Dear Sir
Our reference: ********(please quote in any future correspondence)
Thank you for your email of 4 November 2013 which Ann Cox had asked me to respond to.
I have considered the issues that you have raised and I understand that you have had problems with Abernethy House (the Practice) and also with finding a new GP.
In relation to this issue, as you are aware, although we can look at complaints about the Practice, we will not normally do so until they have looked into and responded to all the issues which have been raised.
I have contacted the Practice and they have told us that they do not have a record of you raising your concerns with them through their own complaints procedure.
I note that you have concerns about pursuing your complaint through the complaints procedure. However, the Ombudsman values the local resolution of complaints, and believes that bodies in her jurisdiction should be given the opportunity to investigate and respond to concerns before she becomes involved.
Therefore, in order to pursue your complaint further, you will first need to write to the Practice Manager with your concerns or to NHS England to give them the opportunity to investigate and respond to your complaint.
Because you have not done this yet we will take no any further action at this stage.
I hope that the Practice or NHS England are able to resolve your complaint. However, if that is not the case, and you remain unhappy having received their final response please contact us again.
At that stage, you will need to complete one of our complaint forms (attached) and send the completed form to us along with copies of any relevant correspondence and papers that you have, including the responses you received from the Practice or NHS England.
If you need help or advice in making a complaint, I suggest you contact your regional NHS Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) office at:

MY EMAIL BACK LOL...
Dear Sir
BORING!! TRY READING THE WHOLE EMAIL
First off, and ooh dear on this one, this email is evasive.
Secondly it clearly shows that you HAVE NOT read me last email at all. I stated to you that complaining to the practice would be a waste of time, ERGO I DID NOT DO IT!! There I spelled it out for you.
Thirdly you went and ASKED the practice had I done this when I had already told you I had not, exactly why did you do that? Remember you are a public company and I request this information as your code of practice is now under question.
A fourth concern would be the following....I ALSO clearly told you that I had previously raised this issue with the General Medical Council, who themselves have been very incompetent and all correspondence is on my webpage for the 100,000 to see. In fact it was actually the fault of the GMC that I was kicked off the register by handing over a copy of the letter to the GP whereby I tried to explain to them that had I sat through another appointment like that with that kind of attitiude, rudeness, cutting me off mid sentence and accusing me while refusing to listen to the evidence that I would end up "breaking his jaw". This was to convey haw bad the man is, arrogant, rude and stupid, YES STUPID, and that if this had been anyone else this is what could have happened. Now but the morons went and sent him this and likely scared the hell out of him and had I wanted to scare the man I would have done it myself, this is sarcasm just in case you need it spelled out.
On a fifth note you, like the GMC, have totally refused to mention the fact that I was lied to about an ultrasound test or that I can prove I was lied to by many other Doctors and Specialists. Strange that as with all these QUANGOS to serve the people over medical negligence you would at least think they would show some kind of concern over this issue?! Worrying.
I can also enlighten you to something else too. I KNEW that corresponding with you would get me nowhere and that INCLUDES mentioning the fact I have evidence. That is why a load of Member of Parliament are looking on my website and sending my data and details to the News Media which they asked if they could do back in January 2013.
I had a genuine reason and cause to go to the GP in a short space of time and refer me for aq whole load of things. I had suspected for a very long time that I had been lied to in the past. I have had my condition for 13 years and not a single person wanted to diagnose it. Nor did they want to perform MRIs. So I set about to prove it and to also prove that all Ombudsman in all industries were corrupt and did nothing. IN EVERY industry and I think I came pretty close to doing just that. I knew a great deal of this country was corrupt for a very ;long time but it took me a few years to prove it and it did not help when radicalized Muslims who were annoyingly let in this country had m daughter against her will in a flat for 8 months or more. Rather incompetently handled by the Police I might add.
Well you need not email me anymore as I think I now have what I wanted from you, time t move onto the next Ombudsman.
Yours
Martin Haswell BSc
