This report seems to conflict with what media reports and politicians are saying. Manufacturing has shrunk everywhere except America.
It had occurred to me that due to the limitations and financial difficulties that people are buying their Christmas presents and other shopping over a wider period of time.
All quite unfortunate really but just the way it is.
