FEELINGS OF FAILURES

Those that have come here since breaking my Twitter silence are probably unaware of a lot of things that do and have gone one.

If you thought that post was one hell of a horror story is does not contain it all and nore do I go into detail about the pain and suffering.

There are dozens of people involved in the story and around half a dozen each that could command a series of books in their own. Well .. at least one a piece. One will need more than one book just to themselves. None of these names involves my daughter or eve myself. Hence why a news media agent talked of TV, magazine and a book series. Nothing of the things he promised came to light and this was back in January.

Within six weeks our issues were going to be over. Later in the year we was having these series done on her story. But here we are a few weeks from September and not a single peep has been heard from the Joe the media agent or Take A Break's Julie Sidwell.

Today I did something I do not normally do and suddenly I was experiencing intense pain and as I wandered back to my regular park bench the phone rang.

It was my daughter who had called me earlier just prior to attending an appointment for her cancer. Her mother had agreed to look after the four children and once again the useless, evil and conniving mother had gone absent. Two operations had already been missed because of this behaviour and due to trying to incite violence I am sure she is hoping or trying to cause the death of my daughter. Like I said .. many books could be written just on one person alone.

I the end my daughter was forced to go around to her home but she did not answer the door. In desperation my daughter climbed through a window only to find her mother's partner. He did not even realise that his partner was not only not in the house but had her phone switched off. I am not lucky enough that the Police had finally figured out what she had done and she was on the run?

He agreed to look after the children and it was not until my daughter was at the hospital she suddenly wondered if she was having an operation or not?! A missing grandmother would cause a serious issue of this had turned out to be the case. It will when the operation comes around I assure you!

My daughter had to remain for something else and they asked her about her Trigeminal Neuralgia and seemed concerned at how bad and frequent it had become. They was also surprised that she had just been fobbed off with pills.

Then my daughter started sobbing and this occurring I have lost count of happening, just in the last six months alone.

“I don't know what I am going to do?!” she said as she cried.

From the way the Doctors were talking she thinks now that they know something and that something is going to happen to her.

I cannot explain the feelings of darkness at moments like this and the sheer feeling of being a failure as a father because time after time and year after year and for over twenty years the public services have failed. Failed then failed and then failed. To make matters worse it is not just the failig but these servants of the people and full of care for woman and children actually kick you in the nether regions while they are failing you.

I have lost count of the number of times I have had to listen to how she would be better off dead.

I do not care what anyone else says because they would be clearly naïve and/or incompetent to think that the public services do to act like this or treat people like this. Annoying as a search on YouTube alone would bring up hundreds of videos of people going through hell. Just not as many hells as the two of us have been through.

This is what makes it all the more strange as my daughter should get a massive amount of interest over the sheer number of heartbreak and the huge number of failures by so many involved.

Sometime I think this is why they either stay well away from us or promise us the Earth only to vanish at the eleventh hour.

All the time hoping for something to occur that would tell us that our suffering mentally and out physical pains would soon come to an end.

Maybe others think this is just too much and the men in black might come knocking at the door? I just do not know but it has been hard.

I had hoped that commenting in places on YouTube as I have now done for like a month and the last ten days plus of Tweeting on Twitter might get me some attention and I can put someone in contact with my daughter?

Maybe I have just not reached enough people yet?

I use my frustration and anger on all that I blame for this mooching around the Twitter streams all day and when I see someone who is acting and talking completely selfish over something hat is fuck all I am in there.

Oddly I could rip so many people new ones and throw around all kinds of insults and names but I refrain from doing that. Though I have plenty of reason to do so.

Rant-rant-rant self-self-self and I chime in, have a disagreement, get called a liar time after time and then throw in my link to my daughter's story. It either then gets fuck all comments, after screming about burkas or offense to others, or it gets talked down. One eve accused me of getting the story out of a story in a magazine. No, I replied, our story appeared in a fucking magazine but only around 0.5% of it!

Cancer sufferer, domestic abuse victim and repeated victim of child abuse with the most evil mother you could ever dream of as well as being sexually abused by your step-father aged 12. That is only the very worst of it and there are things I have not posted about for years that would very literally blow anyone away. Not mention it on blogs for several years. Certainly not mentioned it on Twitter because we was ignored so much I wondered if that element of the story was keeping people away?

So I am going to be in one of those dark places for a couple of weeks not and where I am also going to lose a load of belongings too. Past caring about those but I guarantee a load of crap I am going to have to sort out with the storage company as well as my bank. Yeah I really want to be doing that.

Help organisations have acted the same .. go to someone else, start talking like they are going to help and then tell you to go to someone else or say they are going to help, ask yo for your phone number when you have already provided it. Then they simply do not call you ever let alone when they say they are going to.

What can you do?

Hoping my ad revenue will be unfrozen but does not occur. Scrambled to get my photos onto sites like Alamy, Photofolio and Deviant Art hoping that someone would start buying them and I could build upon it.

Was supposed to do weekly series of YouTube videos but then they started messing around moving the goalposts on that too, screwing a load of people over. For political reasons is what everyone says.

I do have a habit of trying several things simultaneously because so many things have failed in the past.

Fantastic country I was born into that has just got better and better over my nearly fifty years.

God help my grandchildren!

Annnd I have just bee told that the broadband Internet in the building, which has been off for five or six days, is not coming back on for another nine?!

Nine .. fucking days? Has anyone even heard of anything like that? Mobile data been playing up, Wifi in park has issues.

The person who has the account with Virgin Media is going into meltdown and was as I left the house. Told the guy on the phone that in all my years I have never heard anything like it, Even from Virgin Media and I need to check to see if anyone else has issues in the area?

Well this is frustrating .. wait? Let me have a little count up..

Oh God .. now this post is in danger of sounding like something taken from The Hitchhiker's Guide The The Galaxy?!

My latest thing has been to increase the quality and quantity of my photographs. I had this planned last year and was basically stabbed in the back and then it was stopped altogether and this was the government's and public services way of helping people back to work. Though they were fully behind it and then pulled it a week after I went self-employed and then proceeded to stab me in the back over it.

Yeah all that despite the fact ..

• I have several things classed as a disability
  • I have several ways I can die
    • Heart Attack
    • Heart, Liver and Kidney Disease
    • Several areas of pain
    • Memory Loss
    • Extreme Anxiety
    • Self Harming
    • All that and more from conditions they ignored for years and ..
    • Then failed to tell me about and ..
    • Failed to spot links to symptoms I already had, started getting to things they diagnosed me with
      • Hypomagnesemia for one
      • Fibromyalgia for another
• This has been admitted to by a clearly corrupt court called HMCTS
• Then found out by daughter had been victim of domestic violence thanks to mistakes by successive governments and attributed to the PC crowd .. once you read this, and you will, you will be I absolutely no doubt
• Then I find out my granddaughter is seriously Autistic
• They admit to that then lie about it
• Then I find out my daughter has cervical cancer
  • Just to add to the dozens of horrors she has experienced already at 25
• Then the public services continue to stab us on the back, refuse financial help or any other help and then ..
• Go and help criminals and paedophiles
  • Oh if Tommy Robinson and others knew our details it would go .. wild

My plans for a couple thousand photographs from June or July 2017 until the end of the year .. go out of the window. I get next to nothing. Thanks a lot.

I left an area far, far away I did not want to.

This was down to both my health conditions as well as public services .. except in my absence they are now helping domestic abusers and have no doubt helped paedophiles and I fucking well kid you not on this one. One of these stores is currently on the cover of Love It Magazine, go check it out bottom right corner but you have to buy it to read it.

The other stories are coming throughout the rest of the year with the next one being around the 22^nd June.

This is the only ray of hope that two of us and five children have. Because the results otherwise will be homelessness and death. In no way an exaggeration the the reasons will be clear in just four weeks from now. Some are already. The current story is just a single part in what are likely well over a dozen. The next one will be completely different to the current story.

Well there was a reason that a media agent sought us, or someone else, out and pressed hard to get a contract signed. I have also been a bit suspect about their conduct ever since said contract was signed.

The one thing I have been able to do sine being back here is get out and take some photographs, though nowhere near as many times as I would have liked. Currently it has been several weeks since I have managed to get out with my professional camera.

Once again this is because of another idiot public service doing something out of the blue, doing this something very badly and doing this something for a lot longer than they stated.

It feels as if it is by design and some others think this.

Also my health contributes to these failures as the heart palpitations have had my stop dead in my tracks. I am worried about passing out and having my camera gear stolen. I would rather not wake up at all if this was to happen.

Did a test run down to the city, as it is only a couple of miles from here, but the first time ever I actually had a damned heart palpitation attack while I was out and decided to sit on a bench outside on office block with some very, very tall Bamboo for thirty minutes.

But yesterday I had the opportunity to use my non-professional Nikon to get some photographs of some animals. So no 42 megapixel raw files but 16 megapixel, or is it 20, jpeg files. No problems them uploading these to my Flickr account? Like hell!

Twenty six, ahh there you go, jpegs and last night the utterly atrocious Flickr uploading system, both of them, just kept keeling over and dying before even one photo was uploaded!

Today and the following afternoon I still have only managed to upload one .. ooh let me check? Yup .. still just the one after half a dozen attempts to upload the next one. Because I gave up attempting even small batches of uploads and did them singly. Yup it still keeps keeling over and dying!

There in lies yet another of my problems ..

.. I should feel lucky that I have access to the Internet but is is not only a really bad Virgin Media broadband account but by far the worst one I have EVER come across. Though the naïve people that live here think it is fine, lol. Yeeeaaaah .. your paying for a 50MB connection you do not need and have absolutely no clue that it is even worse than a 3G mobile phone connection?! Riiiight!

Wow .. that took about 7 or 8 minutes! Should have taken 7 or 8 seconds. Factor of how much extra in length of time it should have taken?! Embarrassing amount, that is what!

EDIT: Yeeaah as long as that sounds I may have been a little generous. You see I managed to upload a second picture and I made a note of the time when I attempted the third. Now what happens is most of the time it normally fails and you get a message something went wrong. I started the third frog image upload at 17:35 and at 17:56 it is still telling me it is uploading?! Considering this is a jpeg that is compressed, 6.78MB, and that my RAW files are anywhere between 22MB and 35MB you can imagine how utterly ridiculous this is? I mean imagine just trying to upload ten jpegs? What about 100 jpegs? Well if I have a good day with my professional camera I can easily get well over 100 RAW photos to upload!

Ten times 20 minutes is 200 minutes. One hundred times 20 minutes is 2000 minutes. Now double or even treble those times and how is anyone supposed to work with that?! You cannot even leave it overnight because it fails so often! Now it is 18:02 and it is STILL UPLOADING?! END EDIT!

I did mention I was a scientist in several fields of animals and several other scientists, am BSc Applied Computing, got a Distinction for my thesis and turned down a Doctorate, right? Yeah nearly worked for GCHQ as well as was wanted by the MOD at one point too.

Only little jpegs and I have spent twenty four hours and only managed to upload a single photo?! Oh my God!

Trust me sating something like 'you don't know the half of it' would be the understatement of the century and I am now mere weeks away from proving that once and for all.

Yeah .. good chance that dozens of public services are going to fold over .. or like Flickr's upload mechanism .. keel over and die. Would be well overdue too. If it were not for idiot and naïve members of the public wearing those rose coloured spectacles?!

I will single handedly, well .. figuratively speaking, give a whole new meaning to conspiracy theory, let me tell you.

In the meantime I will try to find ways to get back to the wildlife photography, landscape photography and monochrome photography I wanted so much to get into.

DEATH BY PROPRANALOL

OK this was was both unexpected and a bloody great shock.

This is the drug I'm due to run out of any day now and .. I didn't expect to see the name 'Propranalol' when I started reading this article?!

I have to say this is something of a surprise to me as I've been taking this drug for awhile now plus I've taken it in the past!

I was told something .. a piece of news that I actually thought would have me off this damn drug for good?! Well at least I would not need it nor feel I need it any longer. But .. there's been a delay that might be .. permanent due to downright incompetence of one, not picking up the phone, and a little disorganisation of another that can't be helped. Well the first person should know this and picked up the fucking new invention of the fucking phone!

Oh well just have to wait and see now.

A shame as I was drawn in via a trap into a row because I told someone I can't help them remember their password. Yeah .. I had no hand in making it and .. yeah it's as nuts as it sounds.

What's worse is they thought that the WiFi password was the same as the account password despite being told it was different .. twice!!

Ooh yeah and it turned to shouting when I would not allow them to go into a protracted story telling about WiFi passwords. As I said despite making it FUCKING CRYSTAL CLEAR that the people at Virgin Media wanted the fucking account password .. FUCKING TWICE?!

My daughter is going mad and believes someone is stupid, childish, treats family members closing in on 50 like they are children and intentionally trying to drive me insane?! It certainly feels like it!

All this because Virgin Media's broadband is utter crap as always is the case in my experience .. and that is around six or more cases too! Mine included!

Hence why I'm edgy with the NHS and recently tore NHS England several new ones and placed several official complaints!

TOO LATE THE VIRGIN

Well I have taken my sweet time but I am finally getting around to posting about a couple of things that took place a few days back!

This time it is a quite laughable second reply from Virgin Media where they, first, once again do not deal with any of my complaint points at all, despite being over half a dozen of them. Secondly and even more laughable is that they state that if I do not respond by a certain date they are going to assume they ... umm dealt with my complaint to my satisfaction.

They are either really, really, really stupid or that they think that I am and the rest of their customers are?!

So what I am going to do here is include the response to the latest complaint letter along with the response to the first ...

... then I am going to copy and paste the letter which is going in the post today!

Now as I state in the letter I am giving them one more chance but in all honesty they have run out of time ... in fact they all should have run out of time a couple of months back but never mind.

I send this response to them and even warn them about time running out for them to allow them to make the same mistakes, some stupid errors or same assumptions about how low an intelligence each of their customers possess.

Or to put it another way ... as they piss me off I am just feeding them ever more rope and the more rope the farther the fall.

I am going to be sending off a letter to them after this one and it is one that they all get that I have dealt with lately. I may even go back through my lists of enemies and battles and decide there are more that need to receive the final letter?

If nothing more than to just highlight each of their names on this blog at the best possible time for the moment of maximum effect. Lol.

Ooh yeah and my reply to FOS is going to be extremely stern and extremely sarcastic, due to them stating that financial arrangement complaints involving direct debits and who is allowed to do what with them is a matter to bring up with Virgin Media and not them?! Lol.

These people are paid out of our taxes and they fail to comprehend a simple couple of questions?! STAGGERING!!

Umm ... but I wanted to know the details as to why a direct debit gives morons, evil corporations and others carte-blanche to take whatever the hell they want, when they want and this is to do with Virgin Media?! Of course it bloody is you spineless piss-ants?!!

Best of all is the part of the end that states that if I do not reply by a certain date then you are to assume that I am happy with your findings?!

WHAT FUCKING FINDINGS?!

I pointed out several problems, not just the two very fucking major ones and you did not address a single solitary one!

Let us forget about the service you supply shall we, which is by far the worst I have used in an extremely bad bunch were not even a single one gets close to poor!

Also amusing is the claim recently in the media about the plan to have everyone in the world having access to the Internet by 2020?! Are you kidding me?! We cannot even get that in bloody London, let alone the rest of England and you cannot manage everyone in the UK having it by 2020!

Yeah … let us forget all of that for a moment and address the main two … I can only think that you just went into automated mode, no humans left at your company?

• Five different amounts for the same bill ranging from £40 to £140
• Three different due dates for the same bill as above

There are the two main complaints and you did not even attempt to explain either of these gross discrepancies.

How about some others …

• Customer services assume your lying so not only rude your computers unable to keep records or communicate with other computers on your network
• People phoning demanding money cannot access anything on any of your network, but can fucking phone me though demanding money
• You … no, I repeat YOU stated that you were going to ring me and yet all I had was two women many weeks later demanding money, the first one extremely apologetic when I explained things to her while the other a total twat that did not see a problem, yeah like I am going to waste my time talking to a cold hearted moron like that
• Have told you to close my account … absolutely without question and yet two above phone-calls come many weeks later to my surprise in some delay tactic to pile more fees onto the bill
• The bill of which was far, far higher than the advertised price

So let us just sum up the more embarrassing things for you shall we? Or the parts where you lie to your customers and just assume that we are all incompetent? Or that you just deliberately hire incompetent morons?

Your an IT service provider who cannot get their computers communicating with each other and your people phoning demanding money do not have access to your network … umm or a phone … despite fucking calling me on one!

It is funny as I used to be quite proud of Virgin as a company but not anymore!

Now you get one more chance to address this issue and I promise you this one thing …

You will get one more follow up letter when it will then be too late, explains why and I can assure you that you are NOT going to like it … all the way to the very top.

Now do not say that I did not warn you. You have mere days to act. Mere days.

Two pages. Do you think you can manage that? Not going to claim I explain too much for your tiny brains to manage, like some Police Forces and other public services have done?

What follows is something I scribbled out in one of my many notebooks, paper based ones, a couple days back. I have done this a great deal lately.

Also I have regained an old Internet connection, due to the crap I have gone through with Virgin Media. I will add and will post up today details of the Virgin Media fiasco with their god awful complaint reply as well as yet another figure for the bill that is different to the other four … err or was it five? No it was four as it went from … ooh wait a minute … £40 to £124 twice then £140 once and then £93 twice and now it is £123 … err or £122. I think?! Anyway the point it it is (counting) four, now five out of seven bills for the same bill date.

Do not forget the three different bill dates of the 3^rd, 9^th and 12^th September!

Yeah, who is going to set up a direct debit for a company like that?! No one with any common sense, that is for sure! In fact it is my belief that they should not be ALLOWED to set up direct debits when they have no obvious clue as to how much or when it should be paid! Bad enough if just one or the other but … BOTH?!

As I said I will get to that briefly in a following post.

This will be followed by another post on a later date that will, or should, be taken as a positive/conclusive sign to all that has gone before.

So yeah, due to the fiasco my Internet has been on and off, umm worse than it was under Virgin Media anyway. Now it is on … sort of, but this is only a temporary measure before I get a strong and solid landline again from a company that seems to know what they are doing? According to one member of my family that is not BT either, which was one of my early choices. Main choice at one stage.

Also I will add that someone I spoke to yesterday that was a previous customer of Virgin Media suddenly said something in our conversation about them … “I TOLD you not to go with them, DIDN'T I?!” I could only reply “YES, you did and I should have taken your advice”

See? I do have and admit to my mistakes. Lol.

However what with me being only one of three computer experts I know, with one other not seen for many years unfortunately and now retired and the other nearby I simply kept forgetting about and lost his contact details when I did, FIBROFOG. So really out of the regular people I am the only computer specialist. Anyone that knows their IT would know that most of the time you simply cannot go by people's descriptions of computer and Internet problems.

Added to this was my belief that any IT and Internet provider simply could not exist being as bad as was described. Even if it was described like this by many! Though in my defence I do know two others that are still with Virgin Media and they have not had difficulties this bad. One is a family member and one a local friend. I have not been contacted by either one regarding any connection problems but this does not mean to say that there weren't any.

Also I would not be told about billing discrepancies either.

Speaking of IT I have the time to do this because I am waiting for the delivery, via Amazon, of a computer motherboard as I am rebuilding a friend's computer. This is likely to turn up between 1pm and 3pm so I am going to lose a day more or less. Except that I am not.

You see I have to now prepare for something I have been waiting for for the best part of five months, though could be six.

It is that I have alluded to for so very long a time now.

Yes the main one everyone is waiting for, or at least the majority that have been aware it is coming and admittedly it might have seemed of late that it will not arrive at all?

That was really never on the cards. It could get delays after delays but it was in a position and being handled by the Supreme Court whereby it case being buried would not be able to be explained away.

Now of course I was suspect of the news industry for a long time and also led them into traps to make them look guilty of certain things. Even so and even if I have been bang on the money, as my correspondence with them made it look, this would still take some ignoring. Self destructive to everyone within the industry, you might say?

So here is the little post I typed out the other day while waiting to see my GP regarding a Systolic Blood Pressure reading of 188 and a Diastolic reading of over 110. Oh and with the flu. I also just realised I had intended to have a conversation about my back pain! DAMN IT!!

Oh and I also got to mention the finality of my ongoing situation which he has known about since I registered with him. He simply went wide eyed and said “REALLY?!” to which I nodded and he said “Well that is fantastic news!”

No, this is something I am still holding back on but which I have been alluding to right here and is also the reason for the blog post title above this post.

Are we getting there yet?

In between typing posts and documents I will be laying siege to my house and putting things into little boxes and storing them right out of the way. Everything across the entire house leaving only a couple of big items to be dealt with later in the week or next weekend. In preparation for a date in the NOT so distant future.

THE WRITTEN POST …

OOPS!

I mislaid one of my pens! My Parker Premium Rollerball and hopping I have not lost the damn thing! (I didn't).

It might be seen as expensive for a pen by some but it is effortless to use for prolonged periods which is something I have difficulty with.

The title I have come up with for this post might seem mysterious but then it is intended to be so.

Right now I am in the waiting room of my GP's surgery and was not expecting to be here at all or indeed see him again for a few months after recent events. This will, however, be the last time I see him in person for at least 7 weeks.

I wonder at this point whether the title of this post will be sinking in to many of the blog posts readers?

The countdown is not only final now but is well into its length and it started out with the number of 21. A numbered period I had not foreseen but am most thankful for.

I should also like to point out that along with the odd recent events of being first recognised by someone I had never met before, for the second time I might add, but also hearing our law firm went bust the same day, some legal papers posted to me have gone missing.

This is the first time in 8.5 years that normal post has gone missing!

I was asked by the sender today if I had received them yet and I told them “No but I am now wondering if they were … intercepted?” and they replied that they had wondered the exact same thing.

I am currently waiting for my GP due to my ever fluctuating blood pressure and a reading of 188 for Systolic blood pressure after only taking readings for two days. The diastolic was around 111 too.

The sender of the letters also stated it was not the first time this had happened and I forgot to ask them to what others they were referring to.

Also you would note, or rather should note, that within the posts of this blog and a long, long time ago I contacted the Local Government Ombudsman. Oddly they were recently mentioned in the news, how curious is that? I cannot recall a time the LGO were mentioned in the news and I only discovered their existence a few years back.

Two letters and a signed form was sent to them twice, regarding that now handled by the Supreme Court, which they claimed failed to arrive twice. The odds on this are astronomical and in other words foul play simply had to be a factor.

As with all other ombudsman they initially made a lot of noise but then did fuck all, followed by the two posts that failed to arrive. They spoke to me on the phone and made a lot of noise and this will be asy to pinpoint and date as I was at a funeral. In fact I have told about my great grandfather being a test pilot for RAF and AVRO and that he died testing the Avro Manchester to which after his death they added two engines and it became the Avro Lancaster? Yeah I was looking for his grave at the time of the conversation and was in Fleet in Dorset.

Now here is yet another prime example of one of my traps, or more accurately one of my ever complex and intricate plans to expose organisations for what they are.

Hence why I find it odd that they are named in the news recently.

However in just several weeks time many will be asking where in the hell they have been for the last 4 years or more. You may well ask, what does he mean 'four years'? Well four years is the length of time this court case has lasted and the prime candidate of the four for corruption, lies and horrific details that will shock the nation? Well a local council of course!

This is the same local council I contacted them about.

There are another three alongside them and one of these I not only contacted many times regarding all this but I also contacted THEIR ombudsman too!! The IPCC!

The nation will be asking where they have been during the last four years too!

The worst part of it for both these ombudsman and their respective public services will be that with all their size, money and legal teams one guy with nothing came along and ran ever decreasing circles around them!

The gravity of this not hitting home? Will, it should be but let me put this in another way …

In the last 5 years or more how much of the taxes have gone into running each of these organisations? How much did it cost me to beat every single one of them?

And so … VALUE FOR MONEY?!

Lol.

Back to the blood pressure and I purchased as blood pressure monitor because I was asked to and not because of my high blood pressure readings, because I was taken off blood pressure pills Ramipril and Amlodopine, but because my blood pressure was dropping via Postural Hypertension … hmm should that not be Postural Hypotension?

I often collapse upon rising from a crouched position and something from a seated position and have done this for twenty years. But lately it became a lot worse, since losing the use of a car to begin with and then after starting the blood pressure pills. In fact this is why I was taken off them after being told I would be on them for life.

I think I stated recently that my GP took my blood pressure after asking me to stand up? In so doing he was surprised at how much my blood pressure dropped. I pointed out that I did not feel a damn thing so what must the drop be like when I get dizzy, nausea or the blacking out completely?!

He then asked me to buy a blood pressure monitor. Which I did and received, finally, on Sunday 20^th September 2015.

The following Tuesday night I was sitting on the sofa in a friend's house and had put a 32 inch Samsung TV onto their kitchen wall ten minutes earlier. The bracket was already there and the process was simple, just a bit of faffing about getting the TV level. My friend reminded me ten minutes after sitting down that I had wanted to take my blood pressure readings after fitting the TV to the wall and had forgotten. So I did it right their and then and the two of them watched as I looked concerned that instead of the pressure reading around 200 before dropping back on the display it reached something like 260 and I though “hmm … I think this is going to be bloody high?!” before it fell back to the reading of 188. The normal reading, well for Caucasians as it differs from race to race, is around 115 to 120.

DURING AND AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

My GP seems to have forgotten that the BP Monitor was purchased for the law blood pressure reading and he also put me back on Ramipril. Oops! The drug that was causing me to blackout completely just before I do a lot of travelling?!

Well I had just better be careful. Might be better than to have way higher blood pressure than that reading of 180? After all nothing that has happened to me in the last few years will compare in stress levels and energy to what I am about to do for the next couple of months.

I certainly hope I do not find out that all this fucking about is all bout money and an expensive pill that could have remedied the situation? The NHS have enough trouble coming their way already!

Now then, about this damned house?!

Oh crap! No, excellent … the motherboard has turned up earlier than expected! This means I can go out and hand in my prescriptions as well as pick up the CPU cleaner and thermal paste I forgot all about!

Ooh yeah and I have to buy some little fine mist water spray bottles too!

OK so maybe the house might get done tomorrow now?!

But, no! I intend to do do effing something with the house today!! Lol!

I might delay this posting of this because I did not consider business working days in the numbers I was given. Mind you, you think the judge or solicitor would have stated 'working days'?

Well I will know the answer to that one by the end of the next week as a meeting is taking place with the solicitor. Not me, you understand, my 'partner in crime'. Though I am expecting to hear that they want to meet me during this meeting along with talk of the tabloid or TV News Press?

Hmm if it did turn out to be working days and did also need five days to 'clear' then we could be looking at five weeks?! Damn it!! Lol. Well, four more weeks which would take us up to the 28^th October … ish.

Still … there is nothing to say it will not happen sooner … much sooner though I correctly predicted that there would be nothing in the couple of days or first full week, last week, and first half of next week. Well OK it could happen within three days of this post, theoretically, but I am willing to wager it will not.

Oh and yes we know what it is, just in case anyone was wondering. But I will divulge this at a later date due to being a tiny bit superstitious, lol.

Well think about it? We would have had to have been told to have been given the deadline to this all being received. Or rather they have been given the deadline?

What matters right now is that I do have a bit of time to get things in order and prepared. Maybe longer than I thought? Maybe not?

The important thing is that you do not have to wait in suspense for much longer and there are no more extensions to the previous predicted dates.

This is most definitely it.

I, however, well still be inordinately bored and twiddling my thumbs for a bit longer but at least I know now that this is the very last period of time that I am forced to do this!

Oh and I have had the flu too.

Anyone would think you need the patience of a saint?!

HALF PAST THE ELEVENTH HOUR

As previous stated something is coming. The wait is into the single figures going on the information we have had for the last ten weeks. It could be double figures?

However I'm told the process I am waiting to come to it's ultimate conclusion takes 3 months.

Ten weeks with the two lots of one week prediction and a single two week prediction amounts to fourteen weeks. A little over three months.

So it's half past the eleventh hour right now.

I recently got the excuse to drag the NHS and PHSO into the spotlight of this blog.

I also dragged Virgin Media onto this blog fit some very drastic things and have sent letters to then and a report, a stern one at that, to Ofcom therefore dragging then into the spotlight.

I have written two more letters to two more enemies I have previously challenged and exposed of corruption even if only to the point of payments for salaries for tasks not done. Never intending to do either!

So just a preview to what is coming up.

The two further organisations to be dragged kicking and screaming into this blog are my two of my favourites and joyous over the opportunity of the DWP and ICE.

I received a phone call a couple of nights ago.

For a few years I have been digitally sending money to someone else's account whenever they requested it.

In January and as I stated on here I tricked the DWP into proving they were receiving falsified documentation from GP's and manipulated them to price this by forcing them to ... lose them.

They reacted by performing an about turn a refusal of Personal Independent Payments to awarding it at £50 less than it was 5 years so before they illegally stopped it.

I will also add that on challenging this two differing tribunals of three cane down on the suffer of the DWP and forced me to pay back an overpayment of £750! They started this by deciding to take £25 each week without asking which was illegal. Minimum amount required fit a person to live/survive on and all that.

This is important due to what I have now found out.

I had £1,100 in my account which dwindled down since February along with my benefits during the last 7 months. Not counting the previous payments.

Well despite having several children the person was asked by a friend why they kept asking me for money.

It turned out that £50 was missing each week. This is the second time in the space of a couple of days that £50 turned out to be a strangely magical number. Because Virgin Media conjured this figure out of nowhere!

On investigating it turned out that the DWP had started removing £50 per week without asking or even warning for monies owed that were not owed!

I was awarded £50 per week short of that I was paid previous.

I had £50 per week taken off my fortnightly payments without asking.

Virgin conjured an extra £50 owed in just a couple of days.

Now £50 is being illegally taken and I have been using my PIPs payments to supplement this and sine of my Incapacity Benefit too!

There must be some mindless twat in government who thinks far too highly of himself that all these public services and private companies go to fur a plan to get extra money out if the public or customers? He hands out details of plans that should have the figure of £50 probably only intended â an example and all these idiots leave it at that figure?

The letter to the DWP absolutely scorning them while warning them by hinting at what is about to happen if typed up.

As in the one to their Independent Case Examiners who I proved wrong by both getting my Fibromyalgia Syndrome and physical right knee problem correctly diagnosed at Guy's Hospital. Also having my PIPs awarded over trickery also proves that ICE were not only wrong but they lied.

The Independent Case Examiners lied because they took twice the normal time to come to their conclusion and claimed they had been over my entire file which around the same time I manipulated three DWP into destroying. There was no existing medical evidence or letters in any department of the Department of Work and Pensions!

So how had the DWP managed to refuse several applications over several years fur both PIPs and DLA?

In the case of ICE they claimed to have gone through medical files and found nothing wrong that did not exist?!

Also staggeringly contradictory if their claim to be ‘Independent’ and yet their email addresses are all in the DWP's server?! Incompetent much?

So the DWP and ICE have letters typed up. I will have posted them by then end of this week. I am not kind and nor do I pull any punches.

I lay the inevitable on the line.

These will be posted up when I physically post them off.

I also need, yes still, to edit the Virgin Media recordings which will go very nicely with their latest trick and bill. The paper bill came through the door today! If you fail to notice this is 5 days after the due date of the 12th August which seems to have two other dates of the 9th August and the 3rd August!

My connection has also not been cut off this time!

Now then?

The half past the eleventh hour?

Soon ... well I expect it to happen between this Friday 21st to the following Friday 28th August, I will give a short post on here giving some dates of further posts. These dates will be when I post about the outcome of the landmark court case and my action I will take because of some further date.

Confused? Yeah, me too.

This could all happen in one date which is what I expected and still do expect to happen.

Or out could take place over two or the dates. The first correspondence giving a date with the conclusion and decisions and a further date for days decision to be carried out or received to to speak.

I had realised that it was possible this could happen earlier but it has not. This made mute sense to me when someone studying this profession informed me of the period of the months. Yet this seen to be unknown to the legal team and court clerks when we had initially won. Oh well.

Still, we are finally approaching this juncture and the countdown is now in days of single digits.

So within a week to ten days I expect to post up a short announcement that includes a date of when the second post reveals the outcome.

Within a week or two of this second date I will, or should, post some legal documents, edited as always of course. There will be some ... interesting posts leading up to the legal beagles stuff too.

Won't be completely silent. Far from it.

A return to some philosophical murmurings and possibly poetic ones too. ;)

THE EVER MORE LAWLESS NATION

Well so I have been showing for years now that what you buy is not new, despite them telling you it is.

I have shown that everything else that cannot be faked, rehashed and refurbished costs more, like energy and the like.

Recently I have shown you what companies and public services do when there is little in the way of governing ... governing, what a joke. I find it hilarious that in recent times we seem to pay more for everything and takes and yet the actual governing has been dwindling away to nothing.

One of these examples has been Virgin Media, one I did not expect to add to the ever growing list that is easier to make lists of those not on them than those that are. Take electrical goods for example...the only company I cannot state sell you refurbished and faulty returned goods as new are Maplin. The only one I do not know about.

Now if you recall along with my atrocies broadband connection most of the three months I have been with them I have had each bill way, WAY over the £27.99 monthly fee?

So factoring in that I paid £40 for 6 phone-calls to one Sky landline (previous Virgin customer) and 5 to a Virgin Media mobile phone then figure out how I have paid over £220 in those three months?

According to my own calculations £27.99 multiplied by 3 is £83.97 and then add the £40 comes to £122.97 approx.

Also I on having my Internet cut I was told I owed nothing, next bill the 3rd August. Then I owed £30.13 (paid at the time on the phone) then told next bill was the 9th and the following day on the phone was told I owed another £15 and next bill due on the 12th August?! I also paid £50 so that the next bill was only £40.

But then I started wondering why my next bill was £70 and immediately my Internet became intermittent, behaving worse than my Three Mobile Broadband I used previously!

So I decided I had had enough.

I had already written to Ofcom about them and got nothing, so I sent a letter off to Virgin Media requesting, for the second time, to close my account and report all their errors, incompetence and what is quite obviously a failing computer system.

Oddly I have now heard of another failed computer system that the company of which knew had a fault and yet either sent it's own staff to prison or conned them out of tens of thousands of pounds!

The Post Office!

Yeah I could not believe these reports and it is absolutely scandalous. Bizarrely this was on a Panorama programme and yet I have not heard anything about this in the news!!

WHAT?! With half the crap they report on they never give this a mention?! Unbelievable!

Well I am afraid it gets better and the Post Office fiasco I am highly likely to come back to before very long ...

I recieved two letters today which was bizarre because one was the answer of my complaint to Ofcom and the other one ... umm ... well ... another Virgin Media bill ... except this one has a higher figure that the £93 of the last one?

Now how many of you immediately smiled and thought 'It's £103. Because of the late fee charge.'?

Nope.

Try a fraction under £140!!

Oh and Ofcom ... well they do not do com any more, apparently. Giving me some borlacks about CICAS. So I will email them all the letters immediately after posting this.

1st) Nothing and next bill 3rd August

2nd) Owe £30.13 and next bill on 9th August

3rd) Owe anopther £15.00 (24 hours later) next bill due on 12th August and would be £70 and I then paid over so that the next bill would be £40?

Forgetting the awful broadband I have had in 3 months and the fact that Virgin Media have sold my Virgin Media landline number off to a number of companies ....

Take a look at the figure they have just emailed me ...

Anyone care to hazard a guess at where the extra £50 has come from?

Or that they will then add another £10 late fee to make it £60?!

With the £30 I already paid that makes my basic package broadband and phone bill £90 per month!!

Well they can fuck off, you can imagine how I will respond now to the response of my letter of complaint? Harshly!

TAKING THE VIRGIN & OFCOM (PART ONE)

Right then ...

Right at the wrong time I am having more and more issues with Virgin Media. I stated this previously, err I think, and that my Internet connection was very intermittent.

Well besides only being with them 3 months and besides the fact that my Internet connection has been off totally for 4 days in this time, badly intermittent for almost two weeks, the failed to tell me that they would cut my Internet day the bill is due and that I would not be able to access even their site when it is cut ...

No forgetting all that momentarily I have now done a tally up ...

I have paid them £224 for their basic broadband and phone only package in three months ...

I also have a bill, or in fact two bills (see below), for £124 odd and yet was told on the phone I owed £40 and was actually in credit when this was due. You can see from the bank statements I paid Virgin Media twice in 24 to 48 hours. The first £30.13 because they said that was the outstanding I owe. The next day phoning to ask why my Internet was not back on I am told I owe £15.00 still?! (see recordins in part two which you will find hilarious)

I say you will find the recordings hilarious but if you have been at odds with Virgin Media, at WAR with Virgin Media either previously or currently ... 

WELL YOU ARE IN FOR A TREAT IN PART TWO!!

So what do I have here in this post?

First up is a letter I sent to Virgin Media telling them that they need to place my account where no sunlight at all will rest upon its surface.

I send a letter to Ofcom and remind them IO have complained before about both Virgin Media and Three Mobile, for placing software without permission on my phone that is easily proved and then lied that they did, again easily proved.

I rant ... lol!

Then you will find some details about what I paid, what I should have paid which are world's apart to over £100 or double that depanding on if the two bills they sent me for £124 are true, they said on the phone and in the recordings that they are not ...

Guess what I am going to do? If they cut the Internet again, which they always do, I am going to phone up and ask how much I owe.

Now taking bets about it being £40 as they stated in the phone-call, it being £124 odd as stated in the two bills or higher than £124? LMFAO!



VIRGIN MEDIA LETTER ...

11^th August 2015

Dear Sirs

ACC **********

I have been with your service a very short time.

Yet in this short time I had been paying you I have very rapidly come to the conclusion that your service is utterly abyssmal. Not just for one or two reasons either but for a whole long list of reasons ranging from no service, slow service, intermittent service for days and days on end but a completely unprofessional one that goes beyond incompetence.

This is because out of 6 conversations about one single problem I was told a dozen different things about this one single solitary problem! Many people ask me how in the world a company, that charges a fucking late fee, can give so many different reasons for the same problem?!

I would have reacted the same way had someone else told me the story!

Well how about having your Internet cut off for a late bill and let us forget the fact that unlike every single mobile phone service you cannot provide your customers with a way of accessing their accounts with you. Of which there is absolutely no excuse. A stated EE, T-Mobile, Orange, Three and O2 all manage to do this and have done so for years now.

Let us forget about the fact that you failed to inform me that if the bill was late that you would cut my Internet connection off. Let us forget the fact that I did not want the fucking phone, which was the cause of the problem because of just three phone-calls I made. Let us forget the fact that despite not being able to access your account to pay you also did not send an adequate bill out in plenty of time. Let us also forget the fact that you informed me that the installation fee was £25 and then later decided it was £50 and added the remaining £25.00 to my first bill that ended up being £88.00 odd.

Now let us forget them for a moment while I state to you, a company that has the audacity to set a late fee without telling them to its customers without warning them as if it is so terrible to make a mistake and be late, despite the fact that the company has set things up so that the customers end up being late. Let us forget that and immediately point to the fact that the audacity comes in when the company in question can be easily described with the saying that 'the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing' and this would be an understatement and then some.

No … on being cut off and realsing I must be late with a payment I go down to your store in Enfield Town to pay …

Except I am told I do not owe anything and that the Internet has been cut off doe to a security breach

I then return home, phone you and go through various people before being cut off

I then try again and on the phone for ages before someone tells me that I have not been cut off because of a security issue but that I have an outstanding amount of £30.13

I pay this and was first told my Internet would come back on, but then later told by someone else it will not come back on until I have spoken to your fraud department, then I get cut off … again!

I phone back up and I tell a lady, after another long wait, what has happened, she confirms I need to speak to the fraud department and tries for ten minutes to get them on the phone so I do not get cut off again … she then comes back and tells me that she is getting a message to say that they went home 8 minutes earlier. I have a go at her and your company and tell her you have 24 hours to get my Internet back on or I am gone, not because of the absolutely dreadful contradicting alone but also because of the lying and failing to inform of penalties, like late fees, no bills and the installation charge. She is a little stern and insists I can only get the Internet back on after speaking the the fraud department. I tell her I have stated all that I am willing to and hang up on here. She fails to see that everyone else has told me differently and that every single person, including her, has been insistent that they are right and cannot see what I am angry about. Guess what?

She was wrong!

Twenty four hours later I phone up to cancel my account due to God knows how many breaches of the T&C and the Internet not being back on when I am told that the reason that the Internet is not back on is because I owe you £15.00?!?!

Once again your staff think they are right … until I ask him WHEN I paid, how MUCH I paid and HOW I paid.

Fortunately this gentlemen suddenly realises that I was told wrong the day before, which was when I paid. He is aghast when I tell him that I was first told

I owe nothing and the next bill is due on the 3^rd August

I owe £30.13 and the next bill is due on the 9^th August.

Now being told that I owe another £15.00 on top of the £30.13 and the next bill is due on the 12^th August!!

I then point out that he has to admit that this looks like a deliberate attempt by his company to collect a lot more money than the advertised £27.99 each month? Pointing out also that this has already jumped up by £5.00 per month because of VAT they also failed to point out.

Nope! This letter is being sent with my demands not because of all this and in just the space of three months! No would you believe it, it gets far. Far worse?!

The 14 day cancellation period works at 34mb/s and then immediately drops to 5.99mb/s for the next 4 to 6 weeks with an upload speed, I depend on, of 0.99mb/s!

Then one day it goes off completely all day so that I end up phoning up again!

I get told it is being fixed and improved and sure enough it actually comes back on while I am waiting on the phone and I, for some reason, decided to test it and it registers 47mb/s. The closest this has come to the advertised 50mb/s since I took it out! Another breach of the contract.

This works fine for about a week or two, up until ten days or so ago. Since then it has been on and off constantly, so much so that only half the time can I watch a ten minute video on YouTube without it failing!

I am afraid it gets worse. Then it is going to get a lot worse and I guarantee your bosses will not take much notice … well that is until they get to the end of the letter.

Now because I went with Virgin Media … so did my daughter. But guess what?

Her experience with the hidden charges, bills over twice the stated and quoted monthly figures and the the service has been exactly identical to my experience and within a month she cut it off. You then proceeded to take money you had no right to from her bank account leaving her overdrawn which incurred a fee from her bank.

Want to hear how this gets worse?

This money yo took was MINE! Mine that I paid into her account several times because you were taking more than the quoted figures!! Oh no this is not the bad bit.

Now I am going to tell you a little bit about who we are and what we do and are about to do.

I am going to forget about, or rather skip, details about my health condition and the pains and short term memory issues it causes me and tell you what I have been doing for a fair old while. Before I do I am going to tell you that a copy of this is going to the Ombudsman. Now this is the part I stated earlier that you wont give a flying feck about. I am also going to tell you that I know and know why that you wont.

I write a whole series of blogs and have been doing so for over 3 years now. Many of these are in sciences I am expert in, one is computing! Oh dear. No that is not the worst part, far from it.

My main one and most popular one is on corruption, lies and cheating of mainly public services, umm almost all of them, and also a dozen private companies.

I have been working secretly and then not so secret;y on these for over 7 years. In the last 6 years, let us see if I can force the penny to drop for the first time ever among big idiot corporate firms, I have recorded every single conversation I have had. I very rarely end up with something that does not consist of something major.

I knew that the Ombudsman were all corrupt and one by one and with each and every industry and public service I sent them details, knowing full well they would make excuses, drag their feet and do nothing. Unfortunately they fell into trap after trap I set for them.

I ended up with over 100GB of data and in fact it tipped over this many, many months ago.

That list is not complete and remember all ombudsman are involved. Now I will tell you just a couple of things that have occurred in this time followed with what is about to happen.

In January 2013 I was asked by a backbench Labour MP, via email, if he could use the contents of my blog in the House Of Commons to attack Iain Duncan-Smith and send to the media. I said yes and many of my subject matter was already appearing in the news so much so that friends even started to notice. This increased after that request.

I have had four court cases concerning the above and I won every single one of them.

Now are you ready for the part where your company's bosses will start pooing there pants?

There is currently a court case. A very big court case and that is an understatement. But how can I emphasize this without blurting out details which may breach the media ban on the case?

It has gone on for three years.

From the beginning the legal firm offered to pay all the fees, now they are not a no-win-no-fee law firm, they just knew this was huge.

It has gone across five courts before ending up in the hands of the Supreme Court. Oh and we won.

In a matter of days we will get a phone-call and I will then have to travel some distance from home and remain there for months … because they payout is huge, over £1 Million, and the person receiving it only young and will need guidance.

It is in the hands of the Supreme Court because no one has done anything like this before.

Despite the fact that from day one the law firm stated this was big and wanted to go to the media they are now stating, along with several court judges, that this is far bigger than they ever imagined and the biggest case they have ever seen and in the entire country. Hence the Supreme Court has to set the punishments and the damages, which is why we do not know where between the £750,000 minimum the law firm states and the £2 million or more it could be and some cases like this have a limit of £10 Million, or did ten years back. Know how I know?

I was PA to friends who were solicitors during a very difficult time for them.

'Our' legal case is over, bar the figures...and the shouting. I have heard that some shouting already took place, probably because the council discovered that the damages they have to pay will not be £100,000 or £200,000 that they thought it would and be higher than the £850,000 that 'our' legal firm asked for.

Oh dear.

Unfortunately for them they used old ammunition that I have had a defence for, for the last 4 years that was incontrovertible, legal documents going back to the time they tried to wriggle out of when was nine years ago and documents going back 20 years. OOPS!

Quite how the Supreme Court will react to being lied to by two big public service institutions, one of which being a local council and one being a Police force, I do not know. Especially since they have started uncovering that this has been going on in other councils and Police forces around the country each of which has been covered to one extent or another in both the national tabloids and the TV News media.

Before any link is made to to other cases and that ours was discovered prior to theirs, my reputation does precede me with many that I rip in two, I should point out that in the case of Rotherham Council where the victims have only just started their 3 year battle and ours is already over.

Journalists were told, err well warned, by commissioners and MP's to … 'expect more' and that 'this was not the only one'.

I have it on good authority that the not only does our case affect the four, ooh did I forget to mention there are FOUR, but in one it has to be deconstructed and rebuilt. Staff belonging to this one were innocently chatting to my 'partner in crime' in the halls outside the courts one day. When they asked what their name was these two professional people said they knew who they were, to the bemusement of my 'partner in crime', then stated they cannot be seen talking to them and ran away. Before they fled they were asked how they knew this persons name and they said 'Know your name?! EVERYONE knows your name and about your case!'

Oddly enough that is not the case out of the quarter of a million plus visitors I have had on my various blogs … though I am somewhat … discreet about it for now.

However by the time you have been able to digest this letter or within a week of digesting this letter I would either be out of town for some considerable period or booked to be so.

When I am the legal firm want to speak to me directly and added to this the media ban on the case will be lifted and will finally find out whether or not a well dressed woman in black who has been taking notes within the court room for many months is indeed the national tabloid journalist I think that she is?

Also the legal firm will no doubt want to carry out something they have wanted to for quite some time and that is contact the news media themselves. Do you know people actually as me why?

I say … 'What do you think that if the defendant pays out over £1 Million or even half that that the news media wont want to know what the hell for? Have you then considered all the other media, like radio and magazines that will also want to know? Exclusive interviews and anything else like that?'

Do you know what some of the other inevitable questions will be? I get them already from some of the general public … 'How the hell did you do it?!'

Any idea what that media coverage will do?

Any idea what it will do to my blog when it happens in a months time?

Any ideas to what this will do to everyone I have battled I have mentioned?

Any idea how the public will eventually react to that I have provided and those that I have exposed?

No? Yeah, nor did all the others … which is why it was such a brilliant and ingeius plan from day one!

Now by the time you read this … this letter will be pride of place on my blog. I previously warned you about this but it matters not … I knew you would cast it aside and not see me as a threat at all.

This is indeed what makes the whole thing an even bigger headache for those I have battled with who have lied, cheated and treated the public/customers with contempt. I make you look both incompetent, evil and above all appear protected. Because I have know for a very long time, over a decade, that ombudsman do not do that they claim to do, are tasked to do and paid large sums of money to do from the public purse. Why did I do that?

To not only expose corruption anywhere and everywhere but to maker the public also see that the amounts of money they claim to be wasting on waste of time benefit claimants are misguided, lies and that this area is a piss in the ocean compared to what is really going on.

I want you to cancel my account with you and I have not even sat down to work out why I was told that my bill due any day now was £70 for a monthly £27.99 … sorry £32.99 bill which I have already paid £35.00 towards on top of that £15.00 no one told me about.

Oh and I will go through the amounts of money I have paid you in my bank statements for the few months I was with you along with the payments I made you towards the mobile phone service which was also suspect, a lot in payments and missing some things I was not informed about!

PS I have not even covered all of the complaints here, like how I could not get into my account to check my bills and that when I then clicked on forgot password it stated no one with my email existed. So I then clicked on create new account where I was then told that my email did exist.

A no win situation that it took several of your staff and technicians several explanations to understand after trying to tell me to try that I already explained had tried several times!!

PPS Or the fact that immediately after paying the £50 for the £15.00 bill, so I was £35.00 in credit for that bizarre £70 bill I received not one but TWO bills through the post stating I owed you £122.00?!?!

You do know how to use computers, right?!

Oh and I know you have been selling my ex-directory number out to firms … because I gave it out to only two people and my GP.

All but one family member were NOT given my number and none of my friends were given my number and yet I have had dozens of marketing and sales calls!!

Virgin Media Complaints PLURAL

I have contacted you previously regarding the above.

Do not worry I have known for a very long time now that ombudsman do not do anything, please do not insult my intelligence by even trying.

That is because I have been playing ombudsman into glaringly obvious traps they have missed along with all associate companies and public services I have battled with.

About to cast these statements to one side?

Yes I would wager you would do that to! However the time is very rapidly approaching nigh and I would direct you to read ALL of the included letter I sent to Virgin Media! Your urge to cast these statements to one side might just change a tad once you have read it.

Oh and do not feel alone, by all means. Because some other ombudsmen are getting letters to about now.

Not only was it all in the planning … it was all in the timing too.

Unfortunately for Virgin Media they did some very, very bad things, told some very bad lies and made not one or two but several really bad and unprofessional mistakes.

I am also going to state that right here and right now Direct Debits should be outlawed among those that cannot nor have not any intention of sticking to a flat monthly fee.

I think you will agree that the time is nigh that the public have help and are stopped having to worry, or indeed PAY, for the mistakes of others that cannot handle the technology that they themselves sell to the public.

I would strongly suggest you dig up my complaint to you about Three Mobile and their lies, cheating and doing the same thing virus program writers do but think it is OK because they have money and power.

I also think it high time that you and the government outlaw being able to sell you the same service not once, not twice but three or four times over. Hmm … with landlines this makes it five or six I believe?!

But by all means … do what others have done that are about to get their own letters along these lines for their own failures, deliberate or otherwise.

I mean after all … maybe I am lying in my letter to Virgin Media about the fact that I have a Supreme Court case that will … no has destroyed four public services the entire public will get to read about when the media bar is lifted in a couple of weeks time. Lol, a couple of weeks for this to sit in the inbox tray before anyone realises what has happened, what I have done, what is about to happen and how they can get out of it.

Yes, go ahead and ignore it all … because this will have such a negative effect on what it is I do, what I blog about and when the quarter of a million visitors I have had so far rockets through the roof during the Autumn and Winter of this year of 2015 it will have such a negative effect on that too!

Everything I have ever done on my blog was planned so that I could not be stopped and whether or not companies or public services acted or not I simply could not lose.

Nor could I be stopped. Even though I have well over 100GB or data much of which is recorded conversations across 5 hospitals, 5 GP practises, four local councils, two Police forces, HMRC, many others and all their associated ombudsman over 7 years, 20 years with the documents.

Take no notice of the fact I had a mountain of stuff by January 2013 when a backbench Labour MP asked if he could use elements of what I had in the House of Commons and send to the media.

Or the fact that the legal team is representing a 'partner in crime' no one can link me to for about another month, that it has been going on for 3 years, they paid all the bills (not no win no fee and no legal aid) and are dying to speak to me in person in a few weeks time.

Or the fact that a national tabloid journalist has been taking notes in the courtroom for months now and that there is a media ban on the case. That the judges across five courts that heard this case have stated it is a landmark case far bigger than the huge label they gave it from the outset three years ago.

This does not include the Supreme Court. Oh did I fail to mention that we won … two months ago and that winning was on the cards from day one? Oops.

Also forget the fact that despite the excuses that Virgin Media have tried or will try to to give that my 'partner in crime' decided to take out a service with them, as we were going to be richer by well over £1 Million in a matter of months and maybe over £2 Million once my own plans come into play and the tabloids inevitably pay via our law firm, and had the exact same set of bad service, lies and large bills that I have had!

Or the best advice is that you should pay very close attention to what I stated in my letter to Virgin Media included in this envelope.

I do not know whether all you ombudsmen or even all the industries stick together, well there have been more than a few accusations of price fixing in the news media, but if you suddenly or your bosses suddenly feel the urge to warn all other ombudsman. Be my guest.

Be warned that as well as those that well be destroyed in the coming months IU have already beaten the hell out of many others in four separate court cases. Proving that with each and every one of them that the ombudsman, and help and advice services for that matter, were all wrong in each and every case stating I had no case.

What is more is that each and every case I won I did so without even appearing. In one instance the party who lost, Shop Direct, then proceeded to lie to me and tell me that the court had given me 28 days to pay them £400. Forgetting the fact that I point out to them that I was well aware that they were lying and that they had lost but we was now 14 days into a 28 day period the court told them were to get off and come back with a better case.

Oddly I never heard any more on the matter!

No these were not included in the four big name public services that have all just lost in court to us, these were four previous cases of which there were only four meaning that I have a 100% record across a decade of winning.

A number of victories that have now doubled overnight while keeping my 100% record.

But then I planned many years ago from the outset and up until this point in time while this case completed to give a message out. A very, very big and incontrovertible message to one and everyone in a short space of time.

That I took on and exposed corruption that ended up surfacing everywhere I looked 100% of the time and that was never, EVER going to beat me.

I can assure you that even from a Vicar, along with many others, that I have had all the questions you could think of including the most common 'How the hell did you do this on your own?!'

By the time that 2016 hits us which is well under 6 months away there would have been hundreds and hundreds of questions along these lines … and many other lines to boot no doubt.
