Well I have stated from day one which way long before this blogs inception that a number of institutions need to change and from top to bottom.
Here is a BBC report that now states exactly that for the Police.
So yet another one of my long held beliefs now making the headlines. It just remains for someone to say the same regarding the NHS and Local Councils along with several others.
Oh and a complete shutdown of ALL OMBUDSMAN! Of course!
