THE NHS' BIGGEST CHALLENGE

Here is a BBC report on what the NHS states is it's biggest challenge?!

Yes either they know damn well the biggest challenge is not what it states in the report or they will find out very soon it is not what it states in the report?!

Well unless of course there are far more amoral people in the UK than there are moral people?!
