I am sorry to read that you have been unable to find a suitable replacement to the camera you will be returning. I apologise as I am unable to guarantee what action will be taken in store as the item needs to be inspected first. Once the item has been looked at by members of staff in store they would be happy to advise what options are available for you. As I am sure you can appreciate, I am also unable to 100% guarantee that any new camera will work indefinitely. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I am sorry to read that when returning your camera to the store today you were advised that it would need to be sent away for inspection, in contradiction to what you were advised over the phone. I have checked the notes in your reference and also contacted the store and can see that the matter has been resolved and you have received an exchange.

I apologise that you were given the incorrect information originally. This was because my colleague checked the wrong catalogue number, which showed no repair facility. We value your feedback and I will pass on your comments to Ruth. I am pleased to read that the matter has been resolved and I hope this incident does not deter you from shopping with us in the future.
