I am not really going to say much at this point.

A DWP letter about my PIPS application arrived this morning. It has the decision I expected but I did not expect it until after Christmas but then they have likely realised or I let slip that I have been deliberately allowing them to drag their feet and the panicked?

Except they did not know that this was indeed a trick because I have only just had confirmed that they possess no NHS documentation when I can prove that they did. So just like I tricked them into binning it or losing it then? Well, yes.

Is it not hilariously funny that those that think themselves the grandmasters of corruption, deceit and dishonesty are being pistol whipped and run around the houses by someone who does not lie?

This in itself was an extremely major part of what I do and how I would win. A very major part.

I wanted to end up showing on here that the truth can emerge victorious over deceitful people and no matter how big, famous, rich or poerful the deceitful people are.

I simply use the truth in ways that get results. No deceit neccassary.

It is this that I would be most proud of once I achieved and if I can succesfully show people that deceit is not a mandatory requirement of doing things then the world of politics within the United Kingdom would slowly drown underts its own drivel and verbal diarrhea.

Now here is a letter I am going to send to the DWP and their Personal Independent Payments department and I am assuming here that none of the other departments bothered to tell them things like ...

Now if I was lucky they would just issue a refusal thinking that I am some average idiot that would just assume that they had written to my GP and they stated no based on what he or she said? Whoops!

Yes I was pressing for trhis decision as it was always going to be a refusal anyway as I have said from day one of this blog 2.5 years ago. They mave have removed safety nets for the poor, disabled and ever more of the working classes but they wrongly assumed that they themselves had plenty of safety nets.

NOW MY REPLY THEY WONT READ FOR AROUND A WEEK, MAYBE TWO..

Dear Sirs

PIPS APPEAL

Thank you for your letter dated the 6^th December 2014 despite the fact that I applied for this 54 weeks ago or more. You...sad...lot...of...losers! Lol!

First up your organisation has had a sustained attack from me for the last 7 years on a number of different levels on a number of different departments. My documentation goes back further... a LOT further! I shall break this down into bullet points as every department within the DWP has serious issues understanding English. But then I gambled on this being the case...

• My Documentation on a lot of different people goes back 20 years including yours
• Yours, however, is non existent and I will get to that later and how stupid you were to refuse me
• Yes I would like to appeal against your decision!

I have two letters here from other departments within the DWP that were tasked, by me, to handle a Freedom Of Information request and a Subject Access Request. Now I am going to tell you very briefly what happened in a phone conversation with someone within the DWP a couple of months back that had no idea that I had a current year long PIPS application, constant barrage of lies from Atos for five years and several refusals of DLA I was quite deliberately collecting over time...

• A woman handling my Subject Access Request whereby I demanded all documentation regarding my health be sent to me told me she had checked every department and there was none?!
• THERE WAS NONE!
• I then asked how it could be that along with a couple of dozen letters I have from Atos proving them to be liars about my case that I have had 4 applications for DLA turned down if the DWP did not possess a single document?!
• “ERR...I DON'T KNOW!” was the confused response!
• Oh and I would like top appeal against your decision.

Umm, how did you reach your refusal decision this time around?! STOP!!! Just don't and make sure you read the entirety of this correspondence.

Here are a few things that I KNOW that you do not. Now pay close attention now when I say that I can prove this without challenge whatsoever as I can all that I claim on here...

• I have Fibromyalgia and bad FIBROFOG and a buggered right knee and my oesophagus may have just gotten a great deal worse or even dangerous as just a few days ago I was hit by a large vehicle...oh dear!
• I had some emergency response guy at my house then and to go to hospital under orders as they now thought I had either stomach or colon cancer and had a barrage of well over a dozen tests over 8 hours
• I know have to have ten different blood tests as they suspect many others, Coeliac Disaease being just one
• The symptoms of the condition are ones that I have repeatedly told the DWP about over several years...
• As are the symptoms of my right knee which I have a recording of Dr Kirkham at Guy's Hospital spots it without even being asked and performs a test whereby I scream in pain
• OOOH DEAR!!! (Oh thats not really a point...no, wait?!)

Now I made the remark that you have no documentation? Did you catch that part?! No? Oh dear...

• While this, PIPS, application was going on I had been putting the DWP in such an exposed position and placed them under such pressure that I knew they would bin (read LOSE) my files and I also know why
• A court case from angry GPs would not go down well...but LOTS of angry GP's...you do keep abreast of the latest news bulletins I take it? Are you familiar with the word 'EXODUS'?
• I have been repeatedly ignored despite my repeated requests and I now have a recording of the DWP telling me over the phone that … THERE ARE NO NHS DOCUMENTS ON ME
• However and as I explained to the lady who rang me “Oh but you do!! Because I not only have evidence that you did but that they would testify to this fact” she is a GP
• I have a letter here from yourselves, oh no not PIPS, that states that one time I was refused because my GP filled in the form wrong?! I am not going to tell you the rage the GP I referred to in the previous went into. But I will tell you that she told me what I already knew

NOW DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION?! YES? GOOD!

Yours is not the only public service organisation I have gone after and in reality...your mere small fry.

I wanted for a very long time to expose the truth I knew went on and I wanted to get these facts to as many of the British public as I could. I am not only currently well on my way to achieving this I am well over half way in doing so.

I started this a very...VERY long time ago.

I have comments from many of my 200,000 plus visitors and guessing that figure as last I looked months ago I was at 150,000 and this was rising my over 10,000 per month. That 10,000 per month also rises each month.

I am afraid to say that I am about to add a whole new dimension to my endeavours which will attract and reach a whole new group of people that do not fit into the categories of the others.

Oh dear!

You might want to pay close attention to the following points...

• I have well over 100GB of DATA and growing and I gave up estimating the size many moons ago
• As early as January 2013 I was asked by a one Michael Meacher MP if he could use ...elements of my data to attack Iain-Duncan Smith MP in the House Of Common
• Several months ago I was contacted by Which? Magazine who now have a couple of petitions going and focusing on all public services and now the NHS in a separate campaign
• Nothing I do is illegal and I have been training up tens of thousands of people which likely goes up by tens of thousand per month and next year...WELL, you have an imagination
• Out of the many, many thanks for what I have done and what I do which I do at my own expense and without profit many eyebrows where raised lately when one came on and commented that he could not thank me enough as he and his family had gone through a terrible time and felt treated like criminals by the system. But they now know that it is the NHS in particular and now all public services are lying. He was a VICAR!!
• At least one GP was struck off in Liverpool was struck off using my methods and tricks and believe me when I say I do not need to keep tabs on who is stealing what from my BLOG for their own personal gain
• The public have free access to my data to use if they think or know it would help them if they are suffering at the hands of a fraudulent, do not even think of trying to contact me to state your not, public service
• I perform a public service the likes of which have never been seen before and I have the biggest of the plans and plots to finish up yet, so much so that I have been called a modern day Robin Hood.
• As for your little friends at Atos and ICE? Do not even get me started on them and what I have on them as I have to keep this short. All documentation and recordings are freely available on the blog and backed up in ways that would make an IT professional blush!

So YEAH, of course I am going to appeal your decision...everything is more data and I never say no to more data. In fact I simply rely on it and have done from the beginning. Think about it...

Had you done as you should have done I would not even have been able to start the blog in the first place, let alone collecting around 40GB for it before I have started and kept it going for 2.5 years now, would I?!

So God damn stupid it is staggering and you have not even been told the most obvious and therefore most embarrassing aspects yet. By the way...the excuse you did have has now evaporated away to nothing.

Yes I APPEAL against your refusal and to RECAP...

• You did this with NO NHS documentation
• You failed to write to the three Doctors I have had in the last 18 months at three different GP surgeries?! (You really all should pay close attention to my blog and I warned you about this...ALL THAT WILL BE IS ON YOU)
• I can do things in such a way I can keep tabs on what you do without even having to ask you
• Atos sent me assessment times for very early in the morning at YOUR REQUEST because you knew that Fibromyalgia is down to a damaged nervous system and sleep disturbance. Holloway Road, EARLY!
• Atos then made another appointment claiming to have not made the first one and set the location for ILFORD, ESSEX, EARLY?!?!
• They then claimed to know about Fibromyalgia and denied my claims they only have a third of them Doctors and denied making the first appointment
• Their 'claim' to be experts on fibromyalgia is so easily disproved purely on the times they arranged for the three appointments...ooooooh sorry SIX APPOINTMENTS!
• Once again I requested a HOME VISIT and claimed that I had asked them for one of these three times previously they then denied doing. I then told them they were both completely fecking stupid and are incompetent even at lying and told them I had the letters of apology for not turning up 3 times and each time was a lie based on various PHYSICAL objects within the grounds of my home that can NEVER be proved and EASILY disproved.
• I am going to give you THREE GUESSES what is on my blog! I will give you a clue...it contains a video in its 1,200 strong list of videos. There are many others!
• The last and third appointment time and location for me living in Enfield was for 9AM in Lambeth, South London!

Are we there yet?!

What I relied on was that to con the public these...lowlifes that get paid to screw those that pay them would have to employ some pretty seriously half-witted jobs-worths that they could easily keep in the dark and that would never have the intelligence to realise what was going on?!

I also relied on the fact that these morons who order the jobs-worths to do crap that the real villains would easily escape from leaving the jobs-worths to take the blame...sorry I mean fall while they are long gone.

A fine example of this would be the Baby P case I featured quite heavily on as I have done of late on that cancer child called Ashrya.

Oh yes and should you require evidence I shall now provide it but before I do...

REALLY DO NOT DO ANYTHING REALLY STUPID BY REPLYING AND STATING THAT SOMEONES VOICE ON A RECORDING IS NOT EVIDENCE BUT A SIGNATURE AT THE BOTTOM OF A TYPED LETTER HAVING GONE THROUGH SEVERAL PAIRS OF HANDS IS?!

Oh and when I ask for 'ALL NHS DOCUMENTATION HELD ON ME' please remember that this...good bloody God I cannot believe I am having to type this...really is self explanatory. It did not refer to what is held from this department or that department as it is really in the sentence what I mean. All is equal to ALL!! You blithering bloody idiots.

By the time you read these words this letter and your letter refusing me would have been on my blog several days, I even use your own tight arsed attitude towards postal services against yourselves too. Now if you do not mind I have the urge for some candy and I have just spied a baby!

HE WHO GIVES ATOS

...well they will when they read the email I have now sent to them!

Of course I have put it here and pasted below.

But I was a little shocked today after lambasting the DWP in several emails that when I got home I found a letter from them. Only it was NOT from them! It was from the dreaded, evil, conniving Atos and I could not believe after eveything I put to them that they would even SUGGEST that Atos and I come into any kind of contact ever again?!

I did think that it MIGHT be a possibility laster on in the claim but thought that the condition I now have would prevent that.

Still it will be good to have another go at Atos as I am sure so many visitors on here woule be overjoyed to watch them get attacked by me every which was but loose?!

Also and long with the letter there was a form and I thought, oh it is the Personal Independent Payments form, except it is not?! It has the letters ESA on the name of thr form and this is what made me email them and I have ripped them several new ones. I have told them how NHS England are now panicking because they got told by my last GP that I have beev recording them and I am sure that the GP Surgery told them that if THEY go down they will take the NHS along with them!

But you read the email I sent them below and I am sure haters of Atos and the DWP are going to get a bloody good laugh out of my choice of words...first the letter and form and then the email...

Dear Sirs

Before I go into one of my usual rages whereby I name call and then explain how I am going to dismantle your oganisation along with other piece by piece with many fall guys ending up in prison I want you to fist explain the following to me?

Why have I receieved an Employment Support Allowance form and WHY fo I have a letter with YOUR name upon it?!?!

I cannot believe anyone would be so arrogant, over-confident and incompetent enough to even hint at myself and any representative from Atos meeting face to face, not after what I exposed you of doing which is lying, cheating and defrauding!

I DO hope you have some very good excuses because I have been extremely busy since we last correspondended to prove how this latest form of corruption was all linked up!

I knew all along it was via the NHS and I am the sole reason you have had such bad press and my website teaches people how to catch you out. It also has 70GB of data and much of it recorded evidence of Doctors, GPs and Specialists lying. In fact my data has been used in the House of Commons via one MP I know of, Michael Meacher MP and his wife Baroness Meacher, to attack Iain Duncan Smith over both you and the DWP. That has been going on since January 2013! Since then I have acquired 100,000 visitors and have been thanked by a great many people and now I attract 2,000 new visitors each month and this rises.

I now only have evidence of the conspiring to give your organisation a helping hand in screwing over disabled people but I have had it from the mouths of the Doctors themselves and we are not talking about one Doctor here. How about 5 GP Surgeries and SIX hospitals and no matter what you thought you could get away with it is now over. It is not a matter of IF but a matter of WHEN.

Indeed let me explain to you so that you are under NO false impressions whatsoever...

There was a concerted effort to trick me and discredit me for the last few years, I saw it coming and even expected it and it failed miserably. A number of Doctors and Specialists did an about face on a diagnosis and eventually I got one Doctor admittig he lied about an ultrasound scan.

I was FULLY EXPECTING THIS which is why I was secretly recording it and every single meeting, appointment and even PHONE CONVERSATION I have had for well over three years now!! Then when it appeared they were losing there was a conspiring between the GMC, I also fully expected, and the NHS to have me listed as violent and kicked off my last GP Surgery register?! My GP vefore that one who you or the DWP wrote too either found out what I knew or was asked to lie because she QUIT and closed her practice effective immediately and TOOK something of mine with her, protection no doubt as she felt she was being set up?!

So one quit for some reason, being asked to lie or losing agains mt I do not know, while the next GP had me kicked off the surgery. Only what none of them knew was that I KNEW what was going on and I was manipulating the entire situation as well as everyone involved to get the EVIDENCE that I wanted. So then I raised an OFFICIAL complaint, which I also knew would go NOWHERE, and I received two reports and one from NHS England and one from the GP Surgery with lies and misinformation in black and white. Re[eating the misinformation I was provided about frugs, the lies, the accusations towards me about sanity and violent. That was a huge backfire because I was already listed as completely sane and competent and as I stated to the GP at that time..."Huh! Funny that?! You stopped DLA for mental health sufferes 3 years ago when I was having a nervous breakdown at the time, I know because the Psychiatrist told me, and now you just want to label everyone as mad no that no one has to pay to support them!" Oops!

Well after receiving the REPORTS I then dropped in a nine page letter to my last GP thanking them for giving me the lies in black and white and that I had indeed been recording every single visit with them so they are buggered every which was but loose! As is every Doctor I was ever sent to for the last few years involving a Dozen Doctors and Specialists.

I have been posting all this on my blog for the last eighteen months while keeping a low profile, as I am aware of your tactics of closing things down that try to tell people the truth about you, and I made the recordings, scans, screenshots, letters, emails and video all freely downloadable and to keep it just ion case the twisted British Law was used to hide the truth yet again. It is plain to see on my blog that I only deal with facts. I never gave anyone else that nine page report except the GP that deregistered me.

After leaving Barnet Hospital one day I receieved a call from NHS England. A lady told me that she was phoning me to do a survery regarding the complaints procedure. I knew that this was NOT a survey! She was fishing to find out what I thought of the two reports I receieved and I lambasted them. NHS England had quite obviously been contacted by my ex GP Surgery and broke the news that for the last four years I had been leading them down a garden path but with GENUINE REASONS only to entrap them not once but for FOUR WHOLE YEARS!! Also that the whole time I was doing this I was publishing it AS I DID it online and therefore a large section of the public KNOW the truth and that this truth is SPREADING. FAST. Well at about 2,000 per week and rising right now but this figure will itself rise faster when the weather warms up and people start meeting up and socialising.

Oh yes and I have a number of people follow me too and there are journalists, reserachers for journalists, Authors and literary agents!

As for that phone-call from NHS England and after I made it clear what I thought of the reports I was then told that they had now been RETRACTED and this would be sent to another division to be dealt with?! Rather odd that because the report that I have right here of which you can see ON MY BLOG clearly states that IF I wanted to continue with the complaint I would have to go through the PHSO. Now not only did I already know this with the PHSO but that I had already corresponded with them previously whereby they had been sarcastic and will pay for that and now have the two reports in their hands along with my own reports. Oh yeah and I know that they will do nothing too!! But I have made it extremely difficult for them to do nothing of which I am rather proud.

NOW THEN! I may as well mention that you and the NHS are not the only ones I have been covering and in fact a large majority of the news reports concerning corruption in both public offices, organisations and services comes from my blog. AS does a number for private companies too! The Police, HMRC, GCHQ, MI5 and all Ombudsman amongst many others all have their own data and secret recordings.

To cut that short and put it simply you were but small fry among those I have gone up against, despite your behaviour that you were untouchable.

Your next move now would naturally send me a letter asking me to drag my disabled arse right across London and then bizarrely cancel my claim for not arriving, which is so contradictory in nature it is not even worse mentioning.; You are I must say incompetent at lying. Then I will say noooo...I cannot make it and you have to come here!

This is when you msyteriously FAIL to arrive! You will then make excuses for each time and make it look like it was MY FAULT. Like I was not in when I actually was then I would phone you and accuse you of lying and your representative on the phone does not even deny it. Then you will make another date for a home visit and there will be yet ANOTHER excuse for your staff member, who 75% of which are not even Doctors, let alone specialists, and this time you will say something easily proven like...THERE WAS A BIG STEEL BIN BLOCKING YOUR DOOR! Which would be very weird because I do not have a bin! AT ALL!! Then I will be refused the DLA based on all this?!

Now here is what I have been telling people...

1) Atos and anyone connected with them are guilty of a number of illegalities and one being large scale fraud!

2) Vast sums of money which could be used to do good are being paid to people to either do nothing, hand out excuses with no intention of doing anything or actually cheat the people that have paid taxes?!

Now compare say someone in your organisation being paid £35,000 a year to £100,000 or more a year out of the poublic's money to actually cheat the public, many of which out of having a job for the first time in decades and paying taxes only to realise it is given to criminalistic dickwads like you?!

Now consider the fact that 100,000 people are aware of this thus far. Now think....this rises by 2,000 per week right now. Now stay with me here....this is after only 18 months! Now think what the numbers will be at in 18 months time?!

Oh yeah and I DO havbe to give IT lessons but do remember that the blog is GLOBAL so not doing a great deal for the government who went to go around lecturing on human rights now does it?!

I had planned all along that 2014 was going to be extremely difficult and that became true of 2013. This year of 2014 is going to be a whole lot worse, of that I can assure you!

Now once again...

Why do I have a form for ESA here and not PIPS?

ARE you planning to ask me to travel to Euston or Holloway? Because that is not going to work out too wekk for you.

As for my blog I am rather suprised I have not had any contact from you over it because all the members of what I now call the UNHOLY TRINITY of the NHS, DWP and Local Councils all know about it!

In fact I was recently told that my blog was appearing 'all over the place' very recently so I can expect a huge boost in figures between now and April?

ENERGIES OF THE OMBUDSMAN

AN email to the Ombudsman about Eon Energy who now claim they are applying to a court to FORCE a pre-payment meter, which are all rigged and you pay a standing charge for them!!

Eon also have not dealt with the fact that I seem to have THREE totals that I owe, two online and one in a letter?!

They also have not commented on the £55 call out fee I have refused to pay them, remember banks were banned form charging a £50 fee for being overdrawn and I see this being no different! Especially with the recession being on they should not be employing call out tactics and £55 fees over £100 to £200 being owed!! Not any fee at all in my opinion and is just more trickery and greed.

So yet ANOTHER Ombudsman and so far despite all the evidence I have provided to each and every one we have had ZERO PERCENT action and I cannot get them to act then NO ONE CAN. Ooh OK well not many will be able to, lol. SO let us now see how this one fairs? Lol.

As far as I am concerned this is defrauding the taxpayer to be paid large salaries for sitting on your arse all day every day!

Anyway I have emailed EON again and here is an email to the Energy Ombudmsan...

Dear Sirs

I have not had the time to read your letter as yet.

I am disabled and very busy and am now feeling quite ill.

I should let you know that Eon Energy had a guy phoned me and I was tricked into agreeing to something I would not otherwise have agreed to as all the details were not divulged to me. Even though I explained to Eon in an email, the same time I paid them £110 out of a £300 bill I only just received, they left a debt guy called Andy to deal with me. This even though I said I would have the bill paid in thirty days?!

I was then told that by Andy that I cannot pay by VISA online any longer and that I had to pay either by Direct Debit or Payment Card if I am refusing a pre-pay meter. I found this odd as this would mean that I would have to leave my house and go to a Post Office to make payment instead of doing it from the comfort of my living room? For someone who is disabled too?! SO I did not pay and waited for the payment card. Only when it arrived I apparently agreed to pay £44 a fortnight, or £90 a month, for a whole twelve months?!

SO Eon Energy do not do quarterly bills anymore and only read meters ONCE in twelve months?!

Added to this when I showed my friends my electric bill they said I was being robbed and there was no way I had used that much electricity, the amount on my last bill I refer to. I am a single man who lives alone, hardly puts on the heating in winter, spaced out showers and had all summer instead of baths. I also rarely use my cooker too. My lights have been switched to LED bulbs too and I have a set over some Orchids which costs £20 per year to run.

My friends, also with EON, have three adults and two children living in their house. They have pets and among them reptiles which need heat and light and yet there bills are half what mine are. They also all have smartphones each and TVs in each of the rooms, whereas I do not watch TV.

Indeed the only thing that is ever on that uses any mount of electricity at all is my laptop and my washing machine.

I have emailed Eon and told them to stick their payment agreement and said they had better remove the £55 fee for call out too was I refuse to pay this. In case you do not agree well all I can say is that banks were stopped from charging a £50 fee for being overdrawn! I do not see how this is any different.

They now tell me they are going to apply to the court to put a pay meter into my property. I will NOT ALLOW THEM to do this and I have told them so.

I relish the chance to appear in court and told them so. However I have warned them that if an order is placed by a court without me being present I will see this as amoral and a breach of my human rights and that anyone that walks onto my property to FORCE anything will be met with the equal amout of force to stop them.

I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM ENTRY and I do not care WHO COMES ALONG to aid them.

I should warn you that I have a blog that covers corruption and it has hundreds of secretly recorded audio from meetings, appointments and even phone conversations. This includes all public offices even the Police, NHS, HMRC and just about every other one you can think of and I am heading for 100,000 visitors now.

I have had MPs email me and ask if they can use my data in the House of Commons too and I still have the emails.

I also attack many Ombudsman too as for each area of corruption I have followed the correct procedures only to have Ombudsman LIE to me about evidence I have provided them, all freely available on the Internet, and do nothing.

Basically the public's perception is well if I can go to the lengths that I have and acquire all this evidence and Ombudsman everywhere still do nothing then they obviously all do nothing or have no intention od doing so and therefore just eye candy for the British Public.
