THE WATCHERS WHO DO NOTHING

Right then...blood pressure down...for now at least!

Onwards and upwards. Now and after several days of getting a crap load of Chinese software I did not want which was malicious, virus ridden and screwed up my Internet connection when I finally deleted it and then wiping one SSD and reinstalling Windows I am finally back! Phew!

That barrel load of malicious software crap came from HTC's website because there Windows clock and weather gadget was the only one I could find, Microsoft stopping gadgets previoulsy it turned out. So thank you HTC I will now no longer consider anything you make!

So I discover this morning, while getting frustrated as I am meant to do several things and cannot find anything, that my Google Mail stuff has not been alerting me. Also rather odd is that fact that my Android phone, the Moto G, has become odd in its behaviour and its clock become stuck for the second time now?! Weird.

Now been surrounded by people witrh smart phones moaning like hell about the reception and the Internet being crap for many weeks now in two large areas of North London, from Hackney to Enfield?! Still holding out their hands for cash though, arent they?

Anyhoo I found an email from the PHSO and rather strangely and what has been going on for over a year now they ask me for details of what happened?! Err yahh think I would have done that in the initial contact! Dumb-arses! Anyway I was sarcastic in my repsonse and just like the NHS thelmselves and the DWP and a few others I have laid my cards upon the table...by way of a reply and an attachment or two!

Here follows the email and then a screen-shot of the email screen with its attachments ...

EMAIL ..

Dear Johnathan White

NHS COMPLAINT

It has come to my attention that I am not being informed of any emails arriving in this GMAIL service. Added to this I have been corresponding with a complaints department within the NHS who claim I have made no complaint. When I pointed out that I did indeed complain and have all the documentation it turned out that there are several complaints departments?!

Why in the hell would this be other than to confuse the issue?!

I might remind both you and the NHS that I have Fibromyalgia, this can never now be disproved, and I have Fibrofog as a result and it has been my claim since I self diagnosed myself that the NHS and its different departments have been 'playing' to this weakness in my short term memory.

Now I would like to know what it is that you can do about this situation and would like evidence to the fact that you hgave actually performed your tasks in the past? Case examples if you will and you can put these down as a Freedom Of Information request.

I do believe I have already made it clear that my diagnosis was very deliberately kept from me and even once self diagnosed successfully steps, trust me thats plural, were taken to prevent me from officially diagnosing this.

Now I can tell you at this point, and after a series of different health issues gone on for months and scaring my current GP wh is very good, that I laid my cards on the table with a number of public services, including the NHS and DWP. I know what has been going on and I have known for awhile and have played dumb while I am at it...

I simply wanted to see just how much everyone tries to wriggle out of doing anything and recording all the excuses and passing of the buck. I have a great deal of that now recorded. I know about the false documentation sent to the DWP and of course with this being how it was there had to be a back-up plan. No Doctor with any intelligence would carry out their commands without protecting themselves.

The simple task for me was working out what this was, becoming absolutely confident I was correct in my assumptions and then simply...triggering this safety precaution.

I did this a couple of months ago.

I did this by dealing with a number of different departments within the DWP at the exact same time and I recieved in 48 hours four separate documents containing repoarts I had made requests of via the FOIA. They paid off better than I could ever dreamed and I simply then showed all of them what I had and what I knew and could prove. This was done just as a claim for Personal Independent Payments had taken a little over a year to refuse me.

When they refused me I also had letters stating that there were absolutely no NHS documentation held on me at all...perfect because I could very easily prove that they did. They did what I expected them to! Get rid of the entire file they had on me that was anything to do with the NHS!

The reaction once I told them?

A payment of £4,500 in backdated PIPS that I have now told them is not enough.

This was a one whole year backpayments and I am on the process of acquiring more by forcing them to up the amount.

The problem?

I lost my DLA 8 years ago and not only did I loisew all that money based upon lies and cheating by people also taking money out of the taxes which do not deserve it and at a much higher rate than claimants but it also destroyed my relationships with family and friends who could not believe that the NHS would lie in this way and be that corrupt.

So I set out 7 years ago to prove this and I knew it would take a very long time.

Quite conveniently for the publ;ic services as I was going to do this 5 years or so ago I was physically attacked and defrauded out of well over £4,000 by bailiffs acting under orders of a public service? Ohh now is that not weird?!

I have the documentation that proves I was physically attacked and that the monies raised according to the invoice was only 10% of what was actually raised. Meaning I did not get the money back to prove my ailments and that the appointment I was about to make and pay £3,000 for a whole body MRI at Canary Wharf got cancelled.

Now this has long since been published very publicly along with everything else and the recordings that none of the ombudsman asked for, let alone acted on, on my blog. Consider now how this little incident fits into the picture of me now knowing that the NHS knew for an uncertain amount of time what my ailment was before I successfully self diagnosed it?

How do you think this will now appear to my visitis and readers?

Some months ago I was thanked by a Vicar for what I have done online, for his family had a similar thing and for years felt like everyone saw them and treated them as liars! He thanked me for the efforts I had done to prove my claims, I ALWAYS PROVE WHAT I STATE, and said he realised now that the NHS was just one big corrupt organisation.

Michael Meacher MP asked me in January 2013 if he could use my data to send to the media and use to attack the Conservatives in the House of Commons. I really should put that email up?! I knew this would only be for political gains but I could always use this to my advantage and I have now had 200,000 plus, not sure of the exact figure, read my words and see what it is that I do. There is, however, one thing that I am amazed that each ombudsman I contact fails to see...

I have done the jobs of countless ombudsman and each fails to see the embarrassment this will cause them in the long run?!

Now Mr White, I do believe that I have contacted you several times about this along with several other NHS complints departments? think for a moment and take in that I have published each one of your correspondences. Or in other words it is on very public record and rising that I have explained to you what has happened several times over?

Yet I find this forgotten and unread email where you ask me what happened?! I do believe I have told you already but if not you can find the details and recordings, *SIGH*, here...again...

asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.co.uk

Try the keywords: Darren Francis, John Gubbay, Johnathan Gubbay, Abernethy House, NHS Corruption, secretly recorded audio, Willow House Surgery, Guys Hospital, Dr Kirkham, Dr Saksena, Dr Tai, Dr Day (could be Dr Ray), Julian Livingstone, Catherine Johnstone, Dr Kumar

There are many other possibible search terms that I cannot think of right now...like the words 'test', 'ultrasound' and others.

Stop trying to get me to be specific when I have all of the above lying and that this web of lies and deceit has gone on for a great many years because I have been logging it for not just that long but way over a decade.

In fact it was twenty years ago when I realised that a public service was corrupt and the legal system not worth a wet one. Since then I have been watching every single one and figuring out a way to gather information and battle each and every one of them and without a chance at all of losing! Now please pay attention...

First off do not, I repeat do NOT, take it that my failure to respond means that I have gone away. Also I can tell you that not only am I but have been for awhile in contact with one of the most powerful bodies in the land which involves not one but FOUR organisations each one of which would make the NHS look like small fry. Two of them especially so and these events are not only the biggest and most shocking I have been involved with bar none but also feature on my blog! Though you would have to go back about two or three years into the archive of my posts.

I would are anyone not to raise an eyebrow over these events.

Not only am I involved with a body presently who have receieved three DVDs full of evidence but at the same time there is a current court case involving this..or rather just one aspect of those involvements.

Now when this was pride of place with the posts I had only just created the blog. In fact I had to wait until it was over before I could create the blog in the first place. So there were only a few hundred to a few thousand that would read about these fantastical events. Once over there was nothing more to post about so it went quiet.

That is about to change.

When it does change the couple of hudred thousand visitors will gradually find out about it as well as the 15,000 visitors I get each month and therefore that will make one hell of an inpact throughout the rest of 2015.

Plus this is not the only one either that will be making one hell of a splash during 2015.

So I have attached a few reports I made at a much earlier date, its very likely that one of them will be a report I already typed out and sent to you people?

I might follow this email up with a few more.

Now I do hope that the instructions found within, the blog details and how to find the relevant, but not all, recordings will be enough now for you to actually...umm...DO one of your investigations?

I am expecting you to do nothing. Or make a load of noises and then at the end of it get...nowhere.

This is the pattern I predicted to my readers and that would continue for several years and this is what has occured so far though with one exception and the DWP crumbling, well I got the opportunity to fire a salvo into their portside and I did it.

Of course i tshould be realised that they burned the NHS documentation which means it was all false?!

Yours

Martin Haswell BSc

THE OBVIOUS AILMENTS

I had a letter from the NHS and PALS starting concern for my claims regarding the lying and falsification or tests and letters regarding appointment details.

I have to get around to posting that and a few other bits later this week.

I saw this report in the news praising the care a patient with Ebola received?

Do not know about you the readers but I thought what an odd thing to publish a report about? His treatment by the hospital nd p and his care was great? How odd. Why, is it usually fecking cheap the rest of the time?! Lol.

Now you might find it interesting that desire the fact my complaints are of Chase Farm Hospital and Guy's Hospital, mainly Guy's I contacted them about, yet the letter had Royal Free in its header?! It also completely fails to mention the Guy's Hospital incident too?!

What I do not know is whether or not they issued the letter due to my series 'A Series of Peculiar Events' and the one on the NHS in particular or they just was very unlucky in sending it without realising I just posted almost all major NHS evidence in one post?

Just remembered to that I mentioned a global publisher but this was very recent and not sure they had enough time to get a letter of to me after I first mentioned them?

Maybe, maybe not.

TWO WITS TO WOO

Well would you look at this?!

I am not sure how I had not seen this email, fecking Android!!

I failed to see this come through and they have been adding some really stupid things to the Google Mail App and segregating certain emails off and displaying things differently. I do not like this and it is just confusing and now I realise possibly the reason I missed this email!

Also I contacted this twit via my hotmail account so why he sent it to my Gmail account I do not know. Reply button to hard to find?! LOL!

Oh and it is not just about Abernethy House anymore and has missed the fact that I have now informed them of Willow House Surgery too, lol! Oh and Guy's Hospital!

Just how many times do you have to report criminal activities before someone does something? LMAO!

I have emailed the VoiceAbility, who I do seem to have heard of before, people and am posting a letter to the other 'TRUST' TODAY!

Please note that we are committed to keeping your information secure.  As part of that commitment we have decided that when we send you information by email we may have to remove some details.  This includes information that may identify you, or any other person and sometimes the body complained about.

Dear Sir

Our reference: ******* (please quote in any future correspondence)

Thank you for your recent emails to us concerning your complaint about Abernethy House (the Practice) and Chase Farm Hospital (which is now part of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust – “the Trust”). I also confirm receipt of your completed complaint form. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in contacting you about this matter.

As you are aware, we can look at complaints about the NHS but we will not normally do so until the organisations complained about have looked into and responded to all the issues which have been raised.

I have contacted the Trust and they have told me that they do not have a record of you raising a complaint with them.  Because the Trust has not yet had the opportunity to consider your concerns, we have decided to take no further action at this time.

You should also note that where a complaint is made to a number of different NHS bodies concerning the same issues, or linked issues, we prefer to consider the matter once all parts are ready for us.  Therefore, in order for us to consider your complaint in its entirety, you would firstly need to pursue your concerns with the Trust.

In order to complain to the Trust you will need to write to their Chief Executive and ask him to consider your complaint.  You can contact the Chief Executive of the Trust at the following address:

Mr David Sloman
Chief Executive
Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust
Pond Street
London
NW3 2QG

Alternatively, you can send your letter of complaint to me and I will forward it to the Trust on your behalf and ask them to contact you about the matter.

I would also advise that if you have any outstanding concerns that the Practice have not yet had the opportunity to address, that you raise those with the Practice whilst you await the outcome of your complaint to the Trust. This will ensure that all parts of your complaint will be ready for us to consider.

If the Trust are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, and both the Trust and the Practice have addressed all of your concerns, then please contact us again

At that stage, you will need to complete a further complaint form for us (attached).  Please send the completed form to us along with copies of any relevant correspondence and papers that you have, including the responses you received from the Trust (and the Practice).

If you need help or advice in making a complaint, I suggest you contact your regional NHS Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) office at:

MY EMAIL ...

Dear Jonathan White

Umm, whaat the bloody hell?!

You told me that I had to complain to the surgery before approaching you?!

How come after all the emails I sent you I am only hearing about this new department now?!?!

Also I fund this is tantamount to time wasting! Considering the link to the post I sent you placing some of the best lies in one place that you are taking no action!!

Are you aware that Which? Magazine has discovered that there is a cover up and that the fact that public services have been up to no good, rife with failures and that there is a lack of action as well as covering it up in the media so much so that they have started a campaign to stop all this?!

I think it is god damn disgusting how you have handled things and yet another example of how a bunch of idiots are taking a huge amount of cash from the public purse and act as if it is their birthright to do so!

I shall now be placing a copy of your email along with your name on my blog for the 150,000 and over half a million that have viewed my Google profile to read and see for themselves.

THE NHS WALL OF SHAMEFUL NAMES

Well as I am ratty and cannot sleep I have dug out my little black book!

And the answer is no, before you ask! There are no women's names or phone numbers inside this book! I don't have the time to fit anything like that in and thanks to the public services I am convinced that I would be a burden on anyone worthwhile and the rest are materialistic anyway according to the government, add am I and yeah, like your not?!! Lol!

So here it is and was beginning to think it was in my back up little brown book, lol, when I found the hit list of shaming names...

WHIPPS CROSS HOSPITAL

Dr Tahir Rheumatologist
(Although failed to spot Fibro is most honest and upfront Doctor of them all and will not meet his like again! Informs me that I will get shit from friends and family the while time I have the Plantar fasciitis pain as they will bit get it and not want to hear it. Little duress he knows that thirteen years later I will still be suffering from it! He thinks it will last to to a few years. He tells me the maximum he was aware of but I do not recall what it was he said. Bit anywhere near ten years that much I would remember!)

Paul Physiotherapist
(Nice chap. Found myself in the unusual situation of being referred so many times I think I have seen him before at another Yiddish until he says 'have we met before?' I say yes at Wanstead Hospital! Does another session of weeks on end of physio, lastly uses ultrasound on the plantar fascia)

NHS PODIATRIST Eunace the Kiwi
(Nice girl, admits she is shocked at how corrupt and sit the NHS is and cannot wait to get back to New Zealand where no one is going to believe what she had to tell!!)

Cannot recall our find paperwork to date of Docs performing Carpal and Tarsal Tunnel tests but was in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.

CHASE FARM HOSPITAL

Dr Tai
(utter twat with pretentious tendencies suffered with delusions of grandeur went be surprised if he gets broken use one day, lol) on here as trying to be clever and tricking me but no dice. Claimed he arranged MRI for one that never came so yes I was a list yet again.

Dr Joyti Saksena
(Lied! Said he would get colleagues to look at each area of pain and was discharged without a single other area looked at, tried to trick me over previous MRI question that was av deliberate Tao to find out they MRI'd won't part of back!!)

Richard Kosturczack Physio
(Nice chap. Admitted he did not know why I was sent to him as he cannot help. Was to discharge me following week but suddenly I had ten weeks of hopeless waste of time physio?!)

Darren Francis BMI Healthcare Hernia Specialist
(Liar. Attempted to fake test results but I called him on it while recording him. He dictates new letter to GP he then does not send. I could have made sure he did by showing him my recording device, but something told me not to. I am still surprised to later find out he died not send the letter he dictates in front if me - the recording is on here)

Dominic Mort
(Somehow recognises me 1000 years from his clinic having not meet me before and NHS bit having a picture of me?! Sounds mad, except that I pull him and doing a double take at me and he admits it while I am RECORDING HIM - guess where that recording and ask the others are?!)

Dr Khaled Ayazi Pain Consultant
(Recently referred to him as Assizi. Nice chao but even he is odd, first meeting only have one and we disagree shut pain thresholds, he says he looks guard to meeting me later on add I will be ... interesting! Over eighteen months later he prescribes Gabapentin and states it will work on my feet and not in my back. Yes OK he was correct but brute I even got home that day I wonder how in the works he can state this when no one knows what I'd wrong with me?! This was over a year before (I really DO HATE ANDROID, GOOGLE ARE IDIOTS!) I diagnose Fibromyalgia myself! I realise the NHS have themselves known of FMS for over a year before I discovered it!!)

ROYAL FREE HOSPITAL

Tom Tidswall
(I think this was chao that performed electromyography and nerve conduction studies at Royal Free? Nice chap but statement that the best Neurologist in the country is found at Chase Farm is ... worrying, recording of this online)

GUYS HOSPITAL

Dr Kirkham Fibromyalgia Specialist within Rheumatology Department
(Withdrawn at first but opens up sends like a nice chain with genuine interest in his FMS works. Studies my back and shows signs to a trainee. In his absence I tell trainee NHS been trying to stop me finding out and falsely label me to protect themselves. Does year in knee that had me scream in pain. Too busy with pain in knee to hear what diagnosis is, still bit listened to tape! Oops! Mentions Gabapentin I say no it won't do any good at dishes he suggests. After all I had it brute I would know would I not. He says he is happy to prescribe Pregabalin which is the only reason I am there! I cone out sinking knowing I will get the drug or get the most definitive evidence yet of corruption, lies and conspiracy (realistic conspiracy) within the NHS)
GPs & SURGERIES

FOREST ROAD MEDICAL CENTRE
Less says about these add I argued with all the better ...

Dr Mahandras

Dr Ivbijaro (idiot wrongly diagnosed grandmother who died as result)
Dr Rahman (Got on OK, as favour I did monthly Q&A with students, to their utter shock on many occasions, THE END COMPETITION WELL AND TRULY OVER BEFORE IT HAD BEGUN!! Performed Corticosteroid injections that hurt like hell! Later leaves surgery and cannot say I blame him!)

Dr who was male oriental and diagnosed my Restored Legs Syndrome but risky misses Fibro link in records as fires everyone else before and after him

Dr who was remake Portuguese
(Also argued over foot diagnosis and I am priced right and so want to tell her so too!!)
Sorry about changes in bold font but Googles Android had a weird habit of changing weirs for ones bit in dictionary at all and suddenly changing fonts, even on previous paragraphs your nowhere fecking near?!

CARLTON HOUSE SURGERY

Dr Debbie Dressler
(Naive as refers to my pains as my 'funnyisms' that had locals laughing like drains and skiing me for years if that's a technical term? Lol! Asks me what genus I think I have after seeing it, surprised I say INGUINAL she says yup! On taking overdose I then regret I cask surgery to have someone come out. They later want to go home and ring me but I'm now unconscious on living room for from overdose. They decided O an not needed and as they want to get home to feed the Ducks they feck off. I wake up next morning on living room floor to a missed call. I ask when I registered there 7 years ago to have a skin tag removed and a wart. Bloody ages later before inguinal op I ask surgeon not to cause me pain but killing me is OK and while I am under can they please remove the horrid wart as I have been waiting two years!)

On pressed as to why NHS was being ... evasive to my please she simply said she would utter oine word but should not really do this ... the word? "MONEY!"

I forget about skin tag and I still have it today!! Lol!

Saw couple other Doctors while there, do not remember names and this is true of Forest Road Medical Centre but with many mitre Doctors, likely cost to ten I can't remember names! One owned two station for African people.

Dr ROOBAN SURGERY

Dr Huq
(Got on OK desire annoying insistence of one thing at a time, as I have strongly believed fit years they are all linked, though I was thinking about hand a dozen, bit that most of my 120 odd symptoms are all bloody linked?! Tells me I am her favourite patient and only one never raised a voice at her, sorry Dr Gubbay, you should read the fecking notes, idiot! Dr Hug admits to me that NHS refuses to let them refer patients fit expensive scans and treatments though middle management at PCTs have no issues in paying themselves to put patients in danger! Says they are not even allowed to inform patients if this making THEM the bad guys. Little dues she know that her colleagues make this harder for her add they are not only well protested to do this for their fringe benefits but do not bat an eyelid when being caught it on it. Of curse they are all batting eyelids furiously now ... TOO FUCKING LATE, MATES! But then that was my plan all among, oh now who feels like the idiots now?! Well you cannot say I did not give you the chance as it's in tape! Are we FECKING THERE YET?!)

Both women GPs uttered enough for me to setup the next two GPs who were utter twats, and oddly both MALE!!

ABERNETHY HOUSE SURGEY

DR JOHN GUBBAY
(Wrongly thought I would like him and the he would respect someone else if intellect but just another Doctor with delusions of grandeur that thinks medicine, and general medicine at that, trumps all else?! umm NO! Two him Darren Francis lies about ultrasound scan and to my absolute horror had no regard our concern for how many patients he had misinformed under his watch and in his name?! Bizarre! Instead decides best way to desk with situation is to suggest madness and psychiatry, so I two him I will return with the secret recording I did and he cab hear the man not only starting there was something in the scan but that her then dictates a new one starting I did have two things on the scan. Bigger shock then first when when he actually says "What do I want to hear that for?" which is only uttered by someone who should not be a Doctor because he is an utter moron or someone that knows what is going on, ergo he should not be a Doctor! Guess what the bottom line is? Lol! I later explain in a letter to practise owner what actually happened and what I have and explain the exact address it resides in the Internet. Have a guess how much care Abernethy House Surgery showed to all patients on their books? None.)

WILLOW HOUSE SURGERY

Doctors KUMAR (father and son)

You know most of this one..?
Seen father twice, lies both times. Seen son about three times who seems OK but when our in position of giving drugs I feel like I could very well have taken into a very evil trap to really dirty my name. Same situation as Gubbay and after being told with a grin, he told me the Doctor at Guys says I can have it I will get it, but the letter dues bit state that. Pointing out that he said if the Doctor SAYS I can have it I they're CD of recording of Guys appointment and say, well in that take he charity days I can have it! Where are my drugs?! Once again the extremely lane and girly like avoidance based on utter crap comes flooding out. I sit the astounded that he bit only actually thinks I am going to believe the trash he is uttering but also that I am going to cave in to his patronising threats?! What a giving idiot!

My son, you need to go away and read up on a little weird in the dictionary .... SLANDER. Oh and you might want to read up LIBEL why your at it?!

Umm now this is the NHS wall of shame as best I can get it, it may get additional names in edits over time.
I will also do others with their own including Local Councils and then the Police, among others.

I LOVE THE SOUND OF BREAKING GLASS & REPETITION

Right two things for the price of one here...

Be careful moving Ikea Lamp Stands ...

Damn it! Typo on fragments, lol.

I was moving some things around in my house having a reorganisation of sorts in preperation for something a little exciting.

This was my fourth day, in the piecemeal process, or rearranging things. This Ikea lamp came with the house and is really, REALLY annoying. It is so badly designed it is not true and for one the light switch is on a box with a preposterous amount of wire that leaves it loose but not long enough to put anywhere you can bloody well reach.

Also on this occasion of moving it, I have done a dozen times in 7 years, the top came away from the bottom half. Then the wire kept looping preventing it from going back in place. I then tried to stand on the wire and pushing thebase while still holding the top half thinking the wire needed to be pulled taut before the top would go back in place. Only it made no difference and then suddenly the wire shifted and it all fell back into place...

...except the top half would not slide in and I realised you have to have it the right way, so I twisted the to half and it dropped into place with an almighty bang! Fragments of glass rained down around me and I felt something on my chest. There was a slight tingling and I looked down but see nothing and thought 'wait for it!' and after a few seconds it started bleeding.

So be careful and do not let kids move the lamp stands, for God's sake!

Also just another quick one and a scanned image as the same time the Police letter turned up another letter from Guy's Hospital turned up.

Now I thought this must be an answer from PALS regarding my email, but no it was not?

Now on the day as I have already explained and you can hear on the taped recording is that The Doctor asks if I have had any scans and I tell him about the MRI on my back, oops forgot about the Lumber MRI and only just remembered LOL, and he says he will request it.

I tell him he is wasting his time as it is clear and he says "Well yes, thats what I would expect to see with Fibromyalgia." but I was thinking he was looking for some kind of physical trauma evidence. I have taken three sharp blows to my head, resulting in a long period of unconsciousness, a short period of unconsciousness and whiplash.

Then as you know if you read those posts I get a letter which is vague but somehow mentions my medical history despite neither him nor my GP possessing my records?!

The very little mentioned about Fibromyalgia simply insinuates that I have it and is vague, though he did not talk like that on the day.

Nor is there any description of the knee test that causes me to yelp in pain nor the diagnosis of said knee condition and the fact it is unrelated to my Fibromyalgia. Though thinking about it now the left knee had no pain in the same test but it does play up ike the right knee, weird and this may lead me onto a discovery in time.

Anyway today the letter I receieve is telling me that they have written to Chase Farm Hospital to request my back MRI, of my spine from the neck to the where the thoracic vertebrae end just above the lumber. This was done because the lumber MRI was suspiciously done in the wrong place, deliberately so I think now, as I never got the main pain in that area and did state middle of back and neck and shoulders!

I will let you come to your own conclusions about that, lol.

I wonder if they will inform me for a fourth time that they have requested thet back MRIs from Chase Farm Hospital?

I wonder if I will find out on Friday where my Medical Records are and I think I am going to be somewhat more matter of fact about all this and see what responses I get?

The letter from Guy's Hospital ...

Thursday, 5 June 2014

THE GOOD AT GUYS GONE BAD

Well, I am always proving myself wrong on many occasions and this time is no different.

I attended Guy's Hospital recently and finally got the diagnosis I have been evfter a long time and many of you would have read about that. Many of you may have also thought that the posting and contents were a little ... SHORT?! Well you would be correct.

In fact within my posts I bleated on about those higher professionals and how they would not stoop to the levels of others and lie or alter facts at a patients expense to save money.

I was wrong.

However I am not a complete fool either and I am afraid to say that my ... wording of particular previous posts were in such a way to appear almost inviting for more attempts as before. Yes I did state that I would rather everything done professionaly, normally and that it was over. But it just never works out that way.

On the day of the appointment with Guy's Hospital and a Dr Kirkham I was told that I had Fibromyalgia, had a test on the right knee that caused me to yelp in pain and was also told they would prescribe Pregabalin abd that he had no problem with that.

Yes I went into much greater detail at the time and yes you may have noticed I was happy and relieved?

However the letter I have received this morning is vague at best when it comes to Fibromyalgia, I simply cannot see a definitive diagnosis for my right knee!! In fact the only knee ailment mentioned is within the paragraph about my medical history and has an odd placed question mark near it. There simply is no mention at all that there was a test on my knee!

It gets better as there is no prescribing of Pregabalin either and only going back on Gabapentin which I told him I did not want to do as it made me ill and also told him lower doses did not work. Only after about a month I noticed a difference, though like Amitriptyline feet only. He then saus he has happy to prescribe Pregabalin.

Now recall that I mentioned my GP looked rather worried about something when he entred the surgery? Keep that i mind.

Remembe I said that the content I provided of late might be correctly seen as a little ... LIGHT?

Well here is the letter I just received from Guy's Hospital followed by ... recordings I am currently uploading!

Well yes, of course I recorded all the meetings and appointments I have had and yes I have stated this several times throughout!

WHat do you think me a fool?! FOOLS!!

Here is the recording of the Guy's Hospital appointment and I think this recording speaks for itself here...

Odd though how this time they have performed less of the lies while more of the vague, like trying to contnue on with the battle while being somewhat ... LESS obvious?! But then this would be naturally obvious to any fool that once they had realised they had been found out while thinking themselves still unbeatable this is the foolish attitude they would take.

Foolish because I STILL have my diagnosis along with the one for the knee, though I will need to now go through the recording at some point to see what he says it is! Maybe it was torn meniscus except I am familiar with that term and would have recognised it immediately, even whilke clutching my knee in pain. Well it was quite painful maybe it was torn meniscus he said. Well it is on the recording at the end of the day.

GP visit after Guy's Hospital where he says he will 'wait' for the letter to turn up before [rescribing Pregabalin which he then rather conveniently wants to do over the phone! Make of that what you will...

OOOOHhhhhhh, that's gonne hurt in the morning son!!

Now all that remains now is to see if the current GP refuses the Pregabalin in both the first instance and then me telling him once and for all about both the recording I did on the day and this blog?!

Man, I liked that Doctor too. I really did not want it, or indeed expect it to go on after moving to the new Doctor!

Note how I also challenged him about his Dr Dad fibbing to me, thought the word fibbing would be less insulting in all honesty, he asks how and why and I tell him.

Not knowing that Guy's Hospital has a giant department for Fibromyalgia is an OK mistake to make apparently. Yes like knowing where all the emergency surgey departments are to stop someone from dying? Yeah what could possibly be important about knowing where the biggest departments within the NHS are for an NHS GP?! Not important at all.

He was finding it harder to defend the fact that he fibbed about the existence of a drug that deals with excessiive sweating not existing....in fact I am sure he mentioned the drug Popranolol, which is yet another drug I am familar with and say is that not for depression or anxiety and he looks away from me and says no.

It really is a very, no extremely sorry state of affairs the National Health Service is in this country and it amazes me at the lengths they will stoop to, to save money but when it comes to the huge amounts they award themsleves which outweigh their savings by a factor of 100 I am sure, then oh no not a chance,

LMAO!

One tupsy-turvey country in a topsy turvery world!

THE GUY'S AND MEMORY LANE

Well I did not have much with me when I attended Guy's Hospital yesterday, unfortunately.

I felt pretty sure that Doctors of the calibre I was seeing in the hospital I was attending would not entertain any ... squeezing my senior NHS middle management and was not worried and it worked out exactly how I thought word for word, well all except for my right knee being not only an issue but a separate one?!

Hmm now that reminds me to get my knee book out and look up conditions that have three words to them as I am sure he uttered three words when he told me what it was. He most certainly did NOT say 'Torn Meniscus'!

Now I did take my Nikon compact camera but annoyingly when I retrieved it from the backpack and switched it on it immediately said battery exhausted and I immediately said 'DOUGHNUT!! Lol!

It is a pain trying to remember everything and I thought I had forgotten me unbrella and then today thought I had lost it and it turned out to be in my backpack despite searching it around eight times?!?! Go figure!

Anyhoo! I did have my Moto G Smartphone on me and I was aware that the camera is not the greatest. In fact I really do not know of a smartphone with a very good camera on it. I was trying to keep the weight down but need not have bothered! So I left my Sony Camera I use for better quality photos at home! Now I wonder if you can tell at which point in the photos I provided below that I wanted to take a run up and leap over the wall into my old friend the River Thames while repeatedly facepalming myself repeating 'doughnut...doughnut...doughnut' as I floated through the air on my way to the water?!

Ooh boy, I can tell you I was getting back to London Bridge when I looked down this narrow side path and then BAM!! I was all 'oooh you numpty! What I would not do to have my Sony camera or better still a good decent SLR right now?!'

Now I love London, always have but this was the first time I had seen many of these places for bloody years, over ten that is for sure! I used to spend most of my time in the city as a kid and a youg guy but these days it is far too busy and its far too crowded and the traffic is abysmal and London Transport far, far worse! Luckily it went OK on the day and it was really, REALLY nice to be back thre in the city once again! I used to dream about having a small flat or appartment in the city somewhere were I could go for weekends now and then and go out and about. Used to dream about living there entirely but I would not do that now. Many things have changed and unfortunately the city has been run, not to mention run down, by many idiots that still like to lord it up like they are some kind of messiah.
It was good to see here again even if only briefly but I have been thinking that Sundays the city is not so bad, but the buses are, and it was far easier than I thought getting there. Coming back was only an issue at Turnpike Lane and there was a huge rush for the bus that took me home to Enfield. YOINKS! Yes days when I know there is no rush hour would be more ... encouraging and I just realised that of course Saturdays are dead too! Except for the mad shoppers in Oxford Street and Regent Street of course!
There were far more tourists than I remember it it was funny as I saw a great deal of foreign women takinkg turns to take pictures of each other on Tower Bridge and other places, like the Tower of London. Each time I passed by I could not help thinking that in a few weeks time those pictures will adorn a fake profile and that the person that set up the profile was actually living on the other side of the world but pretending to be a woman that lived in London because of Tower Bridge being in the picture?!! Oh I have seen them trust me and its obvious what is going on! LMAO! That's not to say that all these photos will end up this way but its a good way, or at least someone thinks it is, to make it look like someones living in London when they are not! Lol!

Here are a few shots while I was killing time, and eventually my feet!!!

 FACEPALM! FACEPALM! FACEPALM!

AN EXAMPLE OF A MEANINGFUL QUESTION

One thing I forgot to mention in my last post was a question I was asked.

I stated that this was the first time I had ever spoken to someone that knew what he was doing. In the medical profession that is. I also stated that the meeting went well.

This comes across with the way they speak and also the questions they ask. I am always on the lookout for the odd key questions that are either asked or sometimes not asked.

Someone late while figuring my way around a desolate post nuclear war wasteland I didn't remembered a question I was asked. Indeed I can tell you that this one question, as simple, straightforward and innocent it may be, tells you a great deal when your not asked it.

Now before I type in the question you have to think when you read it exactly why you are asked it. Or rather why they asked me it. It has never been out to me before and yet as sunnier a question it is it is one question that I am sure that everyone with a disability should be asked.

The question being ...

"Do you live with anyone?"

You see? I told you it was simple and O one immediately why I was asked it and was immediately surprised and impressed. In fact I cannot remember if it was immediately after this or several minutes after but he did say I had done rather well dealing with this on my own.

Bizarrely had we spoken longer he may have had it explained that knowing what this is like when I see how it affects other people is exactly why I have been single so long!!

When I say 'affects other people' I mean that literally as, as my condition acquired more symptoms people just did not want to hear it or believe it. So any new symptoms were not explained, unless it was something more an irritation and not obviously connected to the pains.

Odd how it turns out that they are so in fact connected!

Though there is still a little to do and several more posts over the next 14 days it is a bloody relief that this drawn out chapter has finally reached it's ends in a manner of speaking.

Of course the issue of the symptoms still persist but I have two options available to me, thigh technically three.

1 I can start the Pregabalin along with Amitriptyline, maybe upping the latter by 10mg?

2 If the Pregabalin fails or make me ill like Gabapentin I can research getting hold of Sodium oxybate? Or if possible producing it?!

3 Failing the first two whatever the reasons there is still the Cannabis route but I am not reply fond of the idea of stating something that may make me take up smoking again.

Number three has popped into my head a few times but it usually gets jettisoned! Maybe after another year of not smoking and if by that time I have exhausted the avenues to the other two I might consider it again.
I will no doubt recall further snippets from my appointment today to key things that were said. If and when I do I will post a little more about it.

Now that this episode is over I can now relax for a while and then look into researching Fibromyalgia and see where things are at? To do this I need to precisely locate the world's leading Doctors researching the condition and keep tabs on them.

In the meantime I have had another ... little mission goal simmering away for a few weeks. That will take another three weeks to accomplish. Oddly there will only be a week or two between both that achievement and the Fibromyalgia at an end.

Oh yeah I forgot about the knee issue! Well let is see what my GP days about that once my GP has had the letter from Guy's Hospital?

I am sure he use three scientific/Latin words to it but I just did not catch what he said.

THE GOOD AT GUY'S

Well thank f..f..f..FREDDY for that!

I have just got in, well after finishing making a cup of tea and I forgot and used the normal tea, after what was a long day out!

I have to admit though as it was far easier even than I thought it was!

Basically where the bus stopped at London Bridge Station, Guy's Hospital was at the foot of a long set of stairs! It was also rather bizarre as it had King's College London right next to it with their Guy's campus I was not aware of.

Bizarre because I applied to attend King's College London on completeing my degree but I guess my choice of College was not really up to their standards? At least that was what everyone thought when I applied. Lol!

Also as I predicted. oh OK I was half right, the return journey was ... sort of better than I expected and yet the last bus was a bit of a pain in the arse but not too bad.

Christ alone knows how I got the time of the appointment an hour late and I must say it was bizarre to say the least only added to by the receptionist stating that they do not do first time appointments at 3PM?! If that were the case I am sure that someone would have mentioned this when I called them?! Because this was a rare occasion when I called to change the appointment as opposed to performing the action on their choose and book website. Considering the distance I would have pushed for a 3PM or 4PM appointment. This was so that the buses were not busy getting there, after the appointment I was more than willing to sit by the River Thames, more about that in a few days time, and wait and hang around until the peak period died down.

As for the appointment itself it was OK and so was the Doctor, though this is nt to say that he wont turn around and do the opposite once I am out the building, but he was friendly enough and more importantly had a genuine interest in Fibromyalgia.

He had a student with him and asked me if this was OK and I said I was fine with it.

We chatted and he came to realise I was no idiot and said as much. He more or less did exactly as I thought, and I have to say I did tell people what would happen as I will explain in a bit.

We chatted about how the condition was a pain in the posterior and how little is known about it and if you want a shock and it shocked me, he was not familiar with the drug Sodium oxybate! Yes I kid you not but I said that it was an iffy drug and its legalities based on misuse was likely the factor he was not aware of it. He went through the tests I presumed he would do which was basically checking a number of points and paying extremely close attention to my back.

The good news is I was told I had Fibromyalgia and the surprising news is that my knee pain, though he only referred to the right one which is worse than the left, as being a separate thing altohether. He did give me the term for it and ... well it was a complicated one and I do not recall, but I am sure I will get told this when I see the GP?!

Now there will be one or two people who will not be happy about the conclusion drawn from the appointment. I also know there will be another that will likely say 'Well did they test you? I told you they would test you?" and I will reply "No I told you before the only test for it has already been done!" Lol!

The truth is that I wanted someone who was familar with what I have to look my over and conform my suspicions and that is what I got. Only from pure experience of the condition would someone ask, listen, prod about and then say "YUP!!" Not that I needed them to but also in this instance there are so many public services want to bend you over and ... ahem, well you know what I am getting at?!

Also of interest was listening to him speak to the student Doctor, which I also did when we was left alone and had his eyes widen a few times. He told me that sometimes scoliosis is sometimes something Fibromyalgia people have. He 'uh-huh'd' a great deal as he asked me to do different things and he pointed out to the student how the back was not doing certain things and explained key things to look for. For Fibromyalgia just in case you were wondering?! He also stated a rule that some Doctors state and he turned and said "I don't buy into that!" and we had a discussion about how poorly understood the condition is and how aware of this I was. He also explained the difficulties it causes and stated that, like my knee, when something occurs you do not know if its the Fibromyalgia or some new condition and I stated I had long since realised this being a real problem.

He also stated about exercises especially aerobic ones and I told him what I had done previous and also about the cycling. Now here comes the bit I know many people will not like hearing ...

He explained how I was well clued up and that it was obvious that I jad, had the condition for so long that I had managed to find my own ways around it and deal with it. HE was referring to the exact same things that others used to poke fun behind my back and accuse me of faking it, yes those very same things!! LMAO!

We talked about whether I would need to return to the hospital and he said it would only be for physio and I stated that there would not be much point and he agreed due to the distance.

He is also requesting my back MRI too and he did point out that with the MRI, because he must have seen the surprised look on my face, is that he expects to see it show nothing. This was because someone with Fibromyalgia would actually show nothing.

Now here is the funny part in all that as I spent fecking years feeling like a right twat and thinking that they must all think I am faking it but what sort of idiot would I be to keep going for tests and X-Rays that keep showing things up as normal?! So you see here is yet one more reason to go on the mountainous pilke of other reasons that three dozen health professionals before this man should have at the very LEAST suspected I might be suffering with Fibromyalgia?! In fact as many of you know I am fully conviced that they were and were kepping it from me. Ib fact that is EXACTLY what I stated to the student and I stated how after dozens of drugs and tests I was then given forst Gabapentin and then Amitriptyline two separate and totally unrelated drugs, both of which worked! Given consecutively and remember I was REFUSED Pregabalin by the Doctor that said that it and Amitriptyline were the same drug when I know I was being lied to and refused it because it was expensive! Then I was flasely accused of violent conduct when the truth is that any Doctor willing to lie to patients fully deserves a right hook to the jaw!

Now that last line is exactly what I fond amusing with the endeavours of the NHS to label me as something they could never possibly achieve to do! Lol!

One other bit of news for now is that he stated that he was more than happy to write to my GP and prescribe PREGABALIN!! WOOHOO!

He also said that I could take it along with the Amitriptyline! WOOHOOHOO!!! LMAO!

So I am not sure how long it takes but I will give it a week and then make an appointment with my latest GP and has an in depth discussion and then a word of warning or two.

Well that is unless I get told once again that the letter received states entirely differently to what he said to me.I certainly hope not, for their sakes, lol!
