BUMPING INTO AN OLD FRIEND

I met another old friend today who I have not soken to for a couple of years at least and he along with his family have been shat upon, though this was a different council, and yet another one going onto the aware list of councils now hated by the public and spreading like wildifre?! Lol!

Just the councils that I know of and have had people vent extreme anger over them are...

Wow reads like a mini hall of shame?! Lol! Hmm I am sure I am missing one! Oh yes Hackney, lol. Hmm and Newham have been hated on and off for years anyway so I dare say they must be pretty much hated?! Lol! They were certainly hated over Jean Michel Jarres concert in the Docklands becaise what was supposed to be a summer concert was pushed back due to over the top safety issues and ended up with electrical wires everywhere on a cold October night, I think it was, and it certainly RAINED! Making it far more damgerous than its original date in June or July!

Jean Michel Jarre felt so bad about it he apologised and then joked "Sorry about the cold..this was supposed to be a SUMMER concert! But do not worry....FROGS LIKE RAIN!" I am pretty sure that out of all the places his has performed his concerts Newham in the UK was the only one that caused him hassle! Well he never came back! Think he did Wembley once? Cannot remember!

Was literally rejected with children and turns out he has had serious health issues and he has explained that he has been lied to and buggered about and even turns out he was on Gabapentin and wanted to be on Pregabalin and without me saying anything stated that he has been told that he was refused Pregabalin as it is expensive?! No word of a lie! I told him that my new GP had stated that to me and then told him about what I had gotten up to on my blogs and with my recordings, lol. He seemed amused by also looked rather depressed with it. Seeme to have been put through the mill a few times and I could completely relate to his issues with Doctors and the NHS.

Except now he knows for a fact that they very often lie!!

THE BOTTOM LINE

I am out helping again with a family going through a tough time of it.

While my friend is running around IsI had another email from a lady that I have posted about very recently. Despite ignoring the last two I decided to read this one. There is done confusion over a couple of things...

She refers to me being arrested for cutting a wheel clamp?

Also I may have misunderstood her email and that the email she sent as regards an email to get solicitor may not have been about me. It may have been used as an example to try to show that she does do what she claims. But then my mind had an annoying habit of dismissing done things as unimportant and focusing on others and I have been somewhat busy.

I cannot take a simple email of course and know that she does indeed do what she claims. But then add I explain below I cannot state that she does what I thought she did, only that with the impressions I got that was not only how it looked but strongly so!

There were three things and I was encouraged to steer clear of ombudsman for bailiffs. Everything went dead and quiet as soon as the witness details were handed over and even the witnesses in the shop wondered where he had disappeared to! As I said when I spoke to the witness there were several people standing around. The store that built the bike and as I was an extremely nice guy, three words not mine at Heales Cycles, when me and the £4,400 mountain bike that sold for £2,800 but told it was did for £400 were featured in What Mountain Bike Magazine and their store for mentioned! Then of course there was that endorsement I found out about at the time which I only did because things were looking suspicious so I dug around a little.

Normally I find if things sound to good to be true they normally are.

So here as I normally do I have coed and posted this correspondence and my reply in an attempt to draw a line under the matter.

I dare say that many regular visitors may recall that I do prefer to let the sparks fly when tipping out a post? If I am typing and recalling something then I will feel things when I do. I decided from the outset that this was a primary thing to do to make it not only more interesting but primarily to make me appear more human and therefore more relatable?!

Now that I have had proof positive that this is actually happening I will also remind you that letting this feelings flow will also get across to any of the organisation snooping around on here as I know they now do just how I concert the facts in such a way that protocols, rules and any cloak and dagger baloney (technical term Lol) will simply not work and that there is now nothing to stop my blog doing some serious damage to their underhanded behaviour and corruption?!

Avoidance is simply no longer an option without it being self destructive.

Oops!

I would wager they still have copies of that magazine today?! Lol!

I have absolutely no idea what you are taking about with the wheel clamp subject and being wrongly arrested for it.

I have never ever been wheel clamped. I am not sure whether you ate mixing me up with someone else or read a comment left by someone else. I do not always get time to read them.

Well yes I did think that chunky envelope was your solicitor. I thought you said you had already sent it to them?

The Police reference was towards Merseyside Police. Do not be fooled into thinking my entire blog is about you, it must certainly is not. It i there to simply make people aware of the possibilities and traps that exist. I went through hell repeatedly and my blog explains this because they're would be very few people able to live through what I did.

It is also there to teach my daughter and that is why I was involved with the Police. I have around ten hours of them lying on tape. That is mostly on the blog but not ALL of it is on the blog, not by a long shot.

Oh I just realised something, your saying that the letter you sent to a solicitor was for someone else?!

If this is the case and you are not working on behalf of bailiffs I will print as much. However I cannot go on an email or a letter sent to me. If and only IF you do not work on behalf of bailiff as some kind of damage limitation aspect then you have very bad impressions of yourself.

The endorsement was not wise.

Ignoring was not wise and rude. I myself am a professional person but do struggle because of my condition. But I see far too many do called professionals that seen to think that common courtesy they do not need to show. I would not be like this and never would be.

After all I have decided to read this email where I have not the previous two.

I will also publish this email. At the end of the day I cannot say that you do what I think you do. Because I simply do not know. I can only go on the impression I got.

It is my intention to reveal corruption where I find it out see clues to it there would be little point in going around lying and claiming things willy nilly. My blog would not last very long and would not be a good template for my daughter.

The bailiffs aggravated a condition and symptoms that I was unaware were all under the same thing. They had insisted for 13 years this was not possible and yet I can give you two, Charcot Marie Tooth and Fibromyalgia. I also read somewhere that Lupus is similar too.

Without this diagnosis I could not convey as well with you as I would have liked. Therefore from my point of view you did not take into consideration what the whole process had done to me.

I spent several years getting a hold of some of my symptoms and learning to control it. That was not easy.

Personally I did think you were OK and we did disk several times on the phone and I thought you were. But after getting some eight of my shoulders it was dropped back on me from a great height. The NHS refusing to diagnose me correctly did not help.

As for solicitors if they could pull their heads out of their own backsides and look at this blog they would see, add I hoped you originally would, that acting for me the two of us would be rather formidable. Instead I feel like Patrick McGoohan's character in that old series The Prisoner.

I hope that makes the position very clear.

Last night I read a major part of your BLOG and having done so,  I now have a greater understanding on your medical condition. Only on Monday I was assisting a lady with the same condition and I have been surprised at just how many people are diagnosed with the same.  

I was very surprised to read your comment on the BLOG yesterday regarding a solicitor ( and in particular a reference to an envelope which you though contained a letter from my solicitor). You know full well that the reference to a solicitor was NOT in relation to you at all. So why are you telling your 100,000 viewers that it is when you know that it is a lie. 

The second point that I found very surprising is that I could not find any reference at all to the way in which you had been arrested for cutting off a wheel clamp and that you had been CLEARED.  Surely a BLOG dedicated to exposing corruption would want this featured. As I said above, I managed to read a major part of the blog so the story about the police may well feature on a part of the BLOG that I have not yet managed to read. If so, perhaps you would be kind enough to post a link. 

As mentioned above, you do know that the reference to police was NOT in connection with you and yet you still stated on your BLOG that it was. I only make reference because when reading the awful way in which you have suffered at the hands of the NHS I do not know whether you are telling the truth on this subject either. I hoped that you were but as I say, it leave doubt in my mind.

It was a surreal sort of a day today. The sky was crystal clear and a day I thought would be spent wondering if the keyboard I am now typing on would turn up, I did not but it did, was actually spent contemplating those those odd events of yesterday and an unusual conversation with a friend.

From the referral I have been waiting over a dozen years for to the call from my daughter to hear she had won her case to the admittance that in Britain doctors, journalists and politicians are shockingly trusted less so than even the Police. Distrust of the Police has famously gone on for years so journalists and doctors must have dropped very far very quickly?! That is embarrassing and surely now will have consequences for all those involved? Will they learn? Will they feck!

Quite unfortunately and several years in they have not learnt one bit and instead have carried on blaming the innocent and poor they still fail to realize may have dire consequences. You see you have been increasing the pressure the costs and added to that the frequency of your bullshit. The further it continues then the longer people are fooled. Of those still being fooled the tendency is that the longer a person is lied to the angrier and the more frustrated they will inevitably be if and when the light bathes them and and the realities start to reveal themselves.

You need to count more than just BEANS!!

Wonder if the modules at this public schools have title like BEAN COUNTIING and missing ones like Human Nature 101?!

He was both right and wrong. Yes we did learn to talk only at some point in history we unlearned to talk too.

Attitudes within the NHS among medical staff, the reasons of which matter not, is NOT to listen. Thus preventing, stagnating and cutting off the ability to talk and therefore communicate. If this was allowed over time, it most certainly will not, this would have a negative effect on language and communication. We are being taught not to communicate and I believe it was emotions linked to caring that bought speech about in the first place. So being taught not to care, except for those teaching you not to care. What will they do next and what would they do if their country was under attack? Expect you to act as a human shield for them?

The truth is worse than it first seems because even animals can shown greater emotions of care than many people seem to! a quick search on the Internet and you could find videos of animals that become maternal to different species of animals to them, some even being normally their prey items of choice! I have seen cats with kittens raise ducklings and even squirrels! I have seen Polar Bears turn up ever year to the same spot to play with Huskies!

I myself have given the option of communication to all and I have offered this for way more than a decade. When I started this blog I was intending to tell you what I had done before and how and why it failed. I also fully intended to then show this process in motion and along the way try and get some evidence to prove it and over and o8ver again if I had to.

I have done this and I continue to do this. Only now things are going to be changed up a few gears. This is now going to get interesting for a number o8f reasons. I will get4 far more inventive than I have been in recent times. To come up with a plan so well constructed that those I approach would only succeed in hanging themselves. This has kind of already been put in motion on several fronts and one hit a bit of a hiatus.

Yesterday I checked out one o8f my many email accounts which I tends to neglect of late. In my inbox among droves of other things was an email from NHS England with a surprising question...what is my postal address?!? My last GP and surgery have responded to my complaint to NHS England and yet between the two of them they do not know my address?!

So very early next week I will be getting a response to my complaint about the GP from I expect both him and the head of the surgery. This is only a small part of it and I will be able top respond to it by involving the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman. But as many of you know who have read enough that everything I do is hard to work out, for them, and often many faceted. The things I do will become more obvious over the coming  months, though I say months it is more likely to be weeks.

In any given situation there is always one correct way and several wrong ways and I use the word several very loosely. These are usually manufactured methods purely designed so that the correct way can be avoided...and avoided...and avoided. If you have been on at each one as long ads I have the number of ways they have used have become numerous which should do more than merely strongly suggest that it has all been quite deliberate. But my great many recordings will show that I am often not happy with just insinuations and suggestions. I have to keep going and provide more and more and more for as long as I can. After all I do have a bad memory and cannot keep track of everything I have said and done and that goes double for anyone I am battling with.

Now and all at the same time they will all yet again get their last chance to do the right things and make the correct decisions. As ever I am aware of all the possibilities as well as all the escape routes. The corners I am about to force each of them into will be quite uncomfortable. Well the three or four I am about to force into a corner that is and I have waited until all things are in place before doing what I am about to and am able to say with confidence that purely because they have done such terrible things what they are faced with no there simply is no way out of. To get them into this predicament would have to wait a long time. They needed to have had a long enough time, though one has already had more than enough time, to do the right thing so that in the end and publishing as I went any person could see what was really going on.

So one report arrives next week that I will respond to and put the cat most definitely among those Pigeons. A form also arrives that when returned will do exactly the same thing.

Also during next week I am going to toss the cat in there with a few local governments too and especially the ones I lived under for many years who hired the thugs that attacked me and defrauded me out of four thousand quid when I only owed four hundred quid. Oh yes there is also that matter of the INTERNAL investigation of CapQuest?! The local government will be Waltham Forest Council and oh am I going to enjoy that one?!

I may contact the attackers and defrauders too, JBW Group, but only after I have contacted the people that hgired the thugs in the first place, LBWF.

Now I only hope I can keep on top of all the correspondences that will be flying backwards and forwards between next week and likely Easter time?!  Oh yes of course I can keep track of the days and dates by putting them on this blog for your viewing pleasure. I strongly suggest that YOU take note of the PAIRS of dates for each documents too?!

FIRING SALVO AT LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Better late, or only a little, than NEVER!

Right oh then here wo go for another salvo at different enemies to rattle their nerves to their very core!

Below is another email I have sent via two separate emails and about to email the Deputy Mayor too. I have also completed an online complaints form.

Now this is because I have some history with Councils and some bad history with this one. As everyone else they use the failures that they know others will do, NHS and DWP, to then tell you to feck off hold out their brubby corrupt hands for cash you do not have and then take you to court over it, lol.

Of course Enfield Council is not the only one and I need to get around to Eppimg Forest District Council, Waltham Forest Council and a few others. Oh just did WIrral Council, lol. No immediate reply from them of course, lol.

Here is the email...

Dear Sirs

FREEDOM PASS

I would like to reapply for a Freedom Pass.

I have done this several times since I moved to Enfield, despite having one when I first moved here which is still in my possession. I would also like to point out that in all the times that you refused this you did so wrongly. I shall explain briefly...

1) I know how the government has been influencing the NHS so that both you and the DWP can save money what's more is that I have ammassed several dozen Gigabytes of secret recordings to prove it.

2) I have been refused a diagnosis and have been lied to and have recordings of being lied to and have evidence of medical records being falsified.

3) When the above occured I got into a row with a GP who tried to say I was crazy. I fgot the General Medical Council involved as I knoew they were corrupt and would do nothing and catch them at it. They exceeded my epectations by breaking a confidentiality and helped the last GP to kick me off the practice due to the insinuation of violent behaviour. They choked on there coffee when I then told them I had recorded every songle visit to the Docor and of the lying and falsifying of medical evidence.

4) There was a bribe attempt by NHS England over my prewscription drugs in an effot to get me to drop the official complaint I raised

5) Not only have I know found out what my ailment is, it turns out to be one of the worst disability conditions any one person can suffer with and is Fibromyalgia.

6) The above condition and the documents I had prove that everything I have ever told any public office has been thr truth and have a mountain of evidence that many public offices that I have requested help from have lied through their teeth and kicked and squirmed to not help me.

7) I am PROUD of this one. You miight note that the public offices have been getting a hard time of it? Well it will get worse. I did indeed warn all offices, yours included, that I would not let this lie and that if you do not hear from me then that is the time sto start worrying. IN fact the LONGER that you do not hear from me the worse it will be when you do. Backbench Labour MPs have been USING my data to attack the government in the House of Commons and have been sending my data to the media. I know this because I still have the email requesting permission to do so from the MP and that was back in January 2013.

8) This is very easy for me to do (part 7) because I have a very popular BLOG where I post all of my evidence and all of my data right down to the recordings and even videos along with all letters and all emails. This is found at asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.com and I have attracted 100,000 visitors in a little over a year. You can imagine how this is going to go throughout 2014, if you know what exponentially means?

9) I have now proved that the NHS, DWP and Local Councils have been conspiring up and down the country to screw members of the public all for the sake of money which they all have no bloody way of managing correctly and are wasters of it.

10) I have also done the above with the Police, the Secret Services, HMRC (all organisations you may well have seen in the media) and even all Ombudsman all of which are corrupt, take vast amounts of the taxpayers money to sit on their arses and do nothing, even when I come along and present evidence they then make the mistake of not even asking me for!

11) Despite the governments attempts to make those on welfare to look like the criminals, ones to blame for financial situation and insinuating being lazy it was my primary missions to show the the wider British Public that whetever they think of those unfortunate enough to be on the welfare state that this is NOTHING in comparison to the wastage of all Ombudmsan, Governiung bodies amd government departments and have now achived this by way of the next point...

12) I have currently reuested information over forty times based on the Freedom of Information Request 2000 and intend to gather together and collate all figures I have asked for to make the cost of the welfare state to the taxpayer seem mere pennies in comparison. To those bing paid to do nthing at all and get expenses along with it.

So I wuold like to be informed of two things now, I already requested one but have heard no repsonse, as I knew I would not....

Along with the email to the court in Tottenham you claim to be taking me to court for I would also like...

DEATH OR HOMELESSNESS, SHOPPING & THE FINAL COUNTDOWN

Now it is nigh on mid April and coming up this week is the start of something that will take a minimum of four weeks and as much as eight weeks to complete.

Now in certain cases, namely me, I am not sure what is going to happen over these next eight weeks.

Currently my Benefit has been cancelled for the second time and I have NOT been put onto ANYTHING else and told I no longer get any money of any kind!!

Added to this another benefit has been cancelled and the is my Local Housing Allowance or as they wrongly called it Housing Benefit.

Now the question is what will come first for this disabled person?

DEATH OR HOMELESSNESS?!

On top of this I HAD thought that my working my butt off and my efforts would afford me some of the money I had lost over several years and I could REPLACE what I was already defrauded out of, get things I need to help me as well as get things I want as well as need for the work I already started.

So I have done the work of many others worth about £250,000 while asked for nothing. Done a years work coming up I should already be receiving money for but am curiously not and having the benefits cancelled that will see me starve to death or be homeless in the coming weeks, whichever comes first!

It is mid April 2013 and a two phase period has started first one ends mid-May and second one Mi-June...

A KICK TO THE GROIN

Well that is worrying!

Went out to my friends store on my mountain bike where i have been bumping into a friend who died recently. He has asked if I was going to pop round so I did and while there bumped into a fair few mutual friends and acquaintances. Some had been told what had happened and some had not.

I had requested that my mobile phone number be text to my friends daughter if nothing else but to give her some comfort in the knowledge that there is someone out there she can turn to if she feels the need to. Having lost both parents now in only 18 months and with no siblings I could not even beging to imagine how she may feel right now.

I just hope and pray she copes ... well enough to get through it.

On the way there I had a pain in the right side of my groin which in itself is nothing unusual except for the fact that it only occurs normally while walking and that it is not only more severe than it has even been before but by QUITE SOME MARGIN!!

This is extremely worrying for me that I have 'done something' although I say I but really it is not down to me if something has gone wrong but down to the NHS and the DWP. The fact that what was repaired can cause Gangrene and that is this occurs then you have to have your entire GROIN REMOVED SURGICALLY is not at all...APPEALING!!!

So I think that I had better make an appointment WITH the GP for SOMETHING ELSE that has come back to haunt me, basically because I KEEP DOING THINGS I SHOULD NOT because I have had no help whatsoever to relieve this pain or avoid it by getting enough to live on so that I do not have to do 6 journeys to get my shopping and walk home with it tanked up on painkillers...

Only way around this are via the following methods...

1) Have my shopping delivered
[No Supermarket is CAPABLE and failed to deliver MILK stating they were and I QUOTE "OUT" plus you PAY for the privilege]

2) Be a Freedom Pass Holder
[TURNED DOWN THREE TIMES BY ENFIELD COUNCIL AND FROM APRIL GIVING THEM £10 PER WEEK FOR COUNCIL TAX?!]

3) Have someone do it for me or take me there
[LIKE WHO?!]

4) Have a car so that I am not carrying this weight and doing so many trips to get it home?!
[DO NOT MAKE ME LAUGH]

But as I first had...

1) Freedom Pass renewal REFUSED

2) Disbibility Living Allowance taken away and forced to pay £750 BACK TO THEM?!

3) Assaulted and defrauded out of £4,000 by a Local Council and Bailiffs (Parking Ticket)

4) About to lose £20 to £25 per week from Incapacity Benefit and last but not least...

5) Now have to PAY £20 a fortnight in COUNCIL TAX?!?!

So in reality and in 5 years I have gone from having 

£230 per week to live on  (probably should have been £300)

to having...

£60 appx after April 2013 ...

That is a REDUCTION OF 75% there abouts and this does NOT FACTOR IN...
[Media should have pointed this out fecking MONTHS AGO and asked government which of THAT LOT or private company owners and BANKERS have lost 75%?!?!]

Paying for overpriced Buses and Trains...

Paying Council Tax?!?!

Of course anything happens to me then this is all here and my family and friends all know about it as does everyone that is capable of doing anything about it.

SO BEFORE YOU CONSIDER ANYTHING ELSE AT ALL THIS BLOG IS INTENDED TO DO YOU SEE THE ENTIRE THING IS ONE GIANT TRAP!!

Around May 2013 and when the new changes are beginning to bite a great many people will be searching on line and will be drawn to this blog and there are already a fair few I can tell you that. So it will suddenly spike upwards at a fantastic rate...

...and then people will realise I have tried to change things for the better and avoid the pitfalls for the longest time and no one took any notice as they do/did not care.

But people with NO MORALS suddenly develop them when bad things happen to them, I have learnt this from years of experience. Only many bad things have happened to people already and it will get a great deal worse throughout the rest of 2013.

This will highlight every single industry and how fecked up each one is as well as how and more importantly WHY all because a tiny portion of people took the piss and got over confident in paying themsleves too much money and who cares because the Biritish Public's hard earned taxes will just be handed over to them while they continue to over pay themselves for doing an incompetent job because 'well they will just go to OTHER countries and I have paid way over the top for doing an incompetent job'?!

Oh no because there are a whole list of countries with banks that were not affected by the crisis?!

You fekcing morons!! LOL!

If nothing else I have been absolutely amazed to the point of stomach churning at the utter drivel that comes out of the mouths of these people that get this money as I did not realise you could be THAT incompetent and yet earn those kinds of salaries?!

God I made one hell of a mistake as I did a BSc Single Honours Degree in Applied Computing and I should have studied BANKING?! LMAO!
