OUR TOUCH LOST IN HISTORY

The march over Gaza being bombed was impressive considering they are a minority?!

Funny how they don't care that the Arabs started it by during rockets and I am sorry but you don't throw stones at a Lion!

What occurred to me is that when it cones to marches we seem to have lost it and races that are in the minority, well I'm assuming they still are, can put on a show like that in sympathy with the people that keep starting it! Never ever do they campaign for the idiots to stop firing rockets that they know damn well will only result in getting their own kind killed. If Palestinians are dying it's because Palestinians keep incessantly and boringly firing rockets!

Stop behaving like wild animals and then expect other races to be stupid and naive and be sympathetic when you certainly would not do the same if the tables are turned! In fact you have a fondness fur burning effigies and celebrating over huge bombings like that if 911, which despite my extremely low opinion of the American government is late is still an atrocity and something only the devil himself could have performed.
That is the difference with me I won't call it as I see it but will call it as it is. I would help anyone but not murderous,  two faced petiole who chain they are so abut peace and love.

You know the Internet had been around long enough now you think it's about time everyone woke up and smelled that which they have been shovelling?!

I found a site tonight as I was looking up research in Fibromyalgia, Hiatus Hernia, Oesophagitis and Hemorhoids for when it comes to dieting.

Of course the Inguinal hernia in my left groin and the large black lump in my right groin where I had a Hernia repaired (NHS stated neither exist but my recordings of me pulling them to account and then admitting doing it is on here) do not require diets.

Of course this is also true of my knee condition which they also lied about several times over several years and is on a tape on here. Do not all me what it was I was to busy 'arrrging' and clutching my knee in pain! Going to assume it's what two other Doctors did diagnose and that is Torn Meniscus?

The diet for Fibromyalgia deals with pain so could hero these others ailments. But I have had Fibromyalgia a very long time and long before I diagnosed it I noticed changes depending on what I was eating. My research had shown that my initial theories were correct. So another retort in Fibromyalgia is in the works! Lol!

What always drive me nuts was idiot, selfish and blind Doctors telling me to eat particular diets for my different ailments despite the main one being completely ignored and avoided. Now I know I have Fibromyalgia I can explain, if I can find one niue only interested in his ego or perks and what the NHS forces ... well I say forces but do not think that is always the case?!

I digress.

Yes know I can explain that I have had to add the most important duet of all to go with the other three I am supposed to stick to, ...  but don't! Don't because I now know why I have had such trouble shopping which includes remembering what I wanted and getting it home!

Then of course they want me to eat royally and on what they pay you?! This is where health professionals are complete idiots as they talk about eating all these expensive foods like it is nothing.

As for others being messed about for a long time here is a link where I read something similar to myself ... I am expecting to now find many more over the next twelve months ...

Interesting story. I have had similar difficulties and through my blog I am hearing more and more of this. I'm my case I caught them lying about test results in a number of occasions as well as lying about drugs. Thus across five GP surgeries and six hospitals. What they did not know until recently is I had recorded them all for three years telling these lies and posted them in my blog ... I am currently refused a GP because I told the NHS I want one that is not corrupt!

Of course what I knew and also told Doctors is that some things they help with one also aggravate others?
To give you an idea I can now explain this and Fibromyalgia you are supposed to eat Cayenne, Chilli and Beans which the first two do not trouble my heartburn or oesophagitis but beans do! Of course they tell you to avoid these with the latter condition.

It would otherwise be impossible with just Fibromyalgia on its lonesome but it's not. I am just thankful I have several ailments that do bit demand their own bloody diets?!

Had difficulties today trying not to fall asleep in the afternoon, forced myself of the sofa and nearly fell asleep while I was walking to the kitchen?! Walking?! That's never happened before and a trifle worrying!

Really had been a rough week in all and the weather and health is preventing me from don't several things ... ooh damn it! Just remembered I was going to film and photograph my Agapanthus, African Lily, which is about to flower for the first time since I bought the bulbs! If you know what Agapanthus are mine are blue. Or at least they better be or I will be ripping crap out if Sainsbury's next?! Lol!

The link for that now follows ...

As for the march against the strikes on the Gaza strip ...

THE EXCERPTS OF DOOM

Excerpts from

Figuring Out Fibromyalgia: Current Science & The Most Effective Treatments
by Ginevra Liptan  M.D.

A great book and I will quote her brilliant insight into this condition which is both relevant to me as well as the fact the NHS pretends it does not exist.

"My doctor recommended exercise and anti-depressants, both of which helped me. But the exhaustion and pain continued, so I kept searching for something—anything—to feel better."

”I am convinced that the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding each muscle, generates fibromyalgia pain” exactly what I have starred to Doctors several times only greeted with a roll of the eyes and shaking the head.

"I began to put together why certain treatments had helped me so much, while others did nothing at all." exactly what I have manager to do too except I do not work within the field if medicine not have I ever done!

"Over the past decade, the amount of research in fibromyalgia has increased exponentially, along with its acceptance as a legitimate medical condition." But this book was published in 2011. So by this date Fibromyalgia was almost all figured out. So what happened to the NHS on the subject? Why state all things cannot be linked when I then discover Charcot Mature Tooth Disease, Fibromyalgia and this books quotes another?!

"doctors that insist fibromyalgia is not real, even though there are thousands of studies documenting that it is."

"Fibromyalgia is often treated like a second-class diagnosis."

"No other word in medicine can evoke such a negative reaction among physicians."

"Informally, I have heard doctors say much worse, which is why I half-seriously refer to fibromyalgia as the F-word of medicine."

Need I say anymore? Oh but I will...

"People with fibromyalgia tell me how tired they are of being their own doctor."

"musculoskeletal pain" it is listed at and yet half a dozen people in that department stated they did not know what I was afflicted by!

"After reading this section you will have a better understanding of fibromyalgia than many doctors." Ergo they should start to listen and spend more time with me. A true Doctor and indeed any scientist like myself would and should want to know the answers to the puzzles. Not sit on their arses pandering to bureaucrats so they continue to get paid their over inflated salaries!

"have the flu all the time, with profound muscle pain, achiness, and fatigue. Repetitive motion tends to make the muscle pain worse. Sleep is unrefreshing, and people describe waking up in the morning feeling as if they had run a marathon overnight." this should all start sounding very familiar with things starred in my posts since it's creation.

"most common symptoms in a survey of more than 2,500 people with fibromyalgia were unrefreshing sleep, morning stiffness, fatigue, muscle pain, and problems with concentration and memory" add should this one!

"most troubling symptoms is “fibrofog,”" was preceded with 'one of the...'  as well become clear shortly.

"most common are irritable bowel and bladder symptoms, low blood pressure, dizziness on standing, and poor balance. Other symptoms can include frequent headaches, numbness or tingling in hands or feet, and sensitivity to loud noises. More information about the causes of these symptoms of fibromyalgia," I have mentioned the ears and even starred to my brother that I gave away Atomic Floyd headphones costing £130 new because 'they hurt my ears.'

"alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea” I believe I have explained this several times and even the pain being so great I passed out!

"the fact that people don’t “look sick,” has contributed to the controversies surrounding this illness" and I thank you!! I have letters from several do called Doctors making sarcastic remarks about me looking like a fit gentleman! So much so that I decided awhile ago that I refuse to remove my shirt. Just because I have a fit looking physique died not mean there is NOTHING WRONG. See earlier quote by this Doctor.

"People with fibromyalgia are usually sore in other muscles and tendons, not just the 18 designated tender points. Researchers chose those particular areas because they were found to be the most consistently tender in people with fibromyalgia, and not tender in healthy individuals" I believe I stated on here that I have a dozen symptoms that I refer to. That there are more but spend too much time concentrating on the one that are the biggest pain in the arse. That there are more symptoms but never counted and many I never even considered being linked all down to one thing. Like skin conditions and even the heartburn and vomiting!

"often begin after a trauma such as a car accident"

"does have abnormal test findings" even current Doctor states no tests for it, lol, as did every single health professional since I started mentioning the condition. See the following two quotes...

"Abnormalities can be seen with specialized blood tests that look for certain markers of immune system activity"

"only seen on certain specialized tests that are primarily used for research purposes"

Also of interest was THIS quote...

"Scans of blood flow in the brain reveal abnormalities in pain and stress processing areas of the brain"

"confusion surrounding fibromyalgia is illustrated by the multiple names given to this condition over the past 200 years" interesting is the fact that the condition has been known about for 200 bloody years! Lol. But did not exist because some people claiming to be educated let their fecking pride cause people unnecessary pain and misery, lol.

"“chronic rheumatism” or “muscular rheumatism,” known by different names over the last 100 years...

"In 1904, during a now famous lecture at a London hospital, Sir William Gowers proposed that chronic rheumatism was caused by inflammation of the fibrous tissue surrounding muscles. He suggested that the condition be called “fibrositis,”"

"stress response gets stuck in the “fight-or-flight” mode in fibromyalgia."

"It felt like my spine hurt, my skin hurt, everything hurt. I was sleeping poorly, tossing and turning, and I awoke every morning feeling more tired than before I went to bed."

"One day my hips started aching" and enter stage right, the HIPS!!

"I kept telling myself that this was not fatal and it was not cancer, but it felt like a death sentence to be 26 years old and feel like you were 100" I THANK YOU!! LOL!

"I had a really hard time accepting that it was chronic and incurable"

"Deep sleep is inhibited because the brain is trying to stay alert to fend off danger"

"dizziness upon standing"

"fainting upon standing seen in fibromyalgia"

"Messages sent up the spinal cord from the nerves that sense temperature and pressure can also be misinterpreted." and the feeling hit and sweating!! Just today I was walking around town in agony from feet, knees, legs and ranked up on Tramadol and was in a t-shirt as I was boiling! ...

"may explain the intolerance to temperature extremes or weather-related pressure changes" should I rest my case? Hell, NO!! It will become clear in the next few days why I am putting this here and why now?! Because if I have had my difficulties then I dare say that others have too. This way I can help many different people and many different organisations while setting a really big TRAP?!?! LMAO!

"pain of fibromyalgia can be so debilitating and severe" I am loving this! :D

"Muscles also function normally in fibromyalgia, which initially lead many doctors to conclude that the condition is not real, and must be due to psychological issues" the needing psychiatrist stance, lol. It gets way, WAY better!

"There is indeed something abnormal in the muscles in fibromyalgia—we just have not been looking in the right part of the muscle"

"Imagine hundreds of long rubber bands" I use the term rubber bands several times in this blog!

"Anyone who has experienced the foot pain associated with plantar fasciitis knows how painful an inflammation of the fascia can be" this is just Plantar fasciitis alone. Please recall that it is not text book Plantar fasciitis and that I have emphasised this for ten years plus! It gets WORSE the more you use your feet and NOT GET EASIER. Also it is bilateral for me like most things are!

Ooh I am in ecstasy right now and thinking of the impact that this single solitary post is going to have in the coming months. No doubt I will help Ginevra Liptan MD sell a few cores of her book titled Figuring Out Fibromyalgia: Current Science and The Most Effective Treatments. I downloaded it via Amazon and read it via Kindle.

Hmm remember I stated I was against books being digital and in favour if the real McCoy? Well that stance has changed a but due to portability, now your beginning to get why I also bought a tablet PC I was also not in favour of, I am beginning to see benefits. Though I would really rather be happier buying, or GETTING, both and think it a bit of a rip off at times. I have the app called Comics, be Comixology or something like that, and the DC Comics and Marvel Comics are veer dear to download. Also digital only is not very collectable not good fit proper fans and collectors!

I bet I signed like I had finished? Sorry I wandered a little..,

"Two recent studies using specialized staining techniques of fibromyalgia muscle biopsies have revealed excessive and disorganized collagen and increased release of immune cells and chemicals. These abnormalities suggest excessive tissue damage in the fascia in fibromyalgia"

"This may explain why anti-inflammatory medications like steroids and NSAIDS have never shown any benefit in studies for in fibromyalgia" I believe I not only already made this clear about drugs that do not work and possibly screwed up my kidneys but even have several secretly recorded audio takes on here starting this to a good few Doctors who then did feck all?!

"As early as the 1840s, a French physician noted that diet could affect the development of painful muscle aches" and now yet another cause which I have covered previously and also requires a great deal more money than they are paying me to live on, lol...

"inappropriately getting into bloodstream through a leaky gut" never heard of the term 'leaky gut' before.

"Using gentle exercise as medicine stimulates growth hormone release and encourages deep sleep" I previously stated about my exercising and fit looks! I did this despite the fact that this could give a bad impression but thought it better to be honest and open. I just one I would find evidence for what I said. I felt much better when I was on Disability Living Allowance because I had far less stress and a much better diet among other things!

All things end up in my favour just as I one they would.

"My fatigue improved with Xyrem, a medication that induces deep sleep" Xyrem is the drug I referred to in very recent post that was awaiting approval by the FDA in America. It actually hero's you go into a proper deep sleep which Fibromyalgia sufferers hardly ever do, I now know I do not.

"People with fibromyalgia often tell me that their symptoms get worse after eating certain foods" also seen stated that you end up allergic to caffeine! For those paying attention here, died that ring a few bells too?! Lol!

"abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and nausea" still all relevant to me as I stated and this lot is on my medical records too!!

"Don’t use the bedroom for non-sleep activities such as work or eating" oops umm I do and this is because of lack of help, money and support along with energy prices, lol.

"About half of people with fibromyalgia have an additional sleep disorder such as sleep apnea or restless legs syndrome" the restless legs but, nothing about the arms yet and curiously my daughter has sleep apnea which scares the hell out of her. Cannot remember what the symptoms are so cannot say if I have experienced it. Damn it now I remember, odd breathing or you still breathing I think. Yes I do get experiences like that but not as bad as my daughters and others I read about. Thank god, have enough as it bloody well is, lol.

"Usually people with sleep apnea are not aware of the multiple awakenings/arousals they experience each night"

"Lying down and trying to relax activates the symptoms, and kicking or moving the legs give temporary relief. As a result, most people with RLS have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep" damn it! Taking forever and I am waiting to get back onto Plantar fasciitis! Lol.

"None of the commonly prescribed sleep medications like zolpidem (Ambien), eszopiclone (Lunesta), or clonazepam (Klonopin) improve sleep quality" Now I do believe I previously stated that many drugs have never worked, or had much effect, on me?! But diazepam did have a calming influence but refused it repeatedly.

Do not comment and quite what is obvious on these drugs as I did not get this far without knowing and finding out many things, Lol. Plus I might get quite pissed and rude, lol.

"drug called sodium oxybate (Xyrem®) that increases both the time spent in deep sleep and secretion of growth hormone" that new drug again I need to research.

"In narcolepsy, it takes about three months of regular use to reach maximal benefit. Since the fibromyalgia studies only looked at eight weeks of use, there is potential that with longer use it could be even more effective." NARCOLEPSY!! That was the other condition that can cause muscular problems. So there are now the three listed in the same post that can cause multiple muscular pains that the NHS and three dozen Doctors said was NOT POSSIBLE! Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, Fibromyalgia Syndrome and Narcolepsy. God knows if there are others. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder could be another?

Currently my RSI pain is now becoming a huge headache, lol.

"It would be very interesting know whether using sodium oxybate to improve sleep quality could reduce the cognitive difficulties known as “fibrofog,”" this would be so very bloody cool!!

"I always spread out the groceries into many smaller loads, rather than carrying a heavy grocery bag into the house" dies this now explain a few things and sound familiar? Lmao!

"Even more impressive was the fibromyalgia patient that walked in to my office after three months of sodium oxybate treatment who told me her pain was gone. This was absolutely one of the best moments of my medical career" found this a very interesting statement!

"Soon after starting a regular walking program, I developed heel pain and plantar fasciitis" A-HA!! Right now then, I starred that many of my symptoms were affecting me long before the Plantar fasciitis surfaced!! All easily checked throughout the blog posts as well as likely backed up by documentation. Will here is the author, herself a Doctor and a very good one due to her inquisitive nature and intelligence, steering that she actively suffered from Plantar fasciitis and at the exact same time LINKING THE CONDITION to FIBROMYALGIA!!

So ergo when I stated repeatedly that I did not have PF and that it was NOT A TEXT BOOK CASE they should have made the link. One which flick through my medical records and it would be obvious that I have Fibromyalgia, THE END!

Normally when all tests fail to diagnose then it is considered to be Fibromyalgia, except this is not exactly true and way it of date by around 15 years. So why do they say it?!

Also my 120 symptoms, give our take a dozen or so, should have also fine the same thing, this is despite the fact that probably the majority never got mentioned because I was using all my time and pain concentrating on the dozen things they never successfully diagnosed.

Added to these facts are the now likelyhood that many of those I thought a successful diagnosis are actually wrong.

Indeed there are two other things I do have that are not linked to Fibromyalgia and this are my Inguinal Hernias?! Oh except the surgery on the first had left me with pain which COULD be linked to Fibromyalgia and the other Inguinal Hernia?

Well they lied about that one and not only did I prove this but also pulled the offending Doctor to account who then stuttered and stumbled while I was recording him!!

Now I wonder if anyone out there is now realising what I am going to do in the coming days?!

END OF PART ONE!!

OOPS MY BAD

Oh seems the Court Form Error was mine, lmao.

I just went to fill in the form they sent me and it was the wrong one. Turns out I filled in the correct form wrongly and probably because it kept on about counter claim I get mixed up with who is actually the defendant, lmao.

Well I will apologise as it was my error, despite my new found condition behind my forgetful nature which I have been wondering can be to do with why my typing has gradually become worse?

I did put this down to an extremely bad seating position that aggravates my heels and back and well as balancing my Bluetooth keyboard on just one thigh, lol. But then I HAVE wondered that even IF I had a really good work area would these things continue to plague me?

At least now I know the reason behind just about everything I have! I cannot think of anything that cannot be put down to Fibromyalgia, Inguinal Hernia/Repair, Hiatus Hernia and Oespophagitis?!

So 22 separate things have now been condensed down into just FOUR!! WOOHOO!

FIBROMYALGIA AND SHOCK SYMPTOM LIST

Well it is one hell of a surprising list and then some.

The only symptoms I have that are not on the list already have a diagnosis with Hiatus Hernia and Heartburn, Oesophagitis and vomiting, Inguinal Hernia and Groin Pain.

For bloody years I could not figure out how I could be afflicted with so many things and now I know. Because not only were the physical pains all linked so was everything else too!

Now remember I disagreed with Doctors and Specialists for bloody years who stated time after time that even only the painful areas could not be linked! You have heard of second opinions? Well 4 Orthopaedics, 3 Rheumatologists, 5 Physiotherapists, 3 Podiatrists, 1 Bi-pedal mechanics doobrey lol, 1 back specialist, 1 chiropractor private, 11 GPs PLUS and I am on my 29th, probably forgetting some too, and I still have not had one utter the term FIBROMYALGIA!

In fact they did not consider CMT nor Dupuytren's either. One year and this is my third guesstimate and looks like I finally got there! Feck me I should be a Doctor?! Lmao!

It is now a HUGE relief...finally. At least now I can focus on this. I also know my thoughts about exercise, stress and diet were correct!

Now I just need to be referred to a Fibromyalgia specialist and I am home free?! Lol.

FIBROMYALGIA SYMPTOMS & NOTES

-an ache (YES)
-a burning sensation (YES early as 1991)
-a sharp stabbing pain (YES)

hyperalgesia - when you are extremely sensitive to pain (yes think so but rare)

allodynia - when you feel pain from something that should not be painful at all, such as a very light touch (DO NOT RECALL)

changes in the weather (YES)
your stress levels (YES)
how physically active you are (YES)

Stiffness (YES)

Fibromyalgia can make you feel stiff.  The stiffness may be most severe when you have been in the same position for a long period of time, such as when you first wake up in the morning. Fibromyalgia can also cause your muscles to spasm, which is when they contract (squeeze) tightly and painfully. This can affect your sleep (see below).

Fatigue (YES)

Fatigue (extreme tiredness) as a result of fibromyalgia can range from a mild, tired feeling to the exhaustion often experienced during a flu-like illness. Sometimes, severe fatigue may come on very suddenly and can drain you of all your energy. If this occurs, you may feel too tired to do anything at all.

Poor quality sleep (YES)

Fibromyalgia can affect your sleep. You may find you often wake up tired even when you have had plenty of sleep. This is because fibromyalgia can sometimes prevent you from sleeping deeply enough to refresh you properly. You may hear this described as ‘non-restorative sleep’.

Cognitive problems ('fibro-fog') (YES)

Cognitive problems are problems with mental processes, such as thinking and learning. If you have fibromyalgia, you may have:
1 trouble remembering and learning new things
2 problems with attention and concentration
3 slowed or confused speech

Headaches (YES)

If you have pain and stiffness in your neck and shoulders from fibromyalgia, you may also have frequent headaches. These can vary from being mild headaches to severe migraines, which may also involve other symptoms, such as nausea (feeling sick). (YES)

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) (YES)

If you have fibromyalgia, you may develop irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as well. IBS is a common digestive condition that causes pain and bloating in your stomach. It can also cause constipation (when you are unable to empty your bowels) and diarrhoea (passing loose stools).

Other symptoms..

Other symptoms of fibromyalgia can include:
-not being able to regulate your body temperature (feeling too hot or too cold) (YES)

-restless legs syndrome (unpleasant sensations in your legs and feeling like you need to move your legs to get some relief) (YES)

-tingling, numbness, prickling, or burning sensations in your hands and feet (paresthesia) (YES)

-tinnitus (the perception of a noise in one or both ears that comes from inside your body) (YES)

-unusually painful periods (in women) (NO LOL)

-anxiety (YES)

-depression (see below) (YES)

Depression
It is possible for fibromyalgia to lead to depression. This is because the condition can be difficult to deal with, and low levels of certain hormones, such as serotonin, can make you prone to developing depression.

Depression can cause many symptoms, including:

-constantly feeling low
-a lack of interest in the things you usually enjoy
-feeling tearful

If you think you may be depressed, it is important to get help from your GP, or your fibromyalgia healthcare professional.

END

Now want to know the crazy part about this post I only just realised and had to edit it? Well take a look at just WHO that information came from?!

Lol..

CYCLING WITH NO HANDS

To help my back, shoulder and right hand out from getting painful too quickly while I am out on my bike I tend to cycle with no hands a great deal.

I would have mentioned this previously but due to a fourth faulty camera I dug out my old Nikon Coolpix S8200 and while out filmed myself cycling with no hands, lol.

I have done this for a number of years now and when I think about it that when the NHS prescribed my Gabapentin, I now want to get off and into something else, it was bloody irresponsible as not only does it have side effects but I have now not come across anyone that they have not affected!!

They make me feel ill and dizzy and in fact I feel like that right now!!

To give that drug to someone who not only CYCLES but cycles NO HANDS a great deal because of pain to his right hand, back and shoulder while CYCLING is bloody STUPID and INSANE!!

I have eased mine down from the 900mg a day they wanted me up at, just too ill and the nurse I know tells me her daughter now wants to come off them too?!

LMAO!

THE DOCTOR BLACK HOLES AND VANISHING LUMPS

OK well this is going to get confusing and I've spent 30 minutes trying to work out what the FECK just happened, lol.

I just had my appointment with the groin specialist regarding the pain on the right side where the was a black hole on the ultrasound monitor and a hernia, make no bones about it as it WAS a hernia I had it pointed out to be and tips out was a hernia though he did not need to!

I sat down and he said...

"Right well you came to me because of an area if pain on your right hand groin. Well we have looked st your ultrasound and it's clear and showed nothing at all"?!

I then pointed out that this was somewhat confusing as it was not the case st which point he started shuffling through papers rather uncomfortably.

Then after anything that there was he then proceeded to dictate a letter to my GP starting that there was indeed s hernia?!

He have no reasonable explanation what this black hole was even when I explained it confused the ultrasound guy and he also FELT it and that ever since he pressed it with the scanner it had STUNG!

Nothing!

I honestly feared and fully expected to be told that I had top have another, this time DOUBLE, operation?!

Indeed he was going top discharge me even after all they without any explanations as to what to look for as signs of danger so I can report it her looked confused.

I reminded him that when Martin Klein operated on it they did it swiftly because this hernia ifs a killer and he replied by stating...

"Well WHEN you experience pain" like it was an obvious fact but I then stated that I did NOT experience pain the first tone around!!

He then said...

"Well you have and that is why you were referred to me, you told me last time you experienced pain?"

To which I said no that pain occurred only AFTER the operation to which he then interjected with...

"Oooh you mean BEFORE even you was first diagnosed?!"

"Yesss" I replied.

Umm he never really said much lol.

I was totally baffled, surprised and shocked by the whole appointment and I STILL kept it together to ruin rings around another Doctor while recording their contradictory ways and leaving then lost for explanations yet again!

Remember this was a private hospital and the only differences between that experience and the NHS were the suits they wore!!

LMAO!!

The only explanation I can give that explains everything is the only thing they can possibly take notice of in your records that explain why I have been treated like I have?!

I am down as not working and therefore am a lower firm of life to everyone else?!

Funny how they miss the fact that I myself have a degree so letters after my name too?!

Fecking morons!!

Recorded and tape of it to be posted on next 24 hours or so.

"no Dougal! These Cows are small while those ones were farrr awayyy!"

"No Mr Haswell, you lost me?!"

ULTRASOUND & HERNIA MAKES THREE!

Had that scan today but turned out to be Ultrasound and not MRI.

He found something he could not fathom in area of pain which bloody hurt when he pressed hard on it!!

I kept coughing and he kept looking but he could not work out what he was looking at. There was no returning hernia though that seemed sure enough.

He them got me to stand instead and examined it a great deal more and then he did something that had failed to occur to me...he scanned the left side of groin?!

Oops...HERNIA! FECK IT!

I previously posted and stated this was the scan I was FULLY EXPECTING to be negative but with the way my luck has gone will end up showing something!

The odd thing is they could will have lied about sol the other scans, and it certainly points to them lying, but they cannot lie about this as this hernia is a killer!

So I have an appointment end if next week and maybe the specialist may know what the dark areas are in my RIGHT groin as well as telling me whether I should have an operation on my left groin?!

Oh GOODY!

I also told him that Martin Klein who performed the repair did state st the time that my left side was weak and that they would get me back in a years time to put a mesh on the left side.

It never happened like everything else and i wonder what would have happened had it not been picked up on the scan?!

Also I wonder if the refusal of a freedom pass had exacerbated the hernia on the left?!

You just KNOW I ask now going to sling that accusation at everyone involved!

LMAO

AUDIO: APPOINTMENT FOR GROIN PAIN

Well processed this and posted it up a little earlier than I expected.

Partly due to the predicted light cloudy day have extremely black clouds lurking around and still a bit of a breeze whipping up out there?!

You know for a cyclist, and one without a damnable list of physical pains, wind is the first and foremost pain in the arse as cycling against it often makes it seem like you are cycling up a steep hill that goes on forever!

Add rain the mix and you will take one glance and say NO! Lol.

So here is the audio recorded at the BMI King's Oak Hospital in Chase Farm Hospital. I chose this one as I thought they might have a different attitude. On entering the building and taking a seat in the waiting room I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw and thought that this very idea would actually become a reality and therefore a good decision.

Confused? Yeah me too!!

Started to wonder if I was going to get billed upon leaving especially after hearing patients being told they will be invoiced, lol.

http://www.wuala.com/allnights/Evidence/Evidence%20MP3/GroinAPPT.mp3/

I also do, will and will always maintain that this pain is nothing to do with 'your other problems' as he more or less put it.

Because it does not feel like it, comes and goes all the time and added to that was a period of about a week when I was out and about after recovering that I did not feel any pain.

Indeed I can remember exactly how and when it started and PRECISELY my location when it started which I have just realised I have never been asked about by anyone.

Lancaster Road in Enfield when I wrongly and automatically tried to run about 30 yards for a bus a I missed as I pulled up with a sudden and sharp pain in my right groin.

YET ANOTHER MRI ON GROIN THIS TIME

Well I had my appointment today at Chase Farm Hospital regarding the pain in my groin.

Oddly since yesterday I have had painful knees and today an aching groin. Now I think this is down to the fact that due to the Gabapentin I have been doing more than I have done for awhile and getting further than I normally would.

But this has now aggravated my knees and rather bizarrely the left knee was the most painful which IS odd as when I had trouble before it was mainly my right knee?!

SO I attended this rather nice, private, part of the hospital where the consultants were adorned in rather dashing suits!! This was called the Kings Oak Hospital which had the letters BMI on the signs.

After a wait of an hour, I was there on time, I was called in by someone and we had a chat and he checked me out. He said he did not think my hernia had returned, after he checked my groin and I said and I did not think so either.

When I said that he asked why I was there and I told him about the aching, stabbing pain and the seeping feeling I get and thought I had better mention it to the GP who referred me. I was told to watch out for several things and report them immediately. This is an Inguinal Hernia which can certainly kill you, or should I say WAS an Inguinal Hernia.

I did mention that my groin had been checked a couple of times previously. He also asked me about other areas of pain and I explained the feet, knees, back and shoulder difficulties.

Then I was somewhat confused by two things he then said to me which had me scratching my head somewhat trying to figure out what he meant but it was clear I would be up there again at least twice.

First off he said that he thought that my pains in my groin were down to my OTHER pains and were part and parcel of that, though did NOT say what this was or indeed who decided what it was.

Then he said that to be sure he would send me for an MRI?!

I then asked if the test he did on my groin or looking at it was 'conclusive' and he replied that it was not!

Now on his test he pressed down hard on each side of my groin and asked me to cough. Now this remember is NOT conclusive and the odd part was that this pressing down was not performed previously and they only LOOKED at my groin. I can only think they were looking for signs of Gangrene, lol. I am laughing but do not take the Gangrene as a joke based on my laughter as it IS a factor in strangulated hernias and I only laughed because finding Gangrene instead of checking for the hernia would be .... WELL A BIT BLOODY LATE!!

Any Gangrene is dead rotting flesh and remember it IS in your groin for Inguinal Hernias and gas to be REMOVED! Not an amusing prospect but luckily it is very rare for this to happen. Having this hernia over time and NOT having the operation does increase the risk as time goes by it must be said.

As for the remark that the pain was part and parcel of my 'other pains' I found this to be somewhat an odd thing to say. Now it could just be that I mentioned that the Gabapentin was working and being upped, he asked WHO decided on this and seem to know the Pain Management Doctor, as well as the chap who performed the Hernia Operation. Medicine, it seems, has become a VERY small world lately, lol.

I DID tell him that I had Neurological tests but I KNOW for a fact I did not have them all and that Gabapentin being not only prescribed to me but actually working was somewhat of a double surprise for me.

It could be that he then just assumed it was Psychosomatic, though he did not strike me as being that incompetent, or someone else and therefore in the notes was listed as this.

Me personally I would not and have never considered the pain in my groin to be linked to the rest of my painful areas. After all and as I stated to this Doctor that I still had the piece of paper that clearly states that after the operation I may experience pain in my groin that I MAY have to live with for the rest of my life.

Of course I recorded this meeting and as I rediscovered my tiny old mp3 player I recorded it twice!

As always the recording will be posted at some point but I have to upload it first and then EDIT AN HOUR out of the start of it before converting it, as I do all of them, from the huge WAV file (for audio quality) I record them in into a much compressed mp3 before uploading to one of my Cloud Storage Services.

HIS MASTER'S VOID PART ONE - INGUINAL

Despite the recent posts whereby I show that the Department of Work and Pensions appearing to fold under in on itself they and the rest of them, outside the NHS, are unaware of TWO things.

Well I say UNAWARE but I have always told them and what they did with this information I do not know and currently I do not care.

This careless nature is in large part because I know whatever they used it for would have been wrong and always has been wrong. Just how they got it wrong is NOT important, just the fact that they did IS.

So for several years I have had pain in my groin and several types from aching, to stinging and even a creepy weeping feeling almost as if I am bleeding though I am not.

Anyway hope to find out some answers soon...

Note how quick this was, from GP to Hospital and now to appointment which is THIS WEEK.

Oddly my rear molar tooth on  my right side is like a wolf in Sheep's clothing...

The pain dies down but every now and then, like every other day, something will spark it off and the pain is quite something and I will get to that in a later post...

...point for mentioning it as that the day I posted my medical records on here was the day that I was being referred to hospital tohave this tooth, another tooth, removed!

I am STILL WAITING for this appointment despite the pain being quite severe and have been trough a whole bottle od Lidocaine and Clove Oil!!

DOCUMENT! SHORT MEDICAL HISTORY AND VERY WRONG!!!

Well this was a turn up for the books.

I really did not expect to get handed a cut down version of my medical history and I was supposed to take this around to my Dentist. So during the walk I was looking at it when I noticed some glaring errors and a few omissions to boot so I pulled my camera out of my rucksack with the intention of studying it when I got home.

I have just finished doing that and though I am surprised to see some things included, like the sciatica, Restless Legs Syndrome and dizziness there is something in there that I personally was never given an answer to, other than 'water on the lung' after a scan at Homerton Hospital in London.

I now know for the first time ever that this is called Costrochondritis and listed as chest wall pain and sems to be pretty spot on and I can tell you it is pretty nasty. If anyone reading this had experienced this they will agree with me, well I presume so I could hardly breath for days, lol.

Anyway what is shocking is that the dates are way way off and they have got some things back to front and to cap it all it is in itself contradictory!!

Well it WOULD be if it were not for the fact that a certain diagnosis that took place on the 8th February 2012 at Barnet Hospital where they diagnosed PES CAVUS and therefore contradicted the earlier observation that there is nothing abnormal about my feet.

Come to think of it nor is Raj's comments that 'your toes are ALL WRONG'?!

Curious in the omissions of these two things, should NEVER hand me a piece of paper like this I wall pull it to bloody bits, lmao.

That was just 20 minutes of looking though it, will likely spot more in time but you get the general idea!!

LMAO!!!

NO PERSONAL INDEPENDENT PAYMENTS SO DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE THREE - PART THREE

Right NOW?!

Notice that the two screen-shots just above the last one will show you a list of 5 hospital departments and NAMES and it would not allow me anymore?! So I ran out but it did give me a window which I mentioned about a Pain Clinic appointment coming up at some point very soon.

Also NOTE that none of these listed are my GP?!

Also NOTE how I CLEARLY POINT OUT TO THER BIASED IDIOTS AT ATOS WHO ARE CLEARLY NOT DOCTORS how that at least 90% of my ailments and pains are ONE CONDITION and that this is Charcot Marie Tooth Disease and THEREFORE cannot be treated as a seperate person on each count?!

Remember all the statements by the Conservative party about being FAIR?! Well they said they would do away with that terrible attitude, first pulled by the Labour Party when they was in power, as treating each pain as if you only had the one and then DISCARDED when they move onto the next as if you NEVER HAD IT?!

WELL LET US SEE SHALL WE?! LMFAO!!

INGUINAL HERNIA JUST FOR THE RECORD

JUST FOR THE RECORD AND FOUND AT...

Complications

In rare cases, inguinal hernia repair can damage structures involved in the function of a man's testicles.
Another risk of hernia surgery is nerve damage, which can lead to numbness in the groin area.
If a part of your bowel was trapped or strangulated before surgery, it may lead to a bowel perforation or dead bowel.

Calling your health care provider

Call your doctor right away if:
  • You have a painful hernia and the contents cannot be pushed back into the abdomen using gentle pressure
  • You develop nausea, vomiting, or a fever along with a painful hernia
  • You have a hernia that becomes red, purple, dark, or discolored
Call your doctor if:
  • You have groin pain, swelling, or a bulge
  • You have a bulge or swelling in the groin or belly button, or that is associated with a previous surgical cut.

A KICK TO THE GROIN

Well that is worrying!

Went out to my friends store on my mountain bike where i have been bumping into a friend who died recently. He has asked if I was going to pop round so I did and while there bumped into a fair few mutual friends and acquaintances. Some had been told what had happened and some had not.

I had requested that my mobile phone number be text to my friends daughter if nothing else but to give her some comfort in the knowledge that there is someone out there she can turn to if she feels the need to. Having lost both parents now in only 18 months and with no siblings I could not even beging to imagine how she may feel right now.

I just hope and pray she copes ... well enough to get through it.

On the way there I had a pain in the right side of my groin which in itself is nothing unusual except for the fact that it only occurs normally while walking and that it is not only more severe than it has even been before but by QUITE SOME MARGIN!!

This is extremely worrying for me that I have 'done something' although I say I but really it is not down to me if something has gone wrong but down to the NHS and the DWP. The fact that what was repaired can cause Gangrene and that is this occurs then you have to have your entire GROIN REMOVED SURGICALLY is not at all...APPEALING!!!

So I think that I had better make an appointment WITH the GP for SOMETHING ELSE that has come back to haunt me, basically because I KEEP DOING THINGS I SHOULD NOT because I have had no help whatsoever to relieve this pain or avoid it by getting enough to live on so that I do not have to do 6 journeys to get my shopping and walk home with it tanked up on painkillers...

Only way around this are via the following methods...

1) Have my shopping delivered
[No Supermarket is CAPABLE and failed to deliver MILK stating they were and I QUOTE "OUT" plus you PAY for the privilege]

2) Be a Freedom Pass Holder
[TURNED DOWN THREE TIMES BY ENFIELD COUNCIL AND FROM APRIL GIVING THEM £10 PER WEEK FOR COUNCIL TAX?!]

3) Have someone do it for me or take me there
[LIKE WHO?!]

4) Have a car so that I am not carrying this weight and doing so many trips to get it home?!
[DO NOT MAKE ME LAUGH]

But as I first had...

1) Freedom Pass renewal REFUSED

2) Disbibility Living Allowance taken away and forced to pay £750 BACK TO THEM?!

3) Assaulted and defrauded out of £4,000 by a Local Council and Bailiffs (Parking Ticket)

4) About to lose £20 to £25 per week from Incapacity Benefit and last but not least...

5) Now have to PAY £20 a fortnight in COUNCIL TAX?!?!

So in reality and in 5 years I have gone from having

£230 per week to live on  (probably should have been £300)

to having...

£60 appx after April 2013 ...

That is a REDUCTION OF 75% there abouts and this does NOT FACTOR IN...
[Media should have pointed this out fecking MONTHS AGO and asked government which of THAT LOT or private company owners and BANKERS have lost 75%?!?!]

Paying for overpriced Buses and Trains...

Paying Council Tax?!?!

Of course anything happens to me then this is all here and my family and friends all know about it as does everyone that is capable of doing anything about it.

SO BEFORE YOU CONSIDER ANYTHING ELSE AT ALL THIS BLOG IS INTENDED TO DO YOU SEE THE ENTIRE THING IS ONE GIANT TRAP!!

LMAO!!

THE LONGER THINGS TAKE, THE LONGER IT IS IGNORED THE WORSE IT GETS...FOR THEM!!

So rule number one...

Martin always has TRAPS WITHIN TRAPS!!

Also if you intend doing a great many of the same things on one person, try not to do it on someone for more intelligent than YOU ARE!

Because you MIGHT think YOU HAVE GOT AWAY WITH IT but trust me it only SEEMS that way!

If you think ignoring it or even MEDDLING with things or numbers and that it will only eventually go away then you really or deluding yourself and buying into your own HYPE!

LMAO!

Around May 2013 and when the new changes are beginning to bite a great many people will be searching on line and will be drawn to this blog and there are already a fair few I can tell you that. So it will suddenly spike upwards at a fantastic rate...

...and then people will realise I have tried to change things for the better and avoid the pitfalls for the longest time and no one took any notice as they do/did not care.

But people with NO MORALS suddenly develop them when bad things happen to them, I have learnt this from years of experience. Only many bad things have happened to people already and it will get a great deal worse throughout the rest of 2013.

This will highlight every single industry and how fecked up each one is as well as how and more importantly WHY all because a tiny portion of people took the piss and got over confident in paying themsleves too much money and who cares because the Biritish Public's hard earned taxes will just be handed over to them while they continue to over pay themselves for doing an incompetent job because 'well they will just go to OTHER countries and I have paid way over the top for doing an incompetent job'?!

Oh no because there are a whole list of countries with banks that were not affected by the crisis?!

You fekcing morons!! LOL!

If nothing else I have been absolutely amazed to the point of stomach churning at the utter drivel that comes out of the mouths of these people that get this money as I did not realise you could be THAT incompetent and yet earn those kinds of salaries?!

God I made one hell of a mistake as I did a BSc Single Honours Degree in Applied Computing and I should have studied BANKING?! LMAO!
