THE COUNCILS, THE LAW & THE IRONY

Well what do we have here?

Moving away from the four or five local councils I have covered before, might have been the odd other council I've forgotten about, I find a story regarding another one.

This one is further afield than the three or four local ones and in the opposite direction, almost, to the one that's 240 miles away.

So the Isle of Wight Council gets added to the ever growing list.

Yet another council shows itself to be greedy as well as wasteful, stupid and thinking itself intelligent when the opposite if true and all at the same time!

I had heard something of this story earlier in the day and I honestly thought I had misheard the story. Literally.

A man took his daughter to Disneyland, or Disney World, for 7 days and Isle of Wight Council, like so many others, think that they know better on everything and decided to fine the father £60 for keeping his daughter from school. When he refused to pay that hated trick of doubling the fine came into place.

As I stated before there is this absolutely terrible and in all honesty inept and incompetent attitude, fittingly enough, that the councils know better than the rest of us mere mortals. Oddly when it comes to morals and parenthood.

I've covered a story to do with a similar schooling issue in Essex, Waltham Abbey to be precise, on these posts I've just recalled meaning I've shown the same attitude across six councils. The infamous Essex Book incident that left judges perplexed and wanting to see this non existent book.

In that case a child with a very serious special needs problem went without proper support and help for his entire childhood. Entire childhood!

So the Isle of Wight Council decided they were so righteous that they took the father to court. The council lost but even this wasn't enough as the council decided they knew better than a court judge. So do you know what they did?

Now remember, this is your money they are using and money that they keep raising higher and higher and force you to pay, albeit also illegally it turns out. Yup!

They then applied to the High Court!

They lost ... again!

I wonder if they still believe that they know better than the courts?

Now I'm well aware of parents that are idiots exist and do not deserve, nor should they be, parents. But just because some are does not mean you can test everyone as the same kind of idiot. Not does it mean you can then decide to force even more money out of people illegally and immorally because you think you know better.

I'm afraid this is the attitude that spreads like wildfire when you do what consecutive governments have done. Ruin the law and take the rights away from the majority of people.

The legal system in Britain has been ruined by everyone associated with it based on delusions of grandeur and greed.

Public services are run by idiots that think they are both above the law and everyone else when it comes to intelligence and authority. For a number of years they have also got used to the idea that there is no Legal Aid and that fewer and fewer people have or can take any of them to court.

This means more and more idiocy reigns supreme and not kept in check.

Think about it ... this was a fine for £60. How many would go to court over that? Meaning thousands, if not millions, have paid these fines meaning a lot of money had been accrued and therefore, as it's councils, wasted. But one man stood up to them and hats off to that man!

To the council this undermines their crafty tricks. If the man wins the falsities and trickery gets exposed and tens of millions of more may have to be paid back to parents wrongly fined in the past?

How many have there been? It might be easier to think of a larger if you consider the population of the UK and then ask yourself how long had this attitude been going on?

Ever since they started eroding away the Legal Aid system and first started taking human rights away, because everyone in the law industry wants too much money to right a few letters and appear in court!

Trust me, I know solicitors that used to do everything to not have to go to court!

It's mental and been mental and beyond common sense in the legal industry and had been fit a long time. But these are the people that are tasked with being defenders of legal rights and common sense?
But in recent years both legal rights and common sense have been cast aside because those within the system want, or think they have automatic rights to, very large salaries.

Oh the irony.

So we will continue to see council after council challenged over something or other. We will therefore see the councils in turn start very lengthy legal battles and continue on through different courts because each one has not been kept in check and have developed God complexes. Either that or they are just bare faced crooks that think themselves above the law?

Hmm, why don't you decide?
