THE DRUG CARTELS

Those that are in power along with each and every person that wants to be in power need to get their acts together and grow some gonads!

I saw this BBC report tonight and thought it a perfect time to do a post about what are increasingly evil and selfish drugs companies.

I have stated before as well as whined that governments let companies get too big because they then become impossible to control. Then the morons think they can then call the shots but the shots called are outside the realms of reality.

Usually this is normally to do with IT companies and technology companies but there is another industry that already did this bloody years before anyone else and they never learned from their mistakes.

Oddly these companies bang on in support of capitalism but are the very people that end up bringing it to an end eventually through nothing more than stupidity because the more money they make the further from reality they end up.

These are the drug companies.

Of course one in particular is being investigated overseas and I am rather surprised it had taken this long fit someone to do that. Odd it happens to be a communist country?! Lol.

My own battles with the NHS have infuriated me on occasions and I am not afraid to show it to both the people that about me or on here. It dies not require a genius to know that the refusals are down to money and it annoys me even more that they think I am such an idiot that they simply cannot explain this along with the details, like how much they charge for the pills add the primary complaint. So the only people that get protected are the ones demanding an unreasonable amount of money for their drugs. Oh and those that stupidly protect then that is. Oh and the idiots that clear a drug fur one ailment but refuse to clear the drug for another condition that is fat, far worse and can with some suffers cause the same symptom as the first condition?!

This is only one example that I know of and if it sounds stupid and you do not believe this then I am afraid you are wrong!

The first condition is Narcolepsy.

The drug is Sodium oxybate.

The second condition is my own Fibromyalgia where there can be yo to two hundred symptoms. As Fibromyalgia is due to non-restorative sleep and can cause insomnia it is easy on many occasions to suddenly fall asleep during the waking hours. That one symptom is what Narcolepsy causes too, though I dare say it can be more often than Fibromyalgia, I simply do not know.

What I do also know is that each time I get a pain that is new I am likely to put it down to Fibromyalgia and not in a rush to have it checked? Especially when I know that the powers that be seem to think that the NHS existing to payout over inflated salaries is far more important than the lives it was created to save?!

They just managed to delude a whole sea of people that think their Doctorates in medicine trump all other subjects and people!

I am so sick of politicians behaving just like the Police and Councils have, in being too scared to go up against the accused because they are Muslims, in not going up against organisations that have top much money!

This is one of primary reasons that this country is in the living he'll that it is, though the way that the government had behaved you would hardly think so.

However they have proved me correct because certain ... organisations have approached Doctors and Nurses up and down the country to lie about the abilities of disabled people so that they could refuse them financial support! If this comes as a surprise to you then I can tell you that a nurse in Scotland blew that whistle some time ago and was on the front page of one of Scotland's biggest tabloids, The Daily Record, over a year ago now!

What shocked me was the group of people targeted in saving money actually had feck all and the legal help to defend themselves did not exist anymore after quite conveniently being taken away several years ago. Makes you wonder then, does it not, that when they all acted shocked at the global financial crisis that this was indeed what it was? Acting?

Just in case you missed it I starred previously that I stated a bad recession was coming just after my father passed away, ten years ago. One family member can testify to that because we argued about my father's house and I stated that it was coming.

Desire some thinking that I like to be cocky, gloat and blow my ow own ... trombone, the fact is I simply cannot believe none of them saw it coming? Except the Prime Minister that actually bailed out suddenly to go and be paid for some odd career everyone laughs about shortly before the first signs started to appear.

So then they thought they could blame the jobless and disabled and use them to get Britain out of trouble and I stated long before this blog existed that it won't work and was obvious to any mathematician that it would not work!

But, hey! They do not take notice of science advisors and have even fired them for refusing to falsify evidence so why would they take notice of mathematicians? Well that is if any of this experts with degrees and Doctorates actually saw it coming and said something? I think they must have done and I know at least one other person who foresee the crisis coming mentioned in the media. Don't ask me who though! Lol.

You are gonna have to suck it up and go after these morons that live in the lands of make believe! Another Christmas is a few months away and give it six weeks from now and almost everyone is going to be worrying about what Christmas will be like and can they live through yet another crap one? Then your going to have a huge wave of people that will be having their first crap, I mean tough, Christmas and they will ask themselves one thing ... 'How the hell have people managed to go through more than one of these mistake Christmases?'

I went through around thirteen in case you were wondering. Bit going into that right now but many readers who have returned here enough times will realise exactly why this is.

A tricky bad and lengthy recession was not the only thing I foresaw that came to pass. Not by a long shot! Quite unfortunately. Those that do not know why this is will be left in little doubt by this weekend and of that I can assure you!

They are not miserable these days ... a little lonely, lol, but not miserable and I hope this will be the case this Christmas while after this one I know for sure that they will be a rip roaring riot of a series of Christmases from there on in!

This is due to a little race between my daughter and me and around a year later than I thought it would be.

THE HAND THAT SHOCKS THE DODO

The following was stated about the drugs currently used, in the US this is, for Fibromyalgia but there is no mention of Sodium oxybate.

For all that the drugs have done for Fibromyalgia (FM),  the evidence suggests that none of  these drugs are particularly helpful for many people with FM.   Dr. John Quintner of the National Pain  Report points out that  the Number Needed to Treat (NNT) for Lyrica indicates that only  one out of ten FM patients taking Lyrica is likely to receive a fifty percent  or greater reduction in pain. It’s one out of six for Cymbalta and one out of eight for Savella.   That means only a small  percentage of FM patients  can expect their pain  levels  to drop really  significantly on these drugs.

Here is hot this is started off and the drugs they mention, remember Mr Idiot that I have had two of these drugs and that they worked and about to be prescribed a third ...

“Pregabalin, duloxetine, milnacipran, and amitriptyline are the current first-line prescribed agents but have had a mostly modest effect. With only a minority of patients expected to experience substantial benefit, most will discontinue therapy because of either a lack of efficacy or tolerability problems.” Hauser

Now please note here that I disagreed with my last Doctor, Dr Gubbay at Abernethy House, who stated that all these drugs are the same and are all just painkillers? You might note from the above list that there are a fair few missing? Painkillers that is, after all they are all the same! The truth is even the drugs above are not all the same. Also note that he disagreed with me oin this because I stated I wanted Pregabalin as it was a modern, better and intended replacement for Gabapentin. He disagreed. Well note that Gabapentin or its brand name of Neurontin appears to be missing? Also note that they state 'first-line drugs' given for Fibromylagia? So where was my fecking Pregabalin? Pregabalin's brand name is Lyrica by the way.

Of course this could have been refused as it might have lead me to Fibromyalgia as I was unaware of my own condition at the time.

Please remember that a very noticeable effect of two consecutively prescribed drugs were list at the bottom of an articale where I had read of around a couple of dozen of my own symptoms that stated these were the only drugs known to have an effect on Fibromylagia! I had already strongly suspected I had the condition and hence why I was in my Town Library when I read this. SO I was reading several paragraqphs that were me to a 'T', or in a nutshell, which finshes off my telling me that, after thirteen years of asking, the two drugs I was consecuriveky prescribed were the only ones that worked!!

This was Black's Medical Dictionary! The GP that precribed those two drugs refused to give me Oregabalin and gave me Amitriptyline that I was convinced would ntot work but did. So imagine my horror and suprise whan I saw only these to listed as the only ones out of dozens of drugs to have an effect?!

Coincidence? DUMB-ARSE!!

Now if you recall I did state that I met with my latest Doctor and he told me I was right and no fool and that the reason that I was refused Pregabalin was because it was an expensive drug and the treatment for Fibromyalgia was expensive?

However despite these things being said to me I always keep an open mind. Unlike some people and I did state that my new GP stated this fact. According to this author the drug is cheap and Cannabis should prescribed? However I think it should be Sodium oxybate.

So what do you think that the chances are that you are lied to so that yu are not diagnosed to stop you claiming DIsability? Idiots should not read this as claiming Disability money under false pretences as I have no used these words in which case it should be taken as it is written.

Now what seriously concerns me here is the absolute bad picture that many people paint of the FDA and despite the number of English Doctors, and sorry I do mean English Doctors here, that have a negative view that often delves into sarcasm with American medicine. This is because on the face of it many of our decisions are alrgely based on what America does I am afraid to say.

The author of the webpage titles one section under it The Missing Drug and you would be completely forgiven for thinking at this point 'A-HA! He is talking about Sodium oxybate after all then?!'

Well no...nut oddly there is one other drug that worked for me and despite tellling dozens of Doctors this they would merely roll their eyes at me.

Why it is CANNABIS of course...

The survey found that one drug, however, was quite effective at reducing pain in Fibromyalgia. The catch is that it’s not, for political reasons, readily available  to many people in the U.S. for use or even for study. In an astonishing reversal of the findings  for the ‘big three’, over sixty percent of FM patients who had used medical marijuana in the past stated it was very effective  at treating  pain. 33% said it provided a little relief   and only five percent said it provided no relief.

I stated for years and have written of this throughout the life of this blog. If my memory was better I would have looked into a link between Fibromyalgia and Cannabis a lot earlier. In fact if I had one single raised eyebrow from stating Cannabis helps from one of the three dozen incompetent idiots that should ne be Doctors I would have looked up a list of all the things Cannabis is used for medically and would also have discovered Fibromyalgia years ago.

In which case I would never have found out that the NHS is corrupt and lies and misdiagnoses patients deliberately so they can continue commanding hudreds of thousands of pounds in salaries each paid for by tha taxpayer they never deserved.

I am not currently using Cannabis, have not for a few years and releuctant too because I do not want to start smoking again! However I did manage to quite smoking before and only smoke Cannabis and in half the time that I have currently quit smoking.

Also as many of you know and a fact that will drive Mr Dwayne Dibley up the wall and down again is that this is ... very much about to change.

For along with a number of back up blogs this back up blog 'is my shit' and that one of the very many purposes of this blog was to make money eventually. A lot! Hahaha, moron. Added to this this would then make money until the other blogs all caught up.

After all I really could not continue my endeavours on forever! There would be a time when I ran out of reasons to create events or appointments where I could acquire more evidence, somehing I have stated before that quite possibly made someone else angry because they misunderstood what I was stating. Or perhaps they just thought I was continue on my putting up links to people making very bold claims without a shred of evidence by people thay had never met?

Nope despite the name calling by the idiot I refer to as Mr Dwayne Dibley the sole reason this blog has bene popular and successful and becomes more so every month is keeping it level headed. Because I always have been, depite what some thought. I simply had to acquire everything I needed to prove to everyone online that visited that tehse were in fact the events that took place and to prove to those I know OFFLINE that everything I ever said ore predicted for many years was true and based upon facts.

Thereby removing the possibility that shrinking violets with their heads in the sand, or just jealous, will try to deter others by flinging about accusations like a moron while not wanting to face the truth holding their fingers in the ears goin 'LALALALALAAAAA!!!!' while their heads are buried in the sand.

The nxt in the list of people I do not like after cocky know it all bullies with mental problems and liars holding positions of Health professionals or Doctor along with politicians. I mean there are mental problems and then there are mental problems with the worst kinds of personality with a bully-boy nature thrown in who cannot live with the fact he is gay! You ever wanted a recipe for destruction in human naature, he is it! Forget the book a solicitor said he could write about Basil Falty, lol.

NOW IT'S ALL GONE TO POT

Well here was an unexpected admission from a Doctor in America, at least I think it was?! Lol!

A Doctor who in the late 90's stated that he would say no as to using marijuana as a drug had now stated he was wrong to do so.

Now I do not really know this Doctor but it made me think of several things regarding this and the constant lies fed to the public by purple that think they know better! When they themselves got to where they are by lying and cheating and getting many naive and foolish people to vote then in. Hmm our maybe I should day that all the wise ones do not vote and by doing so allow the native ones to vote then in ... err ... so effectively voting them in! Lol.

Still this will be an interesting one over the next 6 months now because I am going to become quite embroiled on the matter of prescription and NON prescription drugs in rather a big way. In fact I am going to take two or three complete contradictions of the health service along with prescription medicine and turn it on its head! As always those on the receiving end will have the false idea that I am not capable of intelligent conversation and going to discover the exact polar opposite is true!

How bad this will turn out for them will depend somewhat on how much they are willing to bullshit while believing themselves untouchable. They will not like the lesson on common sense and spotting of the obvious I will provide them with should they choose that path!

In fact I can safely tell you that my work on this area is about to break up several fold. Quite unexpectedly and it of the blue two completely depredate people that I know in my personal and real world have ... let's say suffered horridly and are themselves now pursuing the exact same goals I have. I am sure they will dive into here for titbits sand tonight and to a small audience of people I showed and explained some techniques. There were some shocked faces to that which I produced and I stated that these techniques and various things are not openly mentioned because 'they' would know and give the game away. I stated not that it matters but I will continue to do things once I figure out a path. To one facing this prospect anew I simply stated you have two paths so if you venture down one and are let down do NOT let this get to you because there is always a path through to the end, you simply have to know what this path is and that, of course, I know and write about on here.

As these two other branches go meandering off under their own stream I ell confident I have advised them on the basic facts that they need to know. Now they just need to go through the processes to get to where I am today. Well on this particular thing of course. One will inevitably take longer than the other and this is just the unfortunate way of things.

Both of these will have certain things mentioned on here but only in regards to lying and with no names and not will there be any descriptions of what happened and the relevant health issues involved. This would simply not be moral and not my place to reveal and even if they wanted to I would simply say I would advise then to do this their own way or possibly can place something in a comment to draw attention from the media or magazine to approach them. This is their personal issues and not mine and I will simply help them by advising and revealing any lies that come about. I have given the basics on his you catch them out asking with not revealing the tactic online. Once out they will find out and that option will cease to be an option before too long.

Presently they are wising up to this fact with me, unless their even dumber than I thought they were, but they will not be expecting such tactics from others! Well that was the plan! Lol!

RULE NUMBER ONE..THE DOCTOR LIES

Right now then, after some srious cutting and no need for blurring I have managed to get one of the two videos I referred to done!

Now the other one is proving a right pain in the backside so much so that I was messing around with some graphics and text in this one! I do not normally do a great deal with videos and do not bother with all the graphicy extras, lol.

Now this one is the one whereby I ask the Doctor for a prescription drug and for the second time in two visits with this one he fibs to me!

I will need to have a conversation with my usual Doctor once he has returned about this! I do not really want to go through everything I did before! After all I think I have pretty much proved my point that I have been through FOUR GP SURGERIES and every single one has lied!

That is a 100% success rate at catching them red handed lying. Just to emphasize again that is one hundred percent and all Doctors in the last 7 years!

Now that does not require rocket science now does it?! LMFAO!

THE TIMES THEY WERE A CHANGING

The Times Newspaper which I refer to in s little tribute headline to a Bob Dylan song with a twist because another one of my little tit-bits surfaces again.

It states that drugs are only for the benefit of people that benefit the economy.... hmm cannot remember let me look again, Lol!

Said it all along, you join a GP they ask if you work and if you don't you get treated like crap and get deck all.

This is a bit weird because sick people cannot benefit the economy.

They thought they had this all tied up with me as a sure thing, only this is the year that it explodes all over their FACES!! Lol!! So I will be able to stand up and day to those in power and the NHS...

TO LAUGH IN THE FACE OF THE POSSIBLITY OF DEATH

Now here is my scanned letter for my upcoming ultrasound test, I wonder if they will falsify the test results to these too?!

As always this is edited with plenty of notes and reminders as well as some theories and predictions too?!

Basically I state that I have got a copy of falsified medical records, lied about ultrasound tests and a lack of doing the necessarry tests which my fourth GP within the same catchment area has NOT failed to do. Also that the immediate retirement of my previous but one GP after seeing my notes, seeing my provate X-Ray and asking me why I have been taking Lansoprazole for so long as these things would be bad for me also makes sense.

When she said "bad for me" she only refers to one part of my biological make up and kidneys of course as the kidneys filter out all thew toxins, or drugs, of whatever you consume. Prescription drugs are toxic to your kidneys just as Ibuprofen is and remember that a conversation I had with a stand in GP, a Doctor Palani and thoroughly nice gentleman, was regarding the fact that he thinks these drugs should not be avaiable to buy.

Of course the fact that the governemnt/Serco/PCTs/NHS (delete where appropriate) have been fecking up the health service for decades now means that you can be legally sold these toxins!!

While Cannabis which IS harmless unless you have an underlying problem that the NHS has not noticed. Hmm I might havbe hit upon the REAL reason that Cannabis might be illegal?!

After all they have been trying very hard NOT to treat people in pain or mental stress by going into denial and lying that it might not be listed by saying incompetent things like my last GP of "many people go their whole lives without knowing what causes their pain". So in other words they lie and then allow the Local Councils and Department of Work and Pensions to save a hell of a lot of money.

Times that by the number of people thay can kick of for whatever lame reason and you have had a lot of people forced into making sacrifices to continue paying for mistakes that they played no part in and get no fecking thanks for it whatsoever and left begging on the streets. I know this because I have witnessed it happend many dozens of times and must have gone on millions of times.

I for one would like to know exactly how much money they have kept back for themselves sincve they started doing this for or five years ago?! The money saving would have got greater as time went on.

Also the Councils have literally been reduced to organisations that do very little and every now and then rewmoving something else they do not do so only collecting council tax to pay themselves!

They do not even pay out Housing Benefit and there is no Council Taz benefit anymore and are turning the thumbscrews on the public for this also.

Hmm that reminds me...I have a court case coming up for that?! Lol.

With my luck they will find out my kidneys will fail and that I probably have th Big 'C'?! Lol, well at least if I do have either of these it will put the last nail into their coffin.
