THE MISSING MOTIVATION
I have hardly been out of the house the last two days and I am struggling to find something to motivate me today, really, really most unlike me.
The weather is crap and looks to stay that way a number of days, marvellous.
Plus there was some bizarre name dropping recently and some information reached my ears that not only did no one tell me but involves someone I recently mentioned.
God, I hate it when the men I know allow the egos to rule them.
There has also been a death in the family though I found out several days late, as one member of the family has failed to delete a five year old mobile phone number from her phone despite being asked to do this a dozen times.
Also my sister is expecting her first ever baby, and I wish her luck with that. However she is finding and will continue to find over the next ten months that we now live in a country lacking compassion, despite the number of help, advice and support organisations there claims to be out there.
This will hit her hard as she has worked her backside of for twenty years or more often at the expense of many things friends and family related.
She is already living with ... well 'in laws' despite them both working because the house prices and rent prices went way beyond ridiculous over a decade ago.
Stupid, stupid prices that are not realistic in any way only made worse by the constant influx of you know who combined with the lack of building both cheap homes and social housing. Then you factor in to all this the growing number of Londoners, though there aren't many left.
Good God I really lack energy, I really do.
There are things I need to get and have done a couple of days and trying to use these menial chores to get my arse out of my door.
None helped by the fact I am stuck in a rut I never saw myself being in at this moment in time.
And I STILL need to replace my damn camera! LMAO!
Oh and a prescription pill has disappeared into a gap, as it did about two weeks back, in my throat and I only know as something is seeping out and burning like hell as it does so!
I cannot have this happening any longer and will discuss this with a dozen other things at my next GP appointment.Good God it burns ...
One of the following ...
- Gabapentin (which I oddly have wanted replacing years ago) - Fibromyalgia
- Tramadol (which needs either upping or replacing with something better) - Back Pain
- Ramipril (This not been checked for an age now ..) - Stage 2 Hypertension
- Oh its 173 Systolic and 108 Diastolic, Blood Pressure, so yeah not dealth with
- Atrovastatin - Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol
- Lansoprazole ( I have wanted Nexium for 4 years or so) Oesophagitis, Hiatus Hernia
- Metoclopramide - Bad nausea, Postural Hypotension, travelling on Bus in Cars or just in thoue HOUSE
- Quinine Sulphate - Night Cramps, really bad night cramps, I cannot speak a single word
- Amitriptyline - Fibromyalgia
- As the first three are contained in capsules I will assume that it was one of those three getting stuck?! Need LIDOCAINE!!

THE WHOOZY SYNDROME
The pills I have been given along with the ones I was already taking seem to have had a very bizarre effect on me which seems to have become stronger each of the three days I have taken them.
I feel tired and slow and that is an understatement, let me tell you. I ... I'm having difficulties thinking straight and carrying on with this post. I just want to lie down all the time and yesterday I was messaged in the late afternoon to be invited to a barbecue and I was out of it on the sofa. When I did read it I did manage to get there.
It is very weird and I hope it goes, I will not be able to function like this at all!
Oh my word! I am going to have to lie down even though it 5.17pm and I have been lying down upstairs for God know how long?!
The drugs are 300mg Gabapentin, 25mg Amitriptyline, 50mg Sertraline, 200mg Tramadol and 30mg Lansoprazole.

KITE FLIGHT TO VENUS
Well what a strange day.
I had to go and retrieve a prescription from my dentist and while there he asked which tooth it was.
Now I reminded him that it was next to the tooth he had previously removed and that because I did not flinch he said he would send me to the orthodontist.
He stopped me to correct new and said no he did not he sent me for...and I interrupted him for interrupting me and said yes obviously because I had an under bite. He then said yes but one statement does not follow the other.
At that point I thought I am not getting into this but could have embarrassed him extremely easily because one statement following the other is exactly how it occurred.
You did not flinch!! Hour getting tooth out that broke in two and you hardly moved.
Look you have an under bite that roll cause you problems and pain when your older, I can send you for free work to Chase Farm Hospital for treatment, students blah, blah, blah!
That is one statement following the other!!
But I was very high and had warned them. Due to yesterday and the amount if pain I had I decided that this morning I would take two Gabapentin, 200mg, and two Tramadol, 100mg.
I had the easiest walk I have had in over 12 years! Albeit high as a kite and still am lol. Also I used to not take the tramadol until later in the day going that it might esse the effect of the gabapentin but did not think it had.
Do I was probably taking less tramadol than I normally did. Oddly I have had several drinks throughout the day and this time it was immediate throbbing but the combination of the two drugs seemed to be working on the tooth pain.
This really surprised me but I could very well be wrong. Even the Dentist got confused st how this was acting up and said i did not need antibiotics because I did not have an infection and I asked well how come the metranidazole work then? He said "well how do you know I have not given them to you?!" I said "well I have already stated on the phone that I had just finished a course s few days do and the pain had returned done the course ended!"
The receptionist, who could be his wife as I know she works at the practice looked sideways at him then at me and rolled her eyes and I smiled.
I do like him and he is a nice enough chap but today he really thought very highly of himself and obviously thought the fact her was a Dentist makes him more intelligent than his patients in all subjects but just Dentistry, lol.
I normally react to statements like his which is why just about every office and a few private companies across the UK walk around on eggshells when they gest my name our see my face.
Today I was NOT in the mood to turn around and point out that what he stated not to be the case was in fact exactly how it occurred!
I spent the entire day in a daze and floated around the place high as the proverbial kite!
Felt a bit uneasy when crossing Roads our must be said. Hopefully in a few days that will settle down. Bit too much right now.
Right now I'm fighting to stay conscious, lol.

A PERIOD OF A HIGH
I took my last pills, tipping me into overdose territory around 2pm. The feeling of being high started about 5pm, 3 hours later and I am till experiencing it now.
Bloody hell that is a cheap way to get stoned?! Certainly a great deal cheaper than Cannabis, lmfao!
So I find it completely bizarre that the stoned feeling came on three hours later and remained for several hours.
Definitely feel drugged up to the eyeballs and lack of anything to eat a large contributor to that.
My word that is going to take place a hell of a great deal over the next 3 weeks until I get paid IF I get paid at all?!
It has also just occurred to me that I had better watch myself to as this could be highly dangerous especially now I am on my bike a large majority of the time?!
Hmm come to think of it is there a law against riding on the road on a Mountain Bike while intoxicated?! I have been left with little choice in the matter if this is the case, lol.

JOINING THE SPACE CADETS
This is also somewhat weird I feel stoned now I am indoors and sitting down! Very weird.
I HAVE had bad reactions to general anaesthetics in the past and am sure I have mentioned each one in here at least once but I have never had a reaction to a local anaesthetic before hand and I have had plenty of them over the years!
Oddly the friend I had visited yesterday....woozy there for a moment, yes this friend had described similar things to what I had experienced and I said that was odd as I had felt like that for several days and thought something was 'going round' and perhaps I had some bug or virus. The weather has been up and down like there is no tomorrow and never before have I seen so many confused weather men, and women, who seems to be at a loss to explain it and constantly apologising for something that is neither theirs to control and nigh on impossible to predict with any certainty...
...ooh yeaaaaahhhhh but Oxford Council seem to think so, I had forgotten about that?! LOL!!
Well I had thought maybe it might be a bug but other than making me feel light headed and nearly passing out there has been nothing else other than the usual fair and run of the mill, WELL run of the mill for ME, stuff.
My word that must have been the worst day ever outside the house, other than that time I got very sick in my brother's car in Hertford?!
I will NOT be going out now for several hours at least, despite the fact I bought no shopping back other than a jar of HONEY and I seem to have errr three bike lights and intended to buy ONE! I have bought a headlight I already have in a set with a rear light I do not. Hmm seem to remember thinking twin headlights in my handlebars. These are a One23 set and I have an Oxford rear light that looks like the One23 rear light and along with that I have a head torch?! Oh yeah I know why I bought the head torch, lol. Amazing what my brain can bloody still think of when I am out of it?!
A shame it does not stop to calculate the BUDGET?!?!
Ooh now due to my woozy head and numb mouth added to the fact I cannot eat for several hours, hmm now have I eaten at all?! Err I digress I am considering watching a film or two in the hope that I will be with it again by the end?!
Hmm I just realised I think it is my bicep in my right arm that hurts like hell and I cannot think why for the life of me...ooh I was doing a post on here and was typing it out as I walked to take my mind of the journey, woozyness and pain...
..nope cannot remember what hand I was using to hold the phone or type and nor can I even think where my rucksack was on my body?! It feel like I have carried a heavy weight a long way and my muscled has seized up from it but I only had my backpack and my phone, oh well and my walking stick and nothing heavy at all!
Maybe it will come back later on or tomorrow morning?!
Eyelids are heavy, maybe I will just fall asleep here at the laptop?
OK this is turning out to be one very weird day!
Decisions, decisions!

My Health: TANKED ON PAINKILLERS
While out I went to the main library to check these blogs as I can never see if they are working correctly, they are than god.
I have had a great deal of headaches this last month ad today was a king size one as i stated on my Facebook account. SO that prompted me to go out to the Docs and I popped into a friends for a cup of tea and a chat about this kind of stuff on this blog, well it always ends up on this subject as so many conversations I have lately do.
Due to going out too much and not using my bike my feet were overworked and my headache was pretty distracting so by the time I had left the house I had taken already...
100mg Tramadol
1000mg Paracetemol
But while in my friends shop the headache was not shifting and feet were being extra cruel and I ended up taking another 50mg Tramadol and 500mg Paracetemol.
So I sat in the library on a computer for an hour researching blog viewer numbers and checking these and spotting they need so ... tinkering. So I got to rest, then thought I had seen a ghost as someone that was a spitting image of my late friend, Kenneth Walter Bunn, to right down to the clothing. Tried to get a photo of him on my smartphone but he ducked behind a book rack. When I searched the library for him but nowhere to be seen. Ken was a regularly in my friend's pet shop in Baker Street in Enfield and I wanted to show him the picture of how reminiscent of Ken this chap was. I failed to find him.
On leaving the library I had my least problematic walk back home that I had experienced in a very long time. So I thought right OK it takes...
75% of my daily allowance of TWO painkillers to deal with the pains for a couple of hours?!
Interesting conversation I am going to have with this new GP.
Will also be interesting to see if he lays the blame of the headaches on the Tramadol and then tries to give me a cheaper and less effective drug?! Odds are pretty good on that front I think?!
So interesting walk home, surprised I did not flake out and wake up hours later on the pavement, sidewalk if your american! LOL! Had not eaten much you see and normally not good as I get pretty nauseous.
