Well that is funny as I was under the impression from my own experiences that there was NO LEGAL AID?!
I even have a recording, think I put it on here, of a solicitor telling me...
1) I need to drop dead before being able to sue the NHS fir lying and falsifying ultrasound test results and...
2) Come up with a couple of thousand pounds to pay for several MRIs...
And THEN the solicitor will take them to court no win/no fee?!
So my ghost will have to do it, you can't spend hard cash in HELL.
Or I produce my own MRIs in which case what the feck do I need a solicitor for?! Are judges THAT incompetent?
