Thursday thereabouts. The Eon letter with the fifity pounds charge on it came Monday morning!!

Of course I am going to send all this to Ofgen so that I can get evidence and show you the public that like the rest of the governing bodies they do nothing for your hard earned taxes either!!
