A PECULIAR SERIES OF EVENTS (PART 4-B) WITH THE OMBUDSMAN

Now it is time to post a part two to Ombudsmen but has a few others besides thrown in for good measure to do with requesting help from outside organisations. The IPCC are included in this one!

In this mix of Ombudsman tomfoolery as advice agencies and instead of giving them their own post I have simply thrown them in with the former. I think this was because I did not feel they merited a post on their own and not really worthy of scrutiny. Complaints yes, as far in as to what faction of society they only seem to help, but corruption scrutiny no.

Unless others have facts to the contrary regarding any sources they receive money from that is, after they they do not run on fresh air.

There should be the odd governing bodies too.

I stated before in a previous post on this that during all my involvements regarding public services like Local Councils, the Police, the DWP and Atos, the NHS and various Hospitals and GP Surgeries along with a variety of retail outlets that I approached a great many ombudsmen I was absolutely sure would do very little if anything at all.

Like everything else I collected the best evidence possible so not only did I have all the necessary documentation where I led many into a trap to put down as much in letters and emails as I could possibly get them to do I also secretly recorded them too!

Much of this took very little in the way of leading while others required some … inventive measures indeed.

So here is part two of the ombudsman and help agencies lot..

IPCC or Independent Police Complaints Commission .. 

First up is a link to the letter I sent to Merseyside Police's John Middleton regarding the fact that I was aware they were lying and was contacting the IPCC...

I did not realise at the time just how toothless and pointless all the Ombudsmen were and started to wonder why they were paid at all after this.

There are a few missing from this and I do believe and have only just recalled that I recorded this meeting I had with them?! I only had one meeting and it was clear that they did not know nearly enough about anyone.

Plus here is the only one that is ongoing and you siply cannot chase them all up I am afraid to say and they bank on that too ... ther more they feck you off the more you end up getting buried in many others that come along while they sit on their fat arses earning career money to a non-career and non-active position.

Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman or PHSO ..

Now I have written off to those that the PHSO told me, and took 'X' (cannot be bothered to look same old crap) amount of months to tell me, to and yet I have heard nothing back from them. I wrote to letters I believe or one letter and one email, I cannot recall but would have posted about it on here not long ago. A few weeks back?

OMBUDSMAN ASA OBVIOUSLY PROTECTED THE MONEY

Oh I am moving this!

An Ombudsman I previously told was a lying backtracking useless bunch of twats go and do something right up my street!!

The ASA, or Advertising Standards Authority told me, email out letter is on here, that it is perfectly OK for a big company that owns at least THREE mail order catalogue, Shop Direct, are perfectly within their right to sell you a second hand and faulty one year old phone for the price of a new one without the interest!!

Funny ASA as you started off saying not is out of order and then once you contacted them you changed your minds?!

Funny too is the fact that my reasoning was backed up by a court leaving you... POINTLESS.

But then I knew this when I contacted you!

Now here you are banning Three Mobile from using the term 3.9G when not only had this been used before but this EXACT term is used in America perfectly OK where EE happen to do business!!

Three Mobile is the smallest of the UK mobile networks while EE is note the biggest by a county mile!!

Funny that?! Don't you think?!

All because EE are being fecking greedy over their rental costs also by a country mile, they seem to like country miles, and no one is buying into the bullshit because they have in recent times been caught throttling the older networks, not have 3G working properly and also not covering all areas even in LONDON?!

They also litre to you on the phone a dozen times over before admitting that a data cable was repaired wrongly and then did nothing about it fur the next for years and is STILL like this today?!

And YOU, the ASA, want the public to think your doing something for the tax you have been defrauding us out of and THIS is what you do?!

Well I will be a monkeys uncle!

I have never like Dragons Den not why if the money people that appear in it, except maybe with one exception.

Friends used to watch this program and I would give them a lecture on who they were, what they are doing and quite HOW they were doing it! No doubt there will have been previous posts by me on that one?!

I did think, or rather hope, that someone would wake up and smell the coffee?!

According to a BBC Panorama program, which may our may not have already aired, it seems that the Comic Relief funds have been handled by one of them! On top of this the money has been invested in firms that produce alcohol, tobacco and arms. Odd as they campaign against war, conflicts and groups battling disease like tuberculosis, a fifth of cases caused by tobacco.

Duncan Ballantyne had been linked to all these funding and investments. Oh dear.

Also bizarre as post of my Freedom of Information drive The Charities Commission was one organisation I requested details from as regards funding! Lol.

Also of interest if that thus far I have had maybe two dozen responses acknowledging my request and the Advertising Standards Authority state they are not bound by the terms of FOI so bugger off as they are privately funded?!

Privately funded? An organisation that is supposed to police advertising by...PRIVATE FIRMS?!?! LMAO!

I have known for years that Ombudsman are a waste of time to appease 'the mob', as someone quite correctly put it recently.

But now with all these wasting the tax payers money they actually want to create yet another one? For women Bishops of all things?!

You are joking, right? Surely you are joking?!

Oddly despite the many more than a dozen Ombudsman that exist I just discovered that one alone had half a dozen buildings around the UK?!

That is just one Ombudsman so across all the Ombudsman that I am both aware of as well add unaware of there must be hundreds of buildings and tens of thousands of people?!

All these people must be getting salaries themselves between £35,000 to £300,000 per head at a guess?! Cash that could have gone into making the industries they were meant to regulate to stop them being completely shit?

How much money does it also cost for all the buildings, offices, electricity, gas, stationary, perks and even travel asking with anything else that gets thrown in?!

I have approached way over two dozen Ombudsman and governing bodies and explained what evidence I have and what format it is in. Only one, ICE, ever actually ASKED TO SEE IT?! This is highly suspect on its own and proof to me they have no intention of doing anything. Indeed ICE, went as far as saying that my ten minute video of more walking from the road showing my community steel bins and then down a 50 years long footpath the bins would never fit in is not proof that the DWP and Atos lied when they said they reached my house but a bin blocked my door is NOT PROOF that they lied. This is despite the fact that there are THREE PATHS to my street door!

No visit from ICE with a tape measure?! No asking off me to measure the width of the path and the bins?! No mention of the fact that another application was put in for DLA and has been ignored after the initial letter?!

Add in the fact that their email addresses use the DWP's email server?!

Very expensive window dressing to con the British public and not only have they managed to make us look like idiotic fools for years they have managed to make the media look like fools for years as well. Only they have come off worse and look suspicious while we are fed garbage about TV programmes like The Apprentice, X Factor, Michael Jackson and good knows how much other celebrity gossip that had escaped out of the gossip columns and spread like a virus.

As is now do fashionable of the BBC and all media they are so fashionably late again like the recent report about those that are mentally ill suffering from their loss of disability cash.

These mental health patients cannot convey this to you but I was unusually in the wrong place at the right time when a certain Doctor Cody reacted to my pointing this out by revealing she herself had, had this suspicion and checked the books to a large clinic to discover that no patients received DLA any longer.

This was hidden even from the Doctors and this conversation with this Doctor I have the highest respect for along with my last GP are the yardsticks to which all other Doctors fail do miserably by anew by some stretch too.
