Here is an Ombudsman that, like so many others, I only discovered existed a few years back?!
Here is a prime example of what was bound to come and WILL get worse...more and more homeless and do not forget the sad fact that many people have taken their own lives too and more likely well in the future.
Like I have stated so many times before on here they, Ombudsman, only pop up to state something, normally the plainly obvious and what should have been easily predictable.
