THE ENDLESS DAYS OF FAILS

First off I must apologise ...

..well to any who may patiently wait for my next post and awaiting the impending doom for many organisations.

I've lost my Internet connection over a row with Virgin Media and told them to cancel my account ... six weeks back. They still seem to think I'm a customer and requesting money and threatening debt collectors because I've not contacted them despite repeated complaints and requests to cancel my account.

Funny as I cancelled my account, as I showed on here, and my service was cut off many weeks ago!

That indeed was part of my problem with them but there were over a dissent other things.

I earlier stated that our Supreme Court case was coming to an end? Apparently not.

“Two weeks from today and its finally over” is what the solicitor stated three or maybe for Wednesdays ago this Wednesday, 16th September 2015.

Then I got sought out in a friend’s store and recognised by a Policeman I never met before?!

That same day I get told the law firm had gone bust!

On checking the law firm was closed down by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority for reasons unknown and the owner turned out to be the same man who represented me in the same case twenty years ago nearly!

I explained that this occurrence, although highly suspect to me and friends, won't affect the case much. Maybe a few days or a few weeks delay?

The normal procedure of the SRA taking legal cases and handing them out did not occur, as I expected, and the solicitor handling it took it with her to her new law firm.

Now it gets stranger still when a car was hired to get to a meeting that they were late for but turned did not matter because the client was the only one booked in all day! I thought they were told the cheque was waiting? After all this was four or five days after the final date and two weeks after the legal firm was forced to close.

Another meeting which was third to fifth one since we were told we won and surely this time we were given the figures, punishment details of the guilty and a date for the cheque?

I then list contact for four days when the four preceding days had three requests made to me for money.

I thought the money had been paid and my ‘partner in crime’ either did not want me around for awhile as they spent it, like buying a house in a location I told them no to, or had been turned against me? It has happened before and I don't know who did it. But just the seed of doubt being placed was running through my mind.

But then my phone did something it had done only five days beforehand. On the Friday night, after the Tuesday meeting, suddenly my phone sprang into life and dozens of messages and notifications came flooding in! Including several from my partner in crime with one requesting money. Well that was unexpected and did not sound good!

Then via text messaging I was told that they were getting £750,000 and the case has been adjourned until the end of October 2015?!

I simply could not believe it!

A flustered phonecall while hiring a car sounded like this was it.

There had been many calls for a meeting only to not get what was promised and another date being given! I never dreamed it could happen for like the fourth or fifth time! It did and another six weeks!!

Remember that this has now spent three years being heard across the Family, Civil, Magistrates, Crown and High Court which will be a ridiculous bio to the taxpayer on its own merits?!

Now it has spent six months at the Supreme Court which if you do not know is so extremely expensive that even multi millionaires in the single figures would struggle to afford the fees! Because the fees cab run into many millions.

I ... I was simply stunned and then furious about this.

I have had to prepare things, plan things, buy things and have also put off many things because every now and then we are told it's over. Only for it to turn out it is not over and having anywhere between a week and a couple of months added!

After being told be a compensations clerk they needed to speak to the defendant before very long several weeks went by and nothing. Then told it's Supreme Court jurisdiction, I knew fur years anyway, then told a week. Then told another week. Then told two weeks. Then told two months. Then told another two weeks and that this was final. Only when we got there we were told another six weeks.

That is 20 weeks! On top of the 3 years.

Will they hand over compensation at the end of October or will it be delayed further? Will it be another six weeks without explanation or another two months or perhaps more?!

I am starting to wonder whether this will tip over into 2016?! If someone had said this to me three months ago I would have called them bonkers!

Everything was proved and we were told we won. All the Supreme Court had to do was decide who gets what. So what the fuck is going on?!

My ‘partner in crime’ is always slow to tell me things and difficult to get on the phone when you need answers.

I friend called me on the phone and when he heard he went mad. He simply could not believe what was happening in this case and asked if there had been any compensation demanded for the inconvenience!

Added to my own preparations for a fucking long list of dates that never occurred I also have a serious problem with my blood pressure. As I suspected the 24 hour monitoring was only now and then. The GP agreed when I pointed out that not only was it an uneventful day for nausea and blackouts but that the machine had to trigger a test at the exact moment I had the blackout! So a pointless goose chase!

Still, despite nothing really happening other than a slight nausea feeling at a time the machine was not testing me, I registered 179 Systolic Blood Pressure! The machine was on to test my drop in blood pressure!

Oops!

As a result of the latter he did not want to prescribe blood pressure pills and did not know what to do.

He requested that I purchase a blood pressure monitor. I have not done this because my bank account has dropped lower than ever before due to funding someone for God knows how many months because of the dickhead Supreme Court and clueless solicitors! Oh and the Department of Work and Pensions.

My friend went a bit ballistic over that bit of information and pleaded with me that I need to stop paying out money and get the things he knows I need.

Forgetting the 3 or 4 things I need for my bike and the cameras needed I've put off for the last five months I also need shoes with Ortholite insoles, the blood pressure monitor annnd ... hmm I'm always doing this! Something ... else? Now .. what .. was it?

There are a couple of little items I need to be able to go away.

But I've been wondering if I ever will go away?!

I am suspecting foul play, of course.

From day one I stated to all involved and all those not, that I do not trust anyone and that is literal, including the courts all the way up to and including the Supreme Court.

I'm wondering whether I'm going to be proved correct on this last point?

They certainly have not got a clue or sorry for the inconvenience, something I have even known at least one judge involved to apologise for! Even when it's caused by the opposing side of four people with the blame being the head of the council failing to appear in court. Yup! The head of the council failing to appear in court and the judge apologising for putting the victim through all this.

I've had a humongous Vada, I think it is, hiking rucksack sitting downstairs for weeks which then fit relegated to my bedroom Ottoman for many weeks. It's been thrown back into the wardrobe where it usually resides with my other ones.

When your disabled and get no help with cars or bus passes you tend to collect different backpacks fur different things. None of this waste of time cheap rubbish either. Well OK a couple of cheap ones I bought before I learned. Then I bought Kata, Berghaus, Vada and Victorinox packs!

“What's the fucking point of leaving you there?!” I exclaimed as I threw the Vada across and into the wardrobe!

I've made some requests. Due to my suspicious mind I've decided that I will not sit by any longer while they scheme to bury this case. ‘Bury’ because it's bigger than the Rotherham Council case!

So I have some things ... incoming I will place on here. Just to shed some ... light on the issue.

Also I'm still in London. Just about. The Supreme Court is in London. Not good. But for the Supreme Court, it isn't!

I'm going to make more requests over the coming six weeks, as I have another fucking six weeks to twiddle my thumbs, and on the date given they had better be final and decisive.

Because in November I will be attending the Supreme Court in person and demanding a whole long list of answers!

They really won't want that because I care not of who they are and their titles. It means nothing to me and you have to prove yourself to me, not expect respect or for me to revere you. Or fear you in fact.

Your titles, power and money mean nothing to me if I suspect you of being corrupt and you had better have some answers.

Like why have you decided to make six courts look both incompetent and wrong in their three year handling of the case?!

Why does everyone have no respect of the public purse and just think it's their to spend on their every whim?!

If it comes to this I will very much be looking forward to the face to face meeting!

It will even be cool enough for me to dress very smart and look intimidating! Won't even get closer tiu reality on that point but it will give a cheese message!

Always look at waistcoats and an excuse to buy one and now this may well be coming my way?

The post is in regards to another man called Dimitri. Dimitri Bontinck who travelled around the middle east to find his Jihadi son.

Now there is a man that I would hold in high regard. A man of action and one prepared to go out to an area of the world where he stands out like a sore thumb, yet still did it.

How many of the fathers of the other youngsters who have painted a beautiful picture in their heads while wearing rose tinted glasses because life is shot where they are so it must be utterly wonderful somewhere else?

The simple truth is that those that are in power including those vying and jostling to get in power are doing it for selfish reasons and not selfish ones. So appearances, tricks and lies might be different, Caucasians are just smarter at hiding it for a whole range of reasons.

Ergo when you get down to the nitty-gritty it is the same.

Rather unfortunately this writing on the wall has been totally missed by those that did nothing about it or too scared to do nothing about it or that now in power they want to pick and choose which acts they want to perform.

Well they don't Dimitri, Invariably they are only worried about their personal gains, their families, power or material things. Expensive, material things I might add. This is the same and actually made worse by journalism and the news media because, as it will no doubt come out, they have all studied degrees in journalism and yet in the politics side of things have themselves completely missed the direction we were heading, or avoided it. Instead asking repeated stupid question some rest made them ask so that the time on TV gets used up so the important questions can be avoided.

I am just amazed that an area of news journalism has managed to avoid being bought, owned or affiliated with the bigger news corporartions. Well not one not online that is because I am sure that at least 90% of what I have spoken of is reported in many other places? I have even linked one in from time to time and I actually rarely look. I get mine from the evil BBC App and sometimes I look at others, like Flipboard. I remember UK coloumn being sent to me by someone, why does Fleksy fart then add in a space after not touching it?! Yes UK Coloumn is one I remember and there are bound to be others. I imagine journalism in Scotland is not biased? Or at least most of it, lol.

I am extremely interested to see how various leaders squirm because their people are starting to make them uncomfortable while they avoid dealing with the issue, or leader of whatever nation because the media have loved the idea of reporting stories for the past ten years about how their leader gets on better with them than that of a neighbouring country or indeed just one they do not like?!

*sigh* really?!

To be honest I have watched and cringed for bloody years just how decking naive journalists are and especially one or two that think so highly of themselves and mostly around when a General Election comes around.

I emailed someone at the Daily Star the yesterday regarding an article on page 2 about victims to the Rorherham paedophile ring. This is because he seemed to be moaning about the bill to the taxpayer without actually stating what he was complaining about?!

So I asked him to confirm exactly why he was moaning and who he was moaning about? I mean normally when an idiot reports like that he is complaining that victims of said crimes, that the government both local and central are responsible for, are getting money?!

That is how it looks but that they don't want to actually say it because they have no morals themselves and do not want to look bad?

I asked Jerry Lawton to confirm what he was alluding to and suggested that if he did not like the fact that this is coming out of the taxpayers money then he won't like what I have been up to and nor what's coming over 2015-6!

If you think Mr Lawton that there is something wrong with these victims receiving damages then you are very amoral and should get out of journalism...Unless of course that is what it means to be conservative?

If it is neither of these things well then you should bloody well say so and if you want someone to blame, i.e..your not amoral then it's the consecutive governments... both Conservatives and Labour.

If you indeed come on here and read this and guessing my political leanings I assure you...you won't.

THE THICK & THE FAST

Now comes the turn of the Police over the paedophile ring scandal regarding Rotherham Council.

Only it's not just the council and their corruption the Police have been protecting. Yesterday I explained what the Police did to a friend of mine and his daughter after being falsely accused of lying about a condition she did have. They refused to listen to my friend or his daughter and were simply not interested in anyway. To make things look even worse the Police were intimidating towards them.

The Doctor falsely accused the patient of lying.

The Doctor shouted at her and upset her.

On asking the revolution about complaining they did not tell them about the GMC, PALS or the PHSO. They did state they had to do this in writing and asked fur a pen and paper.

It was while waiting for writing materials the Police were called and a another lie was told in that the patient and her father refused to leave, despite not even being asked.

THE Police Duty Officer refused to listen to the complaint about his officers and stated he would defend them all day long and hung up on him mid sentence after interrupting my friend several times as he trued to explain what happened.

Unfortunately due the Police Duty Officer my friend knew me and I was in the room while he was in speaker phone and was being recorded.

It is completely disgusting the attitude that had been adopted and the delusions of grandeur they have that is being ridiculous. In fact two or three public services have behaved like evil criminals protecting their loot who employ hired thugs to protect them and yet unlike evil criminals it is we that pay for it. At least with intelligent thieves they target those that can afford it. Lol.

This will all prove to be a crate of worms over time ... several crates of worms in fact and that still may turn out to be an understatement, of some of what I have read by others on the Internet turns out to be true?

MILKING THE COW DRY

I was speaking with two local women today at separate points during the day while I was helping out a friend in his store.

The first one was a lady in her late forties or early fifties and told us how the local hospital Chase Farm in Enfield found a lump on her only kidney 6 years ago. She explained that first they told her it was cancer and then later said it was a cyst.

Then she explained that she went to ... err think she said Royal Free then realised she was mistaken and stated it was UCL? Which one was not important but what is, is the fact that they now say it's cancer!!

She only had one don't forget and like she explained to two stunned guys they wasted six years that they could have dealt with it.

Staggering!

The second lady was older and I mentioned about the corruption to be found everywhere and she explained that her family members worked within the council, not necessarily Enfield, many years ago and it was very different then. I said 'yes, back then they knew they were public servants but these days just interested in getting money and then wasting it!'

Both were fully informed I had been recording every single public service I had come across in the last several years.

I do not have much good to say about government to and I strongly believe all these shady practices/lies/tricks have to all stem from somewhere and that is someone in government. Now, just in case you missed it, the exact methods, really I mean bullshit, across each of the public services I dealt with along with how it's ... executed is exactly the same. I even had two phone calls with the same person with one of them that were the months apart and I realised that every word the woman stated to me had been exactly the same she said three months beforehand! As if reading off an auto-cue!

Now I am a little behind getting the last few 'A Series of Peculiar Events' err series posted up and this particular public service that this too place with is yet to be posted. For the time being I can tell you that on that occasion it was Sergeant Kate Roberts of Merseyside Police.

Yes I have rather a large one on the Police to do yet and I have recordings of them I have not even uploaded to my computer, Yes that recent! Two Police Forces on fire different subjects, or events.

Yet despite my way of thinking I know that not everyone in these services are corrupt. By that I don't mean people who will look the other way I mean genuine honest people who will not stand fur this kind of inhuman behavior towards other human beings!

There simply are not that many I am afraid to say.

So I read with interest the report the BBC put out that the MP who investigated the child paedophile ring was subjected to abuse and hostility by Rotherham Council?!

I am and indeed am not surprised. No, really. Surprised that council staff were that stupid, but not surprised they are that amoral. Surprised that the investigator stated these statements as it seems to suggest someone who is not themselves corrupt?!

Shock, horror!

I dare say that a great deal more will bubble to the surface over the coming months along with the NHS stuff and there absolutely incompetent lying about the treatment that the parents of the boy with the tumour wanted. I got great pleasure in telling several people that it was quoted that the treatment is only performed on eyes but not on a little boy and they stated it dies not work on his cancer. Plus that this had since been contradicted be many health professionals from around the globe.

You know it amazes me that the people that make these decisions are so fecking stupid and yet command the salaries that they do?! I mean, REALLY?! You know I am not going to say the UK anymore but England really needs to sort out this fecking me we are in!

This cronyism needs to get bored the feck out!

These two stories I refer to are now running not only while I am posting on this blog mountains of evidence but at the same time it is being reported by the media that young people have had enough of politics and politicians!

Talking about ask this with a friend today I explained how there was this poster or logo that was made up with words that ran both horizontally add well as vertically with words like 'lies', 'corruption', 'cut off', 'useless', 'incompetent' and many others.

After talking about the stupid older generation that sick to the same bloody votes like mindless morons because daddy did it my friend said 'What will happen is that one day there week be no-one left voting anymore!'

I think he may well be right because there won't be anyone left that thinks it's worth going out of your way to vote anymore.

I also believe that these people are both so blind and so self obsessed that they will just continue to milk the cow until it's dry.

If that is not a cast iron reason for changing a great number of outdated ways then I do not know what is.

AT SO VERY LONG LAST

I am simply stunned at some of the things I am now hearing being said by people in the news.

Finally they are beginning to see the things that I seriously doubted they ever would, even thought of the possibility that they were influenced in some way not to?

They have now acknowledged that the Police are rotten at every stage of anything they do. I heard one chap say, Fraser Nelson I think it was, that the Police were first rude, then insulting, then refused to do anything and then came the cover up. This is, of course, only the Police!

Then there are the Local Councils!

Another thing that was stated that it is never going to be acceptable to have one person falling on their sword. Halle ... bloody ... leujah!!

I cannot help but think of something that was stated to me by someone local fighting Essex, or <em>a </em>Essex, Council. Having problems themselves with their Local Council they said that they were informed that the problem was that when Tony Blair was Prime Minister that he wanted so many children taken into care to make it look like he was doing something!

So you vie them into power and between lush parties and being flown around the world first class for functions that make no bloody difference, or do but make things worse, for the vast majority of us they are constantly thinking up tricks and cheats to keep them in the job!!

To think, the night he was voted in add Prime Minister I actually thought he would improve things but soon I was wondering why he kept being voted back in...Oh yeah, just remembered the opposition!

I now wonder how many councils an and Police forces well end up in the list of shame? Not too many I hope but I seriously doubt that will end up being the case.
