GCHQ SURVEILLANCE CONFUSION

I am a bit confused at what this said in this report.

Now I contacted the Investigatory Powers Tribunal over my involvement with MI5 and GCHQ and that what they claim they did was not at they stated.

Now I thought that the IPT had ruled the actions of the secret services to be illegal? In this report it stated the opposite.

I apologise if I got that wrong but I have no patience to read through things at times, part of my Fibromyalgia I'm afraid, and I think it was but worded very well. I must have seen the word 'illegally' or something similar and assumed that was the IPT's conclusion?

I obviously got this wrong.

However now three groups to do with human rights in Europe are now attempting to mount a European challenge, so in the European Courts for Human Rights I guess, to attempt to have their actions declared illegal.

Now I am shocked on two counts here and also with a very, very immigrant question sat the end of it all!

First off I can't believe that in the UK, despite everything I have said putting down the legal system and legal rights in the UK unless your an asylum seeker, they did not find them to be acting illegally?!

Utter madness.

Of course this would put some weight into my contact with the IPT and their response to me. Though I will say here and how I missed something very, very big about our correspondence and have decided to keep quiet on this until a much later date.

However! If this ruling for through and against the secret services I may well divulge my...mistake...oversight, if and when that time comes around?

Secondly and this I cannot stress enough here but there had been a great deal of who-har about the UK being in Europe and I was one in total agreement with this but that changed. It changed when it was revealed how much money the UK pays Europe out of taxpayers money. Because we can't afford it and have not for some time and it's wrong and shows that just as the three main parties, nearly all public services and many others I cover that Europe could not care less about the British public either, add king as it's taking a criminally excessive amount of our money to pay for things that they themselves should be paying?!

Then the inevitable question burns into my mind's eye that if they succeed, what will this say about our own courts and the effectiveness of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal because Europe might find GCHQ and MI5 to have been acting illegally against their own people and not or own people?!

Imagine that? Mind boggling! It gets better ...

My blog has been around a fair old while now and there is an unimaginable amount of evidence and data on here and more added every now and then.

What many morons with tunnel vision fail to realise and so do is that bit only ate my findings extremely damning to all that I attacked but that my readers are not, I repeat NOT, confined to the UK's shoreline!

Now I have never mentioned the possibility but I've always been aware if it, was even contacted regarding some French media organisation three years ago now, that someone else and even other journalists could take my stories and data and run with it!

I quickly realised that this possibility could cause a backlash to all those in the UK who decided to ignore me completely and then continue to ignore this blog.

This could be a great milestone to look forward to for the late part of 2015 or the first thing I know I have to look forward to that actually spills over into 2016?!

Of my enemies and my many and various battles and despite his long it's all gone on I cannot foresee any of it going beyond the end of 2015, I truly can't and this is the first time I have been in this situation.

The numbers that would have read excerpts from this blog along with the final throws of a couple of battles which themselves will act as extreme catalysts for many of the remaining ones and it is suddenly hard to see them surviving a year from now or even 8 months from now.

If there is anyone left they will only be stragglers waiting to be swept up and of course before the Prime Minister had been in the hot seat for a year his arse hair so be singed and butt cheeks burnt before he even gets close to parking his arse?!

Then I will be looking hard to see if my many goals start popping up on the horizon to show that I am nearly almost there?!

FIVE BILLION SPIED ON A DAY

Well that is quite something!

The Guardian's latest reveal in the Edward Snowden files is that they record five billion mobile phone calls, cell phones if your American, per day!

That is absolutely phenomenal! That requires and absolutely incredible amount of storage. An incredible amount!

You have to realise that this is each day and that even a single thirty minute call would be several megabytes. Depending on the quality of the call and services this could be a lot more.

I know that phone calls use a particular type of compression that is quite efficient and the quality is low. But this is likely not the case for all and audio takes a great deal of storage! Of course there could be a fair percentage of video calls too? Video would take quite a bit more storage than audio requires.

Take into account that it is rumoured to have been around ten years ago they started doing this and you need to think of a facility like that one of Woodlawn in Die Hard 4 just to house all this alone and that may be understating it some?!

I have long since started two things repeatedly...

1 That courts continually do nothing to those with money and/or power

2 That institutions, public offices here in the UK are become like their American counterparts. Private companies are likely behind this.

Here is a report that suggests the courts in America have been repeatedly told that the NSA had broken the rules and the law and the courts there just kept telling them not to do it again and the NSA stated that they would not!

Hmm now I wonder why THAT might be? Lol.

VIDEOS OF THE LEAFNUT ANTENNA

Not ENTIRELY finished just yet and more research to do but by pur weird chance I came into the possession of one of those streetlight antennas that has a great deal of people suspicious.

I videoed it and took photographs too and put it up on YouTube!

This was during one of a few breaks I took while washing up and on the second one I grabbed a couple of tools before I sat down and one was a hack saw and I dismantled the device. There are two layers of circuitry inside and the antenna itself and I took a fold amd photographs of that too with the idea that anyone out there with an electronics background or just a great ability for research might want to have a crack at figuring out of the device is indeed innocent in nature or has a more sinister agenda behind it.

Of course there is STILL the possibility of it being connected to something else, well other than the live feed to the streetlight that is lol, but without getting up there myself and dismantling the whole light, which would be illegal...and dangerous lol, this is the most I can do thus far.

Come on lets be honest what was the chances of me walking along a footpath I have never been on before and between two very nice and expensive houses only to find that someone has knocked one of these off the light?!

My friends could not believe it I can tell you that much!

If not and there are employees of these organizations that have morals and normal human feelings then I am afraid to say that there are going to be a queue to be the next whistleblower?! Also if this sort of thing can take place in that industry imagine what may arise from others?!

BROADSWORD CALLING DANNY BOY

By a very strange quirk of fate and me venturing along a local path that I did not know existed I manage to acquire into my possession that of a very interesting electronic device!

Two friends have already been show what I have and could not quite believe what they see before them in my hand! Haha!

I was in some pain with my Plantar fasciitis and was heading for that Pain Support Group that had itself some of its own surprises in store for me, see the next post. I had reached a level crossing but was thwarted in my journey by a gate that refused to swing open. A chap behind me stated that there must be a train coming and that the gates automatically lock. I thought it strange as if you venture two miles north into Cheshunt the gates I use regularly to get into Lea Valley Park do NOT lock. He stated that there was another way before venturing of down an alleyway and after checking the time I decided that with only twelve minutes I had better follow him.

As I walked into the small Close on the other side of the short alley I wondered if this was not going to add too much time to the journey as I knew this Close due to my bike but other than the very nice houses located there I did not recall any other way to get across the railway line. I could see the man who had spoken to me reaching the wall to an even bigger house at the far end and to my surprise he turned to the left when I was expecting him to turn to the right.

I followed and as I did so I spotted something on the path but close to the right edge. At first it did not register and then I thought 'That looks like one of those streetlight Wifi antennas that everyone has been talking about?' But I noticed the protuberance from the housing looked flatten laterally and decided it could not be one and what were the possibilities of me of all people managing to find one.

Bit it WAS ONE!!!

As I was between some very picturesque and expensive houses I had wondered if the residents of them had themselves thought as so many others have done and thought it linked to a camera to spy on the public? Maybe they took matters into their own hands and somehow knocked said device off the light? As I have previously stated I know not if these things are linked to any cameras. But the official reason for them is utterly ridiculous, the council cannot be that naive and wasteful surely?! Added to this those that were affixing them to the street lights lied when asked what they were doing! Their answer was "we are cleaning the light housings" despite then being watched and them NOT doing that nor having any cleaning materials or liquids about their persons nor on their vehicles!

LMAO!

The only countries that I know of this far to have complained about the spying is Germany and Turkey. One with previous power management issues and the other with previous and current anger management issues.

I suppose with the fact America was dead against the European Union, I was not until I started to see that they were even bigger idiots and wasters of money than even the UK government are and hence one if many reasons why I like Nigel Farage and his opinion of the bureaucrats over there.

If it were not for the fact that we are being died upon on a humungous scale I would not have chosen to attack them, well that and they claim transitivity for terror cells in Manchester, Birmingham and that child sex ring which had nothing to do with them or their prism system and not familiar with reciprocation in any way shape or form!!

Well that is bizarre that they can day that and yet NOT acknowledge the fact that it was I that contacted THEM and gave them the leads to both a child sex ring, VERY CLOSE AND PERSONAL TO ME, and linked to that was two large TERROR CELLS in both Manchester and Birmingham both of which were arrested within 3 and 6 months of my data being handed over and a phone calm from them calling me a GENIUS?!

This was all through a small group also involved in an under age sex ring in the North West all of which should be cooking out in a court case being held RIGHT NOW and has been going on for many months now?!?!

So Edward Snowden is on the ball with the obvious and glaring mistakes American politicians are making.

Yep he is dead right while a load of big mouthed politicians topically act without thinking, which if what they are complaining about with Mr Snowden oddly lol, and call him a traitor.

In my opinion and just as the British Government are doing I believe that the American authorities are acting against the American public. To act like this is to risk alienating the USA and it's public towards every other nation on Earth. The danger being that this reckless action, if ever found out, would place every American citizen in danger both abroad and at home.

They write honestly did not care and out of them and Edward Snowden it is plain to see which one is the traitor.

I will be honest I did find it somewhat disturbing when his father appeared on TV and asked him to STOP revealing anymore leaks?!

He did not speak like a caring father to me and that leaves the following reasons...

Was himself former spy
Coehersion

So yes it was a bit odd as it did not seem quite natural. Well I am sure Mr Snowden will have his father's TV request out to him.

Well here we go then and a little earlier than expected I must say.
