THE MISSING BARS

Well here is yet another subject I covered on here several months ago that not appears in the mainstream news.

It is to do with mobile phone signals.

Only O2 appears to be mentioned.

For some time things have deteriorated everywhere. In one it had been to do with mobile phones from just about so areas ...

Google have made Android, QuickOffice and likely several other properties far worse, oh and Blogger and it's app.

Not just O2 but all the networks have had connectivity problems for awhile.

Not forgetting that these big companies are allowed to mug and rob you in a way that a small business would have the book thrown at them.

By unfairly and without permission... err without telling you install their own software to cripple your phone.

By placing unfair days limits on your phone and despite this ...

Want you to pay between two and four times each month due each of your devices that quite possibly did not sell you or manufacture any of them!

This makes the law an ass and shows me beyond doubt that the law is only their for the poorer in society and does not apply to the rich and powerful.

For this reason the laws do not apply to me because they repeatedly she that they do not apply to everyone.

You may have noticed this about me in just this blog alone? I have a devil may care attitude towards things and am guided by morals only.

If it don't apply to one then it is null and void and does not apply to anyone for me.

A nation is not one giant school where the rich are the teachers and everyone else the kids who the rules only apply to.

Laws and rules apply to morals and morals are never changing. In mathematics, or computing, things that change are known as variables and things that don't are constants. Computers have systems, or run on operating systems and programs, or software, is itself another system. Get the variables or constants wrong and things may run OK for hours, days or weeks even. But eventually it will collapse.

That's it. The end.

In any system at all changing a constant to a variable will result in a collapse and if any of them don't see this then they are idiots.

This is because they very thing, or reason, these rules and laws exist don't have their intended effect. Either through money, power or a law industry containing solicitors that have become a joke have decked it all for years. Once it's been seen enough times and obvious to enough people the while thing collapses.

Everyone losses faith, due not give it why credibility any more and asks themselves why they bother paying any intention to it.

In my case people got lucky... because had I been immoral, and look about this blog... I have enough reasons to have become immoral and evil, but I didn't.

Not everyone would, however and that is what concerns me at times.

What is and will be funny to witness are the lame arse excuses they have and will come it with that get ever lamer still.

I have had excuses so pathetic I wonder how in Earth they got to where they are with their obvious incompetence?! Literally!

The second half of this year and starting very early and even just prior to the second half of 2015 even getting under way, this will become obvious. On here at any rate.

I pull no punches, make promises and not threats and will carry out everything I intended to from day one. I will not take prisoners! I am afraid they had their chances over and over again and these ... err chances were not only another chance for them to admit their failings and do something about it but also a trap. Every single time!

The longer they take, the more they refuse and the more they play dumb and say incompetent things the worse they look.

Right to until the proverbial bomb goes off and the proverbial shit hits the turbocharged and overly large fan.

I passed the point of inevitability with them some time ago but I did not say anything. Oh I hinted a few times but this only adds to view bad they will all look when the time comes.

Very, very late on I will even sort of hint at it in an obvious way only to make them look even more pathetic when the time comes. Making you, the British public, ask how in the world these idiots each for their jobs and what the fuck are you paying them for or how in the world can they do their jobs, run that organisation or investigate, fight it fine anyone when they are clearly... incompetent.

There are still a very large percentage of extremely naïve people out there so in the dark to the truth.
Hmm...except I am pretty sure that this will not last beyond the end of this year... let's call it a 'gut feeling' for now lol, and possibly before the summer is through? Lol.

So what is anyone doing about the fact that O2, and Luke I said not just them, are fucking their customers over? Have the refunded them all the months rental? I bet they haven't.

Theft!

That's what this is pure and simple. Your taking someone's money without giving them product. The other way around is theft so it's theft end thereof.

Only now there all already ripples throughout society over this and I have a feeling this is going to go beyond tidal in the not too distant future?

I had someone comment on my letter video of complaint letters to Virgin Media and the three to different NHS departments I have been corresponding with for two years over a very serious complaint about test results and medical notes being altered and with the proof on recorded audio.
Two years.

The last letter said 'What complaint?' It's lies of course and that's the NHS and PHSO and the only other excuse they could possibly give would be to admit they are so incompetent.
Letters, emails, reference numbers, computers.

Sorry but you don't lose files these days and if you want to ask about losing files... go ask a solicitor what would happen to them if they lost files! The punishment would be severe, let me tell you.
Bit public services and private companies have done this at every turn and better still ...

They do not ask me for mine or even enquire to the different things I possess in the way of proof on absolutely anything.

Oh and I am not sure if a week ago Monday I mentioned that PC World phoned me and kept apologising about their fuck up?

'Terribly sorry...yes your right... this terribly on us... we look dreadful and unprofessional'
Then I'm told her name and that she will personally make sure that the vouchers to refund their crappy, appalling, useless, refuses to work properly, suspiciously showing down despite the most powerful tanker on the planet and newer dual cores running faster than these QUADS and faulty Android tablets, will be listed to me immediately.

That's the second time I've been told that after being told I was a liar by several of their staff at their HQ. Until I oddly had to prove it because they had no record of the sales?!

Well it's been two weeks and one again they have failed to turn up!

Timing... is...everything!

They are going to be ripped apart and insulted like I have never done before and the name calling well be bad asking with the accusations about them cheating VAT.

They think themselves clever in all this but they are not.

I will send them both a letter and an email this weekend. Meaning this week be a focus on the blog for the next couple of weeks.

This will also be true of Waltham Forest Council, JBW Group and the NHS along with one or two others for the next could of weeks.

In posts... on this blog...for the next few weeks... is really a place you do not want to be!
I cannot emphasise this enough. Really I can't!

This will very soon become clear, surprised if it's not not inside of a week.

Lol, oh and if it's not bloody obvious on here... don't say I didn't warn you!

As for Google, go back to a black screen with a blank field to enter text and with a stupid childish like name to speak to children...

It's the only thing I can remember you was any good... ooh wait, no. Your being investigated for that too are'nt you?!

SIT ON BUNS FOR THE PUBLIC'S MONEY

As I stated from the start of this blog, sit back and watch as I go through every public funded organisation and service and several private retail firms and with genuine and legitimate complaints many easily proved and others with evidence and them all do NOTHING.

Oh well OK, there is the exception to the rule and that was of course the DWP.

Well they did kind of fall for an intricate and clever trap and I had them beaten and in a corner with no room for manaeuvre. The game was quite literally up and they knew it.

Hmm...yes I have done this with someone else I have yet to post about but its mere small time stuff and will gain attention but not a big thing from my perspective. It will be four wins out of four, that is for certain.

Anyhoo as I recently published, Three Mobile uploaded Lollipop, Android version 5, to my phone except it wasn't Lollipop. It had some additions to it I was not warned about so was placed there without asking. Legally WRONG!

This added software then stopped thee only service I had a mobile phone for, well other than my daughter wanting to call me in an emergency but I can do this now with my landline and ansering machine. Their software then told you that they were unable to provide a mobile tethering service which was entirely inaccurate. A lie. A lie they repeated to me when I was in their store, oddly enough the contracts allowed you to use it.

I also get hardly to zero service on mobile broadband in my house but every single service provider said that I did. Once again they all lied.

Proving they were lying I then placed their SIM CARD into my old smashed up Motorola Atrix phone that Very Catalogue took me to court for because I refused to pay for and I won...without leaving my sofa. I then successfully wirelessly tethered said device and was on-line on my laptop.

I specified to both Three Mobile and Ofcom that "All I can Eat Data" is what it says...but according to Ofcom, no it does not and English can be completely forgotten about when they are helping their mates out...or the Mobile Network providers. Oops. BLA-URRRT!! WRONG.

I can and have proved for 5 years that I can eat a lot of data. Both mobile phones and those pointless wireless mobile broadband modems, as you have one in your phone, have stupid 1GB to 4GB limits on them despite us being on 4G.

Do you have one of those Hi-Res screens? Above 1080p? How much because the programs, videos and YouTube they keep telling yo to visit eats up massive amounts. The 1080p would hit 1GB ion about ten minutes. As you rise to 4K screens this rises incredibly quickly. Even a half hour show of one of your favorites would be a no-no. But hey....your probably paying twice for an Internet connection at home, right? SO everything is cool....until you go away for any length of time or go camping, lol.

Interesting is how one woman gets her facts wrong in defending Three stating that they can see what your doing with your data...well NO, they cannot unless I want them to or let them. Nor should they know really nor be watching.

I have no problems with algorithms that can smartly detect what conversations to record and store away and be flagged with something that should be listened to. HOWEVER, I do have a problem when they ignore this, listen and store everything on everyone which people do not realise takes an enormous amount opf money, storage space and not to mention power when 99.9% of it is useless.

Useless that is until you spot a pattern in their actions and realise they are doing all this for corporate espionage and so actually acting for and on behalf of the richest dudes in the world...or in our case in America.

No, no...NO!

As well as this...someone hacked into my WIFI and this was a clever, clever attempt. This was a couple years back and using WIFI so were close by. No one around here has that sort of knowledge along with being close enough to do this. It was someone...hm let us say, not from around here. They used Macbook Pro's to do it too.

If I have data I do not want them to peruse then they wont. It is my guess that the hacking was done by GCHQ due to what I was involved in at the time plus I had been...umm helping them out, along with MI5 at the time so was no surprise at all.

Like everyone else I let them think I was none the wiser, the connection would not reach my data and added to this I let the connection remain for several minutes and then cut it off. This would give the impression there was a connection problem whereas if I cut it immediately they would guess I was on to them and they may have decided to take more drastic action? I did not want the drastic version to take place so I was...slow and deliberate in my actions.

Anyhoo...had a long to'ing and fro'ing with Ofcom about this, here is what we both said in the last few emails ...

EMAILS ...

Dear  Sirs

The complaint has gone on for months, not just a few weeks.

I am sorry but 'all you can eat data' is pretty self explanatory and you require nothing else to act on other than this.

Also, I thought I mentioned but may have discovered this AFTER' I last contacted you but they lied and are lying and are still lying about what they did and |I already proved it on my blog. That is to say that there warning page states that they are unable to provide a mobile tethering service at this stage and either stated or implied a technology standpoint..

However I was ALREADY performing mobile tethering and to prove that they did exactly what I had stated I simply plugged my old Three mobile chip, the one that was currently used when I made the complaint that is, and place it in an old bashed up Motorola Atrix with a smashed screen and was able to get online using my desktop.

These issues along with others being totally ignored is, along with everything else, peeing off the British public and customers and this is happening with ever more things in both retail and public services and is acquiring more and more pee'd off people all the time.

I know because I get 15,000 each month and rising and I dare say it will be 50,000 before very long, especially as I am now increasing the tools I use to be productive on the Internet and will be acquiring ever more as I think of them thought the rest of this year, 2015, so that by the end of the year my audience will be somewhat impressive and the tools will make sure that my content increases on the Internet and almost seeming to be exponential throughout this year meaning my monthly visits will climb higher than the have before.

I have posted for merely two and a half years and now know that most people achieve what I have done in double that time.

Unfortunately many people in public services and even retail chains have absolutely no clue about the digital world and the Internet and I see it, hear it and spot it all the time and everywhere. I, however, do and I have seen many things over the last twenty years and able to document a great deal.

My blog shows the ineffectiveness and corruption that is rife throughout public funded services and private ones too.

What I provide in each is incontrovertible and it is as simple as that.

The corruption discovered and/or ineffectiveness of public service or government run organisations, of which even MI5 and GCHQ were included as I was helping them out with locations and that is all I will say on the matter, has been 100% as I have conducted each investigation via a legitimate need to go through someone.

You see I did not care that nothing was done and no action was taken and that was exactly what I told the public would happen over 2.5 years ago when I started blogging...

  • I showed many years of previous contact and evidence of corruption/incompetence going back 20 years
  • I then stated that they should all watch as I gather information and evidence and one by one and often several times with each organisation that they would do nothing
  • I then published everything as I went and all emails and documentation that eight did or did not come back of which I highlighted this
  • Plausible denial was eradicated before I started each approach and in many instances I used recorded post a couple of times on each as well as emails

So in each contact as each one tries extremely hard to not do anything I also hint at emails being forwarded to wherever the work has been offloaded to.

I do not really care about what you do, I had a legitimate reason of complaint based on pure and simple plain English and then I put on a show as 15,000 people and rising each month visit to see the wriggling, lying, cheating, falsification and unloading to someone else, or not as the case may be, some very serious crimes that everyone ignores including the Police.

I can assure you and your bosses that not only did correctly avoid being stopped in the early stages by providing a great deal of evidence immediately and avoided the tabloids and TV news media to which I already know are corrupt, and there is a plan in place for them too, that this year there are going to be some very surprising things on my blog, very surprising indeed.

Now what I do is publish all this to achieve one thing and one thing only, as stated I always knew every approach would come to naught. I simply cajoled readers into asking themselves one simple question...

  • Do they actually do anything and why am I paying for this out of my taxes?

So you might sit there reading this shrugging your shoulders because your bosses said this and that but your bosses also do things there staff are unware of, or at least they hope they are not, which are underhanded and wrong. I am doing and getting exactly what I told my readers I would get in each case. Thereby proving my point and considering that ...

  • I have over 100GB of data as evidence and that despite explaining some very serious crimes everyone fell into one simple trap...I told them I gave them around 25% of what I had and they made decisions to do nothing without actually asking for the rest of it
  • Not one person has come down on the side of those that became my victims. Dozens of public funded organisations and out of 200,000 people and a survey with numbers no TV News Media has ever seen the likes of and we still wait for one single solitary defender from the public
  • Pointing out what many idiots miss....those 200,000 have careers. They could be journalists, Vicars (well one was and left a comment and could not thank me enough for reasons I will NOT go into here), Members of Parliament (I have at least TWO MP's I know of I will nott name either) and all manner of other professions.
  • From day one I also encouraged whistleblowers to come out before being forced to fall on their own swords when the crap hit the fan and the bosses ultimately responsible and knew full well what they were doing decide to do a runner and go off to run some other public funded organisation whereby it starts all over again and they get away with it
  • No, from day one I was never after front line staff, like you for instance. I wanted to get at those ultimately repsonsible and cause them sleepless nights when they realised what I have done, what I am capable of and exactly what I will do next

So thank you for complying with all the above and for not sending off the email as I asked. Well I type that but I have not read all your email. God, people put so much blab into emails that means nothing nor actually achieves any goal. Just blab, blab, blab. We do this and we do that and yet the public never bloody see any evidence of it and nothing ever changes. Or does every five years or so. So yeah I am just assuming you did not forward it to that ADR, ARD, DRA or whatever other public funded body I had never heard f before.

Oh yeah and speaking of that I did a long run down series of blog posts regarding FOIs over funding and salaries and listed them on-line. My God, even I had no clue and not even close to estimating how many there were! The number 104 seems to ring a bell but every noa and then I find out there is another?!

Yes so thanks for that too, all good to keep adding these spongers to the long list of spongers.

Yours

Martin Haswell BSc

Dear Mr Haswell

Thank you for your email of 24 March 2015, the contents of which have been noted. I understand you would like to know what Ofcom, as an organisation does. In the telecoms area, we do not become involved in individual disputes; however, we do register complaints received which helps us to highlight areas of concern. If we notice that there may be a particular issue around a certain subject and/or provider, where appropriate, we may take further action. Further information about the services we that regulate and how we do this is shown at: http://www.ofcom.org.uk/about/?a=0

In terms of your complaint relating to Three, it is a providers commercial decision as to whether they allow tethering and if so, on what type of packages. It may also be worthwhile taking into account that, unfortunately, ‘all you can eat data’ doesn’t negate the position on tethering. Nevertheless, it might be a good idea for you to check Three’s terms and conditions to clarify the situation. If you feel that Three has acted outside of these, they have a complaints process you can follow which can be found at:www.three.co.uk/Help_Support/Contact_Us/Complaints_code.

Once you have exhausted the process of been complaining for over eight weeks, you may wish to take the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. An ADR scheme deals with individual complaints and is an important piece of consumer protection, as they are free and independent for consumers like you. Three must abide by the ADR scheme’s decision, but if you remain unhappy you are free to consider legal action. Three’s ADR scheme is:

Ombudsman Services: Communications (OSC)
PO Box 730
Warrington
WA4 6WU

Telephone: 0330 440 1614

Please note; OSC is unable to overturn Three’s decision not to allow tethering because as mentioned above, this is a commercial decision.

Turning to you stating that you haven’t given Three permission to store data on your computer, it is unlikely that they are doing so. As Three can see how you are accessing their network, they can detect tethering and subsequently display their webpage.

Regarding the faulty goods issue that you highlighted, there are no Ofcom regulations that relate to this, but it may be covered by the Sale of Goods Act. If you would like advice on this, you should be able to obtain further information from the Citizens Advice consumer service. You can contact the Citizens Advice consumer service on: 03454 040506 and their website can be accessed at: www.adviceguide.org.uk.

Finally, I would like to thank you for contacting Ofcom and can confirm that your complaint has been registered for monitoring purposes.

Yours sincerely

WHEN EVERYTHING DOES NOT WORK

Sorry. I have been offline.

Yes I have had several things going on and one of those is being ripped off yuet again and several times just to get one fucking services to work!

This is...*SIGH*...still ongoing for the time being.

Right now it is supposed to be sunny all day...according to BBC Weather last night and I was having in interior battle about whether to go out on my bike as I have not done so for a fair few days, or go out back the the Virgin Media store as I forgot I changed my mobile phone number temporarily, to thir service strangely enough, for the interim period until they actually install my landline and broadband service.

Yes I have had enough of mobile phones what with Android and the UK mobile providers!

They fail to realise that some people are not willing to pay twice, let alone four effing times, for what is in effect the same service! I also have to put up with the fact that we are in a reverse situation today to which also in itself shows the greed whereby landlines are now more expensive than mobile contracts!!

My father had one of the first mobile phones and the battery on standby only lasted a few hours and you can imagine the talk time?! Not very long and about 30 minutes for something the size of a brick. Yet despite the fact the phone was dead most of the day the monthly bill still amounted to around £1000! Madness! As this price started to drop there was a point when landlines...FINALLY...started to drop. Only today its turned on its head as my mobile bill was £15 per month and my landline is going to cost about £28 per month. Stupid.

But then as long as it works and even at half the damn speed advertised it will be fantastic and all very dreamy for me...what with my mobile connection only achieving 0.97mb/s at the best time of the day forst thin in the morning! Whatever happened to this law that they were supposed to provide 2mb/s?!

I wanted to go with BT but while ordering a 17mb/s service and spending hallf an hour doing so they hit me with small pront that stated I would only get 2.0mb/s to 8mb/s speeds?! Funny as they did not drop the price to one fifth of what they wanted each month! The cheeky bastards even said "Oh dont click away from this screen!" with the only other option being the 'PAY' button!!

Anyhoo since the trouble with Three mobile I was then lied to by an idiot in the store who first said I can have tethering and then sat me down and pulled out a contract?! I asked what that was and they said it was a contract and I said I did not want that! Pay As You Go only as their service was shit anyway! A black American guy who had weorked in their for years then interrupted, yet again, and then said they cannot provide that on Pay As You Go?! I said that they could because I had, had the serrvice for two years and that it was 'all you can eat' data and until I updated my phone with Android 5.0, or Lollipop, everything was fine. They had no right to alter Lollipop and do this. He said I was wrong and that ...

"You cannot do it and your not right because mobiler phones use a lot more data than other devices because the data is compressed"?!

Yes, I kid you not! That was what he said!

He then looked annoyed as I belittled him in front of a female colleague by pointing out that he was wrong and that data is data and a limit is a limit and it is no longer "All you can eat data".

Anyhoo I went online with Virgin Media after picking up a sim in Sainsburys that said if I topped up £15 I get 4GB and some other stuff. Sounds automated, right? I thought 'Oh how cool, saves a lot of hassle!" only within 24 hours I had no connection and did not know why and had no messages about it. Imagine how annoyed I was that I had to go a mile to an ATM because standing at the foot of a transmitter where I live, now only one as one has vansihed from a rooftop behind me, I could not log on to digital banking to move money around?!

Yes, pissed off ain't the word!

Anyway I had not had a phonecall from Virgin Media about the landline si thought this be the best bet until that was installed and then later found out I had used up the credit and had not phoned 789, or whatever the damn number was, to set up the 'Big Data' tarrif. Well not that big as Three was unlimited...well was!

It gets better as what I decide to do is get another £15 and do it correctly, yes so thats now £30 in 24 hours. While heading for the shop I remember I have my old busted up and fault Moto Atrix indoors and decide to get £10 for the Three sim and put it in that phone. Also some might not have my new number...umm like Virgin Media?! Confused...read again about waiting for my landline and broadband to be installed and with who?! Lol!

I get back and late at night when the phone is charged, the Atrix, I place the sim in it.

The next morning I switch it on and go downstairs to put on my PC as the only reason I did all that was because of a game I just got back into on my PC, Dragon Age Inquisition.

Only along with all the annoying updates that they charge YOU for, for your mobile that helps THEM and not you by screwing you even more my game refuses to run unless its updated! Twenty minutes and the allowance I got on my Three Mobile is now GONE!

Confused? Yeah well you should be ...

Because what I did was TEST the wireless tethering on my Three sim now that its in an old phone and no longer linked to the altered Lollipop, Android 5.0 which you would have paid to download...or may have. Guess what?! Err you WERE reading weren't you? IT WORKED!!

Meaning they lied in the store and lied on their webpage? Ohh you dont recall that?

Well take a look ... after I also get an email from Ofcom and email them bacvk with all this shit too!!! Pasted that after screenshot ...

I have others coming to and one on Eon Energy but I need to email them again...ripping shit out of their cocky attitude and telling them they have shown they dont give a crap about complaints or customers despite lying to me telling me otherwise and telling them I am going to make them wait two further weeks for their cash!! LOL!

EMAILS ...

Dear Sirs
MOBILE BROADBAND
Hmm, as I expected.
What exactly IS your role and how is it justified exactly?
To continue on with this complaint, just for your information, it for a great deal worse...
After my Moto G phone update to Lollipop, or Android 5.0 which has had no notified changes other than cosmetic and the issues that seriously screwed up the last 8 versions are still present so WTF, Three Mobile have done some very, very bad things.
Two hours before my All In One 15 credit was about to run out my Internet stopped working completely on my desktop. Upon looking at my phone, which was upstairs bring used for mobile wireless tethering, I noticed that with two hours to go I had two dozen text messages from Three Mobile. In it they stated that my phone was being used for wireless tethering and was not allowed on Pay As You Go?!
1 Technically it is not Pay As You Go as I buy a PRE-PURCHASE package already mentioned. Not a pay monthly bill where I pay AFTER I have used the service.
2 Secondly they advertise 'All In One 15' is 'All you can eat data', which now it is bit no longer but the service still stands.
3 Thirdly and as a software engineer and nearly forty years excursiveness with computers this pay for each device is robbery. This is NOT a figure of speech and is robbery. In fact my ever more popular blog delves into both fine detail as well as a while heap of evidence of how large corporations get away with the greatest and most evil of crimes yet if a single individual was caught doing so much as the slightest thing then the proverbial weight in masonry congress hurtling from the sky.
4 On then trying to go online again on my desktop I run Google Chrome and yet a Three webpage comes up on there informing me about the wireless tethering rule?! Funny as I do not recall giving them permission to store their bloody data on my PC!! Another example of how large corporations bit only do add they damn week please but know that no one checks them, actually taking the piss out of the chumps that were tasked to by making their positions look more untenable all the time! Since then I have switched to Virgin (funny Android don't Luke 'Virgin and that goes on the huge list of faults) Media mobile for a brief time until they install my first ever landline (never ever using a mobile service ever, ever again) where I lost ten pounds because they were not clear on the cover and reception still dreadful and yet the Three webpage came up on my desktop computer desire not being connected the Three at all?! I how they have not blocked my PC from browsing for if they have and after the unnecessary run around, then breaking the law and me in pain and with the lies I am going to walk in their sure and knock that American spark out!
Oddly this is something I have expected the general public to do more and more because it's the only way you get noticed or listened to in the UK and the priorities when it cobra to morals is ask back to front within the UK.
No one in business should be asking themselves why the UK is in such a dire way and it still is, despite the inaccurate crap the government tell you in the TV News and they also themselves seen clueless to, because the public are not idiots... OK so most of them are not idiots and more and more are getting wiser all the time.
Added to this is the fact that a hell of a lot of goods you buy are faulty/returns/returns too and I'm talking of PC World, Argos, Littlewoods/Very/Is me Catalogues, B@Q and likely others too! Don't even respond negatively about that as I have not only proved this with video and audio with 80% of what I've bought but put it online and also won a court case over it without even leaving my house!
5 On visiting my local Three store to ask about this, which despite my anger I kept calm about, I asked for another Pay As You Go sim I can do wireless tethering on and then was day down only to have a contract pulled out from a drawer?! On asking why she pulled it out as I only wanted a pay as you go sim she looked at the black American guy, who had previously stuck his nose in and worked there for years, and he stated that I can only have wireless tethering on contact. This then renders pay as you go as bout pay as you go any longer! On asking why and despite previously mentioning my knowledge in the hardware and rerouting it's ask the same data...
"No it's not the same because mobile phones use a lot more data than other devices and that is because the data is compressed"?!
Oh but it's not your remit, is it not?
Well what did it matter if we do a little less than last time and a little less than the time before that or lie a little more or cheat a little more. It's what everyone does, is it not? How long had the saying 'You don't get anywhere in this world by being honest' been accepted by all?
Well that's why this country is in a terrible state and will be, as I predicted so yen years ago, foretold on my blog nearly three years ago, that we still are and will continue to be.
Because a whole effing long list of people paid to do something they either don't our weighed out of think they deserve salaries to do nothing other than issuing the is letter to with the media or government.
Takes a large building and ask that staff to type the odd letter does it?!
I certainly got your not using Android tablets to do any typing?! Because it's a nightmare and it can't spell in English, changes words typed out rendering the sentence ineligible and you have to change at least two words every sentence!
Oh well what dues it matter if it don't work quite right?
Well it does when everyone does this and everything you have don't work quite right and yet everyone seems extremely good and impeccable at both asking for the full amount of money or TAKING THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY... along with taking a few other things besides.
If you think that any part of this makes either an interesting or a good argument... well believe me it does not come close to over a thousand, at least, of my posts. These actually must be close to over 2,500 and the reason why I am growing in popularity?!
Because I make sense when no one else does, am honest, to the point and see ask this coming ten years ago while I still talk to idiots with excuses.
I presume you might now do the simple thing of forwarding this on to the email address associated with this kind of complaint? Or is that not in your remit either?!
Oh and a tip for all the idiots that son organisations like yours... loose the pre-written and prescripted crap that talks to people like they are morons seriously lacking in grey matter.
Yours
Martin Haswell BSc
Are you effing kidding me?!
I pointed out that this was clearly wrong and I got a funny look as I had just embarrassed him in front of the lady I was speaking to but then if you don't bullshit you won't get embarrassed.

Dear Mr Haswell
Thank you for your email dated 13 March 2015, in which you raised your concerns about the quality of broadband across North London, amongst other issues. Whilst Ofcom’s role does not include dealing with
individual complaints, I can supply some information on the issues that fall within Ofcom’s remit.
In terms of the speed problems you are having, I can understand the frustration this may be causing. It may be of interest to know that we have in place a Voluntary Code of Practice specifically for broadband speeds. Under this, providers should do everything they can to make sure consumers achieve the speed they signed up for.
Although the obligation to release customers experiencing poor speeds from their contract only applies if they have joined within the last 3 months, we would still
expect providers to help all consumers, even if they have been with them for longer. If you would like to see the Code in detail, this can be found on our website at: http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/telecoms/codes-of-practice/broadband-speeds-cop-2010/code-of-practice/ .
In view of the above, you may wish to raise your individual complaint about the broadband speed with your provider. In the event that you remain unhappy, you might
want to follow your provider’s complaints process which should be shown on their website or can be obtained by contacting their customer services department directly.
You will see from reading the process that the final stage involves taking the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. An ADR scheme deals with individual complaints and is an important piece of consumer protection, as they are free and independent for consumers like you. Your provider must abide
by the ADR scheme’s decision, but if you remain unhappy you are free to consider legal action. Details of which ADR scheme your provider has joined will be shown in their complaints
process.
In terms of the availability of broadband in general, there is currently no obligation on a provider to supply this service. However, the Governments Digital Britain report sets out ways to provide access
to standard broadband (2Mbps) for all provide by 2016 and superfast broadband coverage to 95% of premises by 2017. This is confirmed at: https://www.gov.uk/government/policies/transforming-uk-broadband/supporting-pages/rural-broadband-programme .
Turning to you asking for details of Ofcom’s running costs, this, plus information on our role is available on our website at: http://www.ofcom.org.uk/files/2014/07/annrep1314.pdf .
I hope the above proves useful and would like to thank you for taking the time to let us know about your complaint. I can confirm this has been registered here at Ofcom for monitoring purposes. Where we see a rise in similar complaints, we may take further action.
Yours sincerely
Sandra Sutton

CORPORATE BLINDNESS

OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF ON OFF OFF ON OFF OFF.

OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF ON OFF OFF ON OFF OFF.

OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF ON OFF OFF ON OFF OFF.

New number, ON ON ON ON ON ON, really fucking important bit...OFF!!

That is basically a very shortened version of an attempt at speaking to my daughter over the last four hours or so?!

For the second time in as many months a friend who works in a retail store locally stated that the '...internet is bad and slow again'!

I told him I knew and this is the second time in as many weeks that an internet connection had gone from bad to worse and even to nothing at all?!?!

Nothing fucking works anymore but they still hold their hands out for cash like it's their birthright to have it?!

Those few lines above were an attempt at a conversation first using the internet using the Viber App and then a normal phone call. I use Three Mobile while my friend uses O2 and it was so bad my daughter stated at one point she wanted to smash her phone. I had to tell her it was not her but that here in Enfield the mobile networks have been fucking shit for years and that after the dozen calls to help lines that you pay for all of them lied until one engineer actually admitted that a data cable was damaged sometime ago and that it was meant to be fixed and sounded as if it had not been fixed properly and maybe not at all?! That was a T-Mobile engineer.

The level of service never improved and instead every now and then became a great deal worse.

Now oddly enough I emailed Three Mobile a few weeks back and ripped them a new one, naming all the other mobile networks too, about the service. I accused ask if then if doing it deliberately to make people upgrade to 4G, which I have since discovered is actually shit. This despite the fact that the monthly fees with EE were absolutely ridiculous. I mean really ridiculously high along with a really stupid data cap!

You fucking idiots!! What's the point of offering 'X' amount of data if your going to be able to use it up in a few minutes?!

Fucking brain-dead!

Throw in the fact that Android has now been quite successfully blowing chunks for the past few version, can't spell, crap at grammar and had real trouble with simple text and the Play Store being a really laboriously boring and stressful place to be and it's shit.... really, really shit.

I am not even sure that switching to a different operating system and phone/tablet, God help me yes I have both and both behave white, will help.

So what's it to be?

They are greedy?

They are conning everyone in an obvious and bad way?

They don't care what service your getting once your on a contract? Except I'm not on a contact so that would make no sense.

Or they are really, really shit at being a telecom service... well really they are not even doing that, in which case what the feck is going on in the good forsaken country?!

It's been like this for months... years even and where are the fucking useless ombudsman, yet another one taking your taxes to not look after you?!

Now I'm going to try once again!

TALKING TO THE VODABONE

I have an interesting conversation going with Vodafone regarding a Pay As You Go phone which is not subsidized in price and yet I find myself locked to!

Now due to my other phone getting wet, which I was using for tethering for my Internet Connection, I have wanted to get my Moto G unlocked to use that. This is because only Three Mobile has an unlimited, albeit dodgy provided its not my crap old phone, Internet service.

The fact that Three are the only one to do this and are able to provide this just goes to show how much greedier the others are. Plus for some strange reason and likely the same thing that dogs this site is that people stay on these other networks? Likely either not using the Internet that much or have an extra connection at home, being a hardline?

I do not have the latter currently ... and unfortunately but I will once I have the last few pieces of my PC set up.

Anyway for the time being I found it interesting because I came across a webpage where you can request the unlock code! I did so but the page was not updating properly and kept telling me there was an error! I thought that was typical and they have left the page live but removed the option for some reason or other. I tried it several times but the error kept coming up.

Imagine my surprise when I got 4 automated emails from Vodafone about unlocking my phone and also imagine my surprise when they told me that they were unable to do this because they tried to take £20 from my credit but I had none?!

I do not remember any warning whatsoever that once I clicked on OK they would then help themselves to £20 from your money for something that costs nothing?!

Anyway I thought that others having difficulties with mobile networks, as I know a great many do, you might want to read the start of a conversation that will no doubt lead to another row?! LMAO!

EMAILS, latest first ...

Dear Sir

Why is this a standard process?

£20 is NOT a nominal amount! Which? Magazine is campaigning for it to be free!

I am NOT paying you £20 in any event especially as your God damn service has been nothing but a pain in the arse and I wish to God I had never walked into your store!

Added to this I find it odd that you would charge double the amount you can have this done locally?! Very bizarre that it and I cannot help but wonder why this is?

Hi Martin,

Thank you for your email.

Please be informed that as per the standard process a nominal amount of £19.99 is charged to all Pay As You Go customers for Network Unlock Codes. We have checked your account and found that you do not have sufficient amount in your account to request for your unlock code. Request you to credit the required amount in your account and reply back for the further processing of your request. For any other details you can contact our helpline at 191 and they will assist you further.

Thanks,
Tanvi Shah,

Excuse me but your Internet Allowance is shite and you failed to show this when I purchased the phone so why in the bloody hell do I have to pay you £20 for this?!

Especially as Which? Magazine and hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people are cheesed off to the high teeth with you Telecoms companies?!
