This had made me think of a new catchphrase because this has taken a Savile's Time to get around to?!
I never used them myself but every single person I ever spoke to that did always used the same nickname for them...SWINDLES!
Oh that would have been over 15 years ago and more likely over 20?! Not quite 'A Savile's Time' as he was going nowhere when they caught him and only had to DIG HIM UP to arrest him?!

Oh yes and the over charging on car insurance?! Well I think there is still another 18 months of investigation on that one?! Hehe.
