REASONS TO NOT BE HOMELESS 1, 2, 3

Well here is a bizarre one ..

It seems it is still illegal to be homeless n this country because of a law that has existed since 1824 that though England and Wales still have was gotten rid of decades ago by Scotland and Ireland.

There is a petition to repeal this law ..
