THE FREEDOM TO OBTAIN INFORMATION

Well I have shown a series of documents over the last two and a half years now.

It would have started right back at the beginning with documentation to prove that I was physically attacked and then defrauded out of £4,500 by bailiffs on behalf of Waltham Forest Council for a parking ticket.

In recent times I have made my own Freedom Of Information requests and published much of them on here, yes I do now recall that I forgot to publish them all. Oh and I also how recall I never finished that... err series the titles of which I have also forgotten, lol.

If you, referring to my 'city halls' now becoming my 'victims', missed it I have been urging others with similar situations to any of the dozens or more that I have had to use my... methods to catch you out.

I don't keep track of everything... lol well nothing really because the mainstream news is bullshit and paid to avoid the worst stories, but there was at least one GP kicked off for telling his rape victim patient to kill herself. There will likely be others and it will vastly increase as 2015 progresses.

Simple math.

Here is one I did not think of and that is that the number of Freedom Of Information requests has sky rocketed this past year. Lol.

Now take a guess what that number will do in 2015 and then have a stab at guessing what will be the inevitable outcome of that?

Over 400,000 in a decade?

The sole purpose of paying things O an never going to see through to the end, like FOI's is that victims of each public service that want to be able to do their own thing can. Good at maths is helpful or watching a tutorial on spreadsheets would be more than enough but others can gather their own figures and publish their own results.

In theory each and every single public service could have it's own smarty pants opponent or better still a whole team of them for each service?

Now would that not be cool?

Then you have the ombudsmen and any other QUANGOS. Their are plenty of potential victims for anyone to make their name out of, so to speak.

Of course now, what with way over 10,000 people coming to my sites each month, I am potentially training an army of do-gooders?!

Imagine that?

I dare say that if they are reading this they probably think that while concentrating on me they have had others 'flanking' them on each side? Or perhaps they are wondering now whether they should take their eyes off me and start scrutinising all correspondence from anyone else anywhere in the country?

Oooh, I must request the sales figures for Horlicks and any sleeping pills for the last 5 years?! Lol. Oh and for the next two years.

IMPRISONMENT OF INFORMATION REQUESTS

I have something to come regarding a Freedom of Information Request I made concerning the NHS Documentation on me held at the DWP?

It seems they have gone missing and I completely forgot I made this request, go figure! So now you can see that I have had this run around done deliberately by the DWP and Atos and that they have turned me down for years based on documentation they do not have?!

No more like that I have requested all of that they have receieved from all the GPs I have had for the last 7 years which is across 4 separate surgeries. I suspected this information to be full of lies or altered and possibly even just ignored. Or in other words DAMING to all involved which is why I requested it.

Apparently a lady from the DWP told me on the phone that she was sorry, that they still have not receieved it and she will try again and send me a letter about it whether they get ahold of it or not!!

So that is now all of my NHS documentation gone missing, which includes my medical records?!?!

The plot is like treacle.

Here is an email I sent to ICE about the request and the fact that I have had to give my daughter money for food for months and found out that the CSA have been takling money from me for her?!

Loss of Documents for a FOI Request

For the record my daughter was born in Whipps Cross Hospital and lived all her life in the Wirral, to her dismay, and now resides in the Chester area I believe.

Due to the serious nature of the charges, accusations and the bodies involved her address is a closely guarded secret and I do not ask for it untiul I need the current one because its simply not wise to put things in emails and texts.

This is down to the GCHQ who I am not only well aware of but was asked to attend an interview with for employment a very long time ago. In fact I had another about a year ago and there is a reason I was asked to attend an interview. The invite card along with the stamp is freely available on my blog! You just type in what you want to view so GCHQ, MI5, Merseyside Police, Local Councils, NHS, DWP, Atos and ... OMBUDSMEN. This will bring up the posts regarding every facet of the subject matter including all that which I have posted evidence of. The evidence published is likely only around 20%, if that, of what I have.

The evidence posted is simply more then enough.

I think its high time I contact you as well as the DWP ministers?

I look forwaed to seeing how you get out of the third reason in the subject matters above as it is law to answer FOI requests and within a given time.

Since you refused to act in a rather catastrophic way to my claims of corruption and being lied to by the DWP I have garnered much more evidence, you know like the evidence I gave you that you did not act upon aloig with the evidence I did not give you that was even more damning? Yes, that evidence!

Well just like I warned you I now know what my ailment is and it ios a real doozey!!

It is Fibromyalgia that causes 120 symptoms and of these the ones that are important are the p[ains in the feet, legs, hips, ankels, back, shoulders and other opdd places.

Better still is that when I attended Guy's hospital to prove that which I had discovered myself they also discovered that I had a separate knee problem and I unexpectedly.

Ooh and I was literally just interrupted from typing this out because bloody months ago, likely before Christmas, I put in a Freedom Of Information Request, yes unfortunately for you all I really do know how things work, thatI failed to realise they have not responded over. The request was not for salaries and expenditures which I did request of them and yourselves at one point, but due to the NHS documentation on me.

I will reiterate that I have requested the documentation on me and it has failed to materialise!

I will reiterate that everyone is now fully aware that I have been recording them at every point at every meeting and every single appointment and even the tests and put these online. Yes this means the ones where it was admitted to me that they were lying and falsified test results. OOPS!

I will also point out that my blog was a huge trap to publishj everything I did and everything I said and to whom at every step of the way. This way not only did everyone read my explanations and letters of events that have gone on for twenty years they would also watch as I went through every single channel and therefore they witnessed and heard ...

• So called Independent bodies fail to act, lie, brush off complaints
• Listen as Doctors, GPs, DWP Staff, Atos, Local Councils and Police aall lie and attempt a cover up for inaction
• That as detailed below there are a sequence of legal battles one currently being heard, one already over with and two more to go over the next 12 months which will highlight everything involved and the solicitors so digusted that they are footing the costs to two of them knowing full well that a vast sum in damages will be a walk in the park and they can payu themselves out of this, NOT a NO WIN NO FEE solicitor!

Now I trust you can pull your fingers out of your backsides once you read that I provide below and realise that its only a fraction of a percent of what I have posted and accompanied with 100GB data long since online and I am still collecting ever more evidence as and when it occurs!

All because no one has the gonads to charge those responsible to get this country out of its mess and to the point that Scotland have had it up to their high teeth and want out!

Do not know why probably because I am fecked and not even up but a week or so ago I started looking for Ombudsman that I had not contacted before.

So before I go rushing around the house now due to Google releasing substandard software that is not stable, fully integrated NOR understand the proper English Language I will quickly your out the ones in the list that I have contacted.

Funny when I met the Dean at Middlesex University over being screwed over he failed to mention this OMBUDSMAN?!

Now for the record sorry if the BOLD is all over the pace.  This blogger app is abysmal in so many ways that I want my money back now for the TABLET PC and want to go buy a small laptop just for the bedroom?!

Added to this Swype sd, suddenly stops working as it did just then JUST AS I was about to explain that which I is why I left in the 'sd'. Also it out loves to type 'I'd' instead of 'is'. When the bold plays up and you try to change it the shop freezes?! As it did minutes ago losing everything I typed out?!

So they are having trouble with... Well simple text and word processing. Oops CAPS LOCK is nothing of the kind and switched itself off in certain situations?! Guaranteed way to achieve this is to switch to another app, so multi tasking difficult too eh, and back again. Do this and the caps lock is suddenly off and your cursor gets transported from the end of the post to the BEGINNING?!

If you fail to remember and you have been using the BOLD at all... well I can tell you what happens next will just leave you scratching your head!

It ends up a mess if the short version.

Oh and when it tours out the wing EUR, err we, err wrong wired, err we, err wing word, err wrong word, WOOHOO, sometimes when you click on the alternative weird options a large windows appears WITHOUT the weird you clicked on and you cannot get rid of it!! You have to click on one if the very wing words, very wring weirs, very wing weird, very wing words, very wrong words, WOOHOO, and the highlight, delete, re-type?!

Oops so much for a quick run through, lol.

THE COUNTING OF THE CROWS

Odd... I thought I would do a run through of the Freedom of Information requests and just post up anything that I may notice.

Kind of a run down of the fact I am a third of the way through it all, or so I thought.

Thus far I have 12 reports I have mostly finished and some have nothing on it excretory for some reasons given to me as to WHY they have not been provided. Some state they are not Ombudsman but do not state whether they are publicly or privately funded. Done are privately funded that I thought that were publicly funded. Others state they are independent despite their email address being in the same SERVERS as those the act as watchdog to?! Meaning it would be feeding simple for the watched dog to listen in on the watchers themselves!!

Well after what I just said to the lifeless watchers they must all be giving birth to kittens right now?! Lol!

Also I am pretty sure I contacted 39 bodies altogether and I am aware that some have apologised for not getting around to sending me what I requested I am sure there are a fair few who have ignored me COMPLETELY?!

That will not end well for them when I have worked out exactly WHO they are, lol.

So I have published five I think and will work on the others over the next few days.

I also need to check another email account to see if I used that one to contact some, may be able to tick more off the list if I did?!

FOI 5 - OFFICE of the CHILDREN'S COMMISSIONER (OCC)

Right now here is one that meets a number of criterias...

1) It is to do with CHILDREN and after my daughter and grandchildren not a good idea to make me suspicious?!

2) They sent me a PDF report that is a joke, a complete mess, confusing beyond belief and numbers that bare no resemblence to previous numbers from any of the PREVIOUS 4?!?!

3) Again suspicious as according to one section of this report the annual salaries AMOUNTED to a mere £1.5 MILLION?! Stunningly good considering that there have been two at around £20 Million and two at around £40 Million?!

In fact right now I am so worn out and tired that I cannot even bear thinking about inputting their figures which are scattered across 54 pages for some bizarre reason only know to them and the person on drugs while creating the report that I am simply going to add the link in to the Annual Report to the Office of the Children's Commissioner!

FOI 4 - FOOD STANDARDS AUTHORITY (FSA)

Right then I am only on number 4 and the outlays of taxpayers money just keeps getting bigger and bigger and remember that I have approached many of these even with evidence and they do not even ASK to look at the evidence before giving you a lame excuse.

This just shows me two things when they aall do this and these are

1) That they lie and...
2) That they are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT at lying, lol, which...
3) Makes it all the more gratifying when they speak DOWN to you as if YOUR the idiot or of a lower life form than THEY ARE!

Hmm yes OK so I added one just to be both funny as well as sarcastic and never let it be said that I am not aware of the word 'RECIPROCATION'!!

LMAO!!

Oh sorry I kindof wandered off the beaten track there which I do in all forms of its meanings, lol.

So the bills are getting bigger and here we have an annual salary bill of...

£42 MILLION!!

FOI 3 - HOMES & COMMUNITIES AGENCY (HCA)

Right here is the first one of no doubt a long list that I have never EVER heard of, so yes obvioulsy widely used by the public then?!

Now this one is a realy beauty indeed....ahem I mean terribly worrying of course?! LMAO!

Oh and we have such great communities here in the UK where everyone gets along like a house on fire and there are never any shootings, knife crimes and you go months without seeing or hearing a siren sounding? Oh now wait that is HOURS not months! LMAO!

You see there are a dozen offices and I have been provided nothing in the way of costs for rent, rates, utility bills and nor are there any expenses given but I will go back and check all once again and whatever I do not find out I will request once again.

Still even with these little details, or not as the case may be, the salaries bill comes to ...

£38.5 MILLION!! LOL!

FOI 2 - INFORMATION COMMISSIONERS OFFICE (ICO)

Some emails are not very clear in their explanations so I may have to go back and do a re-read of everything?!

Remeber I am in pain all the time and have an earache that is getting progressively worse and may need surgery, find out the day after tomorrow when I see an ENT Doctor or Doctors?!

Anyway here is another Freedom of Information request response and this one is the Information Commissioners Office.

Expenses not very clear on this one and is either stating they have expenses that are twice as much as their £10 Million annual salaries bill, so £20 Million, or the exact same as their annual salaries bill one bing ridiculous and the other just shockingly ridiculous, lol.

FOI 1 - PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICES OMBUDSMAN

Forenote: Right now I am back on Windows 7 which simply just works. Come to think of it it is probably the only one that simp0ly just works?! Well apart from migrating over to a company I once admired but now just greedy and evil like they all tend to end up?! LMAO!

Well it has been a long time coming but I have worked on the first figures, or at least the first figures I was given a some were missing, more accurately not provided.

These are on the Freedom of Information Requests I... REQUESTED,  LOL,  some weeks back about a week before Christmas 2013.

Now if this works correctly I will have to do this first one via a screen shot. Copy and pasting just ended up a mess, no keeping off layout formatting like in MS Office, oh well.

Notes this was created and figures worked out visa a spreadsheet as will all the answers to the requests. The spreadsheets underlying formulas were used to calculate salaries,  which were taken as an average between lowest and highest in a given pay band, multiplied by the numbers employed.

This first one is for...

THE PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICES OMBUDSMAN.

A little unique this first one as I have contacted then previously but only now am I about to go through the entire process and the way to failure/excuses (delete where appropriate lol).

Or in other words you can see how much tax money is wasted before you see the failures. Lol.

Remember the figure listed as total is for salaries ONLY and does not include cost of running their offices not their accommodations and other expenses.  Other figures were provided a regards these but no time period and figures looked ridiculously low for my tastes. So disregarded them.

Remember those is one Ombudsman that Orestes from only two offices. Salaries ONLY on this occasion.

Some have more than two offices and sure one had about 6.
