THEORIES ON MEMORIES

This refurbished camera seems to have cause me a little less trouble today but I did not get to use it a great deal in all honesty.

I attended a Reptile show at Kempton Park where I bumped into names and faces I had not seen in ten years or more! SO long I even got one face mixed up with another and have since apologized. Well he did say he had seen me go by twice and thought I had not recognized him. Well I did but as someone else until I was half way back around the M25 with my brother Ryan and I was talking about this guy called MATTHEW and I said

'Oh crap! (well far worse words actually) I just realised that was not Matthew it was SCOT!!!'

LOL!

Well the funny thing is out of all the faces he sees and has seen over the years he is one that ctually came out and said what others normally think, and I get to hear later...he was shocked to see my face at the show and said 'God it has been YEARS since you have appeared at one of these shows!'

A shame it was crap, lol.

AS for the camera I changed something and it still played up but I got an idea. Though it should not have made a difference my three SanDisk SD Cards and one Micro SD Card all still had folders on them to do with the other camera. The card I had in it today had the Olympus folder deleted and the camera played up less than the day before?! But like I said this should NOT make a difference at all and if you doubt that as yourself if your MP3 players slows down the more songs you put on it?! MP3 players create folders for each artist you put on the player so if you have more like greatest hits and only one f each artist then there will be one folder for each artist.

However some devices should not be but are funny about these things. So I have gone a little further and I had fully formatted the card using a slow and deep format, and about to do the same with the others.

I am just so desperate for a camera that not only WORKS but it has to work NORMALLY too. Slow is no bloody good and renders things like fast shutter speeds and 7 photos a second redundant or impossible to achieve.

Two if the cards are Sandisk Ultras and even the last which is not is STILL a Class 10 card!

Tomorrow I will take it into the field for further TESTING the weather permitting. If I get up to where I want to take this camera and it performs OK and I have decided that the marks on the lens when I got it home have had no adverse effect on the actual lens glass then I will be pleased to say that I will keep this camera.

In fact even when I eventually acquire my Nikon D800 or preferably D800E I will still keep this camera and that is not something I have said in awhile. Indeed if I had to take this back I would have actually exchanged it for the exact same camera and just prayed, or using the theory of the unlikelihood that, I do not get a FOURTH faulty camera in a row?!

I really am few up with doing this and angry that it has cost me so many photo opportunities I have put so much blood sweat and tears into going out and about to get!

ARGOS & NIKON? THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT!

Right O then...

Out today and I tested that Nikon P520 and I am mad as hell as I love the damn camera and the pictures but its faulty as hell!!

I have now worked out it seems to have a problem with saving things and even froze up so bad TWICE I had to turn the camera off and on one time and remove and replace the battery the second time. The scond time was FILMED along with members of my family I was out with. That is now on YouTube and here is a link...

I even had time to take some pictures before I decided the only thing to do on THIS occasion is REMOVE the BATTERY?!?!

OR BETTER STILL HOW ABOUT MY VISIT TO ARGOS TO PICK UP THE CAMERA AND ME BEGGING THEM NOT TO SELL ME A THIRD REFURBISHED AND FAULTY CAMERA BECAUSE OF THE TIME WASTED AND MY DISABILITIES!!

EXCHANGING OLYMPUS FOR NIKON AT ARGOS AUDIO

With Ombudsman being shit and conmen of the public purse and other governing bodies the same, along with the Citizen's Advice helping the NHS recruit patients to full time work for £3.00 a day (YES THREE POUNDS) me and my brother just do not know what this country of ours is coming too?!

NIKON P520 UNBOX - SPOT MARKS ON LENS

Well this time I decided to RECORD myself in the store on two devices and when I got home to RECORD myself with my dodgy refurbished smart-phone!

Just as well that I did as I could not believe my eyes when I spotted...

1) Series of MARKS on the LENS of the NIKON P520?!

2) VOID STICKER that both Argos and Nikon UK swear is nothing to do with them as I had this before with a faulty Nikon!

3) After going STRAIGHT to friends pet store the camera is immediately set up but taking several seconds to focus, though this seems to settle down

4) In local nature park where I film and photo the camera refuses to focus and show any reticles on a half press and when pressed FULLY in desperation to get the shot either does NOT take picture or does so several seconds later when the camera is pointing at the FLOOR!!

I am sitting on the grass in disbelief that this has now happened for the third time in a row with Argos and the biggest names in camera manufacture?!

I TOLD YOU SO!!

I have a problem with an Olympus Stylus SP-820UZ.

First off the rubber layer grip had all but come away from the body and I 
have only just realised that the 720p videos are actually far, far sharper 
than captured images! I have a series if 14 blogs that I use the camera 
for to provide content a well as a YouTube account.

This had become problematic for me as along with the camera not being 
sharp I have to take a dozen photographs to get just a couple of good ones 
that are usable. Also it had recent slowed down and is taking longer and 
longer to save images to the SD Card.

Now before you answer with anything read from a screen I would like to 
point out that I am BSc Applied Computing.

I purchased the camera from Argos asks it was an exchange after I bought a 
Nikon L310 Coolpix I later realised was not only faulty but sold as new 
though it was a refurbished return. I also an well aware that this 
practice has become rife on the UK.

I also think it was less than 6 months ago I purchased this camera which 
is quite disappointing, though not as disappointing a Nikon.

So I would like to know what I need to do to arrange a replacement?

Dear Ben Smith

1) Well that was a very long email. That was mistake number one. Impersonal and informal.

2) I also did not see anything about how long I will be WITHOUT a camera?! That was mistake number two.

3) Also you have made another terrible mistake when you start making statement like 'not under warranty' 'do not exchange cameras'?! I shall reiterate that first off I have had this camera mere months, are your SURE you have a BA?! More about this BA of yours in a moment. I had a battle with but Argos and Nikon UK and compared to others I battled with and still do these were like shooting fish in a barrel!

4) a) Mention of you're BA was a God damn big mistake. Because you either did it in reply to my mention of my BSc as if yours trumps mine, umm I don't think so sunshine and I turned down PhD to boot.

    b) Secondly if you have a BA them what are you going answering emails and...

    c) Thirdly if you have a BA what are you doing answering emails about technical issues which would require a BSc?!

    d) Fourthly why did you mention your BA in photography when this is not a BA nor a photography issue?!

Cameras come under the jurisdiction of all blogs because it is a TOOL I use for them but mainly for three. One of these is a subject I have not mentioned....

CORRUPTION.

This involves the Police, MI5, Local Councils, Local Government, DWP, ATOS, NHS, all Ombudsman, HMRC and many others and every single one had appeared in the news bar a couple.

One had been the subject if a court case whereby the court appearances if which have been going on for over a year! This SHOULD conclude in September.

I am gaining a great deal of popularity which done have attempted to pay down and hide. Unfortunately for those they are unaware that backbench LABOUR MPs have been using my data in the House of Commons since January 2013 after they sent me an email requesting if they could use my data and my webpage in the House and send to the media. I still have the email.

Now I could send you that email but I think it better if I explain why I used the term data several times?

You see saying soon that I have was one thing and baby could just label me a mad demented idiot. So if I was going to do this I decided along time shop that as well as say it I would have to prove it. So I did.

Along the journey that posted several years and I ask still 'at it' I have lambasted and beaten to a pulp every single organisation, public office and company that authors to cheat, lie to and CON the British public. It is bit hard for me to spot either.

The names I have you above as big as they may seem to you all have their own corresponding evidence attributed to them. Each and everyone and along the way Very Catalogue, Shop Direct, Argos and NIKON came into my spotlight when I was sold a second hand and refurbished camera as NEW.

You should have seen the reaction from Argos and Nikon to me being aware of this! That is how I ended up with your camera as I refused to have another Nikon so was FORCED to have to hand over another £100 to get it and now after a few months I get an email about a load of spiel that is now setting off alarm bells in my head that have given me an instant headache!

Oh as for the blogs they have not reached a year old presently. But I have had 40,000 visitors and am followed and used by groups against corruption in both the UK and the world, as I have gone very global, and groups to each and every organisation, pub

lic office, private company that I have even received the SLIGHTEST WHIFF are up to no good.

I also get an average now if 2,000 new visits per week and rising still. Nikon already have their own special feature on there when I spotted the Tron take signs that have the game away for both THEM and Nikon!

Google me and the terms I use me up and have a look!

I also get companies contact me asking to place advertisements with me and this is increasing. Unfortunately I have quite a few for PIXMANIA, among others, but after what happened with Nikon and now your email I think I shall remove all adverts until further notice and inform Pixmania that I an seriously fed up with the situation in the UK and this attitude if taking money for crap and then having this HOLIER THAN THOUGH ATTITUDE?!

Now there you go an equally long email and I believe much more to the POINT than yours?!

Now that this email is at an end you have the permission to run around the office and inform managers and supervisors and you can sink start to panic!

After all I just want something to continue my work and NOT get into another battle and focus on someone else and spot what is up with their crap and how to prove that it IS crap.

Proved by simply unplugging the LINUX drive and THEN installing Windows!

There is not an investigative reporter in the ENTIRE UK who could come anywhere close to me with a candle as flame is blown out at 100 yards.

I LOST my last phone and was involved with the Police, MI5 and GCHQ (other one on the NEWS!) at the time and needed a phone for emergencies.

So I told them about phone and asked for new and alternative one. I heard buying and asked again. I heard nothing and asked again. This went on and they basically admitted it but said tough shit give us £400. Oh dear.

The only resin they admitted it is I found out all details of the phones origins in America via AT&T from Motorola themselves.

Now I wonder if at this juncture you are getting a picture here that if I'm treated badly there wiki only be one winner and one loser in this?!

Rewind to my referring abs use if the term 'data'. What would you consider to be alot of data as evidence against all the above abs the many others I've not bothered to mention?! How many posts on my blog?

I'M WITH STUPID!

Well there is a surprise ...BUT it should not have been.

As those that visit know I have had difficulties with a Camera I purchased recently and I posted about them on here and all my other blogs. I also posted a series of blurry pictures too and photos of the TWO seals over the edge of the box that Nikon claim should not be on there!

One of these had the Argos logo and the other had the word VOID in GOLD printed all over it.

Just for the record here is a photo I did not get around too putting up...

...when I saved it I wanted to recognise it by a quirky name as I do all the photos I edit and resize before posting them... this is called SPOTTY DOG!

Now my new Olympian Camera has a MACRO and a SUPER MACRO but this?! This?!?! This is what you call a Super Super SUPER MACRO MODE!!

Now back to STUPID.

The day I found out for sure that the camera was faulty, followed by the 'WATCHDOG TIME OUT' message which is a FAULT REPORTING MESSAGE, I had bumped into someone earlier that day. Turned out they ahd BOUGHT the same camera from the EXACT SAME STORE, ARGOS in Mandeville Business Park in Enfield.

Now as some of you know there was a flurry of emails before i returned the NON-RETURNABLE Camera and changed ot for the Olympus SP-820UZ. Now that meeting with the owner of the same model was a week ago YESTERDAY...remember that.

Last night I had realised I had not been on Facebook for several days or a week and I thought that many of the other disabled people I know should really know about the camera that Argos sold me and my suspicions. So I posted a small amount about it and put TWO photos up up the new Olympian.

In the week I metioned to a friend abot what had happened and said 'Do you think I shoud tell 'X'?' 'After all all he does he get jealous about things, my knowledge of animals, computers and chases after women that I am friendly with, why should I? I know he is still being sarcastic about me to this day, after all?!'

We both laughed and I said I would not say anything. After all he told everyone, well other morons like him and the woman half his age who was a firned of mine he was lusting after, that EVERYTHING I talked about on here was all BALLOCKS?! I also mean that LITERALLY. He also told a friend I rebuilt a computer for that my trouble is that I can build computers but all parts are incompatible?! even the guy that repeated it to me said that did not make sense and I asked him well why did you buy a computer off him that did not work and he answered that it did work?! he got confused at this answer and shrugged his shoulders. This is also someone I later fell out with and all down to the same old crap at the end of the day...JEALOUSY, LMAO. God do I have some stories I could tell on here and they are lucky I do NOT use their names, lol.

So camera changed but put picture up on Facebook last night. Today my mate rings him and whe he comes off the phone and laughs and says, he had to mention your camera?!

I said what? He mentioned my Camera?! What do you mean?

He says he mentioned your new Camera!

I said 'Why did he mention MY CAMERA?!'

Mate says 'Oh Martin did not like it that we had the same camera and he had to go and get a better one?!'

LMAO!

I burst out laughing and doubled over at it and said 'Are you fecking serious?' my mate now laughing and leaning forwards says 'yeah?'

Fecking TWAT?! I reply and then say 'see what I fecking mean?! What a god damn dumb arse, he will always be the same sits their revelling in pride and ego instead of doing something about it?!'

Just lost his retail store this chap. Spent his whole life telling me I do not know jack shit, making sarcastic comments towards my knowledge base in different fields and the women I dated too?!

The fact I have been single and penniless for 8 years does not seem to matter.

The fact that I do not own my own house does not seem to matter, I just have a list of jealous or suspicious people.

They are, or WERE, supposed to be friends and that  has made me wonder at times if I am wasting my time with this blog but I know I am not.

You see I know it cannot fail and it was set-up that way to start with.

It was designed to illicit emotional responses.

It was designed to make people laugh.

It was meant to make people cry.

It was MEANT to PISS PEOPLE OFF!!! LMAO!

Because when emotions are ...provoked into bubbling up then people TALK!

In recent weeks I realised that I had NO ADVERTISERS LINKED TO MY BLOGS, and three days ago I suddenly realised I HAD NO BLOODY TAGS ON ANY OF MY BLOGS OR POSTS?!?!

The numbers are still suspect but that omission could be the reason why the numbers are suspect?!

I have spent three days correcting it which is why I have not been on other sites and Facebook for a week, with everything else.

But  as soon as pictures of my camera go up, I have had for FIVE DAYS he gets jealous. Also let us not mention the fact that I have purchased it for business reasons and HE HAS NOT?!

Let us set aside that I have stated repeatedly that I could and SHOULD have bough that camera LAST YEAR but got the other Coolpix instead?!

No I have only run around and made myself fecking ill just to piss him off and i do nto see him, well delete me off Facebook dickwad, simple answer mate is it not?! Jesus Christ man!!

While laughing my head off at this I turned and said to my friend...

"Fuck me?! If he cannot handle me getting a slightly better camera than him how the hell is he going to cope with the rest of 2013?! I will buy a computer in April, a Digital SLR in May. Money will be coming on form my blogs and videos and I will probably have signed a book deal buy then and received a cheque for £100,000 to £200,000?!" He will have a coronary?!

The trouble is no one thinks about numbers even as simple as laws of averages, the numbers are growing all the time and I have had a few messages of interest from DIFFERENT professional people now. Now AI AM NO NO RUSH. I NEVER WAS!!

It matters not to me whether or not things happen in APRIL or DECEMBER 2013 the thing is I know that they WILL HAPPEN.

You could think of this blog as a way to make £1 MILLION! Or even Half a Million! Until I am dead you cannot prove these statements WRONG!!

You can say what you like and you can say it as many times as you like but it will not make you right, but what I say cannot br PROVED WRONG and many until I am DEAD!! LMAO!
