THE MYSTERY EMAIL

Here is a conundrum of my own design. OK, OK some of you may get it very quickly but for those that like puzzles ...

Guess who I sent the following email to?

It is the second one I have sent them ... well on THIS subject but I have also contacted them in the past ... distant past about ... other things.

EVERYONE GETS A STRESS TEST OF FIVE!

EMAIL ...

Dear Sirs

In regards to the fact I reported that PC World are altering their records and losing ... well, purchases so that they pay less tax I am emailing you with new information.

As I reported to you they claimed to have no records of a third tablets when the truth is we have had no less than FOUR of them though one was an exchanged one in the first few days. I know it is rife in the UK that large retail stores are selling refurbished and used goods as new ...

I have already battled with Argos over this and they lost

I have proved that I have received a fair few items that are refurbished and sourced from overseas too and have documentation to prove it

I have been posting not just these revelations but many others too, and a great deal a way bigger deal than this one, on my blog

I also knew before I started all this 5 years ago with documentation that goes back twenty that when reported to the proper authorities, mostly ombudsman, nothing will occur. I stated this from the outset and then told people to keep coming back and watch as each one I contact not only does nothing but drops themselves right in it by not requesting the copies of the evidence, OOPS!

By doing this over a period of time I showed the visitors the truth which I had known about for years.

The fact is I discovered that my predictions what not nearly bad enough for what was really going on and i kept uncovering more things that were equally criminal and the fact that your wages are not worthy of NEW goods means that your wages and salary are not as high as the numbers suggest.

In other words one of the greatest deceptions towards any given populace for a very, very long time.

I can tell you that what I have already is a mountain and I am shortly going to add another mountain entirely with some pretty awful revelations  along with heinous crimes.

Think what happened to Rotherham Council and with my defendants who are about to have judgement passed upon them, not metaphorically speaking as I do mean a Crown Court judge, which includes one council, one Police Force, Cafcass and the Criminal Prosecution Service all together and all in one go after a legal battle that has lasted three years.

Despite the fact that my visitors are in the tens of thousands this is going to vastly increase over the next 6 months or so and then keep going.

I have been utterly stunned and disgusted at the amount of corruption and deception I have uncovered and in all honesty and out of 3 dozen organisations it has existed in one form or another or to one degree or another in every single one I have had the bad luck of having to deal with.

But I assure you on this and that was that starting 5 years ago I was fully prepared for the corruption and the deception, which includes the NHS and around 90% of GP Surgeries among others, and in a good position to shake each tree and stand beneath it collecting up all the fruit and secretly storing it all away to then publish it all one day and continue doing so.

Why, you may well ask?

To reach a point with each and every one of them that the amount of evidence and documentation provided by me renders it incontrovertible in each and every case.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours

Martin Haswell BSc

I THANK YOU

Thank you Sky News for finally reporting on what I sent you and dozens of tabloids and news channels two years our more ago.

One by one I have seen my subjects pop up in the news albeit fashionably and extremely late to the party.

Though there are still a few that have yet to see the light of day and one of them is HMRC who ignored my reports and evidence of murky million pound companies tied to public offices committing serious fraud. The amount of bob paid tax would likely be in the hundreds of millions.

Whether this report is based on what I stated or it had already been reported...or this report will lead onto what I reported I do not know. Admittedly I just read the headline and thought 'feck me...at bloody LAST!'

Oddly I think it funny that it occurs to me that the Serious Fraud Office should be involved in all this at some point?!

Lol!

FOI FIRST CONTACT PART TWO

For those of you that recall I have been in touch with most Ombudsman...

they first inform you that your in the right and that it was terriblke what was done, go away an then come back and change their minds.

Then and as in my case you tell them that you have proof and they do not even request to see said proof which can only mean one single solitary thing, they never have any intention of doing anything.

Now as this has happened with all the Ombudsman and Governing bodies I have contacted and all on this blog then one can only assume that all Ombudsman do nothing and no intention of doing anything else other than nothing. Probably all relatives of MPs and Business types and such, lol.

Anyway I decided to conduct a little experiment and find out how much is spent on all the Ombudsman, ooh OK it may not turn out to be all of them but I did find 40 of them!

Hopefully at the end of January 2014 I should have a complete list and a spreadsheet of all the figures.

I may also be shouting, screaming and swearing at any that are not playing ball as the law demands that they do, lol.

This is part two and with the previous post I have had 19 replies from 40, lol. God this is gonna be a bloody headache!! LMAO!

Dear Martin,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is not an ombudsman.  Instead it is a private company limited by guarantee (with members instead of shareholders) and all profits are ploughed back into the business.

UKAS is the National Accreditation Body (NAB) for the United Kingdom.  As such its role is to check that organisations providing certification, testing, inspection and calibration services are meeting a required standard of performance.  Day to day this means that UKAS checks the checkers, to make sure that they are applying the relevant assessment criteria as they should.  However, in addition to not being an ombudsman, UKAS is neither a policing nor regulatory authority.

UKAS assessment is recognised as a rigorous process that underpins the competence of staff, the validity and suitability of methods, the appropriateness of equipment and facilities, and ongoing assurance through internal quality control.  The assessment criteria used by UKAS are internationally recognised as being the best indicators of accurate, impartial and consistent performance.

'The Economics of Accreditation' report commissioned by the Department for Business Innovation and skills assessed the economic benefits derived from the accreditation of laboratory, certification, measurement and inspection services.  Researchers from Birkbeck, University of London, surveyed a selection of businesses and other independent analysis to provide a financial evaluation of accreditation's contribution to the UK economy of over £600m per annum.

More information on UKAS and accreditation can be found here: http://www.ukas.com/about-accreditation/default.asp

If you have any further questions about accreditation please do let me know.

Kind regards,
Phil

(have you counted the no reply emails?!)

do_not_reply@financial-ombudsman.org.uk

4 Dec (12 days ago)

Thank you for your email to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

First of all, we handle complaints only about financial businesses (like banks, insurance companies and finance firms). Our chief ombudsman, Natalie Ceeney, explains what we do in her online video on our website (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk).

If your enquiry is about anything else, please look at the end of this email for details of other organisations who may be able to help you.

But if you:

  • are thinking of complaining about a financial business or
  • want more information about the Financial Ombudsman Service or
  • have questions about a complaint you have already raised with us …

... here is some general information that may help with your enquiry – along with our contact details, in case you need any additional help.

STEP 1 – complain to the financial business

We can’t step in to investigate a complaint until the financial business you’re unhappy with has had the opportunity to look at it first. So you need to complain to the financial business, if you haven’t done so already. There are two ways to do this:

  1. You can contact the business yourself, asking them to deal with your complaint under their official “complaints procedure”.
  2. You can phone us directly on 0800 0 234 567 or 0300 123 9 123 to discuss your complaint with us – and we can send details to the business for you. Our helpline is open Monday to Friday (8am-8pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm).

Businesses normally have to complete an investigation of a complaint within eight weeks. If you are unhappy with the outcome of their investigation (or more than eight weeks have passed since you first complained) you can ask us to look into the complaint.

STEP 2 – ask us to look into your complaint

If you want us to look into a complaint, you need to complete our complaint form and post it to us along with copies of any relevant paperwork you have received from the business. There are important time limits for bringing a complaint to the ombudsman service – so you need to act quickly. There are two ways to do this:

  1. You can download our complaint form off our website yourself – then fill it in and post it to us.
  2. You can phone us directly on 0800 0 234 567 or 0300 123 9 123 – we will take some details and send you a complaint form for you to sign and return to us. Our helpline is open Monday to Friday (8am-8pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm).

what we can’t help you with

We can only look at complaints about financial businesses (like banks, insurance companies and finance firms). We can’t help with other complaints – for example, about phone and utility companies, council tax or legal services. The following websites might help you with those complaints – but they are completely separate from the Financial Ombudsman Service.

For complaints about gas and electricity suppliers:

For complaints about water suppliers:

For complaints about phone, television and broadband services:

For complaints about councils:

For complaints about government departments and the NHS:

 For complaints about legal services:

For help with benefits, housing disputes or fines:

meeting your needs

We can provide information about our service in different formats and languages. And we can adapt the way we communicate with you – depending on your needs. For example, we can use Braille, large print or audiotape and we can make and receive calls using Text Relay (formerly known as TypeTalk).

Please let us know what your particular needs are, and we will do our best to help.

PEEING IN THE PACIFIC

Serco have had a deal to take over prisons called off due to over charging for tagging.

Craftily over tagging is bugger all if what I have been hearing and my suspicions are true. I think a number of public offices may well have walked blindly, or knowingly, into being ripped off by them. Asking for certain rights to particular things for creating a new building seems to have more stealth like attachments than actually been declared. I just hope that if this turns out to be the case someone somewhere uncovers the details? That would make for some interesting reading.

At least it will reveal one thing and that is that these 'top brass' idiots that agreed to this were likely only thinking of their own pockets and sold the country and the people out for personal gains.

Hmm would that not be treason yet again?! Lol. Seems too be a lot of that going on?! Wait a darned minute?! Us this not the jurisdiction of MI5? Lol. Oh no I forgot they sold their souls too and are no longer providing the service they claim to! Well it is not their primary focus and quite obviously had not been for many years past either.

Perhaps this country can get back to some kind of normality our at least start the journey back there?

OCCUPYING WALL STREET

Well this is an amazing thing to read, if I read it right?

I really do like the sound of this organisation. Think they were called Occupy. They have spent a vast amount of money buying up peoples medical bills that they have been unable to pay. They have done this because they believe it should be free?!

Oddly enough here I the UK the NHS had become an awful waste of time and had been dangerous to many patients for a very long time. But none of that matters as long as Doctors and Specialists get there humongous salaries. The odd thing about all this now is that just like the myriad of Ombudsman out there they are now getting paid ever more money for doing next to nothing?!

In my book that is fraud and should be under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office sure to the grand scale of it all! But then I have tried to highlight large scale fraud before, though regarding taxes and contacted the HMRC but did not hear a damn thing back. Indeed in the hundreds (likely) of correspondences I sent off the results fell into two categories...

1) Did not respond at all even with more than one attempt on each occasion or...

2) Replied with either shock horror and claiming to do something but then changed tune with extremely lame and incompetent excuses without seeing evidence, or misled me. Or just went straight into the extremely lame excuses without requesting evidence.

Now to me this can only mean one thing and that is that they don't really do anything at all. Based on the fact that they did not even ask to see what evidence I have, lol.

The send the media the odd statement involving some numbers and statistics to keep the impression in the publics mind, ego are actually paying them  that they do something and are there for them.

I also believe that this vast loss of taxes is made worse when you consider BOTH the short as well as the long term consequences of not testing patients properly. In many occasions they may be unable to work and ended up claiming many benefits on top of that. Well that was up until they started to stealthily remove people off disability without anyone knowing! Something they were extremely successful with for about two years or so until someone noticed in the media about a year back.

What I love if how completely incompetent reporters that do not have even a basic knowledge of mathematics will insist all the countries problems are down to the people who claim benefits when the cost of the welfare state is a piss in the ocean compared to the money lost by the banks as well as that being defrauded out of the taxpayer for many years.

Still this Occupy Group gives me some hope that there are moral people in the world that don't just see us as pound and dollar signs, lol.
