FUNNY FEET

I am somewhat ... well a little worried.

Today for most of the day I've been unable to walk. Not difficulty walking or using my stick to get home but unable to walk. At all.

In fact had I left the house and gotten any distance when this thing occurred I would probably not have gotten home, unless near a bus stop wherever I ended up. I still doubt I would have reached home once I departed said bus.

It's been a nightmare just getting up and down my stairs!

What concerns me right now is that I will still be in this state in the morning, or worse still all day tomorrow or a number of days?!

Sharp pains are affecting both my feet but the left is the worse. I've also not had pains like these before, despite the fact I experience six pains across both feet. These now raise that total to eight.
Putting any weight down on my left foot results is sharp pains that seem to shoot across my whole foot, from the sole upwards.

This is weird as other pains are in very specific places like heels (plantar fasciitis), ball of my foot (metatarsalgia) and arches I've never seen nor been given a name for, also shooting pains but from the top down. I get painful clicking too but that's in my ankles and mostly occurs descending stairs (Achilles tendinitis).

I have been wondering, for the past couple of hours or so, who in the world I should call and when?

How long are you unable to walk before you call someone? When you run out of food? Lol!
Wonder if I can sleep with my fingers crossed?!

Lmao!

MORE DOCTORS DOLITTLE

Well after speaking to the latest Doctor while recording it anyone who downloaded and listened to the recording might have noticed how I mentioned that my Metatarsalgia had become a real problem?

This was so much so that I was planning to get a referral about it and planning to use the upcoming odd appointment I made that no one is aware of, yes I kid you not, to ask about it. Well everything else has been more or less sorted, even IF they have wriggled out of a confirmed diagnosis on every occasion!

Now it just so happens that for a couple of days I had thought of changing my insoles. I always have insoles and am often trying new ones in an attempt to lessen the pains in my feet. There is one I have bought several times from Sport Direct that are OK for a few months. I had been using a new pair that I bought from Lidls and they were surprisingly OK. But I also had a gel pair and thought about changing them when the Metatarsalgia started to come to the fore?

Now when I did mention this in my very last appointment the GP I saw suggested that as the Gabapentin were working that this now forced my Metatarsalgia to become more prominent as it was the only thing I was feeling in my foot now. As I am not up to the full dose of the Gabapentin yet and that is what I was there for, I could have argued that I am still feeling things in my feet OTHER than the Metatarsalgia?

Now in all honesty I was surprised that she said it and Doctors and GPs everywhere just assume that everyone is a CRY-BABY and WHINGER based on that remark and I honestly feel that has been the attitude of every Doctor going back 20 years or more!!

Terrible and DISGUSTING!

Now back to the insoles! Yes so I had another pair of gel like insoles, bought from Sports Direct but not the usual full memory sole ones I have had three pairs of, and thought it may help to switch them over. Well a couple of days ago I did and some if you might well be wondering where this is going or thinking ooh boy not worthy of a mention, but WAIT LOL.

When I took of the old ones I was looking at them while wondering if there was anything abut them that could be causing the pain when I noticed something! Right there in the very area where I have been experiencing pain in the ball of my left foot was a small mark?! I looked at it closely and it seemed to resemble an indentation of some sort and measured about 3mm to 5mm across. I then assumed that there had been a stone lodged in there somewhere but this was on the topside which was in contact with my feet?! I inspected the other side of the insole and there was nothing there and no weakness in the insole, nor impressions of any kind. I pushed the depression with my fingers and something had definitely been applying a lot of pressure to the area as it was not only weak but the spot had been rubbed to the point where the colour had faded. On the other insole, in case anyone was wondering, there was nothing!

I am at a loss to explain it but will say that I had been massaging the area and thought that I had done something wrong to make it worse?! Also I have always felt that the spot when I am massaging it felt like it had a loose lump inside it. But as my feet had been X-Rayed because of Plantar fasciitis by both an Orthopaedic Surgeon and a Podiatrist at Barnet Hospital, whose boss I recorded for an hour immediately before the appointment, and said the X-Rays were OK I had assumed that this was my imagination.

However now that I realised they have lied t me about the Neurology, the Electromyograph and NCS tests, Nerve Conduction Studies as well as the Ultrasound...well it is OPEN SEASON NOW!

Considering the fact that I asked these so called someone later why they had x-rayed my feet as bone spurs are nothing to do with Plantar fasciitis and the reply was 'yes they are' and I came back with 'NO THEY ARE NOT' and this went back and forth a few times until they decided to ask why I said they were not, at last the penny drops. I said because there has never EVER been found any correlation or links between BONE SPURS and Plantar fasciitis. You can have the spurs and have no pain whatsoever and you can have the pain and yet have no spurs whatsoever, ergo the spurs do NOT cause the pain!

ANYWAY, so here are a few pictures, lol.

SLOW..SLOW..STICK-STICK..SLOW

I am ten minutes from my house now and stopping by ask ATM to get cash for more fluids!

It is a very good job I bought that walking stick and just been paid yesterday.

I managed to control myself and pace myself slowly and use this damnable stick!

I hate these walking sticks, though technically they are hiking sticks.

I have no idea why the ball of foot pain its flaring up the way it had been lately. Both that and my knees have now come to the fore when our comes top pain.

Though if I had thought about it I would have realised this would likely happen but in all honesty did not expect the gabapentin to work. So one brick wall been demolished only to find another, lol.

Still I have an appointment I have to wait I've a week for and had to have a different Doctor just to get that one?1

I'M SO DIZZY MY HEAD IS SPINNNING!!

OK nicked that line from a CD single I had years ago...err was that comedian guy whose name escapes me as my head really is spinning!

I had a friend arrive today and I opened the door quickly and I spun around and bent over to do something and then came up at an acute angle and as I did my head SPAN like a top and I nearly went OVER and dropped to the ground!

Was the same chap that too me to A&E last Friday. He asked me how the funeral went for our friend and I then had to explain that I could not go due to these dizzy spells. Though I did state and will do so here that to refer to them as 'dizzy spells' does not really do them justice and is an understatement!

I had planned on going out to have a chat with the Dentist and book that appointment with the Doctor and maybe just handing in my prescription for the anti dizziness pills, Prochlorperazine 5mg, so that I get some more but no I feel like I am going to be sick at any point and has been like this for an hour so do not want to go out at all?!

Catch 22 if EVER there was one!

Now wondering if I should take a second pill so that I have taken 10mg n the hope that would help enough to go out and hand in this prescription?!

I did do some research on the advertising to nail down a few facts, which I should have done some time ago and spurred into action by the patronizing hired help on that Google AdSense forum. Seems I was right and I have listed a load of details down to keep an eye on and see how it all turns out.

Right I get too embarrassed at going out when I think I am going to vomit for sure. I always have this fear every time I go out and it is a real possibility and happens fairly often. If I g somewhere where a lavatory s nearby and NOT a public one then this is great.

Anyone that thinks there is not a problem with going out when you have this vomiting problem well all I can say is that each time you go into a public lavatory and for the next year then get down on your KNEES in each one?!

Then after a year then think that I would have done that, that many times in the course or two to four weeks?!

Another one is travel across London say about 10 miles with NO CAR and do that without standing still?!

Or try carrying an Umbrella, Walking Stick AND shopping?! LOL.

Then imagine while doing all this you have bolts of pain in your foot arches, sore stone like pain in your left foot, stinging and/or aching in your groin and sharp or intense pain in your back, shoulder and neck?! Oh and the painful clicking i your heels when descending stairs too! LOL. In summer pain in knees when on foot caused by use of a mountain bike.

Go one I dare you?!?!?!

LMFAO!!
