OUT OF LOVE WITH THE DRUGS

This is getting quite ridiculous.

There are a number of industries where governments need to do something .. because they are basically screwing the world. Or rather, the poor.

Banks, software houses, social media and drug companies.

Then there are the corrupt ones that control data, eschew it, omit it with the intention of control.

No one's allowed a mind of their own.

No one's allowed there own money.

Many want money for doing fuck all ..

But in the UK the jobless and now disabled are expected to work for fuck all, despite the facts that you will get less money but incur more costs!?!

This time around it's the drug companies and namely over a drug for cystic fibrosis ..

Did you think £50,000 per year due a cancer drug was overly expensive? Or was it £25,000 per year?

How about .. £100,000 per year and yeah .. that's per patient!

Quite how drugs companies think that people with illnesses that prevent them from working are able to pay £100,000 per year, or even £10,000, is baffling to me.

Maybe large mattress sales have rocketed in recent years and the drugs companies think people are stashing the cash?!

There is only so much money in any given country, people are starving .. to death .. freezing .. to death or committing .. suicide. And yet the biggest companies have no issues in scraping to as much cash as they can in a way akin to a poker player.

What did you think there was endless money .. just make more? Print more? Yeah doesn't work like that or we could secretly print shit loads and be the richest country in the world.

It's utter fucking madness and yet everything is infested with people that put out the idea that they are left-wing? You've got to be .. fucking joking?!

Like I've stated for nearly six years in here .. everyone is left-wing and a communist until it comes to .. money.

Well their fucking stark raving mad anyway .. maybe they do think there is endless amounts of money and can just easily print more?!

EA, UBI Soft, Activision and others want monthly payments, all fucking Direct Debit no doubt, for games and then want more for the test of the game. Then they want extra transactions to get different guns and for digital paint. Yup .. digital .. paint! Lol. Only enough to paint had your gun, by the way.

Adobe don't want to sell you Photoshop anymore .. you have to rent it ..

Ooh sorry oh lords .. for which we are not worthy. Your algorithm coding skills are so great that we cannot possess them. Is that why my Lamborghini and Aston Martin have failed to arrive?! Ooh wait? I didn't order either of those cars! Lol. You get what I'm saying though?

Must be learning their business model of the British central and local government? Hmm as government what can we do to screw people for money we expect to get paid? Oh we can stop providing a service .. though we are supposed to be one!

Let's tax something half a dozen times over too?! VAT several times doing through from manufacturer and supplier .. oh wait, that a fizzy drink? In a PLASTIC BOTTLE?!

Let's stop curing and helping disabled and sick people while redirecting them to do more white surviving on way less money than is required to survive?!

Wow .. no one's doing anything?! Ooh that plan to take away Legal Aid was our brilliance.

Ooh we have our friends owning ask the news media outlets now .. marvellous .. this is going well. No court cases to report on and nothing appearing in the news? Gooood! (Rubs hands). Everyone else will stick their heads in the sands or refuse to believe any of this is actually happening. Yup controlling the media is another stroke of genius.

This is bloody easy .. easier than expected. The government must be right? No one's for a mind of their own, don't like stark realities and .. if it's not on the TV News in a report they point blank refuse to believe this is so happening?!

THE DRUG CARTELS

Those that are in power along with each and every person that wants to be in power need to get their acts together and grow some gonads!

I saw this BBC report tonight and thought it a perfect time to do a post about what are increasingly evil and selfish drugs companies.

I have stated before as well as whined that governments let companies get too big because they then become impossible to control. Then the morons think they can then call the shots but the shots called are outside the realms of reality.

Usually this is normally to do with IT companies and technology companies but there is another industry that already did this bloody years before anyone else and they never learned from their mistakes.

Oddly these companies bang on in support of capitalism but are the very people that end up bringing it to an end eventually through nothing more than stupidity because the more money they make the further from reality they end up.

These are the drug companies.

Of course one in particular is being investigated overseas and I am rather surprised it had taken this long fit someone to do that. Odd it happens to be a communist country?! Lol.

My own battles with the NHS have infuriated me on occasions and I am not afraid to show it to both the people that about me or on here. It dies not require a genius to know that the refusals are down to money and it annoys me even more that they think I am such an idiot that they simply cannot explain this along with the details, like how much they charge for the pills add the primary complaint. So the only people that get protected are the ones demanding an unreasonable amount of money for their drugs. Oh and those that stupidly protect then that is. Oh and the idiots that clear a drug fur one ailment but refuse to clear the drug for another condition that is fat, far worse and can with some suffers cause the same symptom as the first condition?!

This is only one example that I know of and if it sounds stupid and you do not believe this then I am afraid you are wrong!

The first condition is Narcolepsy.

The drug is Sodium oxybate.

The second condition is my own Fibromyalgia where there can be yo to two hundred symptoms. As Fibromyalgia is due to non-restorative sleep and can cause insomnia it is easy on many occasions to suddenly fall asleep during the waking hours. That one symptom is what Narcolepsy causes too, though I dare say it can be more often than Fibromyalgia, I simply do not know.

What I do also know is that each time I get a pain that is new I am likely to put it down to Fibromyalgia and not in a rush to have it checked? Especially when I know that the powers that be seem to think that the NHS existing to payout over inflated salaries is far more important than the lives it was created to save?!

They just managed to delude a whole sea of people that think their Doctorates in medicine trump all other subjects and people!

I am so sick of politicians behaving just like the Police and Councils have, in being too scared to go up against the accused because they are Muslims, in not going up against organisations that have top much money!

This is one of primary reasons that this country is in the living he'll that it is, though the way that the government had behaved you would hardly think so.

However they have proved me correct because certain ... organisations have approached Doctors and Nurses up and down the country to lie about the abilities of disabled people so that they could refuse them financial support! If this comes as a surprise to you then I can tell you that a nurse in Scotland blew that whistle some time ago and was on the front page of one of Scotland's biggest tabloids, The Daily Record, over a year ago now!

What shocked me was the group of people targeted in saving money actually had feck all and the legal help to defend themselves did not exist anymore after quite conveniently being taken away several years ago. Makes you wonder then, does it not, that when they all acted shocked at the global financial crisis that this was indeed what it was? Acting?

Just in case you missed it I starred previously that I stated a bad recession was coming just after my father passed away, ten years ago. One family member can testify to that because we argued about my father's house and I stated that it was coming.

Desire some thinking that I like to be cocky, gloat and blow my ow own ... trombone, the fact is I simply cannot believe none of them saw it coming? Except the Prime Minister that actually bailed out suddenly to go and be paid for some odd career everyone laughs about shortly before the first signs started to appear.

So then they thought they could blame the jobless and disabled and use them to get Britain out of trouble and I stated long before this blog existed that it won't work and was obvious to any mathematician that it would not work!

But, hey! They do not take notice of science advisors and have even fired them for refusing to falsify evidence so why would they take notice of mathematicians? Well that is if any of this experts with degrees and Doctorates actually saw it coming and said something? I think they must have done and I know at least one other person who foresee the crisis coming mentioned in the media. Don't ask me who though! Lol.

You are gonna have to suck it up and go after these morons that live in the lands of make believe! Another Christmas is a few months away and give it six weeks from now and almost everyone is going to be worrying about what Christmas will be like and can they live through yet another crap one? Then your going to have a huge wave of people that will be having their first crap, I mean tough, Christmas and they will ask themselves one thing ... 'How the hell have people managed to go through more than one of these mistake Christmases?'

I went through around thirteen in case you were wondering. Bit going into that right now but many readers who have returned here enough times will realise exactly why this is.

A tricky bad and lengthy recession was not the only thing I foresaw that came to pass. Not by a long shot! Quite unfortunately. Those that do not know why this is will be left in little doubt by this weekend and of that I can assure you!

They are not miserable these days ... a little lonely, lol, but not miserable and I hope this will be the case this Christmas while after this one I know for sure that they will be a rip roaring riot of a series of Christmases from there on in!

This is due to a little race between my daughter and me and around a year later than I thought it would be.

THE SLEEPING DRUG - SODIUM OXYBATE (XYREM)

I am drying off after a shower and intend to go out but restricted myself to bike only.

I do have to go to a new chemist as I have had enough of Lloyd's Chemist and am going to one that is closer, new, an old name and I keep forgetting is there!

While I was drying off and drinking a mug of tea I thought I would look into that drug Sodium oxybate. I had considered doing this earlier but was a little superstitious about it. Kept thinking I would put a bock on myself what with the Guy's Hospital appointment approaching and all. Thought it better to wait and see just on the off chance I was wrong or they tried to lie as has been the case so many times.

I was a bit surprised when I found this page which is a UK webpage and for Narcolepsy, in fact Narcolepsy UK for those that have it and wound up on my blog.

On this page you will note that the brand name, there could be others as this name is used by whoever manufactures the drug, is Xyrem, prononced Z-EYE-REM.

Also you can see that it is available in the UK but I was surprised when the guy at Guy's Hospital had not heard of it, sure my GP will raise an eyebrow when I tell him that.

But the most surprising thing of all on there is the actual annual cost of admistering the drug which is £13,000 per year?!

Yes OK this is nowhere near the costs of Herceptin, when it was introduced at least, but its still ridiculously expensive. I really do not understand how these drug companies work out their prices sometimes.

At the end of the day a new drug is just that. Whether there are already drugs that work for conditions or none at all, they did not possess the drug previously because it is new. But unfortunately and as I covered before with Herceptin these companies have their heads in the clouds when it comes to numbers.

I mean what idiot drugs company invents a drug and then prices it so that Health Services will not buy it?! It is madness! Especially when it is for a condition that is not that common as it is in my case. I only ever met one other person who had Fibromyalgia and I spoke about this previously. Especially how I kicked myself for not asking her more in depth questions about it! I think I got the condition mixed up with scoliosis becaise I thought it was a condition that only affected the back. But then this was in Waltham Abbey and I had just cycled many miles and at the end up a big hill, so was always out of it when I got there.

After extensive research done previously, but still ongoing, Sodium oxybate is the only drug to my understanding that does rid someone of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. For just as the Doctor at Guy's Hopital stated to his student that the condition is to do with unrefreshing sleep.

Now for those that do not know, and odd ones with limited understanding but think they know it all, lack of unrefreshing sleep is quite bad. It is also the one reason that shows EVERYONE exactly why there are so many things wrong and someone is not a Hypochondriac.

Put simply the brain needs to go into a deep sleep, NO not REM sleep, whereby the brain does its household chores of repairing everything and ridding things from the body. If the penny has not dropped this is all of the body. From every organ, including skin, and every channel that exists on the body to every part this is NOT reparing itself as it should and this is night after night and ongoing. Not hard to get your head around now is it? Or not rocket science as one used to say.

Then once you realise that you have to consider the possibilities and consequences this has on your mind to! It can and does cause depression and anxiety disorders. I have stated many times that my mind feels like its going a thousand miles an hour and my body not wanting to move at all. SOmetimes my brain does not want to go at this speed either, or at least some of it does not.

In highly stressful situationsI get a block, rather like a mental block or a writers block but it lasts longer and is a lot more frequent. The same is also true of all other things despite people saying, yeah but I get that all the time, when they actually mean six times a year and not a dozen times each day.

The very weird thing is that I already proved this a very, very long time ago when I was at university.

I deferred my Final Year Project, or Dissertation. In so ding I had a lot more time to do this and I did it to perfection and this is mentioned many times and even by others throughout this blog about me.

Most of my grades were in the Upper Seconds, B+, and over half of them were. The others were made up of Lower Seconds, B-, and the odd Cs. Hoewever in my dissertation I shocked everyone, including myself, when I was awarded a Distinction, 'A', for my thesis which is your most important work!

After the initial rejoicing as I would have been more than happy with a B+ O then thought about the fact this was my firs and only Distinction! I wondered if the university might have thought I had plagiarised my work, which I did not of course.

As a matter of fact noy only could I say that they may have suspected this and downgraded me despite no proof but that this very part of this explanation is found on my blog in a couple of places one very near the beginning! I also stated that I had a showdown with the Dean of Students who used the excuse that I had not turned up for an exam in the first year as an excuse despite me reminding him that according to their own rules the first year grades and discounted in the grading?!

So yes this damned block plagued me many times throughout my degree and I lost count of the number of times I was kcicking myself vecause I saw the solution at the last minute, seemingly out of some mental desperation, and my assignments would have appeared rushed and fragmented at best, explaining my lack of Distinctions earlier on.

Yes, yes I have said all this before but now contrast that with something else I said before and that was that one man that saw my Dissertation, which included animal taxonomy, biology and anatomy, was a graphics lecturer called Peter Pasmore, or Passmore, and he asked if I would join a team working on the software to train keyhole surgeons on how to perfom their surgey!

A pretty stark contrast I think you would agree?! Turning down that offer is one keypoint in the timeline of my life I so wish I could change! Two words were on option in both 'Yes' amd 'No' which resulted in two letters f the English alphabet that would have me rueing that day for a great many years to come.
